Marea Sol Hotel

This place was great! My family loved the room and the location. The staff was amazing, the room was amazing. The only complaint I have, is the parking. Not meant for a big vehicle to park there. This has nothing to do with the staff there, just the area itself. Overall, this place was great and we will be staying here again.

The room was a little small but very clean. Check in was at 4pm but even at 3:50 we still had to wait in the lobby until the very last minute which was pretty annoying. The location was by far the best thing about the hotel.

Beautifully renovated - everything is clean, modern and high quality. Spanish charm to the architecture of the place but it was the staff, especially the legend of a manager Katrina, who made our stay so fun and special. We had a luxury double room and it was so comfortable and spacious with everything we needed. Balcony looked out to the beach and there was also a huge rooftop balcony with the best breeze and views to eat and drink at, which we loved. Parking on site, a great pool area to relax by and coffee shop on site for a lovely brew. Incredible value especially for the location which was only a five minute walk to the iconic Broadwalk. Katrina had so much energy and positive vibes with great local knowledge and recommendations which really elevated our stay. Wouldn't stay anywhere else in Santa Cruz! Can't wait to return 🏄🎢

We had a balcony which gave us the opportunity to sit out and enjoy the view of the beach. The location was awesome! The boardwalk was just across the street. I would definitely stay there again!

Solid option we had to book one night as we made a mistake in our original booking of La Bahia down the street. The room itself was clean, nice and spacious! Had a small living area and plenty of room for 2 adults and one 6 year old. Room walls were thin - could hear tv and convos at night. Pool was tiny and not heated. Parking extremely tight. Close to boardwalk.

My 2nd floor room had a small balcony and a sweet partial ocean view and view of the Wharf!! Probably the nicest two-star hotel I've stayed at. Parking was tight but doable. They have a small underground parking lot and then much more parking on the 2nd level which had a separate entrance. Staff was super friendly and check in was quick. They even let me check in a few hours early cuz my room was ready and I got there early. I noticed a few people laughably mentioned that it was noisy around the property. Duh!!!! It's right across the street from the Boardwalk and Beach lol. That's like staying in downtown San Francisco and complaining that there's too much traffic 😀 There's a rooftop spot to hang out at that directly overlooks the entire Boardwalk and Beach and Wharf with stunning views!!! You can see and hear the volleyball players on the beach and hear the waves crashing in. Also you can hear the sea lions barking over by the Wharf. The whole experience was fantastic!!!

Covered parking was a bit inconvenient with narrow entry and exit area. Bathroom lighting was insufficient and mirror over sink was a nuisance due to pattern covering a large part making it useless. All in all would recommend the place.

I loved this hotel, it’s been years since I went to the beach, I definitely recommend coming here at a reasonable price near the beach! Loved the room, and staff is very friendly!

The location and view were great. The parking lot was very small and awkward. The water pressure in the shower was great.

The room was quite small, but clean, quiet and the bed was comfortable. There was a nice balcony with a limited view of the beach and wharf. Parking was on property with the back lot larger and easier to navigate. A little surprise was the upper level deck with nice views of the beach and wharf. The hotel is right on the beach and close to numerous restaurants and the wharf. The Boardwalk Amusement Park is just down the beach.

As is normal for an urban hotel there was a charge for parking on the property and there did not appear to be any free parking options nearby. I would stay there again.

The Property Manager is a Crook! She Charge us for smoking in the room and no one smoked! She’s Very rude to her staff and cleaning workers! The couple above us fought and argued all night long, walls are paper thin, Think twice!!! It Wasn’t a pleasant stay by no means and we will never return!!

Hotel was great! The staff was pleasant and helpful. The view from the room was nice. Parking was a bit cramped but we worked with it. The room was clean and the bed was really comfortable. Our only real complaint was that the people above us were loud and stomping around at all hours and the front desk didn't have any earplugs available. But we didn't ask to move as it was a short stay and seemed to be more of a hassle than we felt like dealing with. Overal, I would absolutely stay here again.

Clean space, nice room. Super close to the boardwalk ( across the street ). Parking was available for an extra fee. The only down side was that you ca hear everything. We had a room facing the sidewalk so you heard all the street performers during the day and then the hotel cafe was right next to our room so we can hear alotof noise too.

This place is terrible. There is no room for parking and cars are damaged all the time. Run!!! Do not waste your time money or energy on this dump. The worker was rude and nowhere to be found. Then came in smelling like weed! Awful experience

Lady did not disclose the parking fee verbally. I called, and another lady said "nothing i can do, you signed the vehicle registration form". Mind you, vehicle registration form was on a iPad and not a sheet of paper pointing out that there was a $25 dollar parking fee.

Excellent location and in walking distance to everything we needed! Nice view and right across the street from beach and boardwalk. The check-in staff was cheerful and friendly ! She assisted us in checking in a little earlier than expected , a parking spot and a provided a great recommendation for dinner ! My only complaint was the small pool was not heated and my 9 son would have loved a dip in the evening.

Loved how close the hotel was to the beach and boardwalk. Our view from our balcony was perfect. Our balcony was dirty and hadn’t been swept but other than that the room was nice and our one night stay was delightful.

Hotel was very clean except that we didn't have any towels in our bathroom. We had to go down twice and waited for maybe more than 30mins before they brought up some towels. Pool was really small but who cares? The beach is just right in front of the hotel. Our stay was overall enjoyable.

Right across the street from the boardwalk/beach. Parking was great. Don't gotta worry about your vehicle being broken into. Staff were nice as hell, no problems there at all. Room itself, no complaints. It was clean, it was neat and the bed was comfortable. Building was clean no trash outside. Will be staying again in the future

The rooms were very small but efficient a double double bed room? I haven’t seen a double bed in years! My biggest gripe is that the hotel is directly on the beach and boardwalk and didn’t allow us to take towels to the beach or provide separate beach towels.

Friendly staff, amazing location and beautiful clean rooms.

Towels and bed sheets seemed either old or dirty. Couldn’t tell if the sheets were actually changed prior to our arrival and pillow cases looked old/yellowish. Some towels didn’t seem to be washed very well as it had earwax mark and make up stains on them.

The location was conveniently across from the beach/boardwalk. There’s a cafe conveniently located on the first floor as well. The only downside I had was my interaction with the staff upon checking in. There were multiple passive aggressive comments about visitors who do not fill out the form ahead of time while I was there knowingly I did not fill out the form that just confirmed my information ahead of time. I understand it may beneficial for customers to fill something out ahead of time but we should not made to feel bad if we didn’t.

The location is the best part of this hotel. Across the street from the beach & boardwalk & walkable distance to the wharf. If you just want a room to crash in after a long day, this is your place. If you want to a place to feel like you’re a special guest, not it! Very basic, no extras, parking is challenging & $25 per day. Front desk is minimally staffed. I will not stay here again.

1) Had issues locking safe our first morning. Reported to front desk. Was finally able to lock the safe. That evening, the safe would not unlock and held our items hostage. Called front desk. Took almost two hours to resolve the issue and get our items. Apparently, they didn’t check/replace the batteries before our visit. 2) Requested room be freshened after second night. Refresh wasn’t done when we returned to our room at 4pm. Called the front desk. No action. Had to find a hotel maid. Refresh occurred while we were preparing to go out to dinner. 3) Upon return to hotel after dinner, we found the handicapped parking stall occupied by car with neither a handicap placard nor a hotel parking placard displayed. When we brought it to the attention of the front desk, we were told that the owner did have both. Hard to believe as the hotel staff does not require registration of license plates. We had to park further from the entrance in a tight space. The next morning, at checkout, the issue had still not been resolved…same car without proper placards. 4) Our room was directly below a common terrace area. Other guests were making noise above us late into the night and early in the morning. Front desk staff failed to resolve issue. The hotel was clean but shows more signs of wear than the three years it has been in operation. We noticed cracked seal in shower door, separating floor mounding and countless wall scuffs in the hallways.

So glad they have parking, but it is a tight squeeze. We had issues with check in and got in about 1.5 hours after check in time. The walls are really thin and you can hear every loud conversation and all the running around and furniture moving around you. The location is perfect and the staff is really nice and welcoming.

The location was great. We could easily walk to the Wharf and the Boardwalk. Parking was tight, but once we parked, we didn't need to move the car until we headed up to the mountains. The staff was friendly. The room was on the small side but clean. We had a balcony that had a view of the wharf.

Pool water is cold, I chose this hotel to come after hiking, hit the pool and walk by the beach… pool is cold, beach and boardwalk aren’t pet friendly (we have service animal but security kept asking)

Fun beach vibes and view from our room. Parking lot is challenging to navigate but a nice amenity. Walking distance to the boardwalk. Room was small but for one night it was fine for us. The Indian restaurant next door is a must! And the coffee shop/bakery attached smelled really good.

Funky layout. Tight spaces. PAPER THIN windows and walls to the balcony. Might as well have slept ON actual Beach Street. We paid for two horrible nights of sleep and we’ve stayed at neighboring properties with zero of these issues. Will not return.

Not only was the room dirty, staff unhelpful, location was terrible, no outdoor space, and no parking for us. Location would have been good if there wasn’t a shooting 30 feet from us while exploring the famous pier. Just skip this place.

It was a very wonderful stay for my kids and I.

Updated building, very clean, amazing location, with balconies that give you a glimpse of the ocean and beach. Love the furnishings, bathroom layout, and comfortable beds. Good vibes all around! Would have been a 5-Star experience hands down. However, the extra security lock on our room door did not lock, as the hole did not line up with the bolt. Also, our balcony lock also did not work. Because the property is so nice, we still felt safe, but I think every lock should be in working order in any hotel.

I just spent the night, so I didn’t use the pool. If it is anything like the rest of the property I am sure it is very nice. Really close to everything and right across from the beach. Great property!

Convenient location to Santa Cruz boardwalk. Property looks almost brand new. Word of caution if you have a large truck or SUV that their parking for large vehicles is limited to only one of their lots and the stalls in that lot can be tight.

The room was great. It was clean. The only complaint is our neighbors were in and out all night and every time you could hear their door and the interior hall door, slamming nonstop.

We enjoyed our stay. Hotel was within walking distance to a lot of restaurants and entertainment and most importantly the beach! On site coffee cafe was nice. The only small complaint was the pool was small, cold and not super clean. Room was great, staff were very friendly and helpful.

Couple stayed for 2 nights. The location and price is best thing about the room, right in gront of boardwalk. The room is small, the bathroom floor was dirty, and the bed was uncomfortable. We also had the corner bottom room next to stairs (106) and it was sooo loud. The heater also took long to warm so we were freezing at the start of night.

Hotel itself was clean and the ocean fromt room was amazing. Sadly, our room was right above their cafe and they started blaring music every day before 7 that felt like it was in our room itself. Walls and floors are thin, could hear the upstairs unit walking non stop, sounding like elephants ahove.

Staff was great, will say cleanliness not as expected. Previous occupants trash on the sides of the bed, ex: empty water bottle, a top part of a moldy muffin, coins.

Had to wait an extra hour and fifteen minutes after check in for our room. I was told four times it would only be 10-15 minutes. Room was clean. Balcony doors do not lock. Hotel Parking lot is very very tight($25 a day)my vehicle was hit and the guy left his truck so close I couldn’t get in my vehicle. Communication with staff wasn’t that great( not a language problem).not sure if I would stay again

Room was clean and staff was friendly, but rooms were very noisy. We were roomed directly adjacent to a loudly slamming door for the whole floor and underneath a group that was up very late despite the hotel seemingly sparsely occupied. Not terrible, but definitely not a good night of sleep.

It was cold air came out first when turn on heater. It took a time till warmer. Feel cold first time the room but got warmer when i sleep.

Stayed in the king suite with a balcony. Great views, nice and quiet and the staff at the front desk accommodated us early on New Years eve as we had an early dinner reservation.

Flat pillows. I lost a head phone and the housekeeper didn’t find it. Front staff had to double check and found it. Says a lot about how clean the room may not be. A fridge but no microwave. Shower, no tub which I was looking forward to. Plus for the pool and outside vibe. Very nice all around just could use some upgrades in the room.

The local is great, room is small yet relatively clean. I booked this hotel over others hoping to get a better view. However it turned out most of the hotel rooms do not have ocean views as advertised, and ironically the front desk lady cares more about her big thick mascara than her job. Overall 2 stars.

Great hotel and location. The bedding situation is sometimes hit or miss. We stayed in one room where the bed was great and, in another room, it was a totally different feel.

The only nitpicking negatives would be the shower pressure was low and the shower head wasn't the best but not the end of the world. Aside from that the parking situation is okay kinda tight but again not the end of the world.

Very Clean room, newly renovated hotel, the entire hotel smelled wonderful and clean, However......the parking issue was terrible. One way in to the lobby....then you have to back out the same way with on one-way lane. Only maybe 10 spots in the hotel lobby parking area parking then you ave to drive around the block for additional parking. No way should they charge $25 for terrible parking situation There is no signage for parking and nothoing indicating one-way exit info. Better off parking on the street.

Room was updated clean and modern, comfy beds and pillows. The staff was so nice to me and my daughter. I mentioned one time that it was my daughter’s birthday and several times she was wished happy birthday or asked what we were doing to celebrate and made her feel special. The location was perfect! Short walking distance to beach, boardwalk and pier. I never had to move my car once. Such a great weekend for my daughter’s birthday, we will for sure return here again soon!

Very nice hotel right across from the famous boardwalk in Santa Cruz

We had a pleasant stay here. It was very conveniently located to the boardwalk and other tourist attractions. There were somethings that were just ok. The staff was very nice! A couple things that needed work: the shower head was a trinkle, the side lamp was burn out, the room was very cramped and there was a tiny view from the kind premium. However, with all that being said, the location and price made it all work it. I would stay here again but maybe not for Family weekend at UCSC. I would try to stay closer to the University.

Got there a bit early..Room wasnt ready..no big deal. Sat in lobby for an hour or so and watched 6 people get their room before us..at 4:10 they still said our room wasnt ready. Overall stay was good but they lack customer service

The room and floors became increasingly dirty do to no housekeeping services during our stay from 11/11/25-11/13/25. The hotel allowed us to check-in 3hrs early! The lobby staff was non-existent until i texted the Manager (?), after which the front desk seemed to always be staffed. The coffee shop was excellent, as well as the location. Very quiet and comfortable.

I can’t believe how fabulous this hotel was for the price. It’s right on the beach, newly renovated, quiet, and clean. The staff was helpful, and let us check in a little early.

The staff were wonderful and the location is perfectly situated in the beach. The little cafe was lovely for coffee and pastries in the morning and there are many restaurants in close proximity. The rooms are newly renovated and clean. There is a small pool and a rooftop area that are nice extras! So happy. I will be returning!

The room was very spacious. The evening associate was extremely courteous. The parking area is really small. But she gave us her parking spot. That was completely unexpected and welcomed.

I would like to commend the front desk agent. I checked in on Sunday October 26th around 5pm. During the drive we found out our daughter who is a student at UCSC wanted to sleep in a real bed. So I was checking in my wife thought it would be funny to interrupt the agent when she said king bed. At that moment my wife says very loudly CHANGE to TWO beds and side eyed me. Agent casually looked at me and without missing a beat started searching for an available room with two beds. Awkward as it was she did an amazing job getting us a great room with a balcony high up viewing the beach. Even gave perfect directions to it. Room was clean quiet and perfectly set up even with a tissue rose in the tissue box. Everyone far exceeded expectations. Thank you to all involved.

The room was very clean and everyone was very friendly and helpful! Great location to the wharf and beautiful view of the ocean!

The worker that checked us in, Dennis is absolutely the reason we will be back. He went out of his way to help us. Only have two complaints. The sliding door to the restroom was not sliding properly and was very difficult to open and close. And our room was not cleaned the second day we were there. We ran out of a few things because of this. Overall, it was a very lovely stay and we will be back!

Beautiful view to the boardwalk and beach. Busy street and lively. 4/5 We would stay again!

I would definitely stay here again. Great location, clean and comfortable. Despite being right across from the Boardwalk, the room was well insulated against outside noise. Views from the room and rooftop balcony were lovely. My complaints are minimal but may make a difference for other travelers: onsite food options were limited and it was not easy to load or unload luggage from the parking lot.

The check in was easy and straight forward. The location was great. But i found it unacceptable that the gouse keepers were blaring music at 9-930 when check out isnt until 11a. So either sleeping in or enjoying the serene beach am was not possible. I thought it was another guest but when i went into the hallway and it was housekeeping blaring music, i found it unacceptable.

The front desk ladies were rude and not helpful. They made us feel like an inconvenience to them and had zero communication with the house keeping staff on when our room would be ready. Very unprofessional. I’m not one to ever write any time of review but this needs to be known by future customers.

Clean hotel, but pretty basic and noisy. Close to the beach, so that noise was to be expected. But the walls are thin enough that I could hear conversations and even a snoring neighbor. I know you get what you pay for but I suggest you interpret "Deluxe" and "partial ocean view" liberally. Staff couldn't really do much about most, although everyone was nice.

Room was overlooking beachfront. Request higher up room if you want a view. Ours was on ground floor and restricted view of parked cars. Nice room and recently completely renovated.

Amazing stay! We booked an ocean-view room and it was absolutely worth it — spacious, spotless, and with a breathtaking view of the beach. Waking up to the sound of the waves was unforgettable. The location is perfect, just a short walk to the beach and nearby restaurants. Staff were friendly and attentive, making check-in and check-out effortless. Breakfast was fresh and delicious. We’ll definitely come back next time! 🌊☀️

The staff has been nothing but kind and attentive. The rooms are extremely clean, cleaning staff is doing a great job. Literally across the street from the beach and the boardwalk. Everything about this hotel is great, would definitely stay here again. The rooftop views are beautiful.

Parking is a disaster. Staff set out cones to save spots for out for other staff or other people that live there on property. If they have forgotten to report a cone out, they come out and yell at you and tell you to move your car. Not OK to to treat a guest that is paying to stay there.

This is our go to spot when we visit Santa Cruz, we love the location, the rooms are great and the Staff is always super nice!

Handicap parking was being used by non handicap people. Lack of close parking. Hotel unable to accommodate. Besides that the hotel was very nice and clean and very friendly staff.

Hotel is next to the beach, I loved being able to see the ocean. Our stay was during the week, so a weekday morning is going to be a little loud because workers have to work! The one downside was the smell of the cleaning products that are used. It is very overwhelming.

This hotel is right across the street from the beach. We parked the car and walked to the wharf, ate lunch, walked up Clifford Drive to view the beaches and lighthouse and walked to the wharf for dinner. The hotel staff were very accommodating. The bed was comfy. What a great place to stay!

Loved everything about it! For the price it was excellent. Location was great! Across the street from the famous Boardwalk amusement park. Restaurants all around. Big wide beach across the street. 1/4 Mile from the pier. Friendly and accommodating staff.

There are cameras on the upper parking area yet they have signs that say they are not responsible for stolen things. We stayed there one nite before going to a campground nearby. When we went to leave the next morning we found that someone had gone thru my bins in the back of my truck and stolen multiple things. So… not safe. They did leave a joint on my step up so I guess the barter system is still alive and well. That little object did get thrown away.

Love that this hotel is right across the street from the main beach, boardwalk arcade and much more. Our room had the best view! The street infront is noisy during the night and restaurants around are cooking so you cant really leave your balcony open it will stink up the room. The first night our front desk lady was super nice and accommodating, gave us a complementary upgrade, when we wanted to extend our stay 1 more night, new people were at the front desk and they were not as nice and made me pay full price even though i wanted to stay in same room with same price from the night nefore. Not sure why 1 person can do an upgrade and another one cant. Overall, its a good hotel, new everything, perfect for having a kid kid that lobes going to beach and all the places that are around this hotel. We also stayed during very slow time so not sure how expensive it hets during busy season.

It was a comfortable stay. The beds were clean and comfy. The room was comfortable for 4 people. There was no lock in the bathroom and only a sliding door so make sure the sliding door is shut all the way through. The lamp in between the double beds was not working. It was fine since we were mostly out at nigh and didn’t need it to be on. The parking lot was all the way in the back as the main parking area is a little tricky to get in and out. Overall stay was nice but nothing to write home about. I like the convenience of having the boardwalk across the street and it was walkable distance to shops and restaurants in the area. Beach across the street is very convenient. Overall stay was fine.

Great location, but definitely not worth the price. The lighting in the room/bathroom was terrible. We also paid $100 extra a night for the balcony, which was flooded. They did take off the parking fee for the inconvenience. Overall just ok.

I didn’t like parking only one way in and one way out. If you park on top and your room is not located near the stairs you have to walk up and down the stairs. They should have had two stairs opposite ends of the hotel. Also when I reserved the room it showed rooms with a tub but I was told that the hotel had only two rooms with tubs of all the rooms just two tubs? If I would have known that I would have stayed at a different hotel because I needed one for my wife because she had a leg injury her doctor told her to soak her leg.

Cute little place by the beach

The hotel is in an amazing location right on the beach. The room was stunning very clean and great facilities. Check in was nice and easy. The only slight issue was our room was right next to the coffee shop which opens at 7 am so its quite noisy from about 0630 onwards. If you're a heavy sleeper it'll be fine! Overall a great place.

Perfect location. Easy walk to the Pier and easy walk to the boardwalk. Very clean. But, no microwave. There is a mini fridge. We checked in early. Everyone is so kind.

We had a lovely stay. Our room wasn’t quite ready when we arrived at check in time but Jessica was quite apologetic and we got in only about 30 minutes late. Jessica was very helpful in getting us access to the roof top area and she was beyond pleasant and friendly in pointing out where to find things in the hotel. The parking lot was a bit tight. I would not want to have a large vehicle there. Our oo was clean and the bed was really comfortable. The bathroom was big with lots of room for our stuff. The location is excellent if you are interested in the beachfront boardwalk. Overall, a wonderful stay!

I've stayed at this hotel for many years before the remodel and the remodel is just wonderful upgrades are nice and the rooms are roomy. I stayed in a wonderful. The upgrades with two double beds and a living area separate from the bedroom with a balcony and windows that open enjoy the sea sea air. The prices have gone up, but I stayed during the week and it was very reasonable. I am looking forward to staying there again. And for delicious chowder, we ate at the ideal bar and Grill at the corner before you enter the boardwalk highly recommend it. Bummer the pool was not open.

Close to beach

Very clean and courteous staff. Beds were cozy and clean, we had an excellent view, room 203 if you guys want front and center beach views! Surprisingly enough the noise was not bad at all and the black out curtains were amazing.

I had a very comfortable stay at Marea Sol Hotel. The staff were attentive and provided excellent service throughout my visit. The location is unbeatable, making it easy to explore the area. On top of that, the value for the price is outstanding. I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting the area.

Really great location, was able to walk to the boardwalk and warf within 5-10 mins. The area and the room itself was very secure and safe. Staff were 10/10 loved their vibe and approachableness. If I had to complain about anything the shower drain was very loud and being on the third floor we felt bad using the shower later at night due to being sandy which is expected at the beach haha. Would stay here again.

Everything was great EXCEPT the people above us were so heavy footed all night long. Sleep was hard for this reason. Also the only microwave and ice machine was in lobby only, microwave not in room. I don’t believe that was stated in the description.

Walk in shower leak. Not soundproof. We could hear all noise coming from other rooms. We can hear ourselves walking in the hallways. Parking was horrible. I have an SUV and parking was only one way in and out. Couldn’t even do a U-turn with out moving our car back and forth multiple times. Very small parking lot.

The staff here are amazing. The rooms were clean, nice bed and bedding, slept so good. Love the coffee shop. We will be back.

My BFF and I stayed here for our annual girls weekend and it was great! Our check in was very easy and quick, plus the guy who checked us in was extremely nice and helpful when needed. Parking downstairs was limited and tight, but they have a full parking lot up the backside of the hotel that was easy to access as well. The room was very clean and the bed was nice, although the pillows were a little flat. No biggie though. The ac worked great, but I was a little sad to find out there were no screens on the windows — we would’ve loved to open them at night! Plus, being right across the street from the Boardwalk was a plus. Even when we went all over town, it was very easy for Lyft drivers to pick us up. We also got a pastry from the cafe attached to the hotel and it was very tasty and that staff was very friendly as well. Overall, 10/10 stay for us in Santa Cruz!

Great location. The hotel definitely needs to improve lighting in the room especially first floor by parking lot- since I had to have curtains closed, it was a dark cave. Beautiful shared deck overlooking the ocean.

Untrained staff, MGR, they do not accept credit cards, only debit (surprise!!!), and they do not check ID. Horrible communication after contacting front desk staff 3 times to add notes to be clear on reservation. Way dropped the ball.

The decor is very cute. This is a new ish hotel and everything is pretty nice. Coffeemaker , sliding glass bathroom door, nice showers, good smelling natural botanical soaps, nice tv n services, comfy beds not luxurious bedding but decent.

The staff were amazing! Dennis made everything work!

East beach and coffee access

Great hotel bed was to soft for my liking but comfortable for a nap. It was right in the middle of the boardwalk and the wharf. Great food

Location is great but the staff was not very professional. I felt like I was a burden for even staying there. Also, my room was right next to the elevator and it was very noisy.

The property appears to have been renovated or it is a new build. This is a nice property. The hotel is located across the street from the beach and near the Boardwalk. So convenient.

The room smelled clean when we first came in but the shower floor was dirty with hair and sand. There was no turn down service after our first night and we needed to ask for clean towels. They advertised rooms with balconies but we did not have. Pool is super small. The roof top lounge is nice.

This place charge me a smoking fee for no reason, I stayed with my young kids and family and we were charged smoking fee extra , makes no sense for a one night stay that we were hardly in the room.
