The hotel was very well located within the university town center easy walking distance to places breakfast was great kitchen. Staff was good. Everyone in the hotel was accommodating is a great room.

The breakfast was very complete with plenty of options, and the pool was perfect for relaxing. The entire area feels vibrant, upscale, and convenient. I would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it!

The room was so clean and organized, we loved the breakfast variety, the bathrooms was very well maintained and my family loved the front desk provide the basketball ball to play.

The design was modern but comfortable. Loved the one bedroom suite. Like the wood tile floors and the bathroom was huge. Breakfast looked much better than it tasted. Tortillas could’ve been warm for tacos and eggs could’ve tasted fresher

Absolutely loved my stay! 100% will be back. The hotel was absolutely spotless, the rooms were impeccable, towels were so soft and always cleaned. Housekeeping came each day and tidied up and left new towels. The breakfast was lovely and the pool area was spotless! The pool is open till late also, bonus. The staff were so friendly and pleasant. My whole experience as a whole was just really delightful, I can safely say I have absolutely not one bad thing to say about this hotel. The linen and towels were spotless, which is very hard to come across! Would recommend to anybody looking for a clean, modern, bright hotel! Location was great also! I have nothing bad to say about this hotel

Location was great I didn't have breakfast I wanted a room with a bathtub but the roons that had one only had queen beds and your queen beds are too small and not very comfortable

You have a large number of young adult guests. That are absolute pigs and make a huge mess at breakfast. It is always cleaned up in the end, but staff needs to clean more frequently or manage the situation. It took away from the experience.

The location is unbeatable. Silvia at the front desk was wonderful and made sure my family and I had everything we needed. We stayed here as a family of five with our pet, and it was perfect. Everything we needed was within walking distance. Definitely my favorite place to stay when visiting the Sarasota/Bradenton area.

Poolside could be a little bigger with more seats. Not enough with the number of people staying at the hotel.

The hotel was clean and updated. The room is perfect for a family having multiple rooms. The pool is right next to the basketball court for easy watching of multiple children. The surrounding area is very beautiful with restaurants and storea all in a walking distance. I will try to stay here anytime I fly down to Sarasota. By far my best exoeriejce.

Room was not ready at check in. Waited two hours. When I was given a room I discovered housekeeping there, still cleaning. Had to go back to the desk for another room. Others were in the same situation. A poor experience.

Everything was great except the AC sounds like a helicopter landing in your room. Great location to walk to many restaurants and very clean.

Con's- the room needs more lighting especially in the bedroom. I was really surprised by this. The bathroom is not conducive for 2 people. We'd have appreciated 2 sinks and more privacy from the bedroom. The bathtub itself was very dated. I'd rate a 3.8 out of 5.

Overall the stay was good. The beds were a little uncomfortable and the floors needed to be vacuumed. The biggest drawback was the humidity in the room. With the air on 67, the humidity was still so bad our clothes were damp!

Room was very nice bathroom had a great setup . Room was serviced everyday ! I didn’t know hotels did that anymore! Nicest accommodations I have had in awhile . Check-in and text back to see if I was happy were first rate. Definitely reccomend and will seek first in my recurrring Sarasota trips

Not only is this hotel perfectly situated in the UTC district, but the property and amenities were well worth it. We stayed during Memorial Day weekend and had a great time.

Location, next to UTC, beautifully located.

First time staying at this location. We were hopeful that the provided kitchen and room size would be great for our family of five. It was perfect! Breakfast everyday helped to cut down on money spent dining out along with the full size fridge and kitchen. Tons of dining options within walking distance and places to shop. The gym was also loaded with up to date equipment. If we are ever back in Sarasota again--we will stay again!

This hotel is always excellent in service and cleanliness. Its location within the UTC shopping area us fantastic.

Didn't like the fact that the shower water was too hot, it was like the flow of cold water was not enough to compensate the temperature. Other than that the hotel is perfect!

Adorable king Bed studio with updated modern amenities. I appreciated the chunky chrome fixtures and lighting in room. The lobby was decorated nicely with marble tile and seemed boutiquey. Only negative was AC had to be set low because when it kicked off there was a noticeable very mild odor due to air not circulating. I also thought it was nice that they accommodate pets, though there is some carpet in the room they might be an issue for some.

had to call two times as the GPS did not take us to the site.

This hotel sheltered us during Hurricane Helene so we weren’t expecting more than just a safe place. We were shocked at the thoughtfulness, friendliness, and great service of every single staff member. From putting out a late night platter of hummus and crudite (all the area restaurants were closed) to helping us get the last few dollars out of our card for the little self-serve bar, these folks took care of us even as they were separated from their own families during the hurricane. Meanwhile the rooms were clean and felt like they were brand new. The amenities were cleaned up and open the very next day. And you can’t beat the location once UTC opened back up again. Hands down would stay here every time I visited Sarasota if I didn’t live right down the way.

We loved this property and the location but we were pretty disappointed that bacon was not served for breakfast either of the 3 mornings we had breakfast there. Also, our room felt very humid to the point where the bed sheets, the carpet and our clothes started to feel moist to the touch.

We were here for a funeral for my mom, very sad but wonderful property HOWEVER no discount for the pool being unavailable which was the most important part with kids. I understand the hurricane caused delays but the sun came out and it was perfect to swim and we were told no because it needed to be cleaned. It was clean and it was upsetting. We laid a lot of money to stay here WONDERFUL breakfast! Would stay again but thought since we were grounded for over two days we should have been given a break on the price. We stayed 5 days

My stay was awesome. My kids did not want to leave. Place was so comfortable and clean. Breakfast buffet was delicious and full of choices. Staff went above and beyond to provide excellent service. Nancy was amazing, A++. She will quickly assist and accommodate to your needs. I would recommend this hotel 100%. We are planning on returning.

My family and I really enjoyed our stay here. The suite was very nice and spacious. The kids enjoyed the pool. I was able to get a good workout in at the gym. There were plentiful food options nearby. Overall, we really like the hotel, and the surrounding area. Would definitely recommend a stay here!

Amazing location in University Tech Center - this is where you want to be. Welcoming staff and incredible breakfast spread every morning. Rooms are spacious and very nice. Pool was great. Can’t say enough - just a top notch hotel.
