We stayed here one night. It is about 2 minutes from the airport. The staff was so friendly and helpful with a great suggestion for dinner. The room was a nice size and very clean. The breakfast, however, was amazing and very delicious. They had so many choices, so it got our day off to a great start. The coffee....each cup is ground just for you. Delicious! I would highly recommend!

Didn’t get a chance to stay there. Didn’t like the fact I booked an accessible room with a roll in shower, paid in full, 2 months before the trip. Got there and was told the room wasn’t available and that the people before me in the room had extended their stay. Drove 6 an a half hours to find out I didn’t have a room. Then I had to find another hotel but was charged more than what I had already paid.

Clean and comfortable room. Staff was courteous and friendly which made us feel welcomed from check in to check out. Breakfast looked like more of a minature buffet with a variety of options to choose from. I would definitely stay here again.

I liked everything about the hotel except for one important factor, namely in the bathtub there was no shower mat on the very slippery bathtub floor. So I slipped and if my spouse had not been there to pick me up, I don’t know how I would have gotten up. When afterward I asked the hotel manager on duty if the hotel had bath mats, he replied that they did not.

While the hotel smelled and looked clean, we had quite a few issues with it. The phone in our room did not work. The chlorine smell in the pool was enough to burn our eyes. The outlets in the bathroom were not working. I do know that sometimes these things happen but a long black curly pubic hair was also found in a washcloth I was planning to use. We had to go downstairs to get linens and pillows for the pull out couch and when doing this, the front desk lady questioned us about pillows because our beds each had four on them. We explained that there were 6 of us in the room and she then stated that the max occupancy was only 5. I explained that I booked through Hotels.com & it states on there that we can have 6. She did give us the linens and pillows but I was t a fan of the questioning and the rudeness that followed. Lastly, breakfast looked great and smelled great but everything was continuously empty and we never got to enjoy it.

We had a good experience here after arriving after midnight. Everyone was very nice. The room was clean and spacious. The hot breakfast was yummy. Definitely recommend.

Location False information. Hot tub was no longer there but hotel info stated it had a hot tub. Had a very busy stay planned and was looking forward to relaxing our muscles in hot tub.

The lady at the desk at check-in was very nice. I felt like she went above and beyond to help us. She was helpful with finding food places, finding stores, and even offering to let me use her charger. If she wasn't a manager, she should be, and she needs a raise. The other employees were nice, but my check-in was nice, friendly, professional, and outstanding. Her alone will have me booking there ever chance I get. The pool closed at 10 pm and it wasn't heated. I feel like the pool should could close later than 10 pm for the adults. That way, the adults could enjoy themselves without being bothered with their own kids or other people kids.

The breakfast menu left a little bit to be desired, not because of quality but because of the quantity. Nothing to do with the staff but there was a lot patrons there for some event in the area. We went down for breakfast early and the menu was slim pickings. As far as the room was concerned everything worked, it was very clean , well appointed and comfortable. The staff that we did happen to pass in hallways were always very polite and courteous. If I find myself in the area again I would definitely stay there.

The breakfast and the lady that was serving breakfast was phenomenal! Dirty bathrooms, shower curtain had mold on the bottom. Hair on the bathroom sink on the toliet.

Sharon at the front desk made our stay a memorable one from the moment we walked into the lobby. Her welcoming personality, excellent customer service and determination to go the extra mile is impeccable. We even had the opportunity to chat with her husband for a little bit which put the icing on the cake. The property in itself was pleasant, but having the air conditioning unit on when the guests arrive in the hotel room could add that extra ambiance to make the first impression of the hotel room a bit more positive. The inconvenience of waiting for the room to cool down and get rid of the damp, musty smell did put a bit of a damper on the first impression experience. Additionally the walls in the hotel are paper thin and does not leave room for a general conversation above a normal conversation tone. The property in itself appears to be modern, the amenities are quite nice and welcoming. The location is perfect and extremely convenient to the outlet, convenience stores, Walmart etc. All of the essentials of day-to-day life are less than a minute or two away. Overall, great hotel, great location & phenomenal evening staff.

No water available except a water fountain. Breakfast was pretty limited and only one coffee maker was working. Overall just okay.

The bed in this Holiday Inn Express was the most comfortable bed I have ever slept in. The room and all premises were spotless. Breakfast could've been better but the hotel was full and the employees were working hard to keep up the services. I recommend this hotel with 5 STARS.

We asked for extra pillows because the pullout bed did not have any pillows, but they could only give us two extra pillows, rather than the three that we requested. The worst part was the breakfast. Breakfast does not end until 10 AM and we arrived at 9:03 AM. They had already turned off the pancake machine that makes fresh pancakes. They also brought out fresh biscuits, but no gravy. When we requested the gravy 10 minutes later, the woman said that the cook would not be making anymore because breakfast was almost over. It was 9:15 AM. They had 45 minutes left of breakfast and they were probably 20 people still eating breakfast. Also, the apple juice, orange juice and one other juice that came out of the machine was actually warm. Not room temperature, but warm. There's no ice available anywhere, so who wants to drink warm fruit juice? Overall, I give this place too big thumbs down. The service was very lackluster, the room was just average, and the breakfast was absolutely horrible. We ended up paying for breakfast elsewhere.

The Holiday Inn Express was absolutely perfect in all possible aspects and ways. The whole entire hotel both inside and outside was really perfectly clean and well maintained. Every single staff member I had the opportunity to meet and interact with was so very welcoming, friendly, and helpful!

The property itself was nice. However, 2nd night someone played music all night long. We didn't get any sleep. The staff was nice, the check out time was noon. On our check out date we decided to sleep in since we didnt sleep because of the music all night, one of the housekeepers attempted to come into the room before the check out time. This act made me feel uncomfortable until we left. Overall the property was nice and clean.

Some cons were that the hotel was extremely noisy, as there were children constantly running above us and you could hear other guests' arguments through the walls. There were noisy cars outside as well, at times. The bathroom wasn't the most clean and neither was the couch. Breakfast was fine and filling. The staff were all wonderful. The hotel is about 20 minutes from Savannah Historic District, which isn't bad at all after a full day of exploring. It's very close to Savannah-Hilton Head International Airport.

The room looked fairly clean but I happened to notice dried blood on the pillow underneath the pillow case. Also, some blood splatters on the wall near the door.

Our room had appeared to have not been vacuumed. There were several fingernail clippings on the floor next to the bed. There were food crumbs near the couch.

I woke up feeling like I inhaled a dust ball. Otherwise, it was alright.

The staff were super friendly and helpful. The pool was out of order which was annoying because that was one of the reasons we booked. The breakfast was average for a hot breakfast but very clean. My only other issue was the comforter had dirty spots on it. We got a new one but the next day when they cleaned they did not remove the dirty one and did not replace our towels so we ended up having to get more from the front desk.

Pool wasn’t working all whole trip. Towels bedsheets had stains. Tub and toilet wasn’t clean good either.

Sheets weren’t changed because there was stains on the blanket and pillow and in the morning I saw the huge sauce stains, it was disgusting. Bathroom also, shower curtains dirty with mold and hair and the bathtub. Clearly the room wasn’t cleaned. Very disappointing.

Overall stay was good. We just didn't get the regular house keeping daily. So, we had to ask for towels everyday basically. But other than that, the room was really nice with microwave and refrigerator.

It was a great stop over off of 95. Everything was very clean and breakfast was generous and yummy. The pool area was very hot and humid but it was a great way for the kids to blow off steam after a long day in the car.

There are some opportunities that should be addressed. Our room was not the cleanest. It appeared the bathroom counters, floors and toilet may have been wiped with a cloth to clean any water and debris. Unfortunately, there remained visible residue of grease stains left in the sink and shower. The room didn’t smell fresh. The refrigerator clearly wasn’t cleaned. It had drippings of something left in it. There was a gentleman working when we checked in. He was awesome, professional and always present during his shift. However, I cannot say the same when he left. I went to and by the front desk on several occasions and found absolutely no one there. No one responded to my “Hello” until I started looking through the business cards located on the mantle at the front of the desk. I was about to contact the general or associate manager to ask for assistance. Once I pulled one of the cards and began to dial on my cell phone, out comes a female from around the wall at the front desk asking how could she help me. My good guess is she was watching me on camera and decided she should get out in front before I completed that call. Overall and due to my front desk experience and lack of a clean room, I rate my overall experience a 7 out of 10. Very high quality of service received from the gentleman at the front desk.

When we first arrived it was great. The manager and the young girl at the front desk were helpful and very nice. The next morning my husband and I went down for breakfast and it was good, but the little girl that was placing food clearly had anxiety and was struggling to keep food out. After we got dressed my daughter woke up and wanted some juice and sausage links so I went down to get it while she was getting ready. While I was down there Amber, the young girl was being kind of surrounded by people waiting for food to be put out so I just went ahead and got my daughters juice and waited by the juice machine. Another hotel employee, I don’t know her name, came out and said, “ Amber take your time.” Then looked at me and rudely said, “You need to move.” I was taken aback for a second because I was clearly not one of the people that was surrounding this girl, but I didn’t argue and took a step back. Nearly 5 minutes passed and Amber was still trying to refill food so I just went back to our room and told my daughter the sausage wasn’t available. My husband was gonna say something but I told him to let it be. Our last morning there my husband went to the front desk and asked for some clean towels and was just flat out told no he couldn’t have towels.
