Reviews
Guests generally appreciate the hotel's location, staff, and cleanliness, but have issues with noise, breakfast quality, and parking fees. Some also mention problems with room amenities and maintenance.
- Convenient location
- Friendly and helpful staff
- Noise from traffic and other guests
- Poor breakfast quality

Location was great, but that may also be why there were some unsavory people in the stairwells/on the property. Stayed with young teenagers and we bumped into someone who looked like they were doing something illegal in the stairwell. Not 100% sure what they were doing, but that combined with a woman yelling profanities loudly from her car in the parking lot into the rooms for 3 hours right outside our room did not make us feel very safe. There was also a connecting room door that was loose and didn't lock fully. Needless to say, we didn't feel safe and we would not stay again.

Location The traffic noises
- 5/5
The friendliest and most helpful staff we've ever encountered by far! Got us parked and checked in, gave us the best place for food with directions too!
- 5/5
The location of this property is great for walking to many of the riverfront and historical district locations. The price is great for the location and while I wasn't crazy about the parking fee, the fact that it is in a great location saves you from driving everywhere. And parking fees at other hotels are comparable. The room was clean and the room can be completely blacked out with the pull down shade. Word of caution however, you can hear every step of the guests above you if you're on the 1st and 2nd floors. And you will hear the sounds of downtown though it dies down after 10ish (unless a major event is going on like St. Patty's I'm sure). The good news is they have a sound machine in the roo. That drowns a lot of the noise out and they have ear plugs available at the front desk. They have a hot breakfast but you have to get there early to get anything. Beds were comfy though the pillows weren't great. Not unusual for most hotels though. The area felt safe too.
- 4/5
Wasn’t the best but location was great! Staff was awesome breakfast was great! I would stay again!
- 2/5
Unfortunately our room had many bugs crawling around in room 105. Although we were moved to room 111 it destroyed our stay and there were still signed of a pest problem in the second room

Exceptional
- 5/5
Breakfast was delicious and such a good assortment to choose from. Only minor observation was that people walking above us was a little more noisy than I've typically had at other hotels. Otherwise, would definitely stay here again!
- 4/5
Very good
- 5/5
It was good for what I paid for it.
- 0.5/5
Ok The 1st room they put us in had roaches. They moved us to the 2nd floor not accessible room. The next day they moved us to an accessible room. We had to worry about bugs. Then I had to pay for parking.
- 5/5
The location of property was perfect in walking distance to historic area. Nice pool and pretty clean just a few things. Door handle to bathroom was removed and there was 3 of us and we always had to request towels only gave us 2. But would stau here again.
- 5/5
Excellent stay. Walking distance to...
- 3/5
Central to sights inexpensive. Drain was clogged. Pay for parking.
- 4/5
The staff was amazing very kind, friendly and helpful, we ran into a couple of problems the first night we had to change room because there was no hot water in our room, and the next day after we left and had our room cleaned when we got back our phone charger was missing the BW did not replace it.
- 5/5
Beautiful location- close to everything! Understandably parking is expensive. Free breakfast had so many yummy options!
- 2/5
First notice the room was poorly maintained. And no lock for the bathroom. The room floor is sticky. The lighting is too dim. For the price, I expect better and we'll maintained.

Great location for the riverfront and very clean room.
- 5/5
Breakfast was good, staff was nice, comfortable and clean but very noisy at night! A lot of yelling and weed smell till 2am. Hard to sleep but beds were very comfortable. Need more towels asked but they never came.
- 4/5
the breakfast was amazing no soap in the bathroom, worn out towels but clean , scuffed chair and old carpenter
- 5/5
Great location with pool breakfast
- 4/5
The staff was absolutely amazing. The rooms were ok if all you’re doing is sleeping there. The location is great if you’re in town to watch graduation. The ferry is super close by.
- 1.5/5
Location Bathroom doors didn’t close because they didn’t fit, door handle poorly repaired fell off, broken toilet seat, moisture everywhere got sll our clothes damp. Pool was cloudy. The place needs a good scrub
- 5/5
Staff was very helpful
- 3/5
Room was comfortable. Bathroom clean but needs updating. Breakfast good but when busy staff didn’t keep up with coffee and food. Good checkin, helpful finding restaurants and places to go. Good location walking to river restaurants and bars.
- 5/5
The staff were super helpful upon arrival. Breakfast was a nice variety and the location is great!!
- 4/5
The staff was very helpful. They did not have enough parking
- 5/5
I like breakfast and location and room. None
- 4/5
Room small
- 3.5/5
Location! Obviously the room had not been properly cleaned before we arrived, because the last guest had forgot her used underwear in the bathroom. I asked the receptionist to get it removed, but nothing happened. Disgusting! Totally unacceptable ?

Very friendly staff and excellent location
- 4/5
Staff was very friendly. Parking was right, but staff helped locate a spot. Air conditioning was awesome. Bed was very comfortable. No microwave, but a good size fridge. Sound machine was a huge plus!
- 4/5
No. Good room for the money
- 5/5
We do a lot of traveling and stays but this one was up amd beyond customer service by Lisa at check in and then really all the staff at the breakfast bar and check out in the morning. The entire stay was easy and peaceful. There is street traffic noise you'll have to get used to but it isn't the fault of the staff. It's one of those trades staying a hotel so close to river street.
- 4.5/5
Location. Breakfast Beds were a little soft and felt worn out

Great location, wonderful service, easy to stay.
- 5/5
The staff was great! The breakfast was excellent. Location was right at the beginning of River St, easy access. Will be my go-to place in Savannah.
- 2/5
Location was good, very walkable to Riverfront and historic district of Savannah. Showers had plenty of hot water, good mattresses. Outside of that, not much to recommend - breakfast was mediocre, we moved our room 4 times in 24 hours due to leaks and wet carpet. Rooms were cramped and not well equipped with basic amenities. Savannah is lots of fun, hope to return, but will not stay at this hotel again.
- 3/5
Room was clean but the common areas need some work.
- 3/5
My husband's bare feet were so dirty after walking on the carpets in our room, carpets are in need of a deep cleaning.
- 4/5
The hotel was good for a last minute stop. It was very dated. The bed mattress was really worn. The location was great.
- 5/5
One of our favorite motels.
- 5/5
Breakfast was very good and complimentary. Great location for watefront
- 4/5
Good breakfast it is close to city main attraction.
- 4/5
The beds were very comfortable. The rooms were the right size for us. The outdoor pool was the perfect temperature. The staff was very friendly. The breakfast was great.
- 4/5
Room an odor of musty smell. Breakfast was great, few of the guest on the other hand..(they should just stay home) Pool was warm but cloudy. Parking was easy also. All the employees we talked to had been very nice and helpful!
- 4/5
No shower curtain Need more blankets and pillows
- 4/5
Breakfast was good. Staff was friendly. Room was clean by no microwave in the rooms.
- 4/5
Bathroom doors did not close right Light for the bathroom is on the outside of the room Staff at front desk are all very nice Second morning breakfast didn’t have grits Pool needed scrubbing around the whole pool Didn’t know the extra fee for parking
- 3/5
The hotel are ok, Breakfast are very good but the rood we use was not very clean at all. The carpets need lots of attention.
- 2/5
Property was very dirty. Halls and stairwells have grime and visible debris all over. Garbages were overflowing. Room smelled like dog pee and mildew. They were out of water to purchase for days. Would not recommend staying here
- 5/5
Itt was great the food was excellent the beds soft, the staff was the best of any ove seen all over the world ,we had a wedding party that stayed at the holiday inn express. But they wouldn't let my litt ginger my fur baby stay, there that is the reason i choose this motel ,thinking I was across the street from my grandsons wedding party, which was on the east side of bay st.dont across from you guys, im glsd to say my room was as good as thiers, the food better because they went to the waffle house they said thier breakfast wssnt good well ours was great and from now on im staying with you guys, real southern hospitality the best clean rooms and all the mcwherters
- 4/5
There were pictures shared on this site which did not depict the property, but rather the hotel across the street.
- 5/5
Everything was great!
- 4/5
I’ve machine didn’t have ice. Shower curtain was ripped. Front desk was locked before breakfast-had early morning. Didn’t have enough towels both days.
- 1/5
Not a good spot
- 4/5
It was fine.
- 5/5
Friendly staff. Helpful concierge. Room was very clean and comfortable. Great location for walking around City Market and close to riverfront.. Would stay there again.
- 5/5
The staff was very friendly. The hotel was with in walking distance to a lot of the bars and restaurants on the river.
- 3/5
Room was very cold and there are no blankets. the NOISE all night is awful but Location fantastic!!
- 4/5
Room was clean comfortable and did not have enough places to charge things. Location is pretty good for both the river and historical districts. Breakfast is okay and will save you about $20 per person vs eating in the restaurants nearby.
- 5/5
Breakfast was very good. Location, location, location is what I paide (walking distance to Riverwalk and historic areas).
- 5/5
Great breakfast, clean rooms, comfy beds, and great location!!
- 5/5
The room was a decent size. Breakfast was limited, but filling. Staff were extremely helpful. The walls are very thin, so I could hear the neighbors TV and conversations without much effort.
- 4/5
Overall our stay was good the concierge was very helpful . The only negative was the reception staff who were not very engaging and quite curt just wanting to get things over and done with .Not very welcoming and not a smile to be seen , disappointing as they are the first point of contact when arriving at the hotel
- 1/5
We saw crawling on the nightstand and also in the refrigerator cabinet. We have pictures. We did not stay the night ..we were there only about an hour and a half to two hours before leaving because we discovered many cockroaches.
- 4/5
Great location
- 3/5
I have stayed here several times property is starting to age. Needs to be updated in some areas. They price gouged.this weekend for some reason. $308.00 Friday and Saturday nights the $89.00 Sunday night. Probably want stay there again.
- 5/5
We really enjoy ourselves, literally in the middle of everything
- 4/5
When we arrived, we got there at 3pm. Check in is at 4. We were told we could pay $30 to check in early....dude, it's an hour! The hotel was also very unoccupied so it's not like they were kicking someone out early for our check in. We were on the 3rd floor and every room we passed on the first and third floors were unoccupied. I thought it was kind of nickel and diming but whatever. We paid. Can't comment on how soundproof the rooms are b/c there was no one on either side of us the four days we were there. For a fun thing - go to the Marriott a few streets behind here (near the water) and walk around inside and see all the dinosaur bones and gems/geodes. It is really neat and free!
- 3/5
The rooms were small, the property itself was less than average. Breakfast bar was well equipped, food was ok, but staff did not keep tables or microwave clean. Over priced due to location I am sure
- 2/5
Didn’t perform the daily room clean-up. Just left clean towels in the room. No disposal of trash or removing of dirty towels. The bathroom was not cleaned.
- 5/5
The hotel was close to River District & the City Market area. Breakfast was good. Staff were very helpful.
- 5/5
The property lived up to what I expected. Staff were professional and show that they really cared about their guests' needs.
- 2/5
Well below the standard expected for BW. Breakfast subpar and not replenished if you missed the first hour. Fee for 2 hour early check in. No noise control at all. Hotel was being overrun by out of control customers until 3am
- 2/5
Trash in fridge, closet, and dirty clothes behind bathroom door Obviously was not cleaned Vents caked with dust - no coffee - ice machines never worked - trash all around hotel and area- not a good first impression of downtown historic Savannah I probably could have gotten a refund , but since I booked through third party , they said I would have to contact Expedia Any thoughts
- 4/5
AC kept the room perfectly cool. Breakfast was good. The hotel is on a very busy street and loud. Rooms are older but clean. Beds were comfortable
- 5/5
Breakfast must have had somethiing bad because I got violently ill with the runs immediately after eating it. Also the room had spider webs on the ceiling and I got bitten all over my body from the bed. Bed bugs ?? One week ater I am still itching with large welts all over my body !!
- 3/5
I
- 4/5
Air conditioning and everything else in the room work well. Pool with heated water was wonderful. The floor lamp in the room did not always work, I think the problem was the electric plug next to it. But that was minor. The only big problem we had was the spring breakers who occupied this hotel on Friday, April 11. They were so noisy, that we could not sleep until 2 am. Luckily we were leaving on the next day. Ironically, that bad night was the most expensive one bc it was a weekend, so we paid about 3 times more for it comparing to the week nights.
- 3/5
The breakfast was really great. We had a room in the back facing the Alida hotel. There was a party going on in the street and they were making a lot of noise.
- 3/5
The shower wax a mere trickle!! Also, if you advertise breakfast till 930, you should continue serving all of the aspects of breakfast until then
- 4/5
The breakfast is good.
- 3/5
Room was good, clean, spacious -breakfast area too crowded-we got street facing room so was little noisy during the night with people partying late at night.
- 5/5
Clean
- 4/5
Great location and the staff were very friendly and helpful.
- 4/5
Great location right in downtown Savannah. A bit expensive for what it is but we just needed a place to crash at the end of the day.
- 1/5
For $500 a night I got a room that had a non-functioning shower, towels were threadbare, beds were lumpy, air conditioning had to be blasting to cover the mildew smell. I asked for a new room when I realized the shower was not working. They gave me a new room, and the shower did not get hot. One of the mattresses was totally collapsed. No blankets were provided, only sheets. I stayed on both the east and west sides of the hotel and both were very loud with traffic and people out partying. None of the rooms have blackout curtains. The best part about the property was the front office staff (Destiny and Bridgette - I didn’t catch the other names). Parking was easy/plentiful but also like $38 a day. There isn’t much worth walking to for food/beverage either.
- 3/5
The breakfast is minimal. Our room was in desperate need of updating. The tub didn’t drain properly. We were given 1 towel, hand towel & wash cloth for 2 people. Had to ask for more towels & a roll of toilet paper. There’s a reason it’s cheaper than nearby hotels!
- 2/5
Coffee is undrinkable. Food not great.
- 5/5
I was surprised at how clean and up-kept the bathroom was ! We liked that parking times were extended after check out so we could still explore the area. The pool was nice and everything was clean. The staff was very helpful and the breakfast was decent. Would definitely come here again!
- 4/5
Location is excellent for river walk. Property is old but has been nicely refurbished. Breakfast had nice variety and satisfactory, not great. Stayed here several years ago and would stay here again. Good memories both times. Location / price are the keys.
- 5/5
Everything was excellent
- 5/5
Спокойной
- 1/5
Bed bug bites, 2 mornings in a row
- 4/5
However it was very loud though on a Saturday night. The room was clean although it was as a bit abused. Patchwork was shabbily done to cover the holes and cracks in the doors, walls, and ceiling. Only one elevator in the middle of the property and we were on the third floor in an end unit so it wasn’t the most convenient access to our room. The stairs were right outside our door, but we are a bit older so climbing three flights of stairs multiple times was a bit much with our luggage etc… It was also difficult with our service animals climbing the stairs to go in and out. Perhaps that might be something to consider when assigning rooms. Otherwise a pleasant experience.
- 4/5
Rooms were fine, basic with all you need. Breakfast was good but basic.
- 5/5
Breakfast had many items you don’t usually find with inclusive breakfasts. Just the eggs were like plastic! Room was nice for downtown Savannah and price point! Convenient to waterfront boardwalk, historic district! Front desk lady could have been more friendly on our arrival but the next day she was in a better mood! Dirty rubber glove in elevator was gross!!
- 5/5
The hotel is in a great location! It could really use a deep cleaning. Our room had a big red stain on the carpet and the bathroom floor left our docks filthy! The breakfast was terrible! Nothing was warm!
- 4/5
If you’re looking for an inexpensive but ideally located hotel in the heart of Savannah then you may like this place. It is a no frills place and the bathroom was in need of repair work but the beds were comfortable. Each room is accessed from outside which is not ideal because anyone can walk by and knock on your door. Also, includes a good, free breakfast. Again, the price may make up for the no frills room.
- 5/5
Clean room, AC worked well!
- 4/5
Absolutely loved the location and the staff here! The bedding and bed itself was not the most comfy and breakfast was the same basics everyday. But I would stay again because of the location and staff.
- 4/5
The room was clean and had everything needed. The staff was friendly and helpful. Breakfast was good and AC worked well
- 4/5
Great location
- 4/5
AC worked fine. Staff very friendly and hekpful.
- 4/5
The room was average. The location was perfect. The registering person was super nice to me
- 5/5
yes
- 2/5
Do not recommend.
- 4/5
Everyone about the hotel itself was great. The only problem was hearing music allll nite long. I was told it comes from the overall which is very close by. Other than that, our stay was great.
- 3/5
The staff was helpful. There was no hair dyer in the room, no tissues. AC was difficult to maintain. Only working ice maker was on 2nd or 3rd floor. The staff did get us ice from the kitchen
- 5/5
Rooms were refurbished and very nice. Good breakfast as well
- 5/5
I had booked the wrong day, staff was amazing fit me in and was ever so sweet about it. Room was equipped with white noise machines so you not on;y had the best location but because you were close to a main highway there was no noise to keep you up. Steps away from Riverfront and also the main marketplace area! Loved it!
- 5/5
Great location! Will be back
- 4/5
Very convenient to the riverwalk and shops
- 2/5
The outside was por, but staff was great and room was clean. However, people staying were very loud, such that we couldn't sleep. After several requests to quiet down, at 4am we contacted hotel staff. They had made no plans to have security on site. This was the weekend prior to st Patrick's day, so the need for security would be foreseeable. Also, when we checked in, front desk staff informed us parking would be an additional $38 per night. Very misleading for hotels.com not to include this cost in their listing. The hotel said they would have comped our stay had we booked directly, but hotels.com would not refund
- 4/5
The check in clerk was horrid and very rude. The hotel was clean enough and in a great location. The gym was very basic and not the cleanest area. A good choice for the traveler watching money but definitely better choices out there for sure.
- 4/5
Amazing staff. Ice maker on the floor was out of commission and the tv in the room didn’t work. We I called the front desk and advised that I was without a tv due to it not working, the response was “if the light on the remote is coming on I don’t know why the tv ain’t..” wasn’t the worst thing as I was only there one night.
- 5/5
Great location close to the River Walk and Market
- 5/5

- 3/5
This property is Very worn. Sheets and beds are clean. Floors are old and stained. Definitely a 2 star motel.
- 5/5
Room was updated and clean. Check in was friendly and efficient. Grateful for the extended parking way past check out time.
- 5/5
Nice
- 2/5
Felt like we were at Motel 6. Staff was very kind but yet unprofessional.
- 4/5
It's a good budget option, with breakfast included. Easy to walk to the historic district and riverfront. Staff was excellent. On my third night there was a lot of noise near my room because of spring break, so the lobby staff offered to move me to a different room with no one in the two rooms next to mine. First room's condition was a bit worn, but the second one was more recently renovated.

- 4/5
Great location!
- 3/5
There was a part roll of toilet paper, a few pieces of Kleenex and they don’t seem to provide hand towels. We had 2 small washcloths on towel bar and 2 small bathtowels. we were staying 2 nights so asked for hand towels and extra bath towel and were handed 2 more facecloths (not hand towels) and 2 more small showering towels. The room was very basic but the bed was comfortable enough. The AC worked well but it was very loud going on and off. The people next door were VERY loud until midnight. They were in and outside of their room with kids running around and a woman yelling and swearing at them and a man named Chris. It was impossible to get to sleep. I contacted front desk via the texting number they provided for if I had any issues 3 times and didn’t seem anyone cared. No response and the noise didn’t seem to be addressed. The buffet was basic for Best Western. Both days “scrambled eggs” listed and both days they were small flat cold fried eggs. One day there was bacon which was fine and the other there was small bits of seasoned chicken? The biscuits and gravy was the best part of breakfast. The location is the bright spot for this place. It’s one block from River Street and had countless bars, restaurants and shops. We also walked to Forsyrh Park in 25 mins. Good for short stay if you need affordable near River street.
- 2/5
While pets are welcome here there is a 75.00 fee, which is average. The 38.00 a day fee for parking is way too much in my opinion since you're parking yourself & there would be times that there were no spaces left, so that seemed extreme. The bed was not comfortable at all. There was no bath mat for the floor & it got soaked after a shower & was very slippery. The noise level from traffic was HORRIBLE, as was the people hanging around right outside our door talking very loudly at night. There were homeless ppl hanging around panhandling & a man was just sitting on the stairs leaving up to the next floor while we were unloading our car which made me very uncomfortable. We will not stay here again.
- 5/5
Conveniently located Well maintained. Friendly staff. Close to River Walk and City Market.
- 4/5
good location to historic district, clean, good parking, nice pool and private area, good breakfast.
- 1/5
Dirty and felt unsafe walking dog at night.
- 5/5
Second time staying. Love the location. Very pet friendly
- 4/5
Clean room, staff fair, breakfast was below average.
- 5/5
Breakfast was good, staff was friendly
- 2/5
The room itself was clean, so clean the cleaning solution burned our nose and we had to air out the room. I noticed there was a sound machine in the room which was interesting until I realized why it was there in the middle of the night. I could actually hear my neighbor in the room next door snoring! Once I heard it, it was hard to unhear it and fall back asleep. I wouldn’t stay here again
- 5/5
Staff was very friendly. Hotel is in a great location.
- 2/5
Room dirty . No towels in room .
- 1/5
They showed a recumbent exercise bike in the pictures but there is none here.
- 3/5
Noisy - highway
- 5/5
Great location and price
- 3/5
Breakfast options were great! Breakfast was available Sunday morning at 7:00 AM by 7:30 they were out of several hot items. I found a bug in my milk. I knocked on the staff door, there were 3 workers in the room. I showed one of them the bug in my milk and advised her that the eggs & bacon was empty. I’m happy to say she responded immediately. The rooms were clean and it is a great location!
- 3/5
Completely forgot to clean/ service room on last day. Had to go to lobby to get towels, etc.
- 5/5
Very clean room, courteous & friendly staff. Very accommodating!
- 5/5
Friendly staff, clean room, comfortable bed and delicious breakfast.
- 2/5
the staff was very friendly and meant well. The condition of the property and the amenities were terrible. A poor shower and things falling off the walls were just some of the things that need updating.
- 2/5
Room was very basic and everything was dusty. There was a very strong odor of cleaner in the room that didn’t go away for the duration of our stay. Bed was comfortable and they had a good breakfast spread. Hotel was in a great location but it was very noisy from the street and nightlife.
- 1/5
It was the worst Best Western hotel I’ve ever been to. The room is narrow and very dirty…
- 5/5
Awesome staff, nice room, and great location.
- 4/5
Great location. Clean room. Parking on site for fee. Less than average breakfast. No fresh fruit, yogurt or fresh muffins
- 4/5
Staff was great, breakfast option was nice. Fabulous location, room was clean and basic. Didn’t need much as we planned to be out enjoying walking around the beautiful sites!
- 1/5
No i got charged on my credit card and never got money back on my card
- 4/5
Chicken was only meat served at breakfast. I personally don't eat chicken for breakfast. Seemed no one else did either.
- 5/5
Room was clean. Very close to everything.
- 4/5
Clean room
- 4/5
Wish the hot water was hotter
- 4/5
The room was clean and comfortable and the complimentary hot breakfast was good. The location is excellent. The parking is $36 per night, which I found ridiculous. Parking at the Quality Inn next door is only $25. I parked very near for less instead of paying the $36. What ticked me off is that I called ahead of time and was told my AAA discount would wave the parking and on sight it didn’t.
- 5/5
Everything was wonderful!
- 4/5
Breakfast was good and fresh. AC is in good working condition.
- 1/5
I will make further calls to escalate this issue. The Expedia agent was unable to resolve my problem, Therefore, I spent approx $100 for nothing; had to find another hotel after1 am and pay another 100+. This is bc your app, though can change the rez (had no wish to cancel) it can't go back in time. I was at the destination city after more than 10 hours in the car and arrived after midnight. Got on my Expedia acct to find a hotel with parking (not easy in Savannah historic district). So the check in and check out dates would be the same. Couldn't grasp how to do on the app so used current date due to no other choice but figured the hotel would comprehend. How wrong I was. That hotel did nothing to rectify because I used a "3rd party." Tried to charge me double to cancel the rez and then change the date to Jan 3rd (it was Jan 4th at this time). Grrrrr
- 3/5
Nice staff. Proerty needs some updating with paint.
- 5/5
Perfect location, in the heart of Historic Savannah, GA. Everything is within walking distance. The hotel is great, and breakfast is on point. A great stay, at a good price.
- 4/5
Breakfast was ok, not too many places to sit and food a little dry.
- 5/5
Close to River Street and an Old Town Trolley drop off #2. Clean rooms and friendly staff.

The room is always clean, very comfortable bed,
- 4/5
The whole place is looking tired but location with proximity to the historic district and food options was great.
- 1/5
Terrible room, roaches, and the breakfast was terrible
- 5/5
Staff
- 4/5
Location was great- within walking distance to everything. Breakfast was good but not many healthy options. Rooms were clean but older
- 2/5
Could not keep up with the demand for breakfast
- 4/5
Location and staff
- 3/5
The breakfast was terrible, no choices at all. Juice machine was broker permanently
- 5/5
Clean room.Nice breakfast
- 4/5
Breakfast was VERY limited and there wasn’t a lot of places to sit when it got busy. Staff was friendly and it’s in an area excellent location.
- 3/5
We really enjoyed our stay! Just a heads-up: breakfast isn’t replenished, so it’s best to get there early—later on, there’s not much left. There was no juice, only coffee and water, and no housekeeping service.
- 2/5
The phone in our room didn’t work. I couldn’t get a wake-up call. Four towels and two washcloths were in our room in our reservation we had four people front desk lady was extremely overwhelmed. People were fighting over who parking. For the price we paid I expected a working phone and a towel for each person. Not the best experience
- 1/5
They really need to improve their parking system, very annoyed. The minimum they should have done is to reimburse our parking.
- 3/5
Expected some hot eggs and ham
- 2/5
The location is the best part of this hotel, and would not stay here for more than one night. The room was not old but clearly in need of repairs and deep cleaning. The door knobs were falling off, the bathroom door didn’t close. The lamp shades had stain evidence of having had bed bugs.
- 3/5
I went for breakfast but decide to go other place
- 4/5
Staff were awesome! A/c not working properly. And toilet seat loose.
- 4/5
The location is fantastic for walking by the river. The room was fine and the staff was friendly.
- 5/5
All perfect
- 5/5
Yes
- 3/5
The staff is kind of unfriendly. Waffle batter (and so many things) run out during breakfast, and kept us waiting for so long to refill. When I asked when would the batter be back, the staff told me “don’t say anymore” with annoying face, even if this is the first time I asked after 10-minute waiting.
- 5/5
Everything was fabulous!
- 2/5
The location of this hotel is excellent and very convenient. However, my experience with the room was disappointing. Although the room initially appeared clean, there were several issues that affected my stay. The closet was broken, I found open soda cans left in a corner of the room, and there were cockroaches present. Additionally, breakfast was poorly managed, the coffee machine was broken with no alternative offered. While the location is a strong positive, the cleanliness and maintenance of the room need significant improvement.
- 5/5
Excelentent staff
- 3/5
Fantastic location. Room was pleasantly clean and equipped. You can bring your pet, but they'll hit you with a $75 surcharge. Parking can be a challenge. It is on-site, but far fewer places than are needed. The rooms open off the parking lot or, on the back side, a public street. Sound insulation to the street is poor so at night you qill hear the action on the street.
- 4/5
Pretty good decent hotel. The bathroom could have been cleaner. The staff was real nice and friendly besides the overnight front desk clerk. She started off ride then kind of settled down. They charged me two nights for parking wjen I only parked at hotel one night. The lady who checked us in messed something up. When the manager came in she fixed everything. The hotel is close by everything and that's a plus.
- 5/5
yes
- 4/5
Parking was EXPENSIVE!
- 5/5
The staff was friendly. Room was clean.
- 5/5
Breakfast, staff and room were great!
- 5/5
Easy check in, room was very clean
- 4/5
Brenda was wonderful and the breakfast was delicious. Hotel is walking distance to the top tourist attractions.
- 5/5
We come every year. Best option in town.
- 5/5
Helpful staff; clean facility; great location in historic district.
- 5/5
Excellent stay!! Close to everything! Clean room and excellent and friendly staff! Definitely would stay again!
- 5/5
The day Staff were outstanding. We arrived in Savannah via train at 0645 and as soon as we arrived they made us feel welcomed. The breakfast was fantastic. I dont eat pork and they had several delicious options to choose from. As soon as they learned it was my Birthday they made my day even more special. Your Consieur is the best...very friendly and helpful. This crew made our stay wondeful.
- 4/5
The staff was great! Room was good for what we needed
- 5/5
Great room
- 5/5
Everything!
- 3/5
There was no shower curtain - we got one but they made us put it up.
- 5/5
Clean room, good breakfast, location is fantastic . The $36.00 a day to park is terrible since you already pay for the room.
- 3/5
Staff was extremely courteous and kind, however, we had a roach infestation in our room. For 3 days, we were killing roaches on our vacation. Quite the adventure!
- 3/5
They forgot to makeup our room-so had to go to the desk and ask for towels etc
- 4/5
Location was perfect, room was clean. Breakfast had decent choices.
- 5/5
Great spot to spend time enjoying Savannah. Very comfortable with the dogs…very pet friendly and easy access for going on walks. Would definitely visit again!!
- 5/5
Nice staff, Clean room, and excellent location.
- 5/5
Everything! Especially the location to River front
- 5/5
Friendly staff. Clean lobby & breakfast area. Close to downtown. Great room & great price.
- 3/5
I have stayed at plenty of Best Westerns, and this is the only one I've had issues with. Everyone first of all was nice, but...We arrived before we could check in, and wanted to leave our luggage. They just leave it behind the desk and nothing to verify it is yours. Anyone could have easily taken it. Our room was super noisy, not exactly the hotels fault, but made it hard to sleep. Water pressure also stunk. The breakfast was awful. During our stay, most of the foods in the warming trays were empty. What they did have was cold. No one seemed.to be monitoring the fiod situation at all. It was barely edible.
- 4/5
Polite staff, clean rooms
- 4/5
Very clean. Walking distance to River street. Close to everything. Highly recommend
- 3/5
Not the friendliest welcome ☹️ Very noisy.
- 5/5
Super comfortable bed! Very nice room. Wish there was a microwave and a vent fan for the bathroom.
- 4/5
Clean room. Friendly staff. Some onsite parking. One block from City Market. One block from River Street.
- 5/5
Yes
- 5/5
The room was exceptionally clean and cozy!
- 3/5
Check-out: Not so good. 2 days before, we asked if we could check-out the night before due to our 4am departure from the hotel. Yes! Great!! So the night before we went to check out, 2 ladies were there, 1 said nothing & the other said we couldn’t check-out, we had to wait til 4am & yes, someone would be at the desk. Needless to say that wasn’t true. Now if she was being spiteful then that is sad cuz it reflects on the hotel & the rest of the great staff. Long story short, we lucked out that Lisa was in the dark lobby. We told her our story, she tried to help even calling her supervisor. Thank you both for trying to help us!! But we had to go so my friend & I solved our problem & left. Now the rest of our thoughts on our stay: Fabulous location! Room was clean, nice ambience! The Concierge was super helpful!! Unfortunately no hairdryer so bring your own. Lisa helped us with that situation so double kudos to Lisa! A microwave would have been nice and the mini fridge door that would open all the way. It is a non-smoking hotel, but the people smoke outside their rooms which then filters into yours. Last but not least, we always recommend softer toilet paper. 🙃
- 3/5
Check in was not a good experience, we arrived early and the lady on the desk couldn’t have been more helpful, however when we returned to actually check in, we saw a different lady who couldn’t have been more unfriendly if she tried. Not a smile or even eye contact. Cleanliness of the hotel could definitely have been better, the room could really do with a very deep clean. Breakfast was not great, more healthy options should be available and more attention needs to be made to environmental considerations, too much throw away plastic.
- 1/5
Very dirty hotel! Bed Bugs? Roaches?Woke up with bites!! (both of us) Took pictures and showed the front desk. She said management would contact us. Of course no one has contacted us. Breakfast was inedible and disgusting. I dreaded having to come back to the hotel at night.
- 3/5
GOOD LOCATION, STAFF WAS FRIENDLY, BREAKFAST WAS ON POINT
- 4/5
AWESOME location at the west end of Bay St & River St.
- 3/5
The coffee machine, hot water machine was broken. I was told to put water in the microwave which did not have the glass plate in it, in order to put my cup in I had brought from home so no tea for me. 2 days we went down and they did not have eggs and that it might take 20 minutes before they were ready. We were on a schedule, so we didn't get to eat.
- 2/5
This property was a disappointment. There was food from the previous guests in the refrigerator, the handle was missing from one of the bathroom’s French doors, and the latch on the door to the room was loose, which made us feel unsafe. Stay somewhere else, you’ll be happier.
- 2/5
The second room asigned had the toilet cover completely loosen.
- 3/5
The room was okay , uncomfortable beds , outdated
- 3/5
The room was clean, but the shower in the bathroom was very wore out. No extra toilet paper, I had to go to the lobby to get more. Awful bed, the phone didn't work, room very noisy. The staff in breakfast area were not very nice, but the ladies at the reception area were friendly and helpful. The only good thing about the hotel is the location. I won't stay there again.
- 3/5
The foom was clean but dated a bit. The main issue i had was the road noise with motorcycles and cars reving there engines on the street until 2:30 AM. This is a location issue more than a room issue but in the end it prevented me from getting a good nights sleep so it is relevant. Maybe it would have been better for rooms in the back of the property. I would suggest that for anyone planning on staying in this hotel.
- 5/5
Much better than expected
- 3/5
The location was convenient and there was plenty of parking. Most staff was very nice, check-in person wasn't too friendly. They don’t give you fresh towels, didn't even leave enough toilet paper. Very noisy- people yelling, loud cars speeding by. Would not stay here again.
- 2/5
Didn’t eat breakfast. Towel rack in bathroom was broken and kept falling off the wall. Mattress was conclaves rolling you towards the middle. No towels in the room. VERY noisy out in front of the building. Walls very thin. Could hear everything in other rooms. Air conditioner was VERY loud. I didn’t sleep much despite my efforts.
- 2/5
The bathroom was dusty on fixtures and shower curtain ripped and hanging. There were no coffee pots for coffee and staff said they were broken. The lobby dark and staff sitting doing personal things on computer and at one time a gentleman was sleeping at the table. The elevator inspection out of date April 2025, fire extinguishers last checked November 2020. Ice makers broken and dirty and blinking red. Staff in room watching tv leaning on dresser with no name tags and smoking in breezeway. Appeared to be a “friend” coming out of a room in her pajamas to go to the car to get some clothes.
- 5/5
Yes to both very cool
- 4/5
Everything was fine with the exception the noise. Our room was an adjoining room and sounded as if the people in the next room were in our room. It was tough to sleep.
- 4/5
It was clean
- 4/5
It is an older motel with open walkways but it was clean and safe feeling. Staff was friendly and helpful. Good economic place to stay close to downtown. Easy to walk to the riverfront from here. Adequate onsite self-parking for a nominal fee.
- 5/5
-
- 5/5
I enjoy hard boiled eggs, oatmeal, fruit and juice for breakfast. Once my car was parked, i walked everywhere. Air conditioner sat at 68, it was perfect to come back to room after my walk. My room was clean, i was missing shower curtain, took baths instead. Staff was friendly and guidance helpful.
- 1/5
No sheets were changed, towels were small and thin, no toilet paper unless we asked for it. Don't stay here!
- 3/5
After returning from a long day of walking I had to call the front desk and ask for towels. Used towels were taken but not replaced and the coffee in the room was not replaced.
- 4/5
Staff was very sweet
- 2/5
We asked for a bathmat but we never received one. Aldo, the heater/ air conditioner was broken the whole time and they did not fix it
- 1/5
I would stay away from booking this property. I am a well seasoned traveler. Have done everything from booking directly to using a 3rd party to having an agent handle my trip. That being said, Best western and hotels.com are in a secret competition to insult my intelligence. First let's start with the property itself before my main gripe. The property is in disrepair and isn't taken care of. Handle missing from the bathroom door, vents dirty and dusty, room dank and musty, front door isn't properly sealed (insects will come in and say hi). Went to check out and there's copious amounts of water pouring from the top floor to the first floor (safety hazard amongst other things). I've seen better cat food than their breakfast and I'd only entertain it if you REALLY don't want to spend the money on something else (Maples is right down the street). I know this is a budget hotel, but this was an embarrassing display. Then they have the audacity to charge me 160+ more than what was shown on hotels.com. I am no stranger to there being things like resort fees being added outside of the booking. This was not the case. They just decided to jack the room rate up one night for twice the amount. Now hotels.com and best western are both pointing at each other. Both parties don't have to worry about me using either of them in the future.
- 4/5
Had to change rooms because A/C was out in first room. However, the staff accommodated and let us switch rooms. For the most part, this hotel was one I would stay at again. It just didn't have all the amenities and highest qualities.
- 4/5
The property is in a decent location and allows for walking to certain attractions. Great Value for our stay. It is a bit dated but overall clean. A few things here and there that could be attended to. Breakfast is great and all the staff we met were nice. Housekeeping was a little hit and miss.Overall satisfied with our stay and would stay again. Yes we did see a ghost!
- 3/5
Great location, well priced but it was definitely a budget hotel. If your budget allows I’d stay somewhere nicer. We had a dog so we’re limited. Don’t park onsite. Cheaper covered parking lots Few blocks away. You don’t need your car in Historic Savanat
- 2/5
Dated rooms, drafty door, leaking broken heat/AC Bedding consisted of sheets and a super thin blanket. Requested additional blankets and was told they didn’t have any!
- 4/5
excellent stay at this hotel. Friendly staff and over all comfortable vibe.
- 4/5
Convenient to the Historic district and River Street. Very noisy area.
- 2/5
A little run down. Staff was very nice
- 4/5
Room was ok. Weird bathroom set up with dbl doors. Poor water pressure. Rooms on front of property had a lot of traffic noise. Price of room jumped on Saturday from $100 that we were paying to $350! Definitely not worth that price so we left instead of Staying another day
- 5/5
Rooms were clean and whole place looked like it was recently updated/refreshed. Very close to River Street. Friendly staff with good breakfast selection. Will definitely stay here next time I'm in Savannah!
- 3/5
Furniture and fixtures all in excellent condition. The breakfast was adequate for a hotel service. At check-in the hotel was not ready with 2 adjoining rooms so we were placed in opposite sides of the building. The next day the toilet leaked in one room so we had to relocate but the desk had no recollection of us being together. So we waited a half hour to have the room next door made up. The hotel comped us for a night for the inconvenience
- 3/5
Arrived early--about 1 PM--no rooms available at that time, but asked for a room on top floor when time to check in,--it was noted by desk staff. Returned to hotel at 4:45, and was told only ground level rooms had been cleaned. I refused, and then was told a room was clean and ready on the second floor-no higher. Bathroom was noted to have long dark hair in shower and sink, and on floor--I have military buzz cut of gray hair.--Disgusting!...clearly had not been cleaned!---only positive thing was that it was a short walk to the City Center Market and riverfront areas.
- 5/5
Great Location.. friendly staff.. rooms were definitely aged but nice.. only issue was there were tiny bugs in the room.
- 5/5
The room was very clean and comfortable. The breakfast was great with a good variety of food options.
- 5/5
Great access to riverside and historic district.
- 2/5
The breakfast was good the room was awful felt like we were sleeping on wet sheets housekeeper took forever to get fresh towels the lock on our door was broken muggy smell as soon as we walked in felt wet the whole time
- 1/5
Bathroom floor stayed wet and never dried no maintenance person ever showed up and waited for staff to wash and dry linen for a blanket.
- 5/5
Great place for a weekend trip, very nice staff -nice breakfast and great location
- 5/5
Well maintained older hotel right in the middle of everything.
- 5/5
Clean and convenient location to everything in historic Savannah which has a lot to do. Staff was wonderful. Very friendly and nice. Accommodating. Would definitely come back.
- 2/5
The people that is to clean the room if they don’t have on the list to replace the towels replace the toilet paper and to clean the rooms. The staff don’t do anything. Have to call front desk to send someone to do the cleaning.,!
- 5/5
Workers were grreat and helpful
- 2/5
Smoking by construction workers, dust from construction as we have COPD and post lung removal surgery. noise by other customers (smoking pot outside our window at 2AM.) and construction and street workers. extremely overpriced for parking at hotel and in the city. Broken safety bar in bath. Food was ok. Homeless and beggars everywhere. Trash on streets and around sidewalks. Didn't feel safe walking.
- 4/5
It was good for value. Rooms are a tad small but ok
- 4/5
The hotel itself was fine but the breakfast included as part of the stay was awful.
- 4/5
Older hotel but clean and comfortable. Pet friendly. Very convenient location
- 1/5
The room had a fishy odor that would not go away.
- 5/5
Overall, this was a great hotel for us. We wanted walkable, easy access to the tourist things and this location was perfect. The staff was a 10/10. They were so kind and helpful. They remembered us and we talked like friends. I appreciated the warm southern hospitality they showed to me!
- 5/5
Interesting stores and eateries nearby. Easy to reach from out of town. Large breakfast was available.
- 5/5
The hotel close to all. Different options for breakfast. Felt safe walking nearby.
- 5/5
Good
- 5/5
I stay here all the time. It’s a great value for the money walking distance too many things great staff.
- 3/5
Dirty towels in room, along with very noisy outside of room
- 5/5
Great location 📍, everything is super convenient
- 3/5
We stayed for two nights, the second night we had difficulty parking because the hotel was not enforcing the parking policy (checking for parking tags) and people at an adjacent property were using the hotel parking lot. Three parking spaces were closed for construction work being done on the hotel. We circled the hotel to find a parking place - lucky on our second pass we were able to grab a space as another car left. The hotel is conveniently located in the historic district and within a block of the riverfront. The complementary breakfast was great - although the yogurt machine was out of commission on both mornings. Construction work was being done in the first floor maintenance corridor that runs the length of the hotel, so it was noisy during the day with saw and drilling sounds for most of the day.
- 2/5
The staff quickly cleaned most everything up, but no other concessions were made beyond cleaning what should have already been cleaned.
- 5/5
Great our 1st stay and hoping 4 more
- 5/5
Loved the pool and the view beds were comfy middle of everything nice stay
- 1/5
Room is in desperate need of TLC. Quiet hours are non existent. Guests in the room next door were quite loud and you could definitely tell there was illegal activity taking place until about 3am. So glad we only stayed one night. Save yourself the trouble and spend the extra money to stay somewhere else. I know I will next time I take a trip to Savannah.
- 3/5
Morning traffic can be heard. Maintenance work is not considerate of sleeping patrons
- 3/5
Needs a reconditioning
- 1/5
The staff was a little bit rude at the front desk. The cleaning crew was awesome.
- 4/5
The location is perfect within walking distance to everything.
- 3/5
Best Western was a decent option for an overnight stay, conveniently located within a short walking distance of the historic riverfront area. On a positive note, the staff were hospitable and responsive, helping to make the stay comfortable. We did encounter a pest issue at night, but the front desk staff promptly resolved it by moving us to a new room right away.
- 5/5
It was a great stay, the location is just perfect to walk around town.
- 5/5
Maybe a security guard or something at night because there is a liquor store next door
- 1/5
Bed was not comfortable, I called the front desk repeatedly with no answer. Several people were in hallway super loud for hours. It was never stated anywhere that I had to pay a daily rate of $40 to park at the hotel.
- 4/5
Friendly people, good breakfast and great location
- 5/5
Great hotel to visit River Street and Historic District. Staff are very friendly and happy to just chat with customers.
- 5/5
Great location on the edge of the district. Super easy check in & check out process. Friendly staff.
- 5/5
I liked that it was convenient and accessible to everything…
- 5/5
Easy walk to the riverfront. Room was clean, beds were comfortable
- 3/5
It was clean but it was very loud at all times of day and specially at night with trucks passing by which made it very difficult to rest.
- 4/5
This location is great for accessing many things- the river, the City market, the hop on bus and many restaurants.
- 4/5
The staff was great. Bathroom hold a small amount of mold that should be cleaned.
- 3/5
Room was clean, but beds need new mattresses... very lumpy and uncomfortable. Everyday we had to ask for more towels because they only gave us two towels when there were three people in the room. The included breakfast was okay, but the menu was identical all four mornings we were there. A bit of variety would have been nice. The pool area needed attention, pool had not been skimmed. But the main issue I had was that even though I had booked at a rate of $141 per night INCLUDING taxes and fees (through an ad on Expedia), the hotel still charged me taxes and fees on top of the $141 per night. When I called the hotel they said that I had to call Expedia and when I called Expedia and explained the situation they asked for a screen shot of the ad and the bill which I sent, but got no satisfaction. So very disappointed in this misrepresentation.
- 5/5
The staff was extremely friendly and always willing to help with anything
- 4/5
Great location. Easy walking distance. Pool was great but needs pool towels not a hand towel.
- 4/5
Beds were comfy, staff was helpful, breakfast options were nice and very close to walk down to the Riverfront
- 4/5
People was very nice
- 3/5
The noise on the street was loud, which is not the property’s fault. Needs updating. Staff great
- 1/5
Lose to river street. The pool is dirty the sides needs a good scrubbing . The doors to the rooms don’t shut right they are loose. Overall it’s ok for one night and there is no microwave in the rooms. I wouldn’t stay again.
- 4/5
Great location to the Historic District waterfront area. Breakfast was decent. Staff were very friendly and helpful.
- 4/5
Very good location.
- 5/5
nice
- 1/5
Room was so dirty left in middle of stay. Cobwebs, blood on lamp shade, unclean vents, dust everywhere
- 4/5
Friendly and very responsive staff; great location. Hotel shows its age, however.
- 4/5
We love the location near the water. The staff was friendly and helpful. The thermostat in the room did not work as we attempted to warm the room. We turned it on to 80 and it was still cold when we returned from dinner. The bathroom floor was wet, maybe from a leak somewhere.
- 2/5
Would not recommend this hotel. Expensive and dirty
- 5/5
The staff were friendly, the elevator was cool and I really liked the wooden shutter(?) on the room window with the blinds that are wooden. I liked being close to historic district of Savannah. Saw this from my floor hallway
- 4/5
Good place. Decent breakfast. Very close to the river in Savannah which was nice.
- 4/5
Location of the property was great. Check in was easy. It is an older property and the walls were thin. You can definitely hear the street noise and any noisy neighbors- wasn't a deal breaker for us because we were only there for one night. If I was staying longer it might be a bigger concern.
- 2/5
Will never come back
- 5/5
It is very friendly and quiet besides the traffic noise and a very i good place to go to the River Front
- 5/5
Excellant
- 3/5
Es un hotel muy básico para el precio un poco sucio y parece más un hotel de paso.
- 5/5
love this place but not the best parking !
- 5/5
The place was clean , confortable , convenient , close to everything , breakfast was good.
- 5/5
Good breakfast
- 5/5
Great hotel staff parking is a nightmare
- 5/5
Always a good stay
- 5/5
Close to all spots.
- 2/5
This is a glorified motel. Our room backed up to a bar and we got no sleep. I will NEVER stay here again
- 2/5
The staff, on the other hand, is a whole different story. It was a mixed bag. We arrived an hour early and asked if we would be able to check in. We were not, and that was perfectly fine, because staff allowed us to use the lobby restroom after a long trip. When we checked in, the staff acted like we were bothering them and were unprofessional in their language and demeanor. I went down later that evening to ask for some salt and a paper plate so my little girl could eat some fruit we had brought with us. The individual who checked us in acted like I was a begger, not a paying guest. However, another staff member helped me and was gracious in her dealings with me. I went to the lobby, on the morning of our checkout, to get some coffee and ask for printed receipt to show there was no additional charges. I was told I could be printed a blank piece of paper. This was after I had to wait for the individual to stop phone scrolling.
- 4/5
Good Stay close to main area
- 3/5
They had roaches in my room I kills five roaches
- 5/5
Convenient
- 5/5
Quick check in, lady was super nice. The room exceeded our expectations and had a spacious clean bathroom. Breakfast staff and food were amazing. I’d definitely book again.
- 3/5
Need chair height toilets. Get better coffee at breakfast bar. Refill breakfast food .
- 3/5
Great location to everything. Was clean but stunk of weed every night. Staff was there not pleasant or unpleasant. Had no blanket on beds in room just sheets. Bathrooms had nice upgrade but the doors suck for privacy. AC worked great in the heat. Nothing great or horrible just an average hotel. Overall ok stay.
- 3/5
It was clearly a place that used to not be so great that Best Western cleaned up. A staff member made a few mistakes throughout the stay but it was the same one repeatedly and others fixed it so it might’ve just been him. Overall, a perfectly fine place to stay for a night but wouldn’t be my first choice
- 4/5
I loved the area. It was conveniently located near River Street and City Market. This was the second time I stayed at this hotel. The staff was polite and the breakfast was very good. My room was clean and comertable. My only complaint was that the a/c struggled durring the day to keep up with the Savannah heat.
- 4/5
Nice location, room was small.
- 5/5
Room was okay, sad that I don’t get my Best Western reward points, because I booked through Expedia!
- 4/5
Only real complaint is the street sounds and I know the hotel can’t do anything about that. Grounds need attention
- 4/5
The hotel Grounds where dirty, trash cans over flowing with trash. The Bed was hard as a rock. But the room was ok. The bathroom and closet doors which where double didn't close unless you forced them to shut. I was surprised it was in this condition most of the Best Western we've stayed at are nicer.
- 4/5
The beds were comfortable. The parking isn’t the best for the price. The breakfast was adequate.
- 3/5
The room was nice and comfortable but the walls are paper thin and you could hear the couple next door talking quite clearly. The hotel does provide a sound machine to drown out noise which was helpful for sleeping.
- 1/5
Smelled like marijuana in the room late in the evening. Huge orange stain on the headboard. Had to pay for parking. Telephone didn’t work. Sheets were very uncomfortable.
- 2/5
Worst breakfast I ever ate. Smelly room. For what I paid, I expected something much better.
- 5/5
Property was conveniently located, room was clean, pool was great.
- 1/5
This property has charged me a $350 extra for as smoking fee whereas i haven't smoked my entire life. They wouldn't answer my phone calls when asked about it. Manager is always unavailable to talk. I raised a dispute with my credit card firm and still working through to settle the matter
- 2/5
Mediocre at best! Room wasn’t very clean, carpets had just been washed but were still wet in our room; continuous music from hotel across the street - the ENTIRE night! Location was central, and I guess you get what you pay for.
- 3/5
There isn‘t any reason to stay exactly at this motel
- 5/5
Close to everything and clean
- 4/5
Needs updating.
- 5/5
It was a good stay.
- 4/5
Location was great! Cleanliness is okay.
