Staff was great, the rooms were clean every thing worked just fine , it's walking distance from restaurants, front desk was awesome Everything things was good

Quiet Staff problem

Nothing except the night front desk guy. He was very nice and apoplectic. Everything... the room was filthy. Spider webs, broken front door, stained tub, stained toilet, burnt bed sheets, no smoke detector, bad smell, dirty walls, i was sooooo disgusting.

Not really anything Toilet didn’t work. Facilities were run down. Roaches in the room. Pool had so many rules, couldn’t even take food or drinks to the one table that was in the pool area, and there was no umbrellas for shade bear the pool.

Rates, front desk gentlemen, very nice. This is a quick layover..not fancy, no extras. But if you just need to lay your head down a bit and aren't high maintenance..it's fine, sheets and pillows smelled fresh, room clean no orders. Nothing really..it was actually better than expected considering the price.

The facilities are a little bit old and the matress were old and need to be replaced.

I had a very pleasant stay at this hotel. The owner was very nice, welcoming, and helpful throughout my stay. The room was clean, comfortable, and well-maintained. The environment felt safe and peaceful, making it an ideal place for families as well. One of the best parts was the reasonable price compared to other accommodations in the area. Overall, it was a great experience, and I would definitely recommend this place to others. The only issue I experienced was with the internet service, which could be improved. However, it is also possible that the weak connection was related to my device. Overall, it was a good experience, and I would still recommend this place to others.

Bed bugs and couldn't switch us because manger wasn't there plus no refund

There was black hair all over our bathroom on/in the sink, toilet, bathtub like pubic hairs. The blankets had burn holes in them. The mattresses were red stained, assuming it was blood once upon a time.

My stay is always 10 stars when I stay at America's Best. Mr Sam Mr Luke And Mr Bill are really amazing. They are very caring and understanding. I recommend them to anyone. Thanks Guys for being great people and thanks for giving me a nice and clean place to stay

The room smell musty

It’s fine for a budget hotel. The ice machine was broken and the rooms are pretty dated. The staff is excellent.

I have stayed at some horrible places in my life, but this was hands down the worst. I reserved the room on Expedia and reserved a king size non smoking room and was bringing my 7 lb dog. I got there and was told that because I have my dog, I had to be in a specific area. I was put into a double room in the smoking area. Thankfully I travel with Febreeze but it barely did anything. The room absolutely reeked of smoke. Both comforters on the beds had cigarette burns. The walls and furniture was filthy and tattered. Ceiling was flaking and peeling. The toilet was absolutely disgusting. When I left, both me and my dog smelled of cigarettes. Without a doubt the worst place I have ever stayed.

Rooms were disgusting. We asked for our money back. We did not stay there. Not happy at all. They offered us rooms that were supposed to be better. We just wanter out of the filth.

The check in staff (a man) was very nice. But everything else was awful! The room was filthy, it looked like just the beds were made and towels put in and the rest wasn’t cleaned at all. The whole bathroom was filthy it wasn’t cleaned at all. The sink was horribly dirty and the ice bucket was dirty. We couldn’t even let our almost 2 year old daughter in the floor. Do not recommend staying here.

Bathroom: Barely any water pressure Almost no hot water Bottom of toilet, the outside, was dirty. Bathroom door did not close all the way, it got stuck on the ACTUAL DOORWAY AT THE BOTTOM OF THE DOOR. Mirror/Sink Area, outside bathroom: Fine Towels: All sizes were dirty Either a faint orange stain, or BLACK SCUFF MARKS. Bed: The sheets SMELLED LIKE CORN CHIPS once you flipped back the blanket. Lighting: Okay Lamps above bed, 1 was busted Chairs? Didn't want to sit on them. Tv: Worked, but the tv guide menu wouldn't pop up. But it did pop up randomly. So there's that? AC: Had a note on it that read, "Do not turn above 70". What is this, my mother's house? I did not use it anyways. Walls & Ceiling: EXTREMELY THIN. Heard someone dragging a chair across the floor above my room. Heard my next door neighbor's phone -ping- as it finished charging. Door: Had a deadbolt lock that worked. Had one of those "pull across" locks, not the one with the chain, but the little bar? It did not work. It pulled over... And sort of hung there. Parking = Okay Neighbors two doors down were sitting outside on their chairs, probably living out the motel, looking sketchy. I just nodded to them and kept it moving. No need to look like food. Overall, an abysmal place. If you're strapped for cash, stay there for 1 night. It's THAT bad. If you're a woman, I'D RECOMMEND YOU AVOID! IT FELT VERY "ASSAULTY"!!!

The room was very smelly and dirty. I asked the manager for another room and he said none was available. I asked him to have the room cleaned and all he did was to send someone to spray it which did not help at all. There was also drug dealing going on on the premises. I asked for my money back and all the manager would say is that "it is nonrefundable." The room was so nasty and I was concerned about my car's safety that we slept in the car and left in the morning foregoing the second night's stay. I would be willing to bet the manager rented the room again that we paid for since he knew we were not coming back. Avoid this place like the plague!

Only issue was no water pressure for the shower.

Bathroom was nasty, urine around toilet seat, tub dirty. Only 2 towels even though room sleeps for. The manager was very accommodating though.

I have 3 small children and CALLED to be sure their pool was open and was assured it was. Upon arrival, after booking a reservation online, I see that the pool is covered with a tarp and has not been open. However, there is 2-3!!! Other hotels directly across the street I could have taken my family to that DID have their pool open. My children were extremely disappointed. For this reason; I will not come back...

Worse stay ever. Reception, if there is a place at this hotel, was a red flag. Front desk was so stoned that he couldn’t remember his name. First room had waterlogged floors, mold and feces in the bathroom. Second room was just as bad. Woke up after 4 hours of sleep, went to a truck stop to shower, and came back to trash the stuff I took in so I wouldn’t bring bedbugs back.

All in all it was a good stay at America's Best inn the room was comfortable the beds were comfortable it was convenient to local stores gas stations Walmart restaurants etc

Staff was very friendly and accommodating. Room was spacious and comfortable. It’s an older building in need of some renovations, but clean. We enjoyed our stay.

Bad attitude at the front desk room was disgusting

This room cost way to much to be a budget hotel. This room normally costs around $50 max yet it cost substantially more. Room was not cleaned well and hotel was in disrepair.

Light bulbs were missing out of lamps. A beer cap from a previous guest was under the bed. You had to reprogram the TV each time that it was shut off so that it would have channels. No do not disturb signs to hang on the door. Mattresses which needed to be replaced years ago made for a very uncomfortable night's sleep.

I never stayed at the property. When i arrived to check in Iwas told the rooms i requested were not avaiable, after being told he could not find my reservation. Almost as if he kust didnt want to rent the rooms. My confirmation said i would be charged when by the hotel agyer I arrived. The gentleman when checkingnin said my card had been ran and it didnt go through. The money was there and I didnt get any notifications from my bank of a charge not going through. I was then offered two non smoking rooms, told i would be charged if i smoked in the room, and then told i could get the non smoking rooms at a higher rate than what expedia promised and i wouldne be charged any extra. I chose to not stay and found a room somewhere else. I paid more, but Indint feel like I was being played. I have used this site before, I hope this is a one time occurrence.

Shower wall was peeling...old cigarette burns in bedding and all over bathroom. charged $15 a day per pet. Did not have that posted anywhere on line. Loud area. had to take trash to dumpster around hotel. Overall...I will NEVER go back!!

Shower curtain had mildew and someone else’s hair on it. Bottom of the toilet had dirt and dust all over it. Pool water burned myself and my toddlers eyes as if it had just had Clorine put in it. It was definitely not worth $80. I will never stay at this hotel again.

The room had bed bugs and staff and management didn't do nothing about it . Couldn't sleep for been bitten by bedbugs. Worst room i ever stayed in never would come back or recommend it 2 no one .

It took WAY too long to check in when I had reserved 5 days in advance
