Siesta Key Beach Resort and Suites

The bed had sand in it. And the coffee pot was dirty. I should have told the staff about the bed. I just was so tired.

We were told we had a pool side room and our room was around the back where the employees entered. It was the worst experience for our family.

We loved our stay at Siesta Beach Resort!! The rooms are great (but they need to add a chair to the room!) and the pool is wonderful! The food and service at their Tiki restaurant was great!! We will definitely go back!!!

Great room. Appeared newly decorated. Lots of small extras, bottled water,popcorn and tea/coffee. Only stated one night but would look to stay again in the future. Close to the beach, local bars, restaurants and shops.

Tiki bar closes a little earlier than we thought. The renovated room we got was great right next to the pool and the hotel being 100ft to the beach was perfect for me proposing to my girlfriend. The parking is a little weird being halfway in the street and not very clear where else to park when the blue spots are all taken. They had a bunch of the love bugs in the room dead on the floor when we checked in but those things were everywhere. Outside of those little things, the place was great! My now fiancé loved it and we plan on coming back next time!

We Love this resort and come back every year. Great location to beach, shops, grocery store, resturants. The heated pool and hot tub are amazing to sit and chill at night. Free bike rentals and cart and beach chairs to use. Staff is always super sweet and helpful. Def recommend to our friends.

Great location, our room was a bunk room next to the bar and it was still great with the kids. Music goes off at 10pm so not late at all. Would def. Stay there again, beach entrance right across the street and you are walking distance to everything.

°We had a great time. Its walking distance to restaurants and shopping. Check out the trolley. It will take you to Crescent Beach or Turtle Beach. They supply beach chairs,coolers. Its walki g distance to the beach. The rooms are updated. The pool is nice and the hottub is wonderfully warm. They do charge fees, Its a little pricey. But we had a wonderful time.

This is not really a resort but the property is clean, lively and staff are great. Very close to beach access #5 at Siesta Key Beach, water is about 500 meters from resort.

Fabulous stay!! Mother/daughter trip - we stayed in a beautiful poolside room which was glorious to wake up and have coffee poolside under the hut☕️☀️The staff was fantastic!! We put our basket of towels out in the morning to have clean towels delivered quickly. We did a full housekeeping day mid week, which is done upon request. Communication was done by texting and always answered promptly. The extra amenities available being able to stop by the office, always greeted with a smile and pick up extra bottled water no limit coffee ice for the cooler that was provided wagons and beach chairs alsoprovided. The beach is a five minute walk and worth every step! We will definitely be back!!!

Staff were very friendly, our room was extremely clean, nice to have chairs for beach but getting them down to beach with wagon was very difficult unfortunately. Would stay there again

Check in was super easy. My stay was amazing. The beds are really comfortable. They are also very clean. We were able to get fresh towels every day. The pool was clean and so was the hot tub. Very well maintained. I would like to give a special shout out to Owen. He was very helpful and super friendly. He was the cool whip on top of an excellent vacation.

I loved this place—I'm thinking of coming back with my family. It's very peaceful and has a great atmosphere.

Recently renovated rooms were beautiful. However the rooms are small with not much storage space. But overall a really great property.

The beauty of the “resort” is its close proximity to the wonderful Siesta Key beach. I use quotations because it’s really just shelter and a pool, although a nice pool. The staff members were very nice and helpful but couldn’t do much for us in upgrading our room as they claim they never got our requests from the 3rd-party broker.

We had a great 2 night stay in early May. The grounds are clean, room was perfect, everything is walkable. Will definitely return.

No elevator. Website misleading. Put me on second floor. I asked to be moved. Got upgraded to a smaller room, no place to sit except on bed. Food truck for restaurant. No beach view.

Wonderful room. Our room was right outside the bar, so location of that specific room was not great. Cleaning people come very early in the morning which was not ideal. Woke up to vacuums or leaf blowers every morning around 6:30am. We did not sleep great, but we were on vacation so we slept in later than usual. Overall, its a great place. Thr room was very clean and updated and the front desk ladies were always very helpful.

Clean rooms and amazing location!!

We booked a bar side king room. It was spacious, clean, and updated. Enjoyable place to stay. Walking distance to the beach, souvenir shops, and restaurants. The food at the property was good and reasonably priced. The pool was nice and well maintained. Rooms that are "bar side" get a bit of noise as they have nightly entertainment. Not loud enough to bother us, but might be off-putting to some. The entire property was well maintained and updated. If going to the beach is a priority, then this is the perfect place to stay. Not only is it literally across the street, but they also furnish beach chairs, a cooler, beach towels, and bottled water at no charge. We would definitely stay here again.

Location could not have been better. Walk to restaurants, shops and more importantly the beach! Having beach chairs and a cooler in the room to use during our stay was the best addition. Staff was helpful and the property was clean! Can’t wait to come back!

The staff was excellent. Any problems that arise they fixed immediately. The power in bathroom was out they fixed it immediately. One of the beach chairs was broke they replaced it immediately. They were all nice courteous and wished us a great time. They let us use the chairs even after we checked out. Great location the tiki bar was great the bartender went out of her way to make sure we had a great time. Live music was excellent definitely recommend this as a place to stay. Food was excellent at the tiki bar.

Everything great. The coffee maker wasn't working, and it was missing shampoo or conditioner to take a shower.

The location is worth every penny they charge! Partk the car and food, beach and entertainment are within a short walk.

Our room was exceptional. Everything was new, well stocked, and there was plenty of space. Amenities were great-included beach chairs, beach towels, and bikes. Location couldn’t have been better. We were very close to beach access, restaurants, bars and the Breeze for transportation to Sarasota or other parts of the island. We plan to go back

We had a siesta suite pool side. We loved the room and the location was fantastic. Just walked right out to the pool. The location of the resort is fantastic for walking to all of the restaurants, bars, and shops. You can't see the beach from the resort. Its across the street. They do provide beach chairs and a beach cooler in the rooms. If you stay on the bar side, understand that your room could be attached to the Big Tiki lounge. We were happy we stayed on the pool side. We will definitely be back. This is definitely going to be our spot to stay in Siesta Key!! Very well taken care of resort all around!!

The tikki lounge was nice but there wasn’t any where to sit out side your room and the rooms were clean but tiny It was very hot in rooms The beach was beautiful

We had a great time. We were happy to be in walking distance of everything! The room was updated and clean. Wr had a nice kitchen and they provided beach chairs, towels and a wagon. You could even get bikes. All included. The pool and jacuzzi was clean and very nice.

We absolutely loved our stay here!! It says a lot to have a room actually feel clean in this day and age! The location was the best part too! We were able to walk everywhere, and it was such a short distance to everything!! 100% recommend this pace!

This resort was nice. It's definitely more of an updated motel than a "resort" but that's what we were expecting from the pictures. It is an absolute must that you stay on the pool side if you have children because of the noise from the restaurant on that side. The pool was really nice and very warm and the hot tub was a great addition! I didn't love the fact you don't automatically get new sheets and towels everyday but other than that we had a great time . The location was perfect!

We loved our very first stay at Siesta Key Beach Resort. The staff was so friendly and helpful. We stayed on the bar side and enjoyed happy hour every day after hours on the beach... which is SO CLOSE! We hope to visit again soon and bring more of our family.

Our favorite place! The rooms are just what you need and they are extremely clean. The pool area and hot tub are immaculate. The location of this place is literally so close to the beach and walking distance to all the restaurants and nightlife. 25 minutes from the airport is great timing and it is a very relaxing vacation.

Our favorite things were the location and the pool. It was walking distance to the beach and all of the restaurants and shops. The pool was nice and sheltered from the wind. We would stay here again.

The room was perfect for the two of us. It was clean and the hotel staff was great! Chairs, coolers, and a wagon for going to the beach were provided. We used them and they were of good quality. The pool was clean, comfortable, and the deck area around the pool was fun but calm. A beautiful pool/hot tub area! The hot tub was a nice hot temperature and we enjoyed it. My only negatives comments have to do with very poor and erratic WiFi and the hot water temperature to shower. I let the shower run for several minutes just thinking it needed to run to get to a hotter temperature and it did not. We stayed three nights and the hot water never got past warm. I like hot showers, not super hot, but the water from the shower would not get past what I would call warm. Watching tv sucked because the WiFi would buffer. The are things I think people should know prior to booking because it may matter to you. Overall this place is a 4/5 and it worked for us.

This is a great property. The location of our beautifully renovated room was on the main road - close to restaurants, shops & the beach access - but it was nice & quiet for sleeping at night. The open-air restaurant & tiki bar downstairs serves good food & drinks, and the entertainment was very good. The pool was nicely heated and was large enough to accommodate children playing, as well as adults who wanted to relax. The free trolley stops right outside the resort. Parking spaces were hard to find, especially on the weekend.

This place was right in the middle of the action.

Great location. Stayed 4 days. Had no maid service for 4 days but that we agreed to. Check out time was 10:00. That was a little early I thought. We had a 1 hour time change and daylight savings time so it felt like we checked out at 8:00 AM. Housekeeping stopped us and scolded us because the room was "dirty" Didn't think it was that bad. Definitely did not need to be scolded by her. She also complained about a tip. In a $700/day room, I thought that should be covered. Not worth the money. Our view was of a wall and a dumpster. Good accommodations of cooler, towels and beach chairs. Need to walk 3 blocks for public beach access.

Newly renovated rooms so everything was clean. Resort has no curb appeal - very hard to find it. The vibe is more like a motel. Personnel at the desk were friendly. There's no room cleaning so if you run out of TP, you have to walk down the block to the office to get some. Room w/ 2 queen beds was very small - only 4' between the beds, walls and dresser. Bathroom was roomier. Close to beach and they have complimentary beach chairs and a cooler in the room. Great location - close to all the restaurants and bars.

The room was OK. But, we had no heat the first night and had to use space heaters. It was promptly fixed the next day and no further problems. WiFi was not great and it frequently dropped. But we managed. We thought that the room should have been serviced with new towels etc. Instead, we had to request that. This service should have been provided for the price paid!

Everything was wonderful! Rooms were clean and furnished with everything needed. Amenities including pool and hot tub were clean and easily accessible. Rooms were stocked with beach chairs and coolers which was perfect. Access to the beach was a 2-minute walk which is exactly what we were looking for and the weather was perfect!

My door wouldn’t close or lock the last night of my stay, and there was no manual lock option and lobby was closed. There was no information online to reach maintenance or how to contact after hours. This resulted in me not being able to sleep in my room, and they refused a refund for that night. Do not recommend

The emails they did send were in my spam & I didn’t know / A manager did call me the next day & stated he would send me a gift certificate to come back but I have not received it after calling multiple times & 11 days later ! At this point I’m going to dispute this with my cc company! I would definitely make sure u book a place that has someone available after hours!! Awful experience I would not wish on anyone

Staff were great; friendly and helpful. The hotel is recently renovated and is well kept. The room (King) was extremely small, but well appointed. We would recommend and stay here again. Restaurants and bars are right around the corner, and the beach is a 2 min walk

It is currently under renovation so workers took up a lot of parking. They would be right outside your window painting and hammering etc. My room was recently renovated, the only gripes I have are that there was a window unit, that didn’t quite keep it cool enough to my liking and also a separate dehumidifier. This is a small beach motel-like resort but the pool area was immaculate and nice.

First time staying there. We would definitely stay there again.

The ac in room 124 really needs to be addressed. It was reset and that did help but it was frustrating that I had to keep calling about issues. One day we came back to our room being worked on. It was said an email and text was sent out to notify guests that their room was going to be worked on between certain hours. I did not get an email or a phone call or a text message. The manager advised that sometimes detect can bounce however I feel like there should be a back up notification, even if it means guest getting multiple notifications. Although it wasn’t a long wait, it was still upsetting because we saw all of our things on the floor and we weren’t there to secure our belongings. We were given a chance to walk-through afterwards and check our things. We were just taking a back when we came back to our room and saw the door wide open with people inside of it. We were compensated by giving us the resort fee and parking feedback. However, I feel like there should’ve been more compensation and a lot less grief that we were given when we asked for things I would say the whole stay was mediocre. The location is top-tier. The property is very nice. But needs work.

Although there was a few hiccups at the beginning of our stay, I must give props to management (Leon) for promptly correcting our circumstances. There was A LOT of confusion in correspondence (front office) with our late arrival, but after several messages, we did finally get our room entrance code right before their office closed. The rooms on the upper floor above our original assigned room were under construction, so be aware. We arrived at 3am & construction began at 7:45am. Once Leon heard of our unfortunate situation (within an hour), he immediately moved us to a beautiful upgraded suite. So, although we had a bit of a rocky start, the remainder of our stay was beyond wonderful. They definitely went above what we expected & we are so grateful for their quick & accommodating care. This is our 3rd stay with Siesta Key Beach Resort. The renovated rooms are beautiful, the grounds are pristine, the amenities are plentiful, and management cares❤️

I have been here several times now. The staff is friendly and helpful. It is a great location to walk to the beach and food. The rooms are recently remodeled and clean. Bed was comfortable. We will be back.

It was a low key relaxing vacation located right across the street from the beach. I originally booked the bar side and they upgraded my husband and I to a suite on the pool side due to renovations happening on our original room. The front desk employees are super helpful and since our flight landed at 10:45am and check in is not until 4:00pm I requested early check in for $25 if possible. They texted me as soon as the room was ready which was about an hour after arrival and they also stored our luggage in the office while we had drinks and lunch at the Tiki bar. They provided a ton of K-cups and 4 waters in our room and you could go to the office to request more which I did for Free. The atmosphere is so relaxing everyone was friendly that stayed there and we met a lot of people from all over. The sand at the beach is to die for!! Super powdery and was cool on your feet so you weren't running to the water for relief. Awesome sunsets on the beach also and everything from restaurants, bars, breakfast establishments and shopping were all within walking distance no need to rent a car. Lyft from airport was super easy to navigate and cost $33 with a tip. All in all an excellent location and very quiet area. I would definitely recommend this hotel & would stay again.

Our room was exactly what we expected; recent upgrades are lovely! Only qualm was the mattress was lumpy but we were so tired from the swimming and sun, we were able to overcome it and get restful enough sleep.

Rachel in the office was so friendly and accommodating. The room is close to the public beach and the local bars. There was no limit to the activities whether relaxing, active, shopping, exploring, and socializing. The only downside is there was no place to put our shower products in the shower except alongside the small bottom rail. If they would install a shower caddy over the shower heads, that would be so helpful.

It was a good place to stay. I like that they provided beach chairs and cooler. Nice touch with free water and snack with check in. Would stay again.

Super clean, everything was brand new. Super close to the beach.

The location is perfect. On the corner, down the street from mass crowds walking the strip. The only issue is..... parking. Bring your smallest car because parking is a bit of a nightmare. However, everything was fairly close so walking wasnt an issue. Definitely going back.

What a wonderful location to stay for a beach getaway. The rooms are spacious and clean. You have drawers, night tables and a closet for storage. The rooms come with beach chairs, a cooler and beach towels. The bathroom is large and the water pressure was great. Housekeeping is scheduled if you want it and you can make the arrangements. If you want to change your towel there are designated times to set out your towels or you can also switch them at the office. There is a nicely sized fridge and microwave available in the room for use. You can grab water bottles from the office if you get thirsty. We did not need a golf cart but the office is able to support you in getting a golf cart and they pull carts for you to borrow to take the beach. You are able to borrow bikes as well during the designated hours. The beach entrance is right across the street and on the other side of the street you walk right into Siesta Village. The trip was a treat and I am looking forward to returning.

The staff was very nice and on top of any issues that that occurred, which was not anything that severe all in all I would recommend . The pool area was excellent also . Very nice property and great people.

Wonderful time & loved our stay!!

Very disappointing stay. There were ongoing construction works, and right at the entrance stood a big dump for debris removal - not the best first impression for a beach resort. On top of that, nobody came to clean our room during the entire stay. Trash piled up, and we had to ask for everything ourselves. The hotel feels poorly managed and definitely not worth the money.

Plenty of places to eat with in walking distance!

Our unit was clean and new. Beds and pillows were so comfy! The units directly near us were undergoing some urgent renovation which resulted in early morning construction. It wasn’t ideal for the management as well, so we get it. It wasn’t ideal for us because we were woken up everyday early (some days at 7am for half hour long debris dumpster loading/unloading). Front office people kept in contact with us about it but nothing was ever done to compensate us. I wasn’t expecting it, although it might have been nice to have some gestures shown. I think when the place isn’t experiencing emergencies, it’s a lovely place to stay. I’d like to come back some time when it’s quieter in that regard.

The room was small but had everything you needed for a couple who was on a quick beach vacation. We walked everywhere except one uber ride to a restaurant. The location is the best in Siesta Key Village. You could not ask for a better location. Beach towel service lacked a little to be desired and had to change out the dehumidifier quite regularly but other than that, I highly recommend.

We had an amazing time! Loved the resort and enjoyed the pool when we were done with the sand! Definitely worth every penny!!! We are coming back as soon as we can! Thank you 🤗

The property has a good location and is close to the beach access and shopping. It has its own Tiki bar restaurant and convenient parking. The hotel rooms are being remodeled due to previous hurricanes. Our room was on the second floor and not renovated yet, but still nice. It was quiet at night and the beds were very comfortable. The staff everywhere were very helpful and accommodating.

The BEST hotel/resort I have stayed at and I travel ALOT. This is a must stay place if you are in the Siesta Key area! No complaints at all!

. Told lobby said would switch out mattress, never did, had to go buy air mattress, no lights it was so dark. The cabinet broke . No towel said 6 people, 4 adults and 2 kids! Kids don’t bath?

The location is excellent, with easy access to the beach and within walking distance to restaurants and shopping.

We have been coming to Siesta Key for 20+ years now and every time it changes it changes for the better. This is an awesome location for this resort. I cannot ask for a better place to stay, if I ever hit the lottery, I will buy Reservations for room number 127 for the entire year,LOL😂

The property was beautiful! the service was top notch! I'm very picky about beds, these were so comfy. Pool was really coral.. The restaurant food was the best we ate the whole time. Definitely recommend!!

Super comfy and perfect location

Perfect location for everything. Did not have to use our car for anything because everything was walking distances.

The resort truly surprised us with the location & amenities. The room was small & clean, bed & pillows comfortable, they had a fridge, microwave, coffee maker with quite a few coffees & creamers. Shampoo, Conditioners, lotions & soaps in the bathroom were great. They had 2 complimentary bottles of water, some pretzels, popcorn which was a nice touch. Additionally & most appreciated was the 2 nice beach chairs and soft-sided cooler to use for the beach! The Big Tiki was great, they offered a couple of bogo coupons which we took full advantage of & then some. Minor downsides & not big at all, the pool was extremely warm & not refreshing, it was hot so it’s hard to regulate so it may not be helped but felt like they filter the same water through vs some new fresh water. That may also just be to save water which we can also appreciate. The pool area was nice & clean, with shower & shade, restrooms, plenty of loungers. They have a great towel replacement system but our towels weren’t picked up or replaced even though we put them out prior to the set times. Only happened once & just reused the towels that were damp. They dried out quickly in the heat. The last was the guy using the leaf blower between 7-7:30 in the morning on Saturday right outside the rooms …we were already stirring but felt for the families on the first level where it must have been louder. Again, these are all small & won’t stop us from going back or referring to others! Already looking for our next visit!

My son and I stayed in a pool side room. Air conditioning was key. We walked everywhere and the free bikes were awesome. Siesta Key Village is right out your door. Food is good at the restaurant. Music is loud so I would avoid "bar" side rooms. Hotel manager is awesome. Short stroll to the beach w/ free beach chairs and wagon.

Beautiful place. Super close to the beach and walking around to bars, shops and restaurants in the village. The room is spacious. Kid loved the bunk bed. Having a hot tub and a pool definitely was a plus. Owen at the front desk is super amazing, probably the best and why we really had a nice stay!

There were ants all over the main bedroom window, shower window and kitchenette. There was no mention of the new bar/ restaurant that was added. The noise was so loud during the day through 10 pm. You couldn’t even telex or sleep.

Great stay, I have one issue. They need to put up curtains, they have new shades the light comes straight through. Hard sleeping as the light was on all night. Need black out curtains. Stayed in room 115.

Wonderful place. Had a very 60ish style to me but had been updated beautifully. The staff was wonderful. Could walk to beach and restaurants, shops, etc. This is truly a gem in Siesta Key. Will only stay there if possible next beach vacation

The room that i paid for was not the room i received. Not happy about that. Very small no room to put your luggage and stuff. Very limited parking.

We’ve stayed at this resort several times in many different rooms over the years. I love the layout and ease of walking everywhere. Staff is always helpful and friendly. Having the tiki bar so close is a great addition. Our room (frat room) this trip was not my favorite- it is outdated and not up-kept like the others. The ceiling fans were all squeaky, the shower/bathroom wasn’t the greatest setup. The other parties we traveled with had amazing and well updated rooms. I understand the recent hurricanes caused the first floor to get updates/renovations- hopefully once completed the second floor will get some attention. Overall- I love this resort, but likely will not book the same room again.

What a great stay on Siesta key. Right down the street from stores and restaurants. Resort is so convenient to the beach and has great amenities like beach chairs, cooler and access to beach wagon. The only thing they don’t have is a beach umbrella so bring one or be prepared to purchase one at one of the beach stores cause there is no place to rent one. Staff was so pleasant and helpful. Will definitely be back.

PERFECT LOCATION. Right across the street from the beach, it also came with beach chairs, towels, a wagon. Cooler anything you need for the beach included in your room. Plenty of dining options. Shops, literally, you don't have to go anywhere but in walking distance in this strip.
