The breakfast was okay . The hallways smelled like absolute mold .they need to remove all the carpeting. Whole building has not been detail cleaned in too long. Must make improvements for all of our health

Pool was unavailable when we were there. It was a little tricky to find, but it was close to Siesta Key Beach and Turtle Beach. Also close to Siesta key village. Had a great time and will probably book again next year

Everything was in order, but the first thing we found was a small cockroach on the ceiling of the room, and the breakfast was meager—very sparse; there was almost nothing to eat.

The pool was open and available to us and was being cleaned. Breakfast was hot and kept up by a nice older man. A digital kiosk greeted us at arrival- not a real person. Neither of my requests were met even though I made those requests upon booking. Not early check in or connecting rooms or rooms next to each other. We were told to wait in the lobby when I asked if we could wait by the pool. So we left for an hour and came back to find a real person this time but he was not very friendly. He sent us up to rooms that weren't ready. My daughter went down to complain. Then he came up to us to say his manager would give us two rooms on the first floor across the hall from one another. We agreed. Then we had a leaky toilet that we didn't complain about but when it got clogged we went to the desk. This guy put his hand on his forehead and did an audible exaggerated sigh when I told him about the clogged toilet. He asked if we wanted a new room. I said it was not necessary if it worked after it was plunged. Then he asked me if I wanted a plunger. While he went to get it, I tried to flush it and then it worked. I thanked him when he returned and left the hotel to have dinner with my family. During the night my adult daughter was woken by the fire alarm in the room at 1:30am. She went to the desk and asked the digital kiosk for help. The women told her that there was no one in the hotel to help her. She went back to the room now wide awake and tried to get back to sleep. As she was about to fall back to sleep at 3:30am it went off again. She went back to the desk. The lady on the screen told her again that no one was there to help her. My daughter went back to the room, climbed on a chair and dismantled the alarm herself and brought it to the front desk telling the digital kiosk lady what she had to do. Needless to say that she only got about an hour of sleep all night. We will not be using Quality Inn again. I want a full refund. We even had to deal with the digital kiosk when we were checking out. No manager there then either. What a nightmare!

The room was well maintained. It was clean and had exactly what was needed for our 2 nights. The outside common areas were also well maintained. The a/c worked wonderfully and ice machines conveniently located on each floor. Good hotel for the price paid.

The breakfast was very limited and the steaming area very small. My wife me and our kid could not even sit at the same table.. many families standing waiting to sit..

The room was clean, but there is a mildew smell. The staff is not very helpful and charged the wrong person and simply said there was nothing they could do about it even though they were told to call if they had any issue. The staff at the front desk doesn’t seem to want to help you and just send you to a kiosk with somebody on the screen. And even when you try to find out who was working a different shift they say they have no idea because nobody was there when they got there. Very dismissive and not helpful.

The crib i got for the baby had dirty sheets with dried food on it and a large what looked to be pee or some sort of stain. The shower had someones boogers sticked to the shower tiles and the halls smelled like marijuana. For the price i paid i could have stayed somewhere better Very diasapointing.

The worst part was checking in. There were no people to help. A man showed up on a screen connected to what was very much like an ATM. Okay fine, it was very obvious I never seen this before and the guy ‘Mike’ kept rolling his eyes at me. The machine then broke after money being placed in it and I was told it needed to be fixed and sit and wait. 3 cleaning people walked through with nothing to say and after 20 minutes a man came to the front of the desk asking if I needed my keys made…yes, I did. In short the hospitality was nonexistent.

The check in check out with a virtual agent was not a simple process and caused delays. The room was clean and bed was nice. Bathroom worked well, and just some cosmetic issues with maintenance. They had all the essentials and overall a good value choice.

The airconditioning was broke. 2 people were sent to look at it. They could not change my room because they were full. Offered refund but never gave it. Your company never got in contact with them. I paid you in full and you paid spark hotel in full so As the customer I get screwed and both you and a lying hotel owner steal money. Not acceptable!

Cheap and clean no-frills motel with nice staff.

Check in clerk in training. Very helpful. Room more modern than expected. Extreme cold in Florida. Provided a heater to make my room comfortable.

I shouldn't be asked to sign a blank screen! I was told I was signing that I wouldn't smoke or have a pet in the room but there was nothing in writing to show that. Because of that, I can't give a better score even though it was a nice hotel with only minor issues.

The water pressure was absolutely horrible almost, non-existent.

Bed was comfortable, pillows amazing. Hotel dated, rooms dated (even with their updates). If you are looking for a cheap hotel with a great bed. This is it. Don’t expect anything amazing.

It’s a horrible hotel

The internet access could and should get an upgrade. I was unable to get online when I had to complete some work assignments. Otherwise the staff was great and welcoming. Even the “FaceTime” type station in the lobby was adequate. I would stay there again, granted I didn’t have any work obligations.

The person at the front desk just walks out at three o’clock. I was waiting to check in and get a room number and a key. The bath tubs in two rooms were so slick that my girlfriend fell and our friends both fell. They had the nerve to tell us they would give our money back but move out!!! What ever happened to real customer service?

Everything was done over a TV screen with a remote person from a remote office “somewhere”. Did not interact with one live staff member during our entire stay. Disappointing

Bike was new and exceptionally clean so I didn't understand the issue. On a much better note. I left an item in my room and the house staff found the item and held it fo me.u til I could drive back from Tampa and get it.

The breakfast was awful. only 1 waffle maker, nothing premade. only eggs and sausage. no hot cocoa only tea and coffee no milk or juice avail or any allergy info. we just left. Staff was friendly but no one likes that tablet virtual indian guy. Our room was fairly clean. relatively speaking but all the doors and trim needs tending.

Everything was really good except that at night there was a lot of noise from the nearby rooms and they tried to open the door by pulling it several times, which made me feel unsafe and I couldn't sleep well. For the rest, everything was fine, although I don't think I would stay there again.

Probably the quietest hotel I have stayed in. It is an older hotel but they do a good job with cleanliness and the rooms have been remodeled. No carpet! Beds were good and the location was great. It was what we needed and a fair price.

This place is average. Halls smell like curry and other things. Why? lol Anyway, The rate was ok for the room for 1 day but the 35 dollar extra charge to basically put your bags in the room 3 hours earlier than “check in time” at 3 pm was ridiculous imo. If the room is available and already cleaned what’s the big deal? Not sure if this is standard for a lot of motels but there’s 24 hours in a day not 20-21.

Gross. Don't stay here. Pool was filled with bird poop. Rooms are basic at best. No staff at front desk. You communicate with off property people via screen. One night is survivable, other than that avoid at all cost.

This property was a last minute booking needed for an overnight soccer trip. The convenience of being 5 minutes from the field was excellent.

The property was updated and the best part was how dark the room was with the shade pulled down. The worst part was checkin, they use a computer with a person from oversees checking you in.

I made a reservation with you back in January for one nite in Sarasota, Florida. We prepaid for the room. Only to arrive and there was no record of a reservation. We ended up making another reservation and making another payment. I am demanding a refund on payment made to Expedia.

We had a prepaid (non refundable) room paid for. At time of check in, they did not have any record of our room. We already paid for the room?!?!?

The hotel is located close to shops/restaurants. We arrived late for check in which went smoothly. Our room was clean, however we encountered roaches. We called down to the front desk and was told the hotel was completely booked and we were told to follow up with management in the morning, which we did. We were able to get half price discounted for our stay with no issue.

I booked through expedia 2 weeks before my stay and when i arrived the person at the front desk couldn’t find my reservation or the manager, they suggested i reach out to expedia, which i did. The agents at expedia tried calling and kept getting hung up on, they also tried to email as well and conveniently their system went down. Well, after 2 hours of back and forth i had to pay for another room directly through them for a much higher price. It was a busy day (valentines) so most hotels in the area were booked. Expedia was able to get me a refund for my original booking. I suggest if you must stay there Just book through them directly, the manager at the property claim “it happens all the time, blaming it on expedia” but expedia explained to me that they sent the reservation and the hotel did not confirm it.

People sleeping in their cars in the parking lot. People doing drugs in the parking lot in the daylight openly talking about it. The kiosk check in situation is rediculous. No wonder the grounds are a mess, the limited staff due to outsourcing the front desk job to computer screen will get you that. This is a sub $100 a night hotel. Don’t overpay for this. WiFi is also unreliable.

The room smelled of cigarettes and marijuana everywhere. The shower curtain in the bathroom smelled horrible. The air conditioning filter was completely dirty. For 2 nights there were 2 cockroaches in the bathrooms and closet area. The refrigerator barely cooled the food. In short, horrible.

The employee at check in was unfriendly and seemed to not like his job. The room had an odd odor. It smelled like people were cooking food in their rooms.

Property smelled like mold. Ceiling in the lobby looks like it has black mold. Was not a fan of the kiosk check in experience. Everyone employee that we talked with on the property was very nice and helpful, but the hotel itself was old, had significant water damage and I would not stay there again.

Then I found that the window shades don't close fully, so I had light seeping into my room all night. And the neighbors were listening loudly to TV last quiet time. Not a positive experience at all!

2am we had a bed shaking noise and 6am people screaming at the hallway to wake up other rooms, knocking at the doors. Not easy to sleep.... After that at the breakfast we had eggs and sausages, nothing more.

The reception staff treated us very rudely; it was not pleasant.
