We enjoyed our stay. Check-in and check out were simple. The staff were pleasant and helpful. We will return again in 2 weeks for another weekend stay.

Our initial room had to be switched, because it smelled wet and musky. The second room that we were placed in smelled better; however the iron was not working, the bathroom trashcan was completely cracked along one side; there was a water drain in middle of the bathroom floor that was not leveled causing your foot to slightly go down if you mistakenly walked on it. The hotel staff were great, particularly Alicia who we dealt with for check-in and our room issue. The breakfast was good, and they have updated coffee brewing machines if you are a coffee lover, and they had staff on site in the breakfast area to address any concerns. There was ample parking. The staff were professional and accommodating; however, we would not choose this hotel again.

The hotel could definitely use an update. The elevator floors were unclean and the chaise in my room was stained. I was unable to sleep the first night due to non stop rolling of a chair or heavy walking by the guest above. I called the front desk to report and the noise continued an additional hour before I dozed off. My room was not refreshed after I returned the following day so again I reported and retrieved fresh linen. The second day of stay my bed was made but I could see that the sink, shower and floor was still as I’d left them that morning. Trash unemptied.

Absolutely that Southern hospitality. Clean, spacious, comfortable rooms. I had trouble with the shower drain and they fixed it immediately, I was thankful and impressed. Great breakfast.

Property great; about 10 minute drive outside downtown Savannah which was perfect for us. But BOOKING.com did not property secure our reservation despite their confirmation and payment. NOR would BOOKING.com transfer the reservation to the hotel. The front desk lady was very patient and spent lots of time trying to help but because Booking.com refused to transfer the confirmed and paid reservation, we needed to make a separate reservation and second payment. So Booking.com really failed. Property perfectly fine; staff very nice, breakfast and coffee great

It was not well kept. There were now towels in gym and swimming pool areas. We were not provided extra towels despite asking twice. Room keys stopped working and needed to redone everyday. Towel hangar in bathroom was broken and not fixed despite reporting. Probably the worst holiday inn experience so far.

The tv didnt work we called down they tried to fix it no other comparable rooms to move to very disappointing

Very clean and comfortable. The staff were friendly and helpful. We stayed four nights and our room was not cleaned and were not given fresh towels. We had to ask for someone to take out our trash and give us fresh towels.

We were in Savannah for a cheer comp and I must say I was impressed with the hotel! Comfortable beds, clean rooms, in door swimming pool for the kids, hot breakfast and to top it off, freshly ground coffee beans at your finger touch! I would definitely stay again!

Rooms are very clean and efficiently laid out. It’s a parent. There’s attention to detail in meeting a travelers’s needs. The beds are extremely comfortable. The only negative was the initial greeting upon checking in… Done in a very nonchalant way and not a very welcoming start to our stay.

Arrived at 11am and they got a room ready for me right away! Great breakfast. Very nice, clean room. Bed was too soft, but a firm bed is personal preference so I really can't complain. Staff was super friendly.

The hotel was clean and the staff was friendly. Typical HI breakfast included. Nothing spectacular but it gets some food in you before hitting the road. Its off the beaten path and gives you a quiet nights rest. I will definitely stay here again when in the area.

This was a quiet and clean hotel, within minutes from the downtown area. They offered free breakfast although that was not to our liking. Parking spots were difficult to find in the evening as the hotel seemed to be highly booked. All in all, this was a convenient place to stay at for a few nights.

It was so quiet, comfortable, and clean. The beds were comfortable, the free breakfast was great with a good variety, pool was warm and fun, and the woman at the front desk in the morning was so nice and friendly! The man at night was not as friendly but the woman made up for it!

I stay here at least 2x a year and the stay is always pleasant. Staff is welcoming. Property is well maintained, although I wish more parking were available. The hotel is quiet. Continental breakfast is what is typically expected and the area is always clean and stocked. Only issue I have often is the elevator oil smell. I've had to bring it to the attention of the front desk a few times on different occasions. TKE should replace or upgrade the elevator as the smell is strong and travels throughout the hotel. Aside from that, this is a great place to stay.

My room air conditioning was not working the entire time I was there and my room was very damp feeling. Everything I touched in my room was damp or wet feeling. The carpeting throughout was filthy and stained. The young lady at the front desk and everyone that worked there was very kind and friendly. I am very disappointed because I paid well over $240.00 each night for a hot, damp room. I don't complain while I'm there because I am fearful of repercussions to me. I'm sorry but at this point I cannot recommend this hotel.

Room reserved had stains on the bed spread & sheets were dirty. Pill found on the bed. Given another room that was smaller but clean. So I paid more for a smaller room. We had to change to an earlier arrival date due to tropical storm warning for Florida. Hotels.com got the hotel to change the date but because they had a no refund policy the hotel added a $25 fee and then would not give me the discounted rate. Even though this was an extenuating circumstance due to the storm. Also, the cancellation insurance I purchased thru hotels.com, I called to see if this situation with the storm would be covered, I was transferred to claims and got no answer. Found out claims only opened M-F. So why did they transfer me to claims? Because I couldn’t get an answer, that was the reason I tried to change arrival date. The pool area was a slip hazard. I’m guessing they use a floor cleaner that that turns into an oil slick when wet. They had rubber mats sporadically placed but still had to cross the tile. I managed to make it by throwing a towel on the floor in front of me. That cancellation policy puts a lot of burden of proof on the buyer. I would think that if I showed the hotel confirmation of the cancellation, they would pay. What does it matter the reason? Folks, we live in an world that lacks the compassion of Christ. I will say that when we asked the hotel manager if the snacks were complimentary, she said no but because you had to change rooms, they are for you :)

I charged double the abount for my stay because of fraud on my card i used for to reserve on stay in Savannah GA.. I was not very pleased with my stay. The whole process checking -in took over an hour. I reserved my stay with Hotels.com, and the credit card I used was not available at the time of checkin. Becuse Chase Bank closed the credit card because of "fraud alert" from early in the morning. The employee tried to run another card, and it was not accepting my card with my reservation that i had. I called the hotel.com IT support and told them the problem I was having with the orginal credit card I have reserved the stay. Hotel.com IT support. Canceled my orginal reservation because they could not update the new credit card for me. I did get a full refund from Hotels.com. Hotel.com IT support called and I told them the problem and let to wave all fees of cancelation.The Holiday Inn employee did not help me with the original price that I reserved the room with Holiday Inn. Holiday Inn charge me double the about of my orinal price. I was not happy it took 1 hour to get into a room. And was over priced for my stay.The temp was not working very well. The air kept on shutting off.

Celebrating our wedding anniversary booked a king room. Upon check-in was told hotel was overbooked and bumped us to queen. Very poor front desk attitude, no manager on duty. All staff unfriendly and disgruntled

I typically choose this hotel based on its close proximity to appointments in Savannah 2x a year. Upon check-in there wasn't any parking, but was told by the night clerk that she, nor the hotel would be liable if I was towed for parking in the covered breezeway just in front of the hotel (far enough over to not impede traffic). She proceeded to tell me that most people park at the gas station or in the plaza around the corner. As a member and guest, why would I leave my vehicle parked off-site and at risk or towing from private property? Once I inquired, she then stated she would leave a note for the manager. Asking a guest to park off-site is unacceptable, unless the hotel has partnered with businesses. No signage indicates they are have a shared lot.

Pros: Nice hotel. Soft towels. Loved the Dove products in dispensers at the bathroom sink and shower! Breakfast was pretty good with variety. Cons: There were big trucks taking up several spots making it difficult for cars to park. Room had a dingy odor... maybe carpet cleaning would help.

Bath linens were very cheap and uncomfortable to use.

The room and bathroom was spacious and super clean the beds and pillows were really comfortable. Only issue was our roller blinds didn’t close all the way down so it let the light and sun in which was a bit annoying but otherwise all good. Breakfast was good plenty of food and super clean. Would recommend and stay again

The hotel was fabulous. Everything looks new and clean. We had a couple of bumps. One was parking. One night we had to park next door at a convenience store. Our other issue was during breakfast. The server seemed irritated to be there. Other than those two minor things we really enjoyed our stay. It is just across the street from our kids and a great location - 15 minutes from anywhere we wanted to go.

We enjoyed the place. Nice staff and very clean. We feel safe during our stay. Thank you so much for the wonderful experience!

Not too many places to eat but the Mexican place in front was walkable and delicious. Pool has no heat so was really cold.

Indoor pool, but not heated. Bathroom near lobby could be cleaner. Desk clerk/concierge very nice and helpful.

Very clean, friendly staff, breakfast was good! Great location!

Room was clean and staff was nice. The property needs updating. Showers are small. The tile around the indoor pool is VERY slippery. My kids fell while trying to walk around.

The Hotel staff was AWESOME. Super helpful and just genuinely nice folks.

The hotel was very clean and the staff was very friendly. I would stay here again.

All good and meets expectations. Only suggestions -please keep water bottles for the night. We drove back and checked in , and later discovered no water bottles in the room. Room phone has no option to call front desk too.

Microwave didnt work, mattress desperately needs replaced, sink was close to being stopped up, and heard upstairs neighbor walking above. I would never stay here again.
