Staff was very pleasant. Breakfast is good for continental that included hot items like eggs, bacon, grits, biscuits. Also had oatmeal, cereal, pastries and a pancake machine. Pool was nice, it’s outside. Rooms were clean and spacious.

Saturday night very noisy with guests talking and laughing loudly in middle of night waking me up. Sunday night quiet. Real ID needed for check in!

I slept so well after a full day of activities. Well lit parking, convenient ice machine by elevator, generous room size for non-ADA, and very good Buffet breakfast. AND, they have coffee service that has machines that grind beans per cup! Very good!!

Check in was very slow and there were several staff but the one helping me answering the phone which made the process even longer. No coffee the two times I tried to get it in the lobby. One time being at breakfast. Body wash dispenser was broken in the shower- but not something you notice until you need it. Beds were comfortable but the walls are thin and the stay was very noisy. Never again - especially at the price we paid.

location great due family member in Abercorn Rehab Center Booking indicated 2 nights with 2 beds - ck in person advised only made for 1 night and had no room on 2nd night. Finally settled on handicapped room with 1 king bad. Temp in room varied from cold to hot regardless of what we set.

It was safe, the needs were comfy, and it was spacious. Oh and they carts were really nice to bring out items up and down stairs. We arrived late and there was someone there to assist us with check in. There were enough towels and the soap was not refilled with water. There were hairs on the floor, in the shower and sink, then in the rising someone knocked on our door for check out as if we didn’t know and weren’t preparing to check out. And he came twice as if there was a rush to clean when the cleaning crew was waiting to clean our room and they weren’t.

The water pressure was terrible, at one point the water was not working at all. I never received a call from the property manager about discounting my total stay due to the inconvenience.

The location and buildings well kept. We were experiencing our first day at your facility, I was shock when my wife discovered bloody sheet on one of the bed near the door. This really was disappointing since this was discovered late night after a busy day driving from Augusta, Ga. and attending a wake service for a brother In law.

Stef was very helpful very welcoming. Hotel was clean good breakfast. You can hear everybody walking on the second floor bad insulation between floors

Breakfast was great!! I can't remember the cook name. Grits, eggs, sausage,gravy, biscuits,.french toast on point. Location was great. About 40 minutes from the beach. 20 minutes for other attractions that I was interested in. Close by even walking distance to restaurants. Very clean and safe. Bed was comfortable. Housekeeping tidy up my room. Towels fresh and clean. Well lit at night. Only thing was room door was a bit off track but other than that I was very satisfied thanks again.

LOCATION WAS CLOSE PROXIMITY TO THE HOSPITAL. WE STAYED 5 NIGHTS. OBTAINING A NEW RESERVATION EACH NIGHT SINCE WE DID NOT KNOW HOW LONG WE WOULD BE AT THE HOSPITAL. ONE NIGHT THE MILDEW AROUND THE SHOWER WAS TERRIBLE AND THE SHOWER HEAD DID NOT FUNCTION SO THAT WATER WAS NOT SPRAYING INTO THE BATHROOM. ONE NIGHT THERE WAS FECES ON THE "CLEAN" TOWEL HANGING ON THE RACK. THIS IS NOT ACCEPTABLE.

There were a lot of workers at this location, we actually booked the wrong location. We wanted Downtown, so just check and make sure the location is the location you want. The staff was excellent, but everything else was a total key down.

We weren't able to use the pool because of rain in the area for two days. However, the main thing about this hotel is the finishes. It's showing signs of disrepair from chipped wood etc. There was also a terrible odor on the first floor near the elevator. Lastly, it seemed understaffed. Had to go to the front desk to pick up towels

When I checked out and asked for a receipt, I was told they did not have a receipt for me. The "incidentals" charge that they put on my credit card was not removed before I left, but lingered as a charge on my account until two days after my stay.

Overall, the stay was okay! We only stayed for 1 night so we didn’t complain like we should have. Water was leaking from the floor above causing mold and water bubbles underneath the paint. Everything else was pretty well taken care of but the moldy area should definitely be handled. There was paint splatters down the back of the door and on the blow dryer bag from where they have clearly tried to cover up the issue previously. Lots of scuffs on doors and stains on carpets.

HOWEVER...after paying $42 for a water, 3 pops, a Gatorade, and a Totinos party pizza, I found myself walking away with one hand holding my purchases and the other covering my posterior because I felt as if I had been violated...and I had to by the dinner and drinks.

Upon our arrival to room 203 we saw the floor moving. Given the size, I thought it was a mouse. Much to our relief, there was a large roach running across the carpet. As the adult with 2 daughters, I tried to trap it in a solo cup; however, the circumference of the cup was not big enough. Therefore, I had to try and trap the roach with the ice bucket provided. I was unsuccessful in my attempts and the roach ran behind the headboard. In hindsight, I think I would have preferred a mouse. Needless to say, we checked out immediately.

We especially enjoyed the lemonade and fruit water offered daily in the lobby with freshly baked cookies as treat after a long day of sightseeing. The motel is conveniently located between Tybee Island and Savannah. There are several resturants within just a few miles. It's a great place and we would definitely stay again!!

Unfortunately, the hotel booked a high school to stay the night…. Loud, obnoxious, rude kids. 3 calls to front desk, last one at 1:30AM…. Horrible… I now know to ask if School will be staying!

The fire alarm went off at 2:30am. When talking to the front desk out side they said this is not the first time that week it went off. It had gone off two or three times that week. Once the fire department gave the all clear we went back to our rooms and the fire alarm kept going off about every five minutes so I got no rest.

The hotel and room and staff were great. The down side was there were two fire alarms in the middle of the night. One at 2:00am and another at 4:00am. Talking to another guess there was also one the previous night.

The carpet in the room I and my husband was given was old and extremely worn and looked dirty with stains. One of the pillows on the bed had an unpleasant smell and needed to be replaced. However, The staff was wonderful. The breakfast was good.

When I checked in the room, I noticed that there was a snack item left in the fridge, also the pillows were not firm; breakfast was decent, and the ease of checkout was prompt. A slight concern of a inmate transfer van being on the premise.

This hotel is very clean, quiet at night and has easy parking. The beds are comfortable with big fluffy pillows!

The guy at the desk who welcomed me, young guy, was most excellent! The dog in the room across the hall who barked all night it seemed and the guys constantly knocking on my door (even with the “Do not disturb” sign were obnoxious in wanting to change out the lock!

My wife had surgery and we had to stay near the hospital. We really enjoyed our stay the staff was so friendly always greeted with a smile coming and going! The room was really nice also!

This is what i would consider to be a well kept economical hotel. Nothing flashy, just good service at a more than decent price. I would definitely stay again. Eveyo e was cool and helpful. Especially the front desk clerk and the short lady that ran the kitchen in the morning.

The room was nice & clean, very comfortable.

Everything looks great and people are nice the only problem if you book thru Orbitz and you want a late check out you will have to pay an additional $25.00. They want you to book directly with their app or web page.

It was a very pleasant stay in the hotel. It was very clean and a spacious and comfortable room.

Staff was really nice. The rooms were nice and clean comfortable for our family of 6. Pull out sofa wasn’t comfortable to sleep on but the younger kids didn’t mind it. Overall great stay for the night.

We have stayed at this hotel on 3 different occasions each time we were met by friendly staff. The hotel and rooms are clean, quiet and comfortable. We would recommend the hotel as one of our favorite hotels.

My family and I have stay at various locations of Holiday inn Hotels. My one observation is that mostly all the staff wasn’t friendly at all. They look in a bad mood. Not welcoming not smile not even said thanks for stay with us. I don’t feel any desire to ever go back to that particular Holiday Inn at Abercorn Street.
