Expedia requested handicap room. There was no closet. There was a refrigerator, coffee machine, blow dryer and iron. Room was set at 74 temp and couldn’t be changed. Old motel but kept nice. Solid walls.

We enjoyed our 4 night stay in a kitchenette - loved the separate sitting area! Kitchen area was functional, but basic. I forgot to let them know that the back burner on the stovetop was not working while we were there. The beds were comfy and the shower was hot. great A/C. Shelley and Lucy were wonderful at cleaning whenever we needed it, and supplying us with fresh towels and supplies. We enjoyed the outdoor pool. There are tables w/umbrellas and chairs to enjoy the outdoors. Nice landscaping. This is an older motel, but clean and maintained for guests' comfort. It was an economical place to stay comfortably and safely.

The young man that I spoke to prior to check-in at the office was very polite and friendly. The hotel room was definitely no frills (we knew that when we booked it, so no problem) and seemed reasonably clean, except for the bathtub/shower. There were several black hairs on the drain plate and the tub just didn't look clean overall. That grossed me out immediately. We didn't complain but wouldn't recommend it or stay there again because of it.

We were looking for a room at a high traffic time of memorialday weekend. So priced were inflated. We also needed two rooms. Most places were sold out. Regency was at a location where we wanted and somewhat reasonably priced ( almost $300 for the two rooms ) Cleanliness: both rooms smelled like intense cleaning products. Like an overkill trying to cover up other smells. The room was dirty. ( Floor was sticky, cups were left in the room from previous stay. There were also stains on the shower curtain that I don't even want to imagine what that was, plus the water wouldn't drain properly in the shower.) The beds and especially pillows were beyond uncomfortable. Hardly slept. Oh and it was advertised as Queen beds. They were full. More false advertisement. A plus; the property was kept quiet after 10pm. If the price was half of this.. I would say it's justified, but for the price I'd recommend not staying here. We felt dirty after leaving

Hotel does not look like in the pictures. The room smelled horrible and we ended up staying at another hotel due to that. Did not feel safe whatsoever is another reason why we left. Do not recommend this hotel for anyone.

The Elder man at Front desk was rude and kind off seem racist he was always watching everything actually made us feel very uncomfortable and our kids ran to pool door we were behind them and he barged out from the office stating that they had to be acompanie by an adult which we very well knew and even read the signs. I was very very disappointed but where it was located was convinent. I dont think i will ever stay here again .

Very pleasant and helpful staff. Loved the old charm Florida vibes. We felt it was a safe and convenient area. Nice seating space outside with beautiful tiled tables. The room and bedding was fresh and clean. It was nice having a shower with hot, strong water pressure, which was great! Loved having the spacious living room and kitchen with small dining table. There were a few things that need updating, but overall it was a pleasant stay and would stay again.

The direct TV didn't work. They came right over to try to fix it, but couldn't. Couldn't get LR tv to work at all, but was able to watch smart TV in bedroom after he adjusted input settings.

There was a nice sized fridge and microwave which was appreciated.

The room was nice and spacious! The kitchen was a plus and u have utensils and everything u need to prep a meal. Tv in the room and the living room. When we got there the person who clean the room just finished cleaning the room. Only thing i didnt like it was the one pillow case had stains of blood. It was the extra pillow in the shelf but I think it was disgusting and unsanitary. They need to be more careful with details.

Our room had a kitchen and a seperate area with a sofa sleeper. Housekeeping came every day and did a wonderful job. The only cons were that it's off a main road which can be noisy at night, and there were some questionable people staying in the motel and constantly walking through the parking lot to go to the liquor store next to it. Theres an outdoor pool and washer and dryer, if needed. My kids prefer to stay here when we visit Sarasota and will be back.

A decent place for who looking for a room with kitchen. You will have 2 rooms: 1. Kitchen with fridge with freezer (full size, not big), couch, TV and small table with 2 chairs. 2. Bedroom (mine was 2 double beds). There is bathroom next to the bed room. It’s a bit old but kept clean in acceptable level. Bath tub is okay, but prefer not to bathe (it’s not that clean). There are silverware for 3-4 people. Large size plates (5-6 maybe) soup bowl (2-3), glass cup for drink (2-3), pans, pots and kitchenwares but some of them looked a bit old condition but you can cook with. They changed the bed sheet 1 time while staying there for 6nights. They do daily clean up and you can ask anything you need for dish soap, scrub sponge, toaster, etc. overall it’s acceptable level for the price. Very close to Saratosa downtown, 5mins to Whole Foods. 1 min to Walmart grocery. Good location quiet area in night time.

Lots of room, big living room. Beds were ok. Rooms need a proper cleaning, and update. In this day and age how hard is it to get clean accommodations. There is no excuse, terrible housekeeping staff and poor property management. Worst part - The bathroom Dirty/stained bedding, towels, wash cloths. Dirty/moldy bathroom, was a used face cloth in the shower..disgusting. Hair on the walls and floor. dirty/moldy caulking throughout. rusty, nasty fixtures. toilet seat looked like you could get a disease if you sat on it...how hard is it to get a $20 toilet seat? nasty smell from the bathroom when using water, plumping/septic issue.

Very convenient to Ringling School of Art and Design, which we were there for. The room was very clean. The AC had auto shut off which made it very hard to sleep as the room got very humid, and the pillows were beyond thin. We had to request an extra set of towels (three staying in the room) and got a snarky answer that the room would be cleaned, well, we didn’t have three on arrival, and the cleaner had already been by. So yes, my request for a third bath towel was reasonable. Our TV didn’t work. Found this out at 7:00 pm. Someone stopped by and said they didn’t know what was going on, maintenance had gone home for the day, they would talk to them the next day. Never heard back. Ended up watching shows on my phone. The beds were also very hard, even with no smoking there were burn holes in the comforter. We were supposed to be there for three nights. Ended up leaving at 6:00 pm of our last day, with a 17 hr drive home there was no way we were going to sleep comfortably enough to ensure a safe trip home. Ended up knocking out some hours of our trip and found a VERY comfortable and cool hotel in another town. While the hotel wasn’t “bad” it wouldn’t be my choice when we come back to Sarasota. If you are fairly close by and need an inexpensive place for a few days it’s doable, but if you need to ensure good rest for a long drive I wouldn’t recommend it.

This is a motel near the beach. It’s an older property and maybe some rooms are more updated. The room I was in was not the same as the photos. There were horizontal blinds but no curtains to help block the lights. The gentleman that checked me in was very pleasant and was available to help with whatever. Good choice if you are looking for a motel.

Stayed one night while working in Sarasota. Room wasn't anything special. If you're familiar with the Jersey Shore it is similar to a classic beach hotel without a beach in walking distance. Not the cleanest, not filthy either. Bed was comfortable, sheets could be updated. Served its purpose.

This is a good overnight stay near the airport. The area seemed safe. The parking is located close to your unit and is well lit at night. Check in and out was easy. I gave it 3 stars because the bathroom and kitchen area needed an extra scrub. The bed was clean and comfortable.

Hotel building is older but inside is modern and updated. The AC worked great but was very noisy. Very close to airport great for early morning flights out. Parking was safe .

Now a bigger problem: My friend needed a first floor room - her companion can't do stairs - they stayed there 3 weeks previously and were promised a first floor room when they returned - even gave them a room number. When checking in (around 3:30) they were told there were no first floor rooms and put them on the second floor. If they didn't want it he would return their money. He was very rude about it, no "I Then I checked in and they me a first floor room!

Bed sheets and towels are not fresh and are very old. Bathtub had some mold, WiFi was very weak and we actually couldn’t use WiFi inside the room

Room was a good size but very little in the way of amenities. No shower cap but I wouldn’t use it because the shower was discusting to look at. Room was a bit dirty. No phone in room to contact desk . TV was not easily connected so I had to go outside to office for assistance. Beds were fine.

The thermostat was broken / we alerted John thr desk person. Florida was very cold on 2/22 and 2/23 and we were uncomfortably cold.

This stay offers old Florida charm and plenty of space in the living and sleeping areas. The bed was comfortable and the shower water was warm as needed. While on the older side, the room was updated to about the extent it can be and offered a pleasant stay.

NastyWhen arrived in the sketchy neighborhood I had a gut feeling I was going to regret making reservations here. At check in the guy was unfriendly asked me if I had pets or smoked I said no. He mustn't believed me he asked 2 more times I said no pets & I haven't taken up smoking yet! Now I was annoyed. Got into the room the stench of something was so strong. Immediately checked for bed bugs ...didnt see any but the mattress wasnt in a mattress case, the bed spread had a bunch of stains on it. The toilet ran all night. Didn't use the toilet til morning and it didnt work. Bathroom sink you had to pull out the drain thing for water to go down and it had someone's hair stuck to it. Bathroom was full of mildew... GROSS. Definitely overpriced.

This was my second stay, I was actually disappointed. My first time was Alot better experience. The reason I gave 1 was for multiple reasons. First soon as I opened door there was a big pile of dirt, ball of hair that was sweaped but never picked up, then the room was very hot, muggy and smelled like dirty rag/water. Bed, pillow need to be updated not comfortable, bathroom looked dirty and walls had dirty finger prints.poutdated not comfortabl.

The place was older and could have used some updating but it was clean and comfortable. Our room needed a little more attention to detail on cleaning such as base boards and dust on the wall/wall hangings but was clean otherwise and we enjoyed our stay.

My wife and daughter arrived late due to delayed flights caused by weather, which isn’t the fault of the hotel but when you get in in the early hours of the morning and hope to get to bed the last thing you wanna see are human fluid stains on your bed covers. But that’s what they got and we had to find a new hotel in the middle of the night. The establishment took responsibility and offered a full refund to Expedia so I’ve gotta sort through that now.

While being a bit older, the space was still wonderful. Plenty of space, parking was convenient, it was so easy to get to the airport from here.

When I entered the room, I was surprised to find a new refrigerator still in the cardboard box right in the middle of the room. I was tired from driving and wanted to sleep right away, so I left it as it was, but it was an unacceptable situation.

Toilet paper holder is rusty, Floor squeaks like there is no tomorrow, the mattress is not comfortable very springy, bed frame makes noise because it’s out of metal, a very cheap metal, shower wasn’t hot just lukewarm, and smells like they tried to clean it with bleach, but it wasn’t dirty. Just a weird smell. Don’t know exactly what it could be but it just didn’t smell good. I will never stay at this place again and I don’t recommend anyone to, but that’s on you if you decide to.

Everything was ok, it wasn’t super clean. Crumbs on couch and counter, hair on different areas on bathroom. Some of the dishes were not clean thoroughly. The only thing that did bother me was the shower drain was clogged. Every time the water would rise a lot, I had to turn off and on water whenever I used it. I even bought drano and it still didn’t unclog it. The price was really good and although some stuff need to be updated and fix properly overall it wasn’t terrible neither that great just average.

The room was spacious and clean. The staff was attentive. Since we were there for a couple of days, we did notice more wear and tear than what appeared at first glance. A lot of rusted metal - shower head and drain, lamps, etc. The bed was comfortable but creaked badly. Black out curtains would be very helpful since the lights outside the window were so bright it was quite light inside at night. I appreciated the full mini fridge and freezer that actually kept our food cold. The kitchen was very helpful with the stove top and sink. The television reception and internet were both adequate. Outside, the place doesn't look like much, but for the price it was good. Some aspects were great, and others - took the water forever to heat for ex. were not. Overall it was worth it.

The only reason I didn’t give a full five stars was that cleaning was quite up to a good standard. The floors could have been better swept & mopped. Housekeepers were very nice, though!

The suite was not very clean—stained walls, furniture, hair, and dust everywhere. The dishes provided were not clean. Looked very different from the pictures provided online. Furniture was run down, shelves were rusted. Pool said it was open until 9pm but locked early every night. Iron for clothes didn’t work well.

DO NOT STAY HERE. I booked two family members who were traveling down from Ohio two separate rooms based on "good" reviews from Expedia. When they arrived after driving all day from Ohio, I was informed that they found bedbugs in the corner of the mattress and both rooms smelled of mildew. The second room had a bare light switch exposed in the bathroom, and the toilet would not flush. After speaking with the front desk, my family members were told they would be refunded, since they were not comfortable staying there and had to go to a different hotel up the street. My brother was told the refund would appear in a couple of days. No refund was ever issued. Expedia was also no help and said the property refused to refund the rooms. $800 wasted because this hotel refused a refund on rooms that are not inhabitable. Disgusting and unethical.

It was an easy check in at the front desk. The location was good, it was quiet, and the space of the suite was ample. The space was quite old but there was a strong effort to update it. It was clean enough and provided a good stay for one night at the price. I recommend it for a quick stay.

The room isn't a bad value for the price. Ot was nice having a seperate area for the kitchenette and sitting area. But the direct tv was horrible, it would play maybe 30 seconds of the show then freeze for a few minutes, and the sky was perfectly clear. Several small issues like curtain in bedroom not fully covering the window, toilet handle would rotate all the way around which would not let the back fill up again "had to open the back to figure out what happened had to manually hold the handle down partially then lift it up again, burn hole in blanket on bed, no outlet cover in bathroom, bathroom was small. The bed mattress was decent and a/c worked well, kitchenette was prettty good. All in all i would say it is a decent value for the price and the office clerk was nice.

The photos show a beautiful room, but we had nothing like that. The room was dirty, there was a lot of rust, and something was broken. When we first checked in, there was a strong smell of mold or something similar.

This place was one of my top five to stay at untill yesterday evening. I booked a room only to be told after I paid for it that I wasn't allowed to stay there anymore. When asked why at first the old geezer wouldn't it tell me until about 6 to 10 times later after me asking him again why that was and why was I not notified of anything when the last time I left if there was a problem and of course no good answer because they didn't have one but anyways towards the very end I was no longer allowed there because supposedly there was a hole in the sheet somewhere 😏😂😂 like seriously this place is so ridiculous I haven't smoked a cigarette and over 10 years so yeah this place can kiss my ass and it's not that great it was just wasn't as bad as all the other ones around there but it's bad now so 🖕

It was an average motel room that has seen some abuse over the years. A proper renovation would be recommended.

Not very well maintaine

What? "Come out maam." I opened the door a crack and I said i am not dressed. I just got here. What is needed? And he says. "Get dressed maam come out." I got clothed and went to the door opened it and asked... what is the problem? You just gave me this room. I have already paid. What is wrong? And he is the same that helped check me in. He says...today? For 2 nights? I said. No for one night. "Oh sorry sorry. It is fixed" and he leaves. Later i asked for a late check out and was told No. They dont care of the inconvenience of having had me scared that someone else was able to get the key and check in for the same room. Rhey also didnt care about rhe inconvenience of wasting my first hour of relaxation. Not good business. Make sure to take your own towel to the pool or you can buybone for ten bucks at the office 😆 What i did like... spaciousness of the suite. Almost cleanliness... someones tissue was still under the side table.

Only that I wasn't impressed with was the clerk at check in

I knew this was an older, more quaint hotel so I was prepared for it to be a little run down, have a certain smell, etc. The room was clean-ish. The smell of overpowering cleaning supplies told me they were trying to cover up the old smoke smell that lives in the hotel. We had a lizard and mosquitoes in our room, ok - not too big of a deal, we're in FL. Our air conditioner quit working. I called the front desk and after Bill looked at it for 30 minutes he tried to mansplain that it was cutting off because the table was in the way...eyeroll. He offered us another room. Once we got into that room the smell from the people smoking outside was coming in. Once again, I called the front desk and told him we could no longer stay and needed a refund. At midnight, and after dealing with the AC issues for an hour, Bill told me I was being "ridiculous." Look, I get things happen that are out of your control, but not having AC in FL is not being "ridiculous." Bill, you really should find another job if you think people being able to sleep in a smoke-free and cool environment is being "ridiculous."

Pretty good for the price. Not the best, not the worst.

There's no on-site restaurant, so we either went out to eat, got some food from nearby markets to keep since our room had a kitchenette, or got take-out. The king bed was nice in appearance and comfortable. Housekeeping is not daily, and upon request only. I would stay here again if visiting the area in the future.

It was convenient

The hotel is simple, but it offers great value for money. The bathtub drain was quite rusty, as was the clothes rack—I believe due to the sea air. But the beds were good, and the shower was nice (the bathroom was small, but adequate). There was also Wi-Fi that worked well. I found it very good for the price, perfect for spending a night and resting before hitting the road.

Nice place to stay and cost effective so you can enjoy the area

The images do NOT portray how the rooms ACTUALLY look. The beds were covered in stains. The bathroom water made the loudest high pitched ringing. I did not enjoy my stay at all. The beds were uncomfortable. Couldn’t sleep the entire night because I was tossing and turning just to get comfortable. I will not be returning.

The location and hotel together were great! My complaint was the rudeness of the man working the front desk. I don’t know if he’s the owner or if he just works there but he was very rude over the phone the day before check in when I had a question and the same man was rude again the next day when we arrived.

The hotel staff were all very nice and helpful, especially the housekeeper ladies!! Would definitely recommend!

Everything was great.

Overall room is very spacious and fairly clean floors need mopped they were dirty I do like this hotel when traveling with family we just booked for room. The old man the works the front desk is a little grumpy. The room only comes with 2 towels. We always bring extra from home. We also cook breakfast in the room which is nice. Motel is nothing new or fancy but nice for the price

Very convenient location between Siesta Key Beach and Anna Maria Island, in case she wished to visit both places. A good stay for a couple of beach days.

I went to relax and have a good sleep but the window in the bedroom didn’t have a dark curtain and I couldn’t sleep good.also i ask the cleaning lady to mop the floor the floor and she give me actitud.she got mad .the floor was swept but not mop and walk with my sucks and got black i just wanted her to mop the floor that so. i was really upset.

I liked the old Florida charm. It reminded me of being with my grandma. Very clean and quiet. Walking distance to shops and food. I loved the pool.

I wasn't going to make my reservation due to delays, i message them with zero response. I knew that i was going to be charged which wasn't a problem but at least acknowledge me. Horrible customer service.

Just needed complimentary breakfasts

I was blamed for the explosion of a prehistoric microwave - returned to room from an hour or so out and met by noxious fumes so bad I had to stand outside while firemen ate called. No room is offered me - I am told to ‘open the windows and air it out. In town for daughter’s 4 yr college graduation with honors. I am not stupid and was treated like a criminal. I am going to open a case for investigation as the windows I was instructed to open did NOT open. Can you say call the fire inspector before I burn alive in your crap hotel. Here I come, ready or not.

They could not get the TV to work. Floor was sticky n filthy. 1 dead roach n 1 walking across bathroom floor. Only hot water in shower that was barely coming out. Phone on table was dirty and sticky

I love the living room

I will say that I was pleasantly surprised. This place was only 20 minutes or so from the beach and it was actually nice....yes it's older and not luxurious but it was cleaned and well maintained and for what I paid I felt it was a steal....will definitely considered again in the future

For the most part, our stay was ok. There was a fee things broken in our room. The top drawer in the bathroom was broken and the hook behind the bathroom door was broken. We had a great housekeeper named Shelly. She made our room so cozy and smell good.

The pool was the highlight of our stay. Our large family was able to use the pool almost exclusively.

It was good

The room offered a sitting room and kitchenette which great. The TV did not work, the blinds were broken so there are gaps open to the outside. The beds are amazing. There were insects (flea-like jumping bugs??) in the bathroom. The room was spacious and checked all the boxes but very outdated and could use a cosmetic touch up. Ample parking and staff/ check-in was great and house keeping was good.

Kitchenette had bath cloth for dish towel and used dish detergent with torn up sponge. Bathtub drained looked like mold and all fixtures were old. Sofa was old and raveling. Was charged extra $110 and was given itemized bill even after asking for it. Room was hot all night. Would not recommend a stay there. Look like an old apartment, no pictures or any decoration.

Rooms are great... clean, you do get what you see which is rare. This is a budget Inn...and the rooms are comfortable, well maintained and clean. No carpets which kept my sinuses clear. Amazing! The staff is welcoming and super nice. I really have no complaints..I didn't pay 500 a night so my expectations were low and they definitely over deliver. The area is convenient. There is a drug store near by. I wouldn't be walking around at night but I wasn't worried about my safety. Thank you for taking me on short notice and accommodating my needs. Would definitely stay again.

We cancelled our reservation, it was not as pictured on Expedia website. Outdated, poor looking, didn't feel safe in the area. Was not near I75.

Was in town for a wedding. 5-10 minute ride from airport - use Uber, taxi service was overpriced. Staff at hotel was pretty nice but I didn't require anything of them. Hotel is old but was fine for what I needed. AC, TV, etc worked. Decent BBQ joint right next door. Also a quickie mart right there. Also a Walmart grocery store within walking distance. Overall no complaints.

We had a quick overnight stay. Easy to find. On main road, so easy to get places. Cute, renovated motel. Easy Check in. Small pool area near road. We asked for ground floor room as there were many stairs to get to the 2nd level. Room and bathroom were clean. 2 double beds. Clean & comfy. NO road noise. Brand new bathroom vanity. New flooring. Small refrigerator with small freezer. Small microwave. Lots of cupboards, but NOTHING in them. No dishes, mugs, or silverware. So bring your own!!! Clean, inexpensive accomodations with refund policy for short stays.

Room was Dark, Smelly, and Moldy. Spend the extra 40$ and Seek other accommodations if possible.

This is a great place to stay off 41. The rooms are large with full kitchen. It is an older property, but the important pieces have been updated: comfy bed, nice hard surface flooring, and great little kitchen. I would definitely stay again if needed , but like all hotels, inns or motels in the area it's overpriced. It's not the hotel's fault it's just the insanity of pricing lately. $160-185 (with taxes) for this older inn/motel off a busy road is ridiculous and this was one of the cheapest options in area!

The smell from the chemicals used is overpowering! It is an average or below standard of what the average person would want.

Very clean,,very large king room seprate bedroom

The reviews I had read applauded amenities like utensils and dishes to use with the microwave oven and fridge. None of those were in this room - it did have coffee supplies, 2 styrofoam cups and 2 thin plastic cups. It had a bar of soap and a little tube of shampoo at the sink. There was nothing in the shower and no facial tissue. I was there on business and had to leave early and return at 9 PM, when I went to the front office to ask if I could change rooms. The office door was locked and there was no one there. The bad smell and poor maintenance are inexcusable at any price. The bare-bones provisions would be OK if this room was inexpensive, but at over $200 per night with taxes, it was not.

Poor motel old fashioned the TV on the floor bad smell, and they do not accept apple pay the same that I use for make the reservation....updated!!

But, the units are not in good shape. Blown outlets, missing towel bars, and a shower curtain rod that is five seconds away from pulling out an enormous chunk of plaster. But what just ruined my stay was the noise. Being a lower unit, naturally there was a group above me. At 0500, I was awakened (and I sleep like the dead) by what sounded like a dozen bass drums being played at once: It was the timpani effect of the uncarpeted floor above me. "How many times do people need to walk from the living room to the bathroom?" I asked myself, after half an hour of this. Eventually I concluded that, based on the booming sound, the upstairs unit must be housing some hefty construction workers, all over 250 lbs. Well, no. I peeked out to see them load their car, and it was a Mom with two tweens. The three of them together couldn't have weighed 250 lbs. Once they were gone, the place was silent, but I'd now been awake for two hours and it was time to get up. If you MUST stay here, get a 2nd floor unit.

This was a very clean older Motel. It is a good value for the location and was very clean. The only drawback is that it is on a busy highway and that makes it a little nosey. I would stay there again

No smoke detector

It was nice. Staff was very nice.

We booked a last minute room when our flight was cancelled. It met all the basic requirements for a quick overnight stay. Desk staff was friendly. Beds and pillows were uncomfortable. The smoke detector was missing from the wall, which is not up to code.

We just needed a place to sleep for the night due to a festival at the UTC Mall. There were 4 of us staying, we only had 2 towels which sucked, so we had to share wet towels so we can shower. It was 10:30pm when we checked in and there wasn't anyone in the office and no housekeeping to ask for extra items. Breakfast place was basic. Its the little things that count and we didn't get it from here. I wouldn't come back for the price we payed just for a couple hours of sleep.

We've stayed here last year, and my wife insisted that we stay again this year. We were in Sarasota for a Conference and this location is perfect for our needs. Food options are extremely slim in Sarasota, period. But the little kitchenette in our room made this location even more important. The property is corca'60's, but the cleaning staff keep it so well, we feel right at home. 🙂

Not a Hilton, but didn’t expect it to be one. Owners were very helpful as our flight came in late. Very accommodating. Our room wasn’t clean, bathroom toilet had hairs on it and kitchen wasn’t cleaned. We didn’t have towels either. But overall it was good for our stay.

Horrible property, outdated, very dirty and unsanitary. Would never recommend this place to anyone and I only stayed here because I thought it looked decent on the Internet. Boy was I wrong this place needs to be updated or closed down.

The motel is older but is mostly clean and updated. This is not the Ritz so don't expect the Ritz service and amenities.

Short to destination

The place was nothing like Expedia shows in the website. There were stains in the couch and bed spread. The room had a very strong odor of a cleaning solution. I use Expedia when booking hotels after this trip I will be using someone else.

The cleaning lady was very good and caring

The room was a nice size with plenty of room, which was nice. The overall room was so humid, which made everything feel "wet" (floor, couch, beds). The coffee maker had mold in the water filter so we never used it. The living room TV service kept shutting off. The first time I asked the office to fix, the second time I just let it go. There was also no hairdryer in the room, so make sure to bring one if needed. The price was good for what was received for 2 nights stay.

I wanted to just sleep. The mildew smell was horrendous and my allergies could not handle it. It was. $60 dollar hotel at best. Sad it wasn’t for me

We simply needed a clean bed after a very late flight arrival and 23 hours travelling with an infant. Check in good, rooms easily accessible, beds clean. AC very noisy and made sleep difficult. Bathroom okay but no hot water in shower (tepid). Shame we couldnt buy soft drinks in office

The hotel is nice the room is nice but not appointed as the display picture shows. The kitchen could use a little more cleaning details. TV in the living room didn't work and the remote wouldn't work either then back was on it but had broken clips. The TV in the bedroom worked but the entire back was missing and the batteries kept falling out. The fire/smoke alarm was wrapped in clear plastic which I didn't realize until right before checkout Room 222. The office had a horrible smell which would take your breath away. It smelled like they were cooking food in the back office area and smelled of curry and onions.

Liked the living room concept except that the furniture was extremely uncomfortable. Chairs at dining table were hard as a rock. (Grabbed a yard chair that made sitting more comfortable.) Kitchen was nicely done although there was NO dishtowel or soap provided. And, NO HOT WATER. Master King bed was extremely high and not easily accessible (good thing I just had hip surgery and had a strap to help me get in). Bath only had one hand towel. No grab bars for shower/tub to aid older persons to get in. Outlet in bath did not work. And, AGAIN, NO HOT WATER. We booked the room after mandatory evacuation for TS/Hurricane Helene'

Property was average across the board. Nothing stuck out one way or the other.

Uh, kind of felt Catfished by the listing photos. May have stayed in a Motel 6 that was nicer. Didn't even have enough towels. Water pressure in shower was good though.

They did not have any type of information in the rooms, unsure if they even had wifi for guest access, would have been great to help supplement poor cell reception. Aside from above mentioned, nothing to complain about.
