We reserved and paid for two queens. We got one bed instead

Staff seemed nice. Good breakfast. Small pool area. Small but nice weight room. Good breakfast. Bathroom was a little janky- no vent which was very odd. Overall was decent.

Everything was great! Beds were too firm for me but that is always a personal preference.

It’s honestly so hit or miss with hotels in areas you’re unfamiliar with but this hotel was so clean, easy to find, in a good area that I felt safe but also had a lot of stores and places to eat around it!

Stayed here a couple times - always a good experience. It’s in a great location right off the Highway and very close to grocery and shopping. Easy place to stay. Will always choose this property when in the area.

Everything was perfect, we got to check in early. We also liked the alligator in the back pond showing up for snacks in the morning.

I am a guest due to major water damage at my local home. I am very pleased with this property. It is convenient to my residence here for one. The room I have looks like it was just renovated. The bed and pillows are super comfortable, the shower water pressure and temperature are great. The fluffy towels and amenities are a very good size and easy to use (unlike many hotels that have little bottles and wasteful for the environment). There is a nice size pool and hot tub. It is very peaceful and the cleaning ladys are very sweet and hardworking. Another fantastic feature is Millers Ale house restaurant is about 50 steps away... One of my favorite places to eat. The breakfast lady always has a smile and fixes as substancial meal each day. Fruit and coffee during the day are a wonderful feature. I can deffinately reccommend Hampton I-75 !!! Kudos

Well served buffet breakfast with plenty options. The room is clean, organized and extremely well climatized. Ice-maker available in the floor is so helpful. Further, proximity with I-75 access make it easy when either going or coming north and southbound.

We stayed at this hotel so that my husband could get surgery at the Kennedy White Center. It was so convenient! Everything is absolutely fine here and the access is wonderful.

While they only do housekeeping every other day, the room was clean and the bed was extremely comfortable. Very good TV selections. I didn't eat breakfast there so can't comment on that. Good restaurants within walking distance is a bonus.

One Elevator remained broken the entire stay. Water in bathroom was absolutely horrible and smells like sulfur, it was awful. How does a “remodeled” hotel have no alarm clock?? The rooms smelled musty after speaking with others on 3rd floor. The breakfast was basically empty metal pans. Sadly, this property has gone down hill and looks like it won’t be our “go to” place to stay when in town.

This 4 day stay was great. The pool and spa were amazing. The breakfast was great and stocked with plenty of choices. I would have rated this five star but the fridge in our room was barely cold. We will stay here again!

This Marriott did not disappoint. I was very happy in at ease with my stay, I was able to sleep soundly without any sort of anxiety due to the hotel.

I got stuck in the elevator for about 35 minutes. The fire department was called and when I finally got out and checked out it was like nothing ever happened.

The mattress on the bed was awful. Then the sheets on the bed had stains on them. The pillows were flat as a board. The hot tub wasn’t working at all.

1. Initial negative customer experience because of this. Either the hotel is responsible for their lack of communication with Expedia or Expedia failed in updating their hotel database in a timely manner. 2. Room 413. Near elevator. King mattress rather thin. Sporadically noisy AC/Heat unit. Nice sized TV oom. Bathroom with shower no tub, quality towels.

Room phone doesn’t work. Internet is spotty at best. They gave us a different room that we booked and said it was Expedia’s fault for overbooking it. When asking to speak to the manager, was told they went home for the day. But thy were here the whole time.

The showers during the week was luke warm water. the water pressure would shut off about 1/2 way through. The air conditioning wasn't as cold as I would have liked it. You can hear the people slamming doors at all hours. Staff was somewhat friendly.

The property itself is okay but there were people loitering outside and near our car at three different time during our 16 hour stay. I couldn’t help but wonder what’s up with that. The fitness room is well equipped but half the lights were out so it felt like a dim closet. Breakfast select was decent.

The staff in the breakfast and housekeeping areas were very friendly. Regarding breakfast, the hotel needs to provide more because one day it was gone by 9:15 am. The jacuzzi didn't have hot water. Everything else was OK.

When i checked in my comforter was obviously stained. It was so bad they had to give me another room. When i took a shower i lost all pressure multiple times. Other than that it was good. The breakfast was great and the location right off of I75.

It was the clean. However, the fan on the A/C unit won't stay on as white noise. So now you hear the traffic noise. That makes it harder to sleep.

I was on the second floor and it was fairly noisy in that area, with early morning garbage pickup (sounded like dumpster banging). You might want to ask for a higher floor.

Website says newly remodeled, however, it did not look newish or anything. Lots of issues. Ice machines not working, not clean, issues with card reader for numerous guests as we heard. No one showed an idea of where our room was & after a long day on the road I didn’t think to ask until I was already in the car. Shower had issues.

Had broken lamps, bathroom fixtures, looked quite worn. Food and as mediocre to bad! Really noisy hotel and felt I was staying in a one star accommodation. Queen beds were not queens and no pillow tops!!!! Worst Hampton I’ve ever stayed in will not stay in one again due to the terrible experience.

The elevators were down most of the time we were there. We had a 91 year old woman on the 3rd floor that at times had to use the stairs due to neither of the elevators working. Most of the time at least one of the elevators was down. Unacceptable!!

The property was clean and a safe location. Staff was very friendly from check in to checkout. The only issue I had is that I ask for my bed to be made and to my suprise it wasn't. This is something I look forward to when I return to my room.

When i first got to my room, the sheets smell like it wasn't clean, the lights keptd flickering. On probability my third night there was feces in the lobby, the smell was horrible. And this where breakfast is served etc.

The receptionist was fantastic and they can text you and vice versa about your needs. They give you water as a welcome gift and also can provide bottled water. Windows could use sound proofing. We were on the third floor above the pool area. Overall this hotel provided what we needed for our trip.

The mattress was very stained and sagged terribly in the center . We did receive a discount on the room after complaining ot the manager. The lamp shades were stained and old. The bathroom appeared to be newly updated but everything else was dated. The desk chair upholstery was also stained. There were clean sheets on the bed but thespread was dingy and not white as it should have been.

I booked like 2 months ago and for may 24 memorial day weekend I did the check in I pay in advance for two queen bed to find out the room she gave me was only inking size bed. I went back to the front desk I explained the situation to the same person and she told me that they over sold the rooms and I had to call Expedia on a Memorial weekend where every hotel around where full. My cousin booked like a month after me and they gave him a room with 2 queen bed. I thing this is a first come first serves Hotel service. Thanks God my cousin kids didn't come and we switch rooms. By the way The woman at the front desk told me oh but you booked for two guest. So WHAT. If Im going to share the room With a person that we don't sleep together what do I supposed to do with it? Like my business are her business. Thanks God I didn't have to go back home. but the service was awful. No body cares and give me my money. On this days no body want to solve their own situations they provoke by themselves and we do end up doing it by ourselves.

Hot tub wasnt working. Pool umbrellas and chairs were ripped and broken. Tp holder in the room was broken. Bathroom light didnt work properly. The sink faucet spilled onto back of counter top and all over the floor. AC unit had issues and a busted filter. Terrible experience. Will not be returning. Have photos and videos, but my mobile app wont let me upload them.

Hotel recently renovated. Reception person was very nice. Room is attractive, great location. Breakfast is only major complaint. It was pretty bad as far as motel breakfasts go and the juice machine was out. No bananas and eggs yuck!

I was pleasantly surprised by the breakfast. I expected an apple, orange or banana. They actually had real food. Omelette, oatmeal, bacon, sausage, waffles and various different fruits and juices. Plus 24 hour access to coffee which my wife loves. The room and bathroom was spacious and clean. Pool was a decent size. Too bad pool closes at 10 pm, but not a deal breaker.

This Hampton Inn left a bad impression as there was a smell of electric wires burning by the elevators and no in room safe, no glasses in bathroom or, or extra toilet paper.

Room was very clean. Beds were comfortable, but I was quite disappointed that the room didn’t have a microwave in it. Thats usually a common feature in hotel rooms these days. Why, when your charge was well over $200/night, didn’t you include a microwave oven? Pretty chincy not to.

I was pleasantly surprised. This property was the best low price hotel I have stayed in around this area.

My wife and I were very disappointed in our stay at this location. We’ve stayed in several Hampton Inn’s which were very nice and clean. This location is very old, outdated, and in need of attention. The staff we encountered were great. Everyone was friendly and helpful, even letting us move rooms when we saw the room we were originally placed in wasn’t as expected. The rooms appeared to be spot cleaned and we found debris, hair, etc. in hard to reach places and under chairs/stools. The linens were clean but the comforters were very old and stained yellow from heavy use. The carpet was worn out and in long need of replacement. There were damaged areas of walls and broken door latches throughout the facility and the entire place seemed musty and moldy. We were very surprised at the condition of this location because of the high score it receives on Hotels.com. We’ve stayed at Hilton locations for years and this is by far the worst facility we’ve ever seen.

We travel very often. It was the first time staying at this property. We were there for 4 nights. Everytime we had a shower, we both would sneeze constantly. Not sure if it is the type of detergent that is used. My husband also sneezed a lot while in bed (the sheets, same detegent)? We also heard the guests, in the room next to ours, sneezing. Really strange. For this reason, we would not return to this property, even though the breakfasts were very good.
