I would stay again but not in that same room.

The staff was great. Especially Jesus and the rest of the bar and restaurant staff. The room was clean but the hotel needs new towels. It's like using sandpaper to dry off. Comfortable beds and bedding. The pool area is a disaster. No pads on the wicker type furniture. The other pool chairs are old and a lot are in poor condition. Also, more of them would be nice. The pool itself needs some love. Overall, just not a very nice pool area.

The manager was very unprofessional… room air conditioners were not working and they were providing box fans. However, Gavin at the front desk was awesome!

Should clean room daily
-
Excellent location, clean, classy. Hard to go wrong with a Hilton.
-
The manager is absolutely rude. I had a problem with my reservation and he did not listen and treated me in a disrespectful manner.
-
Our room was clean and fairly large. This is the only good thing I can say. p.s. each time in line at the front desk, I was behind someone complaining about something at this hotel.

Clean room

My daughter and I were pleased with the quality of shower amenities. The hot tub was in disrepair and not available during our stay and the swimming pool was poorly maintained. Those issues impacted our satisfaction with our stay.

The staff and rooms at the hotel were excellent. The outdoors could use some upkeep (new outdoor furniture, freshly potted plants to replace the dead plants, fire pits that work, etc..). The pool could use some help as well with some aesthetics. Overall though, the staff was incredible and the rooms were nice.

Very nice. Glad it is so close to the Plaza. It was a perfect walk.

Front desk staff was extremely friendly and helpful. Room was clean and comfortable. Our hotel was in the perfect location. Walking distance to every thing we wanted to do on the plaza.

Beds very comfortable, good cleaning staff No valet help when we arrived and left. One of us had a lot of oxygen equipment to haul in and out. Very disappointed about this. Coffee available at limited morning hours and twice no cream. I was told by desk clerk to walk down to Ortiz and ask restaurant to give me a bottle of 1/2 and 1/2 and fill it myself. Appeared short on staff. Elevator out of order our entire stay, caused us to walk much further multiple times a day, one of us was on oxygen and it made things harder for her.

A few gripes - the building is ancient and my room was very dark. I really prefer sunlight in the room. Also they made a mess of the breakfast. First I had to tell them during check in that breakfast was included, then they gave 1 coupon to present at the restaurant. And then I had to go back the next day to ask for more coupons. Why Hilton must you do this mess of a process for breakfast? Learn from Hyatt please.

Not impressed as advertised as "historic". Nothing special. Overpriced.

Hotel was beautiful inside and out and extremely well appointed. Room was large and very comfortable. The location near the plaza was perfect. The staff were clearly having major issues. Bless the desk manager who was working hard to keep it together, but the cleaning staff was behind, restaurant staff were slow and under prepared and things hadn't been prepared for our large group resulting in a long wait. Wait didn't feel like a Hilton...it felt a little like a train wreck. I hope they can address the issues.

Proximity to Old Town was great!
