Hyatt Place Savannah Airport

The staff were all very good, breakfast was above average compared to hotels that I go to, the pool was closed for forever, ( I didn’t care) it was quiet, the beds were comfortable. I liked it and would stay again, and we had 3 dogs that we could walk out behind the hotel, they provided a very nice dog toy at the front desk. It was close to 95 but I couldn’t hear the traffic, and I never heard 1 plane overhead even though I thought it was an airport hotel.

Staff were wonderful. My only problem was the pool not just being closed, but doing away with. Memorial Day weekend wanted pool time.

Very nice updated hotel. Plenty of parking and Sam Sneads Grill beside it. Staff was very friendly and attentive to our needs.

The staff is always nice. Place is always clean There is construction going on currently. One of the mornings at 2am, something was being delivered outside. You could hear scraping and loud thumps going on for about 20 minutes or so.

We were put in a new room 310 that was unfinished. No desk, no closet or hangers, unfinished walls and a noisy HVAC. Was it worth $160.00 absolutely not.

Convenient Older and a little run down. Smelled musty. Waited a long time in the morning for coffee that tasted like water. Breakfast was mid at best.

Excellent location for the airport. Used the free shuttle to get to the airport - very friendly driver. Breakfast was excellent. Check in staff very friendly & efficient.

Only three floors in the hotel but everything was convenient. Do not provide cleaning services each day. Ask for sheets for sofa bed and towels after first day. Small counter top in bathroom. Room was dark and not updated at all, staff was nice and professional. I've stayed here at least 10 times and the place is going down hill but I see you are going to do some renovations. lighting in room, carpet in room, price too high for the level

Shuttle service from airport was fast & the driver, Nathan was excellent. Courteous, helpful and a great ambassador for the hotel & Savannah. Hotel is situated beside a nice restaurant, .Sam Snead’s. All the staff were very good Our room was not cleaned after the first night. Breakfast quality was poor with little fruit, no infividual yoghurts and only Coffee Mate beside the coffee urn

Everything was fine BUT the hotel elevator has been out of order for an entire month. Would not have stayed there had I known that.

The rooms didn't have individual microwaves. We wasn't aware construction would be going on at the hotel during our stay. On our way to the hotel (about 3 hours out) we were called for payment and was told if we didn't pay by 6pm it was a possibility that our reserved room would be given to someone else needing a room because they were having to turn people around due to rooms being sold out. I explained that I was driving and couldn't give him that information at the time and his response was drive safe but I would need to pay by 6. When I came to a stopping point I called the hotel for 1.5 hrs straight, but no one ever answered. I also reached out to the 800 number, they attempted to dispatch but I was connected to AI. When I finally arrived and explained the phone situation to the receptionist she stated "that weird" and never attempted to figure out what was going on.

Room was large and beds were comfortable. Staff was very friendly. Breakfast was great! Loved all the hot food options including bacon, eggs, potatoes, fruits, and donuts. The music was some 90s jams, perfect to start off a morning. Location was great for stopping in a safe area on a road trip. The bathroom was falling apart. The shower, toilet, and sink worked but the mirror was not fixed stable on the wall, the drain catch was missing., the counter was cracked. Repair team just needs to come in and fix it. The hotel overall shows its age. The carpet, walls, and flooring were on the dingy side especially in the hallways but understandable for hotel of 3 stars.

It is located off of 95 which is good The hotel is looking worn. Needs some deep cleaning. Handprints on the wall, hair on the soap dish in the shower, breakfast area was horrific. Food was not appealing. Hot food was very greasy, avocado was not in proper holding container, tortillas were hard and not kept in proper container to keep them soft.

Proximity to airport without noise from planes. Clerk suggested a room change from king to queen. I accepted to make it easier to sleep in one bed and deal with suitcases on other. I believe it was room 127- Walked into bleached parts of sectional on suit cushions and dark what looked like oily stains on back of sectional. Moved to sleeping area and right bedside lamp had no shade. TV selections poor to average. This morning when I went to reach for hair dryer under sink, a raw piece of unattached wood fell down.

The atmosphere everything was excellent room was clean and smelling great Now I did have an issue I had to wait 40 minutes upon getting in my room they were having technical difficulties with the computer I already booked and paid for my room in advance but the system would allow her to move forward but the young lady was patient and tried her best but the system still didn't respond so she gave us a room and leftva message for her manager when she comes in that morning

Breakfast was bare. The ice machine was not working. The hot water was not working. So every time we needed a hot beverage we had to get someone to get the hot water from the steamer. It wasn't a nice experience.

The staff was very friendly and diligent! Excellent service! The hot breakfast was good! Everything eas clean. The value for the stay was great! In my case I needed to be close to I95 so location was great! The hotels needs a llittle bit of love, it needs paint and a little retouch and refresh! Some doors and elevator had scratches, some carpets looked stained! So it needs a refresh! If that is done it would be rated 10/10.

Great location right off of expressway. Next door restaurant is excellent. (Sam Snead tavern). Great buffet. Nice bar. Friendly staff. Room had clearly been damaged by a dog(s). Furniture chewed, spots on couch. Slight odor. They had dehumidifier in room but didn’t seem to help much.

My issue is the staff did not return the deposit..i was told initially i will receive the deposit within 7-10 business days.. at that point i was instructed to contact cust serv. Rough was neglected. Shower drain was slow so I showered in a puddle. Stains on the couch, bug on the floor, furniture looked like a dog ate it and spare pillow had a yellow stain on it. I was disappointed, rooms need some work. Staff was excellent though

The night staff person was excellent. We had to catch the 6:00 am shuttle and she went out of her way to put together a "to go" bag of fruit, muffins, etc. I drink tea which is terrible with hot water that has been sitting in a big container. She got me steaming water to use to seep my tea. Never have I gotten this kind of personal service at a hotel.

We were only there for one night. However, the hotel was very convenient, near the airport and restaurants. The room was clean and comfortable. Breakfast was substantially better than in years past. The food was fresh and hot. The staff were excellent--friendly, helpful, and available.

I stayed in Pooler, Ga to celebrate my 58th bday. The mattress in room 201 was AWFUL & the very loud air conditioner had us not sleep well.

The rooms were very spacious and clean. I loved the fact that there are 2 Televisons in the room. I wish they had microwaves in the room but this hotel chain doesnt put micorwaves in the rooms you have to take your food downstairs to the lobby to warm up. We had driven 12 hours to get to this hotel which was our selected overnight resting spot. Cory at Check in was Very Friendly and Professional. I would definite recommend this hotel but if you are a light sleeper, ask for a top floor becuase the walls and floors are thin.

Room was great except the deadbolt did not latch. Door out of alignment? While at hotel we had a boil water mandate. The beverage/water refrigerator in the lobby was not working, so everything was warm. Bad timing.

Bugs! The staff didn’t seem too concerned or surprised when we told them, but they did give us a refund with no problems. Hopefully this is just an isolated incident, but we would never stay here again!

We got to the hotel at midnight, and they already were dealing with an angry customer, I was trying to be nice, but apparently they tried to charge my card early even though I chose to pay at the property, I didn’t have the funds on the card at the time so it declined, and they did not attempt to contact me to let me know the hotel was overbooked. I had to find another place to stay with my family at 1am. Staff were not helpful, honestly probably the most upsetting part of our trip.

There was weird mold ooze coming out of the vent. We had to change rooms because our beds were wet for some reason. They had painted that day in the hall and the rooms and the whole floor smelled like fresh paint, giving us headaches.

This is my third time booking at this hotel. Unfortunately, I had a very bad experience with the staff when I checked in. I'm an Armed Forces Veteran and I was with my girlfriend and they treated us very poorly, asking so many inappropriate questions. This is my third time booking at this hotel. Unfortunately, I had a very bad experience with the staff when I checked in. I'm an Armed Forces Veteran and I was with my girlfriend and they treated us very poorly, asking so many inappropriate questions. Both my girlfriend and I felt terrible; this has never happened to us before. I will not book at this hotel again. Thank You for nothing.

The staff was very helpful and the property and room was very clean. The AC unit in our room was extremely loud when it turned on throughout our stay. The mattress was informally too.

The staff was amazing! May God bless you all, every single day, so that you may continue prospering and making smile those around you! From entering the hotel to walking to breakfast everyone greeted us and made sure we had everything we needed!

Stayed for 2 nights and the stay was very good.

The staff was awesome, they were funny and very kind! Would definitely stay again, if ever in the area!

The staff were friendly, my dog got a free treat and toy, breakfast was pretty good, the room was clean, and there was a beautiful view outside of the hotel. I would definitely come back and recommend it here.

we like the size of the room, that it's pet friendly and restaurant next door. I think the room could have been cleaner and they may want to update/freshen the room decor and carpets soon

The breakfast was weak and service bad. Paper cups and plastic cutlery! Bagels where displayed FROZEN and hard to toast…food cold… I just remembered my awesome experience of staying in a Hyatt. Maybe large city and non airport facilites are different. But if I return to Pooler, Savannah airport Hyatt is out of my options…

Our short stay was good. Room was clean, staff was friendly and it's very near about 35 different places to eat, as well as the Tanger Outlet. The difference between a "good" experience and an "excellent"? The cleaning staff was very loud in the hallway at 9am. Loud music and loud conversation. If you are a light sleeper, it would definitely wake you up.

Convenient location. Comfortable beds. Decent breakfast. Friendly staff. Air con unit was a bit loud but I like white noise to help me sleep so I thought of it as a positive.

Doors didn't work properly on the side exits, so constantly had to walk around to the front entrance. Beds and furniture were very uncomfortable.
