Excellent service from the moment you arrive until you leave. Very well maintained property and clean rooms. Great location that is walkable to all the local attractions. Restaurant (Orla) on-site was also excellent.

The entire resort! Highlights were the room, the staff, the location, the room service, the coffee, the “lounge” (allows you to have a shower and change for a long haul flight even though you’ve checked out). Shower took a long time to heat up (>5 min).

Great hotel! comfy beds, e-bikes to use, lovely staff, large rooms. Great cocktails in the lobby Adjoining rooms, we had to have 2 seperate rooms down the hall from one another.

An amazing new brand renovated hotel with very kind team. Everything was made to ensure we enjoyed our stay here (from the bicycle to the Bentley provided for free to guests). We recommend!

My favorite hotel in Santa Monica. I always stay at the Regent hotel when I’m in Santa Monica. The staff is very friendly and really looks after their guests. The rooms are large and very clean.

Everything about this hotel is impeccable. If you want something at 3 o’clock in the morning, there are a phone call away. They will get it to your room within two minutes. I promise you I had the best day there. I will be back for sure!

I stayed 10 times at the time the hotel was under Loews brand, and it was already a great hotel… But Regent is even better: rooms are very Very large, with very nice furnishings, a very large bathroom, a 75-inch tv screen etc… Everything is top luxury! The service is very warm, personal and friendly from the front desk and concierge to the bellman, pool staff or housekeeping staff. I had dinner at Orla (octopus as a starter, and lobster with spices for the main course) and this was a very good experience, though pricey. This hotel is top notch and I will definitely come back here next summer!

The staff here is amazing. They make the stay incredibly wonderful. We stayed here for almost a week and became very friendly with many of the staff members who are extremely wonderful and proud of this place.

The hotel is beautiful. Gorgeous flowers in the lobby. The facilities including gym and pool area were excellent. Staff were very nice. The location is great for access to the Santa Monica pier and promenade. Parking is very expensive.

We booked a two bed suite with patio and firepit - and so glad we did as the room was gorgeous and huge with two terraces. And although it’s just above street level we had a great view of the beach and the pier which we loved. The service was impeccable (when they serviced our room they tidied our charging cables with little leather cable ties and put bookmarks in our books). The pool area was nice with loads of beds, although the pool itself is small! Would definitely recommend this hotel.

Best luxury hotel! Everything is taken care of with attention to every detail. Beach butler service, house car to take you around, amazing spa, gourmet restaurant, beautiful pool area. The rooms are spacious with a separate seating area and large bathroom. All amenities are here including steamer, Dyson hair dryer, plush slippers and bathrobes, beach bag, and room snacks are complimentary. Best hotel you will stay at in LA area!

Some rooms are too noisy as the windows are not sound proof despite the hotel recently renovated.

The hotel is brand new and so beautifully appointed. The staff were abundant and helpful. The location is great and has private beach access. The pool was warm and views gorgeous. The room was spacious and very comfortable, with everything you could need. There is a cinema room with hot chocolate and treats for families - unfortunately we were not told about this at check in but discovered for ourselves on our last night. Nothing.

Beautiful resort, easy access to beach, all staff was superb in service. Had a weekend birthday celebration and the staff made sure all our guests were greeted and cared for in a most welcoming way. Thank you to Myra Castillo and all the great staff for a wonderful and memorable stay. Highly recommend it.

Location is outstanding , its literally on the beautiful beach . The room we had was on the building corner at the ocean front so fantastic views of the beach , the pier and the ocean , so great ! The shutters in the room did not close 100% so light came through early morning . The restaurant was average , a bit of an odd menu with too many complicated dishes and also right in the hotel lobby , no privacy !

I travel a lot for business and pleasure. The staff at the Loews Santa Monica is by far the nicest, friendliest, and most helpful I ever encountered! The staff was wonderful! They brought Dubshine to a rainy weekend!
