Was able to get a slightly early check in which helped tremendously. The restaurant was out of several things which was a little frustrating. But overall was a good stay.

Located near what we were in Sarasota for and a fair price for the high quality hotel that this is. Staff were great and very helpful. Recommended.

Clean, no smells, nice decor, hallways were clean, nice staff, really terrific, other hotels are total and complete disasters, everyone agrees believe me folks, great gym, loved the bar bigly.

The hotel felt more like a glorified Holiday Inn Express, but without the complimentary breakfast, and at significantly higher rates. The restaurant also seemed overpriced and was mostly empty; throughout our stay, I saw only a few families dining there. The value just didn’t match the price. There were also some issues during our stay. One morning, there was a noticeable sewage smell due to backed-up water. It was Memorial Day weekend, so I understand it was busy, but there were constantly no towels available at the pool. We had to ask the front desk multiple times and were repeatedly told there were no clean towels available. There was only one waiter/bartender on Memorial Day, and a new employee at that. The bar was almost full, and there was one family eating, so the one employee was running back and forth. There was no microwave in the room, which is an inconvenience when staying longer than a night or two. Overall, it wasn’t a horrible experience, but for the price, I expected much more. I wouldn’t choose to stay here again because it just didn’t feel like it was worth the cost.

The property was away from the main road. It was impeccably maintained. Unfortunately the air conditioning didn't work in the bar area, or I would have spent more time there.

The hotel is great, super clean and the staff wonderful .. I really liked it .. the only strange and bad thing is the shower, there is no pressure and very little water comes out

The facility was clean and everything was very convenient. The room was spacious. Breakfast was from 6-10, we came down at 7 and there didn't appear to be anything out other than muffins and coffee. The restaurant had a paid breakfast, but we didn't stay for that. It could have been a misunderstanding on our part. Other than that, it was a great stay:)

Loved our stay, booking was super quick and easy, AFFORDABLE at that for same night booking right next to the airport, within minutes after booking we were at the front desk checking in with Tristian who went above and beyond with our check in!! Was very pleasant to deal with him while checking in made it super quick and easy had us up in our room minutes later.He also helped us almost immediately with a room accommodation we had during our stay, he made communication so easy and quick would definitely recommend to anybody who’s willing to listen!!

The hotel was mediocre at best but for a $30 drink in the lobby and $394 added to my credit card when the pictures didn’t add up to a logical cleaning fee then the issue became smell but there was no smell and the hotel I guess doesn’t wipe you’re table tops when switching guests not sweep and mop the floor because the only cleaning required was to vacuum and wipe the counter tops and that is equivalent to $394 charged to credit card

The only issue we had was the breakfast. The hotel has only one staff attending to everyone, so when one is in a hurry, it can be frustrating to wait. But overall, staff is excellent the the hotel is clean.

Bathroom was small. Shower was tiny and the floor tile in it was old. Housekeeping staff was excellent. Should give 4 towels at a time for 2 guests.

It is well run, clean and just feels right.

AC needs to cycle on more but we were comfortable but prefer a little cooler sleeping. There is a mini fridge in room but not a microwave. There is a microwave however downstairs lobby where coffee and snacks are

There was not much I liked so this would be a long list. It is a patchworked older hotel with paint. The HVAC did not work properly. The staff was indifferent toward guests and lacked customer service in every way.

I was disappointed that I booked this through Expedia for $150 and my American Express charge was immediately charged $1250. I had to go to the front desk and straighten an issue out as to why they were charging me the regular routine rate when it was booked through Expedia. The issue is yet to be resolved through American Express since the original $1250 charge is pending in AMEX. We'll see what the final charges and hopefully I won't have to bother disputing this any further.

This hotel was full of soccer teams; kids literally running everywhere. The rooms were clean and tidy. Received room service every day. Unfortunately, the rooms lack soundproofing. We could hear our neighbor’s alarm go off 4 times on one side or the baby crying at 2 in the morning on the other. Staff was pleasant among all the chaos. plusThe breakfast was delicious and the service in the morning was great! Bar staff was attentive.

The staff could not have been more helpful or kind. The room was clean and cleaned daily. It was very convenient to the housing area I needed to be in. The grounds were clean, even though dogs were allowed. I would not think twicecabout staying here again.

Room, lobby, restaurant and staff were all great. Wish I could stay there again but the prices are over $350 per night for my next visit in late January, I come down every month to the same area but I just can’t afford the rates they want to charge!!!! Too bad it is a great hotel!

I am writing to formally report an unresolved maintenance issue during my recent stay. From the first day of my stay, the shower in my room was not functioning properly. There was extremely low water pressure, and only hot water was available. I reported this issue to the front desk on my first day, but no action was taken to resolve it. I followed up again on the second day, yet the problem still remained unresolved. Despite multiple reports, no repair was completed, nor was any credit or compensation offered for the inconvenience. Access to a properly functioning shower is a basic expectation, and this issue significantly impacted the comfort of my stay. I am disappointed that the matter was not addressed after repeated notifications. I respectfully request that this issue be reviewed and that appropriate compensation be considered. The property was very clean and the staff were great. No chef showed up for 2 hours during dinner but the bartender Mikayla did an amazing job making everyone happy until food could be served. The walls are thin so noise was a bit of an issue due to a kids soccer tournament in the area. Overall, I would stay there again. And the hotel dog mascot Brisket made my entire stay.

We enjoyed the hotel very much but had a housekeeping issue. We were there five days and on the second day I let the desk know we would not need housekeeping. On the third day I assumed they would clean the room and bring fresh linens. They did not. I called and they said they would send someone up. They did bring fresh towels, no hand towels or wash clothes, cups or glasses. Had to call again. Over all we loved the place and the people we were visiting said they would recommend it to other visitors.

Poor check in. No smiling. Gave me a $20 voucher and stated it was for any purchase in the hotel. Went to have breakfast the next morning only to find out the voucher was just for beverages. I asked them to honor the breakfast and they refused. I will not be back there and will ensure I tell my friends and family as well not to go.

It was a good experience.

The toilet pump was broken, we noticed this when we used the toilet around 3 am. Every time we used the bathroom we had to open the tank and adjust the pump. When we went to breakfast the server ignore us for about 10 minutes, we first order my son’s breakfast and mine and late my husband came to the table order his breakfast. 15 minutes later my husband was serve. My son and I had to wait 30 minutes more and tables that order after us were served before us. We had to constantly as for stuff like salt and ketchup to the server. He never came so I had to go to the bar and get it. There was no hair drier in the bedroom had to ask for one at the lobby. Overall we will not be staying at this property in the near future.

The staff at this property was the nicest staff I have ever dealt with at a hotel and I travel a lot ! I can’t say enough good things about my stay there . They always had flavored water , home backed cookies and all kinds of tea available complimentary 24 hrs a day !

I’m confined to a wheelchair and have stayed in many other hotels. The Even has a large accessible bathroom and the room is easy to get around. The only problem is the bed is too high as it’s that way you n most hotels. I wish that some of these hotels would consult with people in wheelchairs when they build a so called accessible room

We booked this hotel on the basis of reviews but as per my personal opinion I would ask people to think twice before booking it. The internet is very low over here, I asked for electric kettle for hot water but they don’t have and asked me to take that from the kitchen and also there is no room service available at 7 pm. They are not giving you any plates or cutlery. As I am a vegetarian there is no option for you to eat or take anything to eat. We have taken booking without breakfast but we can add for 16$ and when we asked them to add for today they told us we don’t have any like this and you can order as you need from the menu. I asked for toothpaste which I forgot to bring to one of the house keeping lady but she didn’t understand English. So I went to front desk and that guy gave me only two sachet so I went to store and buy one for me as I have 3 knights and 4 days booking. You can stay here but only if you’re going to bring all basic needs with you. They are not providing any water bottles too so I bought 3 gallons from wallmart. I’m traveling a lot but no water bottles no toothpaste no plates or cutlery I haven’t seen in PA, Canada, Europe or anywhere else

Our overall stay was great. It’s located by many restaurants and stores. We found the hotel, very clean. The only issue we had was that the toilet was not mounted securely to to the floor and it would move. The toilet was also constantly running.

It was very clean and convenient, the bed was comfortable. The gym was great bonus. The only issue was the noise. We could hear people above us walking around, arguing at midnight. The door to adjoining room allowed us to hear all conversations and it was loud.

We had to find a new hotel since are original hotel was having some issues. It was a completely easy check in, the staff were so polite and professional. We will stay again when we are in that area.

I came here for surgedy and needed to stay a few nights in a hotel. Things took a turn for the worse when I fell and ripped open stitches and staples. I also ended up with a huge hematoma. I underwent emergency surgery to stop the hemoraging. The staff was so great because we only had reservations till Thirsday morning and i was still hospitalized. They let us keep our room for as long as we need it. What great custoner servixe and kind employees.

Our first night was great, but the stay quickly went downhill. On the second night, I got trapped in the elevator with my daughter and two service dogs for 1.5 hours. The staff delayed calling 911, and we were only rescued when the fire department arrived. The front desk was kind, offering snacks and compensating our stay. However, things worsened when Wendy, a staff member, falsely accused my husband of not paying for a third night, charged $150 without explanation, and canceled our reservation. Wendy also blamed our service dogs for ants in our room and sent a maid to startle the dogs. While I was out, Wendy threatened my minor daughter to vacate the room, which was completely inappropriate. When I returned, I overheard Wendy and Ana, the manager, speaking unprofessionally about us. Ana then canceled our reservation and told us to leave. This stay was a nightmare, and we are deeply disappointed in how everything was handled.

These guys were extremely helpful to me and my dog as the air conditioning in our complex went out Labor Day weekend, and no one was gonna be able to fix it until Tuesday. So we needed an emergency stay at a hotel and the EVEN hotel came to the rescue.

This is our second time staying at this hotel! So clean and affordable. Staff so friendly. Love the blonde mid shift girl. The bed and pillows are so comfortable. The shower is a little awkward but great pressure.
