Room was clean , air condition unit was noisy, kept me awake. Staff was pleasant and helpful. Breakfast was excellent. $12 a day parking fee was disappointing but reasonable

Overall good stay. Its just a really old smell throughout the hotel. I understand its older, but I was concerned that if I stayed more than a night or 2, the smell would get in my clothes.

Loved that we could park in the floor where our room was! We were there for a SCAD move out from end of year and had tons of bags from daughter’s dorm. So great to have safe, secure parking for the gobs of belongings sitting in the car. Hotel was so close (walking) to many restaurants, gas and convenience. Loved that Fresh Fields was across the parking lot. We will def stay here again!

The the door to get in on the sixth floor was locked when we got in late Saturday night we had to go up the flight down a flight to get to our room. Then we were leaving on Sunday morning around 10. The door was still locked so we had to drag all our luggage and go up a flight in order to get out. I would think it could’ve been fixed within 10 to 12 hours.

It was a OK hotel, typical expectation of motel plus hotel. Friendly staff Very tight parking garage, got my car (22 4runner) a 6 inch scratch from someone who parked pretty close to my car.

My experience with the hotel was amazing and Lawanda, the front desk clerk, was very hospitable and accommodating. Unfortunately, you do have to pay for parking. However, when parking, you have access to your room floor from the parking garage which was very convenient with luggage.

The room was very clean and comfortable and the staff was friendly and helpful. The Travelocity listing needs to be updated as the hotel does not currently have working EV chargers, which was an influencing factor for selecting this location.

We enjoyed a great stay in Savannah. Hotel location made it easy to get to all locations we wanted to visit. Rooms were beautiful & fresh and the onsite parking garage was very convenient.

The rooms were very nice, clean, spacious and quiet. The beds and pillows were very comfortable. We were able to park in the parking lot on our floor level and go inside the building to our rooms. Breakfast was wonderful, many selections and the dining staff was very helpful and courteous.

Everybody at this property was so incredibly friendly. It was clean all the time and the beds were the most comfortable I’ve ever slept in. Breakfast was good. Nothing special but it fills your belly. But I can’t get over how friendly everyone was. If we were ever in Savannah again, we will most certainly stay here.

The location was good. Not too far from downtown life but not the prices of being close. The breakfast should not have cost as much as it did per day. The milk was expired, I drank room temperature and SPOILED milk. The breakfast option were incredibly limited. The bathroom has broken tiles and the sink had missing / broken stainless steel.

The parking. You could park in the same floor of your room - Small cockroaches everywhere - Coffee maker didn't work - Washbasin was stuck. The water took a long time to go down - The carpet smells

We ended up finding a BEDBUG on our bed after driving so many hours to stay in this room which was supposed to have been clean! Not to mention we had our 1 month old child with us… we notified the front immediately and were given a new key to another room but we were told we would be re-compensated after the investigation well today we were told no bed bugs were found although we submitted pictures via email! We even tried showing the worker before she gave us the room key and she clearly said, “no thanks, I’m not an exterminator”.DO NOT STAY HERE YOU GUYS! I’ve never ever witnessed anything like this before at a hotel.

The staff were great , the pull out couch could have been better, ended up getting a cot bed , the room was spacious, we had 5 people in the double queen room. Lots of things had to be asked for including extra pillows and sheets . Otherwise, it was ok. The breakfast buffet was something else. Wouldn't recommend it.

The room had an industrial fan in the middle of the room, fully on and we were told to just turn it off and bring it to the hallway instead of a staff member taking care of it. I will not stay in this location again and do not recommend this Fairfield Inn as it does not reflect typical Marriott standards.

While traveling to Savannah for a doctor's appointments multiple times, we finally decided to try a new hotel, and I am sorry we didn't do this sooner. This place was so nice. The staff members were very supportive (my husband uses a wheelchair), and thoughtful. We won't be staying any place else on all future trips.

The hotel staff was very nice and the hotel was clean. The only issue we had was a quest had locked himself out of the room at 11 pm., and the hotel maintenance was hammering on the door to open it for almost an hour. It was very inconvenient and late at night.

Freindly staff convenient location. Love the parking deck that allows me to park at the same level as my room floor. They used to have EV charging, but it is no longer there. They tell you about the supercharger down the road, but I liked the convenience of charging on location.

It's a basic, no frills, hotel. The room was comfortable and the bed slept well. There were a couple dirty spots in the room and the bathroom could have been cleaner. It was just a one night stay so it was tolerable. Not sure if I would choose this one again.

The staff were so sweet—especially the woman at the front desk! We checked out and were driving down the road when we realized my daughter left her stuffed animal. We called the front desk and without hesitation the lady at the front desk went and got it and held it for us. My daughter was so grateful. Would absolutely stay here again.

After the initial check in where our room was not ready and the gentleman at the desk checking us in was on his cell phone having a personal conversation everything else was great. The front desk ladies was extremely friendly, the breakfast was great, our room was very spacious and clean.

Stay was almost great but we choose the location for the pool and it did not look clean.

Additionally, when I made the reservation, I was under the impression there was not a parking fee, but was charged $12.00 per night.

I want to just follow up saying that my receipts and their websites all say no parking fee so clearly they need to update this before charging people!

Check in and out was a very smooth and easy process. The staff at the hotel were friendly and accommodating. We stayed on the 8th floor and the roof was leaking. The carpet was soaking wet from my room all the way down the hallway. The panel abow the room door started to peel and fall off. This made thr room and hallway smell like mildew.

This property is located only 10 mins away from downtown Savannah. There's no need to pay $60/day to stay downtown since you'll need some type of transportation to get around, anyway. The parking garage offered direct access to your floor, which was great. The staff was amazing, friendly, and helpful. I would 100% stay here again.

We were running very late and checked in at 1:00 am! The front desk attendant was absolutely the best. I cannot remember her name, but she was so accommodating. She got us a couple extra towels as I requested and then offered us an extra blanket. She was super friendly and welcoming. 5 star customer service! The hotel was clean and well maintained. Great experience!

The bathroom floor was sticky and something on it plus some bits of tissue never swept up so I don't think it had been cleaned really well before our stay. I loved that they gave us extra towels for the second day - very helpful given the climate and need for extra showers! We did not appreciate the "hidden charges" like the car park and noticed many had parked on the road - who can blame them? Hotels of this caliber should have a place to park your car! They need blackout curtains, not just nets! We need quiet and dark for sleeping well - it was super quiet, but not dark.

The stay was great and check-I’m/out was a breeze. Breakfast was well attended to. Parking garage was narrow making it a bit like a theme park ride, but it was very nice having the car essentially right outside the same floor as the room! The only issue we had was a group of partiers ( I don’t think we’re hotel guests) who were partying in the 8th floor of the parking garage. They left all their garbage afterward. Staff cleaned it up pretty quick the next morning.

Our stay was fine. Breakfast not the greatest. Runny eggs, only served turkey sausage. Not everyone like it. The part that received low ratings is for the parking. I was never told at check in that I would be charged and I feel that should have been said upfront.

The room was comfortable and bed was comfortable. The only reason why I chose 4 out of 5 stars was the mold in the shower. Other than that the room was clean and the location of the hotel was great and convenient to downtown Savannah. I would stay again.

In General all good! No complaints. We don’t get our beds made overnight and also were missing the napkins in the bathroom. Other than that all perfect

Very nice hotel in a great area. Very comfortable bed, which is key. We stayed on second floor and the hallway carpet needs repair.

Loved everything about our one night stay. Being able to walk directly from the parking deck (securely) to our 4th floor room was so convenient. It was New Years Eve but all was quiet in our spacious and well appointed room. The staff were friendly and professional, the hotel decor was fresh, everything looked and smelled new and well taken care of. The breakfast was beyond expectations. We walked to dinner at the Nearby Bone Fish Grille. Honestly a delightful experience. Well done management and staff!

Very nice facility and location hospital we were visiting. Much better than Hampton Inn next door!

Nice hotel, seemed to be in a decent area of Savannah. Had to pay for parking, which we didn't know about beforehand. Also, coming back in from our dinner out we were greeted by a huge roach running down the hall. Otherwise the hotel was clean if slightly dated in the rooms. Staff was pleasant if not overly friendly.

There was an issue with our reservation and somehow there were already people in one of the rooms we had booked. However, Ms. Jazz was absolutely amazing. She was super caring, patient, and kind not only to us but to other guests who were waiting behind us. She took her time to make sure we were taken care of and she was VERY hospitable, polite, and professional! Thank you Ms. Jazz! Also, Ms. Leanna from corporate was very helpful and kind as well!

Was perfect size with refrigerator and microwave for a three day stay.

Parking was cheap and easy. Garage was well lit and connected to the hotel. Breakfast was good and stocked. Best part was they let us check in 2 hours early.

The property was nice. Tight parking for trucks.

An overnight stay. Comfortable beds but pillows smelled ( not bad but not good). Breakfast was good typical hotel food. Would recommend and I’ll stay again.IT WAS CLEAN.
