Looked nothing like the photos, location not great either

No bedside lamps. Must get out of bed to turn out lights, but you won't be getting sleep, anyway. The bed had a spring that would pop loudly every so often while moving into, on, or getting out of bed. Floor was sticky and dirty. Must wear footwear to get out of the bed. There was a large gap 1/2 inch or so, between the door and the door jamb that allowed heat and insects into the room. I asked if they had some duct tape we could use to cover the gap. No. Walls are thin. We could hear all of our neighbors. We were on the 1st floor, inner-corner room, noisy on both sides and from the room above us. One neighbor enjoyed her stay, based on the screams we kept hearing all evening. Heavy rain came down in our corner off of the roof just outside the room VERY loudly. Practically no sleep the one night we stayed. And we use a "Thunderstorm sounds" app to sleep. There's a step in front of the door that is NOT painted yellow. Easy to trip on. Maybe 2" tall and 8" deep. Not noticeable when stepping out. The site states that coffee and tea are available in the common area. There is no such amenity, and there is no such thing as a common area. The lobby is kept locked for storage use. They did unlock for us once for check-in since we called. Service is through a window. We had to look up their number to check in because the window is marked as the "Night Window". We thought they were late to open, so we called.

The air conditioner worked. The bed was comfortable. The pillows was atrocious. Give me a headache sleeping on them. Pillows the room was pretty much clean but I found dead bugs and the tub had dead bugs in it

Great overnight stay. Simple, seamless checkin with friendly staff. Perfect if you're just passign through.

The hotel was terrible. The leaning on the bed was dirty. I had to ask them to change it. I actually have pictures of how bad the room looks. The walls were dirty. The showerhead was broken completely off. The TV did not work. There was no microwave. I could not heat up my food and I was traveling from out of town if I had somewhere else to stay, I would not have even stayed in that room definitely wasn’t worth 200 bucks.

Perfectly refreshed 70-year-old room. Spotlessly clean. Zero-chipped nice paint, new-looking LVP flooring, old but working normally flat screen ESPN TV, through-wall- HVAC worked fine, old but very comfortable bed, bathroom appliances all renewed and worked well, very old furniture in good condition. Non-smoking room had no odor of any kind - nothing musty or mouldy or anything detectable. Room was neat and clean upon our arrival. GREAT VALUE - - you pay HALF the price of the “big name” motels and this America’s Best Value delivers everything you pay for and more.

The property was clean but gave the impression of drive in motel in the middle of nowhere. I had to check for bugs and cleanliness fearing bed bugs or the roaches a previous review had stated. The room was clean,.but the paint and look of the facility and room had me fear for safety and any infestation.

The room that I was assigned was not made when I arrived, so the staff directed me to another one at a very noisy location of the hotel. Manager promised she would help, she never did. Room is unclean. Room is unclean, keycard never works and must be reactived almost daily.

I did not stay due to the room that was given to me was filthy. Holes in the wall. Bathroom door broken ripped off At the bottom. The floors looked filthy and looked like a toddler used it as a drawing board with permanent marker and of course you cant imagine the smell. I was scared for my life I was gonna catch something if I sat down

Nothing. The room did not look like the pictures online. The only thing that worked properly was the toilet.and electricity. I did like that there were no bugs in the room. Everything. The fridge was rotting from outside. The beds were hard. The sink in the bathroom had no water pressure and the towels were dirty. We didn't use anything in the hotel room but the AC and even that took 45 mins to kick in. The wood floor tricked your eyes into thinking that there are bugs on the floor.

Downside. First night a huge party was allowed to continue until 2:30 AM (to their credit, they threw them out the next day and it was very quiet the remainder of my stay). My door needed a new threshold because it had a 1 inch gap. No Continental Breakfast. Upside. Very clean room with lots of amenities!

It was as I expected . . a place to stay for a short overnight on the way to our final destination. Clean towels and clean sheets were what we expected and nothing more. Lots of things but then that would be priced at a higher rate.

The staff was excellent and location was amazing I felt the room was not as good as it should’ve been. Bathroom was amazing but you can tell where the money spent was put towards. Bed were uncomfortable and room had very weird smell

So. This is a quick stop kindda place. The sheets were stained and the bathroom door was broken. Dingy for a family and but it served the purpose of rest.

Customer service was RUDE!! He had an attitude when we asked him questions about the room! The room was poor for being cleaned and also I did not like how they watched just our room! The man swore we was lying about not having a tv remote so he came down there to the room and moved everything in the room before he would bring us a tv remote!!

Best value as the name. Very good experience. Queen bed, clean. Even though next to the main road, not too noisy. There are no restaurants and grocery stores near by. So if you need something to eat or buy, get them somewhere downtown.

It's horrible there! The lady that's behind the desk does not care about how dirty your room is. When i told her my room was dirty, she stuff in so many words that they all are like that..??? And if i wanted a real room I'd have to pay a deposit fee of $75. None of the pictures were from the actual hotel which is actually false advertising. Never go there!! I had to take my shower somewhere else. I had to buy my own bedding. And a bunch of lysol just to be able to just sleep there. And even when i complained to hotel.com they told me i had to pay the fee just to have an acceptable room. So im probably not going to use this either for a while. PLEASE DON'T SPEND YOUR MONEY!!

Floors need daily scrub, tables, mirror frames, furnitures, door knobs, taps, all door knobs, replaced old chairs, window and shower curtains. Clean Up dusty air con. Everything is dusty. stained white towel/towelettes. Back and sides need clean up bad. Washer and dryer need replacements. Their rates are high so they can replaced old doors, fire lazy housekeepers and changed all curtains per new customers.

Booked 2 rooms. 1 had dirty sheets that took 2 requests and 12hrs to change and the bathroom smelled like sewage. The other room had sink that only dribbled a little water, a fridge that made weird noises and an AC that banged loudly. The blinking security light (a la horror movies) was a nice touch though

The room and washroom was not clean as per expectation. The bedsheet has cigarette holes. The washroom does not have a dust bin and toilet accessories such as toilet paper, toothbrush, body wash, etc. Cockroaches were roaming around in the washroom. Overall, a disgusting and pathetic place to stay. Don't spend your money on such a place.

My wife put on a fresh pair of socks and just from walking from the bathroom to the bed a few times had them FILTHY. After returning from our evening out, the floor was WET and our clothes were sticky like they needed a dehumidifier in there. I was very let down staying here. Please please don’t make the same mistake we did.

The bathtub was clogged, hairs in bathroom, only provided 2 mini bars of soap. No cups, no coffee machine, no phone, smelled like cigarettes even though we chose non smoking room. Breakfast is not being served although it’s advertised on website. No coffee in the room or the office. Old building that needs many updates. Many rooms had permanent residents with pets. On a better note, had cable tv and only a few minutes drive from historic Savannah so made for cheap Uber rides. Unfortunately, I guess you get what you pay for…

I have stayed at this same Motel about 7 years ago and it was much different. The area was secluded back then but this time I could tell it was hit by the pandemic. I noticed a few homeless people hanging around the property and many extended stay types as well. The room itself was clean and upgraded but the area was definitely sketchy AF.

I noticed a few homeless people hanging around the property and many extended stay types as well. The room itself was clean and upgraded but the area was definitely sketchy AF.

Disgusting place, room is falling apart, mold in bathrooms, burn holes in sheets, roaches crawling out of everywhere. On top of that the lady in the front tried to charge my card twice before I even checked in. Lady also tried to charge $70 for my registered service dog after I left. No warning, nothing! I left a pair of expensive business shoes ($250) and no call nothing, you ask what happened to them and they have no idea. Dog bowls was accidentally left they threw it away. Disgusting hotel, worse I’ve ever stayed in. Pimps and hookers, drug use and unprofessional staff. I would never put your health and life at risk staying here. If you want to save the extra $30 and not stay in a better hotel you will regret it. I don’t recommend to anybody and I recommend this place gets shut down for good!

It is quiet here. The room has roaches and its dirty. The only five 2 towels and wash clothes. Nothing to dry your hands after washing them. The headboard has splashes of stuff on it along with filth in the bathroom. Gross.

The hotel looks much better inside the rooms than outside. It’s on a busy street and it’s facade is old and crumbling. But inside are a fridge, microwave, comfy beds with clean linens. The towels are fine and the restroom is all fully functional with hot water. It’s just not pretty or updated. It was great for me because I only used it for sleep.

The room was gross and the bathroom area smelled terrible, but at least the sheets were clean. We tried not to touch many surfaces, skipped showering, and just slept so we could leave early in the morning.

The bathroom wasn't that clean. The ice bucket was nasty. Towels had spots on them. That was my first stay and my last.

Finding an affordable hotel in this area is next to impossible. This is where we ended up. A 4 mile ride from the downtown/riverfront area. Checked in quickly. Provided a room key toward the end of a single story building. Free parking for both of our vehicles. Opened the door and it smelled clean, like Pinesol and it was welcomed. Nice small hanging closet with plenty of hangers for a long weekend. Lower table to sit your luggage/bags on so they don't have to sit on the floor. Fridge was cold upon arrival and microwave also available in room. Large chest of drawers, desk and end tables next to the bed. Overhead lights all worked. Bathroom was clean upon arrival and towels for two. Shampoo and soap in room. Shower had decent pressure. Mat for floor to keep your feet clean was also in bathroom. Big mirror with a hair dryer. Bed was comfortable and 2 pillows for me and 2 pillows for my husband.Bedding was light and with the freezing AC we got a little chilly. The morning we were leaving the toilet had a small leak which we reported to the staff and they took care of immediately. The vehicles were safe and we had no negative experiences while there.

Place was clean but the Television did not work, the lock was broken off the door and the deadbolt did not work. Glad I wasn’t alone.

The hotel room and bedsheets were very dirty. The AC makes terrible noise all the time. The bathroom was okay but there was no waste-bin.

Everything was filthy. Smudge marks on everything, the floor had barely even been swept in who knows how long, the bathroom door did not fit in the frame so it didn’t close and there were bugs/roaches. The lady at the front desk was very pleasant, the only positive part of this experience.

The owners are very nice, the room was clean and comfortable, the only dislike was the tub was so small only fit for children and my wife fell and hurt herself!

Well located for a Savannah trip stay, the motel was disappointing. The door s were crumbling, plaster and paint was peeling, curtains not properly attached; decor was grim. Service was good, but no coffee maker. Some oddballs loitering in parking lot. For us, no repeat visit nor recommendation.

room smelled like cleaning products but nothing looked clean at all. the complimentary shampoo and conditioner was used and placed back like it was new. no well card with how to work the tv or tv guide or wi-if password. was not aware of the fact that i had to pay at check in and not at check out. the bathroom mirror was chipped and no trash can.

Dumpier than expected. The bathroom door didn't shut properly, there was drywall falling on the floor.The area was sketchy.
