    The room smell like mold. The bathroom sink faucet has mold. The bed make noise everytime you moved. If you rent for the weekend they do not clean the room or pick up the garbage.

    After I checked out were amazing. Very kind. However my rating was based off the fact that I had to talk to a screen to check out. The sink light had a short and wouldn’t readily turn on. The bathtub plug was broken. It’s a very old hotel some I understand some things. The beds were very creaky and the a/c didn’t work well.

    I will give props that they are doing some renovations. The room has new floors, bathtub, tiles. The bedding and linens were new.... but they kept the old furniture and lighting that needed a lot of love and TLC. I did sleep very well. They did have a basic breakfast. Waffles, toast & cereal. The corridors reeked of pot, that was not pleasant. And the hand trails of the stairs were as grimy as the front door. I don't see myself returning to this property in the future.

    The room was okay. The staff were very friendly and helpful. The only complaint I have is that I had to go buy raid to defend myself from the roaches. I had to spray every day to keep them away. The bed was comfortable and room was neat, but them roaches kept appearing every day and night.

    This hotel was in a great location to be able to access lots of great things to do and restaurants. The staff serving breakfast and cleaners were very nice. The curtain rod in our room was broken and the furniture was run down. The outlets also need updating, and the microwave didn't work. The washers and dryers were out of order and didn't look like they had been working for some time. Could use a new air conditioner or maintenance. It was very noisy. The breakfast could use some sort of protein source. The pictures of the room were misleading.

    Check in was on a screen with someone from out of the country. 1st experience with that and it just doesn't feel comfortable scanning your ID and credit card into a kiosk. The place was not kept up real well. Only thing I liked about it, was it was close to all we wanted to do there and we didn't have to be in the room except to rest.

    Check in is a kiosk. There isn’t anyone present in the lobby. Your key cards are provided by the machine. The staff that cleans and puts out the breakfast items are great! Breakfast is mediocre. The pool was dirty and not taken care of very well. The one thing I can say good is the beds were very comfortable .I was, overall disappointed in this hotel. I would not stay there again.

    This hotel was in major need of repair. There is nobody at the desk when you check in, only a virtual agent so you can kiss any customer service goodbye. Furniture was cracking, holes and (blood)? On curtains, bathroom door falling apart, rust everywhere. The room was clean but very damp and had a horrible smell. I would not stay here again.

    Room was in really poor condition. Very very old used and peeling off furniture. I mean ripped chairs. You don’t want to sit there. Dripping toilet. Door was totally rusted. Main lobby’s door and entrance was totally dirty, grease and unpleasant to enter. Don’t know what’s going on with that owner or management. don’t go there. I will never come back to that place.

    Everything was good until the last night because there were six police officers knocking on the door and they woke me and my family up.     Room is out dated, but clean. Room serviced daily. The bed was comfortable. Building could use some cosmetic repairs. But for the price I paid, the room was fine. Vending machines, ice machines and washer/dryer on site. Pool looked clean, too cold to go in. Breakfast was good; make your own waffles, cold/hot cereal, prepackaged pastries, juice options and coffee that was actually pretty decent. Overall I would stay again.

    I reserved this room for one night since it was close to where my daughter lives. The price was right and the reviews seemed decent, so I decided to book it. I was greeted by a very friendly person at the front desk who asked if I preferred the top or bottom level. I told him I didn’t mind either one as long as the room was clean, so he put me on the bottom level. Next time, I’ll definitely choose the top floor because it was a bit noisy with people coming and going. When I walked into the room, the first thing I noticed was the smell of stale cigarettes. I’m not sure if it was from previous guests or from the very old drapes they have, but I couldn’t really get rid of that smell. Besides that, the room itself was clean. The bed and sheets looked good, the towels were clean, and the A/C and TV worked well. The shower was warm, the microwave and refrigerator worked, and they provided lotion, shampoo, and conditioner. The room could definitely use some updating, as all the furniture felt very old. However, I did appreciate the alarm clock with a spot to charge my phone since I forgot my charger block at home. Overall, I slept well, and next time I’ll just request a room on the second floor. If that one smells like cigarettes, I’ll ask to be moved. At the end of the day, you get what you pay for.

    I had to come back and request a different room since the toilet in the first room would not flush. The worst happened when, on my check-out day, my T-Mobile service provider unexpectedly, for no reason, suspended my phone service. First, I attempted to get the help of the automated machine administrator. He sent me off to seek the help of a cleaning lady. A kind cleaning lady quickly handed me her phone, but out of nowhere, a harsh voice of her female supervisor directed her to take me to the front desk instead. The cleaning lady had me seated at the desk and dialed T-Mobile's customer service on the front desk phone for me. In the meantime, some other boss-lady showed up and yelled at me for sitting at their unattended desk, demanding that I get out of their chair and stand in front of the desk. The T-Mobile customer service was as little help as one can imagine, and was clueless as to why such a problem had happened. During my 30-minute call, this loud-screaming lady-boss showed up twice, pressing on me that I finish the call ASAP, threatening to call her supervisor if I stayed on their phone any longer. If you stay in this motel, pray you won't need any help from the staff!

    The room has black mold in the bathroom’s ceiling. The smell in the room was horrible. The check-in was through the video through a remote assistant. The wait for the check-in was very long because the previous customer card was not working. The hotel is a motel style. People are partying in the rooms. The room was not safe - the door was going right to the parking spot and there was a wide gap between the wall and the door about an inch wide. The room probably seen it all. They covered moisture leaks with the paint. The smell in the room smelled like it was a smoking room before and the smell in the bathroom felt like it got rotten there in addition to black mold on the ceiling. The room was in unacceptably poor condition of any human being. People must stay away of this motel, even throat was not advertised as motel. You can’t stay in this facility without getting sick. There is no security and it is not safe there.

    Cameras everywhere made the area feel safe. Parking lot was well lit. We didn't have time to use the pool area, but it had a very nice setup aswell. Didn't stay for breakfast, but I would recommend staying at this location. We will stay there again.

    Well first and for most the POOL WAS NOT HEATED and in Florida that is a no no. I would never had gone there to stay and NEVER WILL AGAIN. The Juice machine said OUT OF ORDER BUT IT WAS STILL PLUGGED IN RUNNING, WHY??? The room I was In # 114 had new flooring and bathroom area updated but the furniture in the room was EXTREMLEY OUTDATED and needed to be UPDATED. The bed was very STIFF and not comfortable at all. So do yourself a favor and spend a little more and stay somewhere else where a better breakfest is available.

    No human to talk to, just a weird kiosk with a person on the screen. Run down in a run down area. Hotel didn't give me back my $100 incidental fee. Also charged me $35 to check in 1 hour early (stayed at another local hotel near the area who let me check in 5 hrs early at no charge). There are way better places to stay around this area for about the same price.

    first of all, there is nobody ever working in the office. they use a computer with people that aren't even in the country. so if you run into a problem, good luck actually getting it fixed or getting a resolution to the issue. secondly, why we were here. there was a guest a few rooms down from us that was exposing himself to female guests here at the hotel. several guests complained to the office. the office refused to do anything about it even though what he was doing was illegal and arrestable offense. then later in that day the same guest physically attacked me and assaulted me to the point where I had to call the police and had charges pressed against him and he was arrested for it and because I was the one that called the police, the hotel kicked me out because they had an issue with the police being here. well if they would have done something with the guy when he was exposing himself none of that ever would have happened. it seems like the only issue they have is the fact that police were here and it makes them look bad because they don't know how to run the property. if they actually had people in the office working and not through a computer in another country. maybe things would have been handled appropriately

    They lied and changed $100 to my card which supposed to be a deposit. It should be only hold but instead still not refunded after a month. Staff were very rude and lied. Front desk was not available at all. No good breakfast .. bed and pillows were not comfortable at all. I’ll never ever stay at this Quality Inn. Beware and stay away !

    The hotel is old. Needs a little paint on doors. But everything was clean. Breakfast was continental which means waffle and bread which were very good. Missed the eggs and meat but we knew what to expect. Good for our two day stay. Close to beach and other places. The parking was good.     First of all I get to the “hotel” and there isn’t anyone at the front desk to greet customers and help with check in. Instead there is an machine doing the check in. I was placed in a room that the lights didn’t function in. When I called the front desk they asked me to come down to change my room. As I came back down to the machine I asked the gentlemen to place me on the first floor as I was traveling alone and placing my in room 223 at the end, all alone didn’t seem safe. He denied my request and said that because I booked online he cannot do that change. I told him that room 108 was available and it was a single bed room. He still denied it and said the room was going to be occupied. He placed me in room 223 - the phone did not work. I go down to the pool to enjoy the pool and the pool was extremely dirty. There was garbage and large bugs floating all over the pool and the floor was cover in a black sud. The following days it was cleaned and much better but that first day was not. The breakfast was descent, nothing big just bread, butter, coffee, juice, waffle, yogurt and cereal- that’s it. They didn’t even offer water for breakfast. The only positive thing I saw was the lady who attended the breakfast my first two mornings was amazing and sweet. Also liked that in the bathroom they place a towel-mat to use as a bathroom rug when you step out ! The vending machines are old, don’t turn on and didn’t have a lot of variety. Will not stay again and don’t recommend.

    Rude front desk. Booked a 2 day stay. Had to switch rooms TWICE the first night because TV would not work properly. They put me in a king suit which is the same size with less pillows then the Queen room. Thennnn I tried to book a 3rd night and the manager tried to tell me I HAD to pay for a king suit OR leave at 11am and wait til 3pm to switch rooms back to a queen suit. You could tell the manager did not give a S#it about the customers as there was plenty of queen rooms available and we did not even request house keeping at all! AWFUL AWFUL on site customer service. I wish I could rate 0 out of 5 stars! What a shame!

    Paid extra for a deep soaking tub was a regular bathtub outside condition is not very well kept up. I have still yet to receive my deposit back even though I’ve called them and they’ve reassured me that it’s supposed to be coming. Just feel like for the price that I paid for that hotel there’s definitely better choice hotels out there Also charge you extra when you get to the room even though the website says no extra charges.

    No one physically there to check-in and out. I've seen this before but not many places. Usually overnight near I-75. Why do a online check in and payment just to arrive and then be surprised with new hidden fees and no tap to pay option, or if cash $250. They charged my card and gave me a hard time although it was in the right cancellation policy timeline to do so. Charged for one night out of two. Will never go there again because of rhe hassle. Talking to someone on a screen in a local place with very LIMITED options. Felt just like the scam it was.

    The property is to the verge of demolition, the painting is falling from the walls, cracks everywhere on the floor, dirty everywhere, there is no front desk on site, all is thru a screen with a remote person talking to you, the breakfast is very very limited, paper toilet is the cheapest kind, no restock of toiletries, I was giving a room completely different from what I reserved, and the price is outrageous, for that quality of service. I am never coming back.
