Great hotel. Parking is a bit tight. The water pressure is lacking. The beds are fantastic. The rooms are clean and airy.

The staff was very helpful

The space was clean, which we appreciated. However, the bathroom was outdated and very tight, and this cost some stars. The bed was also a little high, although comfortable, and something to keep in mind for people who need accommodations. There was also a metal thing at the bottom that made a loud bang when you hit it. Parking was easy and incredibly convenient if you arrived early, since it was first-come, first-served. The bright side was that the beach was a short 20-minute walk away, and there were many food spots nearby.

The staff was amazing. Very helpful in recommendations. Always available for questions.

It was cute . It’s super close to the street , so if you’re in the front it’s really loud . No ice machine .

This is a sweet hotel in Santa Monica- my only complaint is that the mattresses are so soft/old that you sink into the middle. I was trying to sleep on the very edge all night and woke up very sore in the morning. I've stayed here a couple times and mattresses were bad on both visits. Suggest upgrading to newer, comfortable beds as that is the main point of a hotel! Thx

Easy parking, even if the lot is full. Generally clean and well kept up except… …shower was not cleaned and shower water pressure was non-existent.

Older buildings but updates rooms. Bathrooms dates, but clean. Noisy street but they provided earplugs in the room. No microwave, no coffee makers.

Friendly staff, easy check in and was able to check in early. Small parking lot available and was always able to get a spot. Room was very clean, smaller in size but still had plenty of room with a walk in closet area to store my things and hang clothes. Not far from the beach and Main Street areas.

Excellent location, very walkable. The staff was great, they went above and beyond with my requirements, especially Cameron in the main office who was responsive, collaborative and quick to address our concerns. I would definitely stay again in Ocean Park Inn Wifi is a bit slow

Location, a 10-15min walk to hub of Santa Monica. Comfortable bed, clean unit. Traffic at night loud but ear plugs totally worked. Slept well.

Parking spots get filled up quick. The pillow sheets weren’t properly cleaned. Excellent staff nonetheless.

Simple room, we had the familyroom next to main road so a bit nousy but since me & family are good sleepers that wasnt issue for us. Nice neighborhood walk to beach in 15-20mins. Nice staff, hotels gives what it promises in starts.

Fitted sheet too small queen bed. There are no blackout curtains so expect their property lights to keep you up all night. When we asked for extra blanket they said they are a small running hotel and could only give us extra sheets...really? ...i had to insist and magically got an extra blanket. Nice people and clean but for a place where you come to sleep...not acceptable.

The Ocean Park Inn is about a 25 minute walk to the Santa Monica Pier, and it was very clean with fresh towels, refrigerator, and a working TV. I stayed in room 11, the room closest to the busy road, and it was extremely noisy, even with the windows closed. The refrigerator buzzed off and on all night long, and the water pressure in the shower was very low. I was unable to sleep for most of the night, even with the provided ear plugs. At $200 a night, I expected better.

The reception was super friendly and attentive to any query we had. The location was so convenient, just a 10-15min walk to the beach and a few minuet walk to incredible cafes and restaurants this hotel is perfect, next time we visit Santa Monica, we'll be coming back here! We had a maintenance issue, however reception did their absolute best even on the spot. While this issue was inconvenient I was incredibly impressed at how reception and management took amazing care of it!

Parking was easy. Only dealt with front desk personnel. Very thin floors, I could hear everything from room upstairs. On a busy street, rooms facing street very very noisy.

Very close to beach. I was able to take sunrise photos without having to traveling far. It wasn’t close to walk to Santa Monica Pier. About a 5-10 min. drive. The bed was comfortable. There was coffee available, no breakfast. Chik Fil A close by. Parking is first come. My room faced the street. There was some noise from nearby street but I was tired so it was ok.

This property is old but the maintenance of the property was in very good shape. The rooms had been recently painted and the flooring looked new.The plumbing worked well and we had no issues. Shopping was easy and convenient. You can drive side streets to the beach beach which made it convenient.

Great location and excellent price for a great location! Terrific courtyard for relaxing. Very clean. Only minor limitation was parking, especially if you have a larger car/SUV. There is a first come first serve parking, but some of the spaces are quite narrow and it could be tight to get out. Alternative is 5 street parking spaces with meters in the adjacent street, which can be used through 9am without charge. I opted to use those instead.

Classic So Cal Beach hotel. Loved the courtyard for eating and socializing. The restoration of the place keep s th original atmosphere with a thoughtful nod to modern needs and convenience. Great location for walking to beach and restaurants, all within 15 minutes by cutting through a lovely park between Main Street and the Hotel.

Everything was great about being there. Is it a quiet and quaint place, and if I want something simple, then this is the place. If, I want to have something more lavish and wow factor, this is not it. It is nice to stay, it was quiet, and I loved it for a slow pace. I only gave it 4 starts because the office close, so if I would have lost our keys, we would have been screwed and not able to get into our rooms until the next morning. That is bad all the way around, because anything could happen, and to know that you are "SOL" that is no bueno. Besides that, I would definitely stay again if I want something nice and subtle.

O acesso ao estacionamento dos carros se faz apenas pela rua, também dá sensação de insegurança, mas apesar de tudo, o que mais baixou o nível do hotel foi o banheiro, pequeno, apertado, e principalmente o chuveiro, quadradinho, 70x70cm (aproximados) côncavo e liso e sem apoios, muito perigos, onde eu resbalei e cai batendo a cabeça no vaso, quase morri. Hotel muito fraco.

The mattress was comfortable but very high... The comforter kept me warm. There was no clock, no phone to the desk, so I didn't know what time I was getting up/checking out! The price: meh, but I guess it was about the location. There isn't much in way of food within walking distance, there is a small coffee place on the corner, but they do not have food. Amir, the front desk clerk was more than friendly & accommodating: I was allowed to park all day & check-in early; he also made sure I had a ground floor room! Parking is Free, which was a bonus! P.S. The room in the photo looks nothing like the room I stayed in.

Room was spacious and very clean. Location was great, and recommendations from staff for local food and drinks were spot on. The road could be a little noisy at night but not too bad. One day, although we'd put the room cleaning tab on our door, we didn't get our room cleaned.

This is a quaint gem, clean and comfy. Room is small, but it was perfect for what I needed, simplicity, clean and comfort. No frills needed for this trip. Will be my go to spot next time I'm in town traveling solo on business.

The place is fine, but the floors and doors are thin. Lots of noise gets in, more than I would expect from a hotel.

Definitely no extra amenities, and no lobby to speak of. Honestly, it was just a desk inside of otherwise empty room with a sheet kind of draped across the front of it… a little weird for a hotel. But housekeeping was attentive and friendly. We stayed for three nights and they checked in with us daily to see if we needed anything. It’s also not very quiet. You can can hear most everything going on outside, and we had noise from above as well as from next-door. The hotel is attached to “Patrick’s Pub” so I think that’s part of it.

For the price and area, this place is great. For a motel, we found the room very clean, safe, and the beds more comfortable than expected. Additionally, even though free parking is limited, there is tons of free street parking outside as long as you move your car by 9am. Never was an issue for us. Only downside to this place is that the AC wasn't working. Luckily it was a nice temp outside (60-70s), but I could see this really being an issue in the summertime.

Just did one night as planned. Everything was clean. The bed was comfortable. Nice large patio area full of flowers a couple tables and chairs. Unfortunately our bedroom face the road so you could hear traffic during the night. They had two sets of earplugs you could use. You stay again but room towards the back.

Good location and affordable. You get about what you paid for. The walls were very thin, and you could hear the guests in the rooms next to you. The bathrooms are pretty old and dated. However, everything was pretty clean and it was fine for staying a few nights.

While the room itself was quite small and facing a busy boulevard, motel staff were friendly and accommodating. Price of the room higher than one might expect, but average for that location (in Santa Monica).

Property neat, clean, good service, convenient parking. Office closed at 11pm. If late flight, couldn’t get in the Inn that night as no staff service!

Our room was very comfortable and clean. There was some noise from the rooms above us but that was to be expected. My only concern is that our room did not have a deadbolt on the door. Other than that the room was lovely and in a very convenient location. We may return next summer!

It was awesome. Nothing much else, really comfortable. Close to the beach cool shops around. Amazing service from front desk, also free coffee with little snacks are a plus. Overall an amazing hotel for a great rate.

The hotel was very clean. Our only problem was the parking lot is soooo small so we ended up using Waymo instead of taking our car out of the spot. The walls are also super thin and you can hear everything going on outside.

The parking situation is less than ideal. The front desk attendant was friendly and helpful. The room looks clean and updated, but It’s missing some basic hotel offerings like a luggage rack. The mattress was very firm, there’s a metal border around the base of the bed that’s very noisy. Overall not bad.

Overall, the hotel room was clean (looked like it had been recently remodeled) and had all the basics I needed for one night, but it was difficult to sleep because of the traffic on Lincoln Blvd. I also had other people going in and out of their rooms next to and below me that made a lot of noise when the doors slammed, and it kept going on right up until midnight. No coffee maker in the room (one is located in the small lobby), and no free breakfast. Otherwise, it was a pretty good hotel.

This was a great place to stay for a quick trip to LA. Its not very big room or parking wise, but for only a few days, this hotel in Santa Monica is a great choice.

This is a nice, clean hotel with friendly staff. The price is reasonable for the area. Close to shopping, restaurants & the beach. Some have said the street is busy & loud but it quiets down at night and it is in the LA area so noise is to be expected.

Also, the parking spots are tiny. I parked with a Tesla SUV, and it barely fitted, my tires were on both sides on the white lines, and backing out was a big challenge.

Un très beau petit hôtel, propre, sécuritaire, à 20 minutes à pied de la plage, ça se marche très bien il y a un stationnement et quelques petits restos pas très loin. Le seul bémol c'est sur un boulevard et on entend un peu trop la circulation. Le reste est parfait. Petit coffret de sureté à l'intérieur. Nous a bien aimé pour le prix.

Cozy boutique hotel - good value for money

This motel is what you would expect to get for the price. The property itself is cute, well-maintained, and clean. The staff was polite and courteous. There was some sort of dumpster (possibly from a neighboring property) near our room and the sudden bang of people throwing items in was startling.

This motel is a small, u-shaped building with a small courtyard that opens onto Highway 1, a road on which you’d like to spend as little time as possible, either in a vehicle or as a pedestrian. (or as a motel guest) The surrounding neighborhood is a public school, a car dealer, and some quiet neighborhoods to the west. It’s about a mile and a half from the beach, but if that’s your plan, this is not the right place. There are too many other, better motel options, and certainly many, many better locations in LA and Santa Monica.

We had 3 nights here and would happily recommend it as a value for money stay on the southern outskirts of Santa Monica but easy walk to the beach. Front desk staff were very pleasant and helpful

This is a good location nearest to the beach and the staff are friendly. I would have liked to have a coffee maker in the room however and a table to eat meals on.

The Ocean Park Inn was very serviceable and close to where we needed to be. The front desk was so nice and accommodating with an excellent attitude. The room was very clean and neat and had been upgraded fairly recently. It was perfect for what we needed.

Hidden Gem! Location, room, staff, and cleanliness. Great innkeepers. Parking is tight, but it's free, and that is unique and special in this area. I am out here working due to the fires, and this hotel is Super close to everything—just a few blocks from the pier and 6 miles from Malibu—comfortable beds and both kinds of pillow, two soft and two firm. I just extended my stay for another week and will stay again. The rooms were recently remodeled and still look and smell like new.

The only thing we didn't like was that the neighbours upstairs were easy to hear.

It was clean and comfortable--nothing special, but nice enough. It had a little courtyard and it wasn't too far from the beach. There is a grocery store just a couple of blocks away.

Very convenient location between LAX and Santa Monica, our primary destination, and walkable to the beach. Charming property including central courtyard. Very helpful and welcoming staff. Excellent value.

Great location for what I wanted to accomplish. Free parking a bonus, although it’s very tight and if you have a big vehicle this will be difficult. It is right on major street, so the noise is prevalent, otherwise I enjoyed my stay.

Motel is in a good area. The room was remodeled, but: Tin “skirt” around the bed that you kicked every time you stood next to or got in, and that rattled when you moved in bed. Heat kept going off with a warning “time to clean filter” it was 67 degrees in the room overnight. And the toilet when you flushed ran (every time had to lift lid off tank and pull up old rusted metal arm). I would not recomend

Very comfortable inn and was a good price in comparison with other local options. Room was well kept. Lack certain amenities but not deal breakers. Parking is first come first serve, however very small and at time difficult to park. Overall a good experience.

The room and bathroom were clean. The bed was clean and comfortable. The bathroom had one roll of toilet paper which was almost gone, no spare. It was a trip to front desk to get another roll. No keurig in the room either. Staff was helpful, respectful but not friendly. I had to push the door with my hip to get the dead bolt locked in place.

Excellent one night stay. Room 11 is on the street side so the traffic noise is unavoidable but did not bother me at all. Room was recently renovated, bed super comfortable. My only complaint was the shower water pressure was pretty weak. Really enjoyed the proximity to downtown Santa Monica so I’d stay again.

It was a convenient location, and the room and service was great. The water pressure in the sower wasn’t very good so it took a lot longer to shower. There was a lot of traffic on Lincoln which made it noisy. However, I did enjoy my stay at the Ocean Park Inn.

Solid value to stay in the Santa Monica area. Staff was very nice and accommodating when I arrived a little earlier than expected. Property overall was clean and as expected.

Ithe property was clean . The problem with the add is it states steps to Ocean its a mile walk . The rooms were clean but small , staff was accommodating over the bed was comfortably the metal bases were loud it you bump it with you foot. Over a good place for the money.

Expert some traffic noise, as well as noise from other guests. Not very sound insulated and noise occurs when people walk up and down the stairs. We also had to tell other guests to keep voice levels down at 1 AM on a weekday- as they were sitting 10 feet from our door on the common outdoor courtyard and talked. I would book again if price is right, as its central to Santa Monica and nice areas amd beach are 12-14 mins away on feet

Room was clean but very small and right on the road. Also people above us very noisy. The bathroom too small. If you are tall using the toilet will require you to wedge yourself onto it as the wall is so close to the toilet. Rm 29. Bed was comfortable.

The price was among the cheapest offered for the area (Santa Monica), and within walking distance of the beach and the Santa Monica Pier.

We were told that there had been a water issue in the room below us and if we could use as little water as possible that would be appreciated. So we felt like we couldn’t use the shower without flooding the room below. That should of called and given us the choice to stay elsewhere.

The bed was new and very comfortable, the room beautifully clean.The manager was helpful and friendly. This isn't a 5 Star hotel but its a little piece of bougee goodness in a central location. I would definitely stay again knowing that the management is continually improving the property. You cant beat a clean room and good bed.

Excellent little motel. Very clean with a super friendly staff. The place looks just like the apartments from karate kid 1 lol. The only downside is somewhat limited parking so if they’re full you might have to park at a meter or a little way down the street

We enjoyed our one night stay. Walking distance to Venice Beach and Santa Monica Pier. We loved the quaint atmosphere and had a late snack on the cute patio, loved all the pretty flowers. Parking is a little tight but the staff was so friendly and helpful. Will definitely recommend and stay again.
