When I checked in the staff member argued with me about paying even though the room was already paid for. Parking spots are very small. We have a medium sized SUV and it didn’t fit inside the parking lot lines. They gave us a room on the second floor. The elevator was broken so we had to bring everything up stairs that were covered in stained carpet. The hallways smelled like a zoo. When we got into the room we discovered the AC was not functioning. It stayed about 85 degrees the entire time. The lock on the bathroom door was broken as well as the bathroom mirror. The water in the shower was either scalding or freezing. The hot tub was not working. Upon checkout they asked if they could email the receipt instead of printing one for me. I still haven’t received it.

Staff was extremely professional, efficient, and helpful. Aside from the lobby and the great staff, the property was run down, poorly maintained, and in dire need of an update. The window in my room was off its track—anyone could’ve broken in. On the outside of the room next to mine, the window had three strips of clear tape holding it in place. Not a good look for a Marriott property.

For the most part it was fine the part that was not fun was that the elevator was out and I had to go up and down with suite cases and three kids.

I was charged twice on my credit card. It got fixed but I had to do a lot of calling to make sure it was done.

We were there for two nights. The elevator stopped working after the first night. Had to carry all of our luggage down stairs when leaving. Hallways smelled bad, musty, perhaps mold? Rear key card entry door would not open without a special action of pushing and then pulling the door, this was not disclosed until we were leaving. This meant we could leave by that door but not enter and would have to walk around front. Also the double queen room was on the small side and the air conditioning was not the greatest. Requested a partial refund due to elevator issues, was told they just installed a new system and would take some time to work out. When we called back later to follow up with assistant manager, surprise, surprise they could not refund us or compensate us at all. I would not recommend this hotel, very poor quality for the price.

All good! Quiet and plenty of amenities.

The room was really clean. The vet was comfortable. The front desk had two separate people while I was there and they were both just insanely helpful. The only problem and the only reason it got a three on facilities is that the elevator wasn't working. Everything else was fantastic!

This was a great place to stay while traveling with pets! They put us close to a door easy to go in and out! Nice clean room!

The clerk was nice and said they would give us a refund. The hotel is old it looks like they remodeled the front a little while back but when you go to the room it smelled horrible, and after going in a maze to find our room it smelled even more in the room. I was so uncomfortable I just walked back out. I don’t know how this hotel had wonderful reviews? Stay here at your own risk

Great value and location.

We had a perfect visit. Great breakfast, staff very helpful and friendly. The location was perfect for us, nice warm pool, excellent value. Definitely recommend this property.

Neighborhood was bad, homeless sleeping in parking area, smell of d*pe, window AC was falling and I can see outside. Facet water was too strong and sprayed everywhere. Mattress was hard. Pillows were lumpy like a motel. Sheet was stretched out and kept coming off.

Stayed here on the way to moving to arizona, they accommodated n helped us have parking for our 26 foot U-Haul. Super kind, beautiful pool/hot tub room! Good location for food n store. Enjoyed the stay.

Poor choice of location.
-
Room was decent, but rest of building was dirty with a stank in every hallway, stairwell, elevator and definitely needed some love. Not worthy of a fairfield name.
