Reviews
The hotel reviews indicate a general dissatisfaction with the virtual check-in process, lack of on-site staff, and cleanliness issues. Many guests felt the hotel was outdated and in need of renovation.

The floors in my room were not clean at all. Had to keep shoes on to walk around otherwise my feet would get extremely dirty.
- 2/5
There is no one at the front desk. You check in on a kios with someone on a screen. I thought to myself am I in a bad area when the desk personnel aren't behind the desk but in a screen on a kios.I had to have someone fix the tv. Not much variety for breakfast. I guess you get what you pay for.

Very nice hotel

Location Hotel looks old. No in person receptionist. Everything virtual.. not a good experience at all. Breakfast wasn’t a breakfast. Only a waffle, not even an egg with bacon.

Exceptional
- 4.5/5
A good hotel in a good location for exploring the area.
- 3/5
The location was good for my purposes although confusing to actually access the hotel. I definitely did not like the automated service for the front desk although both Sid and David were polite and cordial. My room was musty so I had to purchase deodorizer. My toilet stopped up. Having no closet also presented a problem for me. While having a refrigerator and microwave was convenient no ironing board and iron was not as well as no front desk phone connection. I would not recommend or stay here again.
- 3/5
Location close to the highway and the locations we needed to visit. Surprisingly the rooms were quiet, although the hotel and area were busy. The check-in process was pretty cool- checking in with a machine and a person located at a different place The property itself was pretty rundown and doesn’t look the there is much money put back into the business. The clientele sitting outside by the front door with cases of open empty beer bottles gives pause if the place is safe. The room could use a humidifier- the air works but it’s super sticky in there. The toilet keeps running- needs repaired.
- 3.5/5
Cleanliness and the value for my one night stop I shocked to see that this hotel did not have a person manning the front desk. Instead, it uses a screen ( computer) linked to a site where a person talks to you and guides you through the check-in process. This person is probably in a foreign country

I was very pleased with the room's appearance and cleanliness. It was very relaxing and met all my needs during my brief stay. Nothing I can think of.

No human interaction. Check in via screen (froze twice). Hidden cleaning room charges. Stay elsewhere

Very good

Ok

Absolutely horrible experience. Communication was terrible from start to finish. I was told one price, then charged a completely different amount even after I specifically clarified it with staff over the screen — because there is basically never anyone actually at the front desk. When I went to ask for towels, another guest was actively complaining because someone had entered his room with a key. That honestly made me feel unsafe. Our own room keys were also randomly deactivated multiple times during our stay. On top of all that, the room smelled horrible and we found roaches. Overall, the entire experience was stressful, unprofessional, and disgusting. I would not stay here again.

The hotel was just okay. There was no staff, just a AI generated kiosk for check in and out. No coffee maker in our room. I wouldn’t rush to stay there again.
- 3/5
Everything was fine. I just wish you can speak to a human at check in. We were talking to a worker on a screen who was working remote
- 3.5/5
Was ok no complains.
- 3.5/5
Good service not bad room. Was ok no complains.
- 3/5
Weird check in process. Otherwise, what you would expect from a Days Inn
- 3.5/5
The breakfast was very poor—nothing but carbohydrates and not a single source of protein. It is misleading to advertise this as including breakfast.
- 3/5
No one at counter for concerns. Everything is through a machine
- 5/5
clean room and easy ✅ in.
- 4/5
I would like to see an improvement with the TV picture and selections.
- 3/5
It was very minimal. Not many choices
- 2/5
WiFi non existent. Tv , constant outages. Everything is remote check in from Indonesia . No English . All virtual . Shared staff with building next door . No breakfast / no coffee pot . Safe didn’t work / had to go everyday to get pool open . If you’re on a low budget fine . Otherwise wasting your $
- 5/5
Very good for the price.
- 5/5
Front desk was very helpful with all the information 👍 and the room was very clean.
- 1/5
Clean room, I'll give it that but praise ends there. Had to check in on an AI screen with an agent you could not understand. Breakfast was a joke. Place is old and ugly. Problems with the TV. Adage is true. You get what you pay for, but actually I thought I paid for a little better experience that we got. Also sprang on us there was a $100 security deposit. Not sure when it will be returned. Glad I wasn't short on cash because this was a surprise.
- 3/5
There were roaches in the bathroom, they were friendly, they ran over my feet. The floors were not clean lots of dirt. So no one to tell except a computer, not personal.
- 3/5
Room was clean. For an old place it was very clean.
- 4/5
Ok
- 2/5
- 1/5
If you need to stay there. Do not stay on the first floor. 3rd floor has the best rooms There’s nobody at the front desk. All transactions done remotely. Not a pleasant experience
- 4/5
Clean rooms
- 3/5
Check-in process takes time. Overall an average experience.
- 2/5
Greeted by a machine that you check yourself in with. There was a foul odor throughtout. The lobby restroom was closed and under maintenance. The location was horrible. The safe in the room was held up by 3 pieces of wood. The bathroom sink was in the entrance walkway. I would NEVER stay in a Days Inn ever again. I would never recommend to anyone!
- 5/5
Facility was clean and staff was friendly.
- 4/5
comfy bed, clean, convenient
- 3/5
There was a kiosk to check in. I'm old fashioned, i do not like that. Never saw any staff
- 5/5
The stay was great
- 5/5
The rooms were very clean and comfy. The staff were very helpful. The breakfast was lite but nice! There were waffles, muffins, yogurt, apples, cereal, juice, coffee, and hot tea. There are food and snack options near by.
- 2/5
the first thing you smell in the lobby is musty smell and animal urine. the rooms had no coffee in them and the shower didn't work correctly . the value for the price of the room was not there
- 3/5
Room was sad . Not in very good condition ! The cleanliness was outstanding ! I could not rate front desk because there was no front desk assistance !
- 4/5
Good price quality
- 3/5
Tv reception was bad.breakfest is all carbs no protein
- 3/5
Didnt feel safe with no one at front desk check in by video locked out of room second day.no ice machine on third floor.
- 1/5
Just really disappointed! I walk in with my daughter a man behind a desk doing something. I unload my backpack and I hear someone saying something so I looked the man behind the desk has his back turned toward me. He wasn’t even looking at me. Then again I hear someone calling so I turned around and I see an atm mashine with a screen and a man in a screen. So I walked in and he said I can check you in. My goodness small little hotel with a robot. Man behind ignores me completely as I looked at them. Anyway I check in got to my room. Right from entrance strong odor. Used the bathroom and realize there is no fan. Try closing the door, they don’t close at all as they are bent. Went to wash my face just to see roaches running around. Cought up few. We looked forward to a good night sleep but it was extremely loud and th bathroom smelled really bad. In the morning housekeeping people opened a room and started asking questions. I had to say we are sleeping. 9:35 am. Anyway we checked out but never stay here again. This place is not very safe either. The area is kind of creepy.
- 3/5
The room and bedding were clean and odor free, but the finishes were worn and there was minor damage. The staff was courteous and helpful, however there wasn't a physical person at the front desk. Check in and check out was performed by a remote worker viewed on a kiosk. I hope this isn't the future of hospitality. The breakfast offerings were poor. Despite cell reception seemingly adequate, internet would not work without the use of the hotel wifi, which was intermittently down. Despite these negatives, the price was much less than surrounding hotels so it was a good value and it provided a restful place to sleep.
- 5/5
Great
- 1/5
Phone in the room never worked. No wifi so if we had an emergency we couldn’t call out. People in the room beside us were so rude, loud and threatening. We left 2 days early because we didn’t feel safe. We have reported this to Expedia & the hotel was aware of these issues. We want refunded for the 2 days we had to leave early!!
- 3/5
cleaners missed us one day and we were without toilet paper and towels. nothing major great rooms and Diego the live desk person that was there sparingly was a great person
- 3/5
Room was clean but there was no coffee pot. Checking in was strange...no real person at the desk just someone behind a kiosk that spoke broken English. Breakfast was typical waffles, muffins as and cereal
- 2/5
Check in process was terrible
- 2/5
Room fair. White plaster on walls. Poor lighting. Light switches in poor locations.
- 5/5
All great
- 4/5
Value for money.
- 4/5
god
- 3/5
Clean room, clean bathroom. No way to block parking lot lamps at night. There were transparent privacy screens on the windows, but the lamp light was very bright. Found a living cockroach in the bathroom, but the bathroom was clean, except for uncovered fan. Every time someone from another room closed their door, the whole room would shake, also very loud. The tele-checkin/checkout was undesirable.
- 5/5
Great
- 5/5
Staff was great
- 1/5
Lots of bugs, ants, roaches, bedbugs, room were dirty.
- 4/5
room was clean and the shower had hot water it was quite and safe
- 1/5
an online check in was the stupiest thing ever and why did we get lied to about the check in age.
- 2/5
Electronic check in with a person who was hard to understand. Roach in room
- 4/5
The room was nice. The beds were comfortable. The staff was friendly.
- 2/5
Siesta keys is the motel we were at. As entering the building you're greeted by a computer screen such as a zoom call. There's no people there. They do it from remote. Your cards are even dispensed through the bottom of the machine. Your photo of your ID is taken from like a copier. We had a situation in our room such as a remote didn't work and then the TV came on and we couldn't shut it off or turn the volume down. Went down we're sorry we have no maintenance or housekeeping till morning I go one am I supposed to do with TV blaring that I can't shut off or change channels or anything. I'm sorry go next door we're affiliated with that motel also. But guess what I walked over to another zoom machine talking to an idiot on the screen they don't have anybody either. Again this is at 20 to 1:00 in the morning I'm sure that neighbors appreciated the TV on. As I'm walking back I was so irritated with the motel chain that I've never had troubles with before I'm not carrying one bit about my needs or having anybody on the facility. What if a toilet was overflowing and water was running all over the place would they have me crawl underneath and actually shut the water supply off. This chain definitely did not care. In the replies I've gotten so far is just ridiculous we're looking to it we'll try to do better wow maybe hiring someone that's actually there and have maintenance standing by on call.
- 5/5
I would recommend this hotel.
- 2/5
No live desk people ...no receipt 😔
- 3/5
However, the internet SUCKS!!! I could not get online for work and when I did, it would kick me off. I was unable to get ANYTHING done that I needed while at this hotel. They do have great coffee, though, but no breakfast as advertised. I would not stay there again.
- 4/5
I received a voice message stating that the king room I had reserved was not available and could I be "upgraded" to two queen beds. My call back was dropped three times. When I did speak to someone, I did get the king that I had originally requested. Facilities were adequate...Room was clean. The hot breakfast was a waffle iron. WiFi dropped internet in the evening. Remote check-in, check-out was "interesting"
- 4/5
Yes, the room was clean and it seemed like the property for the most part was updated in recent years.. Not muchbreakfast but okay for the price
- 1/5
Big scary fight outside my door at 2:30 am. I had to call the front desk and then the police. I was terrified! Outdated yogurt. Not much glutenfree food. No real person at front desk
- 1/5
There was bedbugs in the first room. The guy told me it was dirt. Moving crawling biting dirt
- 4/5
Yes room was very clean and the staff that was there we're very friendly.
- 3/5
ice machine out of order, elevator out of order limited unsecured wifi
- 4/5
Hotel was convenient to get to. Room was clean. Not a fan of not having a live person at the front desk. Needed more towels
- 2/5
The breakfast was poor, the security box so dirty and the A/C temperature is not cooling. The room was so hot.
- 5/5
Easy self check in
- 1/5
Absolutely horrendous service, charged my card twice then wanted a 100 deposit even though they knew they charged me twice. Customer service non existent...money money money corporate be
- 1/5
There were no staff at the front desk.
- 2/5
Very unfriendly staff, they do have a check in system that is very awkward and impersonal. The room was dirty and the window curtains do not block the sun light and I really needed the room to be a bit darker for an hour extra our of sleep, breakfast very poor!
- 1/5
Tv signal is fuzzy
- 1/5
The hotel room insulated and ok but this hotel is far below average and should be avoided. There are no staff and check in is done via a kiosk. Also the TV is literally the worst ever in a hotel room. There is no guide and every channel has so much snow it’s virtually unwatchable. This is totally unacceptable for a hotel in 2025. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone. Stay anywhere else. Also we met several other guests in the elevator who shared the same opinions of the hotels. After a long day on the road we just wanted to relax and watch tv. Sadly not possible at this hotel.
- 2/5
Found a cockroach in the bathroom
- 3/5
Overall, the hotel fulfilled our needs. The lack of a front desk guest services agent left a bit to be desired. Checking in on a kiosk through video chat is very impersonal. The included breakfast lacked variety and we ended up not partaking. Also, we were not comfortable with overnight parking at the rear of the hotel. There always seemed to be people just hanging around the area. We most likely will not be staying at this location again in the future.
- 3/5
Lacking quality due to kioskThe tv picture is vey snowy/blurry
- 5/5
Quiet
- 4/5
If you just want to sleep somewhere safe it’s perfect.
- 2/5
The robot check is not my thing. The washing machines are in the hallway and people hang yat them. Very noisy.
- 5/5
I enjoyed my stay! It was clean and convenient to the area I needed to be in. Very helpful customer service on the screen.
- 3/5
Room was very clean. My room was not serviced after the first night. The only thing hot about the included breakfast was the make your own waffle. Absence of eggs and bacon/sausage was a big disappointment.
- 1/5
WORST HOTEL STINKS MOLD HAIR DRYER IS MELTED
- 3/5
It was I guess just a room. Limit breakfast and staff only on a screen no reception!
- 1/5
Hard time checking in
- 3/5
Room was nice and clean. Smelled like marijuana in the hallways a few times. Very hard to understand the people on the virtual check in and check out. Very frustrating.
- 4/5
Business
- 5/5
It was excellent
- 4/5
Not a person on the front desk. We have to check-in talking to someone at the screen. He can't match my Expedia. It was weird service. Breakfast not good.
- 5/5
Nice, but room smelled like smoke when I first walked in.
- 1/5
The rooms smelled like mold. The roof had stains from a roof leak.
- 1/5
Had to move three times water under floor on first room no microwave no Phone AC did not work smelled like vinegar move to third room. Had to deal with it leaving next day.
- 4/5
Clean rooms especially the bathrooms. Staff very nice and accommodating
- 5/5
Very good
- 3/5
Okay
- 5/5
Cafeteria service didnt like the person was rude n they need better breakfast
- 1/5
I paid for an entire week and they required a room deposit. My credit card was compromised so the charge wouldn't go through. I went back the next day to try to get everything rectified and they cancelled my reservation. I still haven't seen a refund, very poor customer service!
- 4/5
Room had 2 queen beds that were very comfortable. Great cable TV. Refrigerator. Remote control blinds. Very good complimentary breakfast with waffles, yogurt, cereal, muffins, Fruit and coffee. Will stay here again!
- 2/5
First room we had bugs had to move to third floor
- 5/5
Needs better breakfast
- 4/5
I did not care for the food and selection for the breakfast.
- 5/5
The pool was nice.good breakfast too
- 4/5
Nothing unique
- 5/5
Met my needs for the business trip.
- 4/5
Comfortable
- 2/5
I stayed 2 days and they even made the bed, not fresh towels, garbage for 2 days, not, didn't like it at all actually.
- 3/5
No hot breakfast all you get was a waffle or cereal
- 4/5
Good hotel.
- 4/5
Nothing
- 3/5
The bed was comfortable enough, but the sheets seemed stained. I think/hope that they were stained and not dirty, they smelled ok. There was a light in the room with no way to turn it on and the shade on the window was stuck in the halfway down position. There was no way to roll it up or down. I just needed a place for the night so it was ok. That tele check in was the worst. Also had to check out like that. I don't like it at all.
- 5/5
Excellent service
- 4/5
Very clean and service was always available. I like that the hotel is very close to restaurants and grocery stores.
- 1/5
Smelled so gross. Got the room changed and second room was the same plus a very strong bleach smell. Very run down needs renovation. Smelled lick mold and sewer. The one person who came to investigate the first room didn’t greet or smile. Didn’t get all to me just talked to the guy on the screen. Very odd experience. I called twice after my stay in which we ended up leaving an hour after checking in because it was so gross and was told a manager would call back to discuss a refund. I never received a call or a refund and was extremely unhappy with my experience at this hotel. It was my birthday and we ended up in a gross hotel and had to drive home that night because my son was gagging and was having a hard time breathing in the room.
- 5/5
Easy to get to clean area food all around close to the hospital, where my wife had surgery
- 1/5
Worse place I ever stayed ! Virtual customer service. Don’t be fool pictures on line must be from when they first open the place is run down! Mold, roaches, blankets dirty! I ask for the blankets to be change they never did! Had to buy blankets for the beds to be able to sleep, Very noise
- 2/5
It’s a very old property located behind a gas station. The vending machines were dirty. The elevator was very slow to arrive. The check-in was virtual through a monitor. It was off-putting and cold. The laundry room was old and dirty. The room was ok but overall it’s a very depressing vibe. Would not recommend.
- 3/5
Breakfast was only coffee yogurt muffins and waffle Beds were comfortable and overall clean Didn’t like that there is no one in the front desk. Overall very impersonal check in with a machine with someone that may live in another country
- 3/5
It was near to shopping area. I did not like the kiosk checkin. The breakfast was horrible. They only had waffle, no eggs- first hotel I have been to that did not offer eggs. They also had some muffins which I did not touch and a few oranges and apples.
- 5/5
Electronic check in was weird, but efficient if pre-check in was completed. The person in front of me checking in took forever because they hadn't. Great room for the weekend.
- 5/5
Love it!
- 2/5
They lied to me about having a hot breakfast, stating having eggs bacon and sausage. I called ahead before reservation and asked again at the front desk to get room keys, and having "hot breakfast" on all of the paperwork and doctuments. They ended up only having muffins and cereal and a CONTINENTAL BREAKFAST. Check in was through a kiosk with someone who I doubt was on the property, though it was efficient and made little difference as far as service goes.
- 2/5
Poor customer service from a work name "Kevin"
- 5/5
Good value
- 5/5
It was decent, id stay again for a short stay
- 5/5
Nice stays
- 3/5
Breakfast was just pancakes and coffee, there were no eggs or sausage, nothing, just syrup. I think they'd be better off not offering anything.
- 3/5
It was just an overnight stay wasnt looking for anything fancy. Just a clean room . . Sheets and towels and this Days INN did the job. I would stay again for the price
- 3/5
If you need to fisically talk to a cansier there is none.
- 4/5
Nice breakfast. Hate having to check in with a screen. It’s always nice to have someone who can tell you a little about restaurants etc
- 5/5
Is nice and I like for rest
- 5/5
Very comfortable bed with plenty of pillows, kept my towels changed daily, not to much going on to be uncomfortable! Would come back again!
- 5/5
Vey clean and comfortable.
- 5/5
Good
- 3/5
The side door that leads to the pool area was jammed open, that breached the security for the hotel. It was not able to shut and open all night.
- 3/5
did not like the robot machine checking you in and the foreigner at the other end insisting that he copy your drivers license. Also, did not like the breakfast with all starch, no eggs or bagels. The bathroom in the hotel room needs to be updated.
- 4/5
Good hotel for the money.
- 2/5
No real person at the check in. Checking in with a temporary drivers license was very problematic as the guy in India didn’t understand our laws. Internet didn’t work. Breakfast was lacking. Would not grant a late check out.
- 3/5
Internet didn't work. Broken bed in the hallway. Dirty sheets and towels up and down the hallway when rooms are being cleaned. Otherwise fine.
- 4/5
The automated kiosk instead of front desk staff worked smoothly, but I would prefer an actual person. The complimentary breakfast was adequate, not great. The pool was adequately clean, not great. There was a large water damage hole in the bathroom ceiling that didn’t affect anything other than visual aesthetics. Cleanliness was excellent
- 4/5
quiet
- 5/5
Nice hotel
- 1/5
There was a fight out in the parking lot. I could hear the people in the room above me walking until 3am
- 5/5
.
- 2/5
It was a pleasant stay, convienent location.
- 2/5
Asked for towels through messaging but didn’t get them until the second request. Room was clean. Pool was cold and not usable. Hot breakfast was nice and convenient as well. Overall not horrible but could use some more love.
- 1/5
Robot check in was slower than a human, room shower dangerously slippery with no mat, no secured front entry, room AC old, room roughly remodeled
- 1/5
Terrible. No one to answer questions. No coffee maker, no
- 3/5
Not enough handicapped parking! We had to park far away from our handicapped room!
- 1/5
Dirty and bad service
- 3/5
This was an odd stay as we never saw any worker at this hotel except for the woman who cleaned up the breakfast. Our room was cleaned each day, and it was relatively clean, but the toilet paper holder was off the wall and placed on the back of the toilet when we arrived and when we spoke to the man on the screen he set up a time for someone to fix it the following day at 9:30, which no one showed up. Then eventually a time to fix it came up when we weren’t there and they asked for permission and they did fix it. The hairdryer did not work, which was a bit problematic since my cousin and I both have long hair, but we dealt with it. We felt we got what we aid for on this short trip, so I gave it a three rating. We felt unsupported on our stay, no extra towels or wash clothes, but it was a place to sleep that was comfortable each of the four nights, and that is appreciated.
- 1/5
Was very disappointed in the entire experience. There is no staff except housekeeping on site at this hotel. Everything is done virtually through a computer screen. I had requested (via the online check-in offer) early check in and late check out. When I went to check in, I was informed that both were denied because "housekeeping wasn't ready and wouldn't agree to making a room available". Then an individual came in behind me and checked in early. When I checked in at 3pm (normal check in), a different staff member remarked "Oh, I see you requested early check in but decided to wait until the regular check in time". I had to explain to her what happened. The room was okay. No storage/close area for clothing. Then, overnight, each time one of us went in to use the bathroom, there were bugs on the floor. Not just once, but EVERY time (at least 4-5 times overnight) and I have no idea what type of bugs they were, but at that point, we were done. We checked out the next morning, cancelling our additional nights and went to a different hotel. When I informed the individual I checked out with (again via computer screen), he made no attempt to rectify the situation or offer me any kind of compensation for our experience. I will never recommend this establishment to anyone.
- 3/5
Just one night, hotel is older
- 4/5
Property could use some updates but overall it was clean. The air conditioner in our room was held together with silver tape. The bathroom door did not latch. The only staff member onsite was housekeeping and they seemed friendly. It was just off the interstate which made travel easy and there are quite a few restaurants in the area including a Burger King, Subway and 7-11 just across the parking lot.
- 4/5
It was in a great location. Checking in was weird. There are no employees that are at the front desk. You check in with someone in a remote location via a screen. It was strange. The place overall seemed a little run down. Our room was clean and comfy though.
- 1/5
Hotel Room phone doesn't work - serios safety concern. No drinking water in the cafeteria or in room. Horrible experience...
- 1/5
Had to wait 45 mins to use an automated call center to check into the room. Was a horrible waiting for people ahead of me to “try” to check in.
- 3/5
Tired property, no front desk help, meager breakfast.

Basic hotel and amenities, clean room, breakfast was ok, a little more variety would have been nice

Whole and mold in the ceiling near window

I liked the simplicity of check in and check out. I liked being able to have coffee anytime and juice. Breakfast was very nice. It was quiet and well taken care of. It could use some updates, but that's the only thing.

Property was clean and well kept

Check in was via video. No in-person service available.

The stay itself was adequate for my needs. We had some issues with over charging that got resolved after I checked out. The kiosk is helpful after hours but it would be nice to be able to talk with someone face to face instead of shouting at a screen where everyone can hear. Beds were hard as a rock.

There are no humans at check in, a machine in the lobby greets you, issues your keys all remotely from India, it didn't feel safe let alone I called the empty front desk from our room to ask for extra pillows, was told ok 5 min an hour later they arrived from a man from another property they run, we missed our dinner reservations waiting on the pillows

La estadia estuvo muy tranquila. El hotel esta bien ubicado y cuidado. El servicio del personal es bueno. Son amables. Me parecio no tan bueno las opciones de desayuno.

Stay was fine. Room was very clean. The T.V. barely worked, talking with other patrons they had the same issue. But I watch on my personal devices so it wasn't as big a deal for me.

I prefer a person at the front desk to deal with when checking in and checking out. This hotel used a remote person over a video kiosk.

I did not like coming into a lobby and having an interaction with a person on a screen. If it was late and necessary, I understand it. But not at 530p in the evening. Tsk tsk.

very quiet and nice area

It was ok

This hotel has no staff that you can talk to, even during the day. All interaction is with a robot in the lobby that connects to a person in India, and the simplest requests are a challenge. The only ice machine I could find was unplugged, so no ice. The bathtub faucet drips constantly. The whole place smells terrible. Slightly above a homeless shelter.

Breakfast options were minimal. Robot check in instead of a real person really makes it an inconvenience and wastes a lot of time..

Good

They now have an automated check in service that is based over seas. You’re required to scan your ID over to them, whereas, previously you’d simply show someone your ID as verification of your identity to match your credit card.

My husband was frightened to even check in. He got to the property and immediately had me call to cancel. We had to find a hotel an hour away from where we were going for the trip. We do not recommend this hotel at all.

In person check in would have been nicer.

There was nobody at the front desk. We were greated by a video screen and an attendant that was difficult to understand. Initially, we were issued a room that had significant water damage on the ceiling, including mold growth. After bringing this to the attention (with photos) of the front desk video person. We were told that it wasn't THAT bad, and that we should keep the room. After we refused, they gave us another room that was in much better condition. Unfortunately, this process took time (<60 min). By then we decided that we would never go back to this establishment... regardless of the savings.

Terrific price for being so close to siesta key beach! I would definitely stay here again. There wasn't anything that I was concerned about. The pool was very clean and the rooms were nice. The Check-in process was new to me as they do it via a kiosk with an image of the person checking you in on a screen on the other end but it was easy.
