    Out toilet didn't work. We would have to go downstairs to the lobby and use the toilet. Our room had a odor of like stagnant water or it was clean with dirty rags and the furnace being in the room closet was extremely loud At night

    No continental breakfast, front office wouldn’t break a $100 dollar bill saying they can’t accept them. Was no hot water but they had a plumber en route. They gave us coupons for a free breakfast but we were leaving. We stayed at two different Hiltons in two states and both were no more than average. I’ll opt for something different in the future

    Our room had a broken roller shade that wouldn’t pull to block out security lights. The roller was also water stained as was part of our ceiling. One of our pillows had stains on it. Something seemed off on the air conditioner although we couldn’t pin point the problem. There was a lot of “humidity” in our room

    The staff went above and beyond for our stay, the shuttle service was great our room was clean! After we checked out and got to the airport the staff brought our medication that was left in room to the air port for us! Great service for sure, very friendly and helpful. Thank you for helping make this already stressful situation in our IVF journey very relaxing.

    This time they were redoing the lobby but didn’t tell anyone and still charged the same price (the lobby was a mess!!!) There was dog poop alllll over the grass! I stepped in it and the employee shrugged their shoulders But like I said, I love staying here! I do it several times a year

    Hotel was clean and nicely decorated. Bed was very hard. Breakfast was an extra $10 pp and was no better than the free breakfasts at other hotels. It was offered on a menu served to us, which then required a tip. The server was nice. Just didn't feel like it was worth the extra $.

    I got a handicapped room that I didn’t request. Shower head was so low I had to duck. Heat didn’t work. Window shade was broken. Not worth the $150 for the night.

    My first room had black bugs everywhere. Woke up to some on my pillow and blankets, my daughters comb had one stuck in it. Went down to complain, the front desk couldn't of careless what I had to say, not friendly at all. She was on the phone and didnt even say give me one moment, I literally stood there for 15 min. before she addressed me. Told her the problem and all she said was well, you're a 3rd party so we can't refund you. So are you checking out? I explained I was on vacation and did'nt live in Florida so I needed a room. She gave us another room and did give us a free breakfast but that wasn't impressive either. The next nite we had a roach run across the floor. Luckily I was able to kill it. The whole expirence was a 0/10! Disgusted amd we wont be back.

    Yes, the staff was very courteous and accommodating. The lobby was bright and clean. . The room was clean and roomie very comfortable. The pool was clean and the hot tub was so relaxing. Breakfast each morning was consistently delicious and even a beautiful presentation liked having the convenience of purchasing products right on the site.

    This hotel was in a great part of town, very convenient to the airport and other area attractions. I just had an overnight trip the area, and this was a great option. The room was clean. The breakfast was delicious. I'll will definitely be staying here next time I'm in Sarasota for business.

    The stay was amazing. They had blackout curtains so it was easy to sleep in and enjoy vacation. The staff was helpful; kept our luggage while we were out Sunday because we had a late flight but had to check out! They did have construction going on so we weren’t able to use the pool, kinda nervous that stuff would full from the roof but no accidents happen! (They accommodated us with another pool option with the sister hotel next door!)

    I thought the stay was really nice. The room I stayed in was beautiful, clean, and well maintained and I am pretty sure I left it dirtier and should have left a tip. Anyways, I thought the staff was really generous being there were renovations and the pool being off limits. Whereas I imagine somebody made a stink about the noise or whatever, I would say presenting it as a tolerable thing going on and trying to effectively retain and build clientele through honesty, sort of its normal for us, we value you, and not really needing to make things be so much better out of fear somebody would comment or based on some I would feel misguided corporate principle. I took the room on the lower floor that was recommended and perhaps actually thinking about it it was a generous gesture and reflecting an accommodating business image (though a little rough around the edges and needing more experience and practice). I also would wonder if giving up a double bed room could leave potential customers out. Literally, I drove through Virginia and every hotel was booked solid because of a motorcycle convention, so just a though being mindful about business (customer satisfaction is only one thing). Oh there was no soap or hand sanitizer and that was kind of gross.

    The staff was nice but for it being a hilton hotel I was disappointed. I paid good money to vacation there and the fridge was wobbly, the kuireg didnt work, and the toilet had a piece or styrophone that kept getting stuck and the water kept leaking the lobby bathroom was kind of ghetto too it seemed like it was an outdated hotel

    Only one grab bar in the shower/tub - needed 2 grab bars for safety. We are seniors and would have been safer with another; the one was not convenient when showering. This is why I did not rate comfort as excellent.

    The property is so close to the airport. Free parking and shuttle (7 am-11 pm) are a plus. Dining options are reasonable. The staff was pleasant and helpful.

    The other is the breakfast meal. We were charged for a restaurant meal which was actually a buffet style breakfast, about the same as a complimentary breakfast bar at other hotels. The food in the server trays were not being kept warm. And there is a server charge on the bill as well a request for tip. Isn’t that the same thing?

    Main rooms were clean , when we got there once we got to our room the room didn’t clean till our last last night the and we stayed 3 nights . The storm made a mess we know but the pool didn’t look like it was cleaned at all. The staff Barley spoke to us.

    My sister, Edna Mack, stay was restless. She called the front desk because she had to get up at 4:30 am, super early to travel back to Alabama. The next room over was causing bumping noise on the wall which caused a vibration of her bed. It was very late that she was able to get some sleep. She was still tired and restless getting back on the road traveling back to Alabama. It's a nice place but not place to get some rest. The lady at the front told her if the band they was causing the vibration then there was nothing she could do. I was in room 201 and the band was not the problem because she had the bumping vibration the she checked in. It didn't last long because it was late when checked in.

    This hotel is a bargain for the money for the convenience of the on site restaurant, staff and comfort and cleanliness. They have a great lobby market with alcohol and food if you want to enjoy spending time in the lobby which has a lot of comfy chairs and views of the airport tower and outside. Lots of parking, nice pool area, I would stay here again.

    It is a good hotel in general. The rooms are clean but a little outdated. We asked a question in the reception and she told us she was going to call the room with an answer but she never did. Other than, is a nice place.

    Average for a hilton. Front desk staff was unpleasant The pool is old as it doesn’t appear anyone takes care of it. Airport transportation is not 24x7 so ether you need to uber or use their one option ride svc if travel before 7a or after 10p. No restaurants within walking distance

    Close to airport. Scott gave us a ride to the airport and was super friendly. The breakfast was good. The Hamburger from the bar and grill was amazing.

    This was by far the dirtiest, most run down, horrible area with hoodlums smoking weed in and out of the building. Coffee maker in room didn’t even work. Staff was absolutely useless. Avoid at all costs.

    I paid $350 for a one night stay and there was no hot water. I had to take an ice cold shower. This is absolutely unacceptable and when I checked out they did not seem to care.
