We enjoyed the location & and was a quick drive to Boardwalk or Downtown. King bedroom suite w/ balcony was very spacious however balcony faced busy street so there was alot of street noise & not very relaxing but it did make overlook spa. Breakfast had a wide variety to choose from & the potatoes were very yummy. Overall would stay again. Ample parking so never an issue if there would be enough spaces.

The bed was very comfortable. The room was spacious. Noisy during breakfast time. Expensive parking fee. Expensive early room fee.

Loved the lady Crystal that checked us in. She was so informative and polite. Give her a raise!

Check in desk didn’t thoroughly explain what the deposit was for and how much it was. I wasn’t aware they charge $16.50 a day for parking which is unheard of and a sneaky way to get more money out of you. Elevator certification was expired in 3/27/2025 which is alarming. The door to the parking lot is open for anybody to come in or out of the property. It has a key sensor for you to swipe your room key but I guess it’s just there for decoration. Room had specs of mold in the bathroom by the shower and did not look clean.
- 4/5
I love it that it was clean without harsh smells or any stains.
- 5/5
From my arrival to my last day. The staff was friendly and kind. I had a long drive and got in early and was able to get into my room earlier.
- 3/5
The booking com said there were three beds in the room: 2 queens and a pull out couch. There was no pull out couch so we had to get two rooms. A correct listing on your website!
- 4/5
The hotel staff is very helpful and friendly. Everything was walking distance which made staying here very convenient.
- 4.5/5
Very close to where we were going, Santa Cruz Beach Boardwalk. 1. Bathroom tub needed to be cleaned better. 2. The lady who was at the desk the day we left was very stand offish and kind of rude. The general staff was great.
- 1.5/5
I don’t like the fact that there is only one entrance into the hotel and our room was all the way in the back of the hotel. There was mold on the bathroom door.

It was clean, staff was not the best We booked a specific room through booking.com. It was supposed to be an extra large room and was supposed to include a pull out sofa. We have kids. We need more beds. Check in was at 4pm, we arrived at 3pm. We were told we were in luck because our room was ready and we could check in early. For an extra charge. Always nickeling and diming for an extra charge after we are already paying Santa Cruz prices to sleep there for a night. We paid the fee so we could set our stuff down and take our kids to the beach. I refrained from asking them if we checked out an hour early the next morning did we get a discount? When we viewed our room, it was not extra large and no sofa. We informed the front desk only to be told it was booking.com fault for posting the wrong room description. We were offered a rollaway bed. For an extra charge. When we returned that evening, the parking garage was full so we had to find street parking. The rollaway bed that we paid extra for had no pillows. I went to the front desk to request pillows only to be immediately told by the front desk that they had no extra pillows. They just had this response ready. I would describe this property as entitled and “politely”inhospitable. It is the busy season in a popular area and they made it clear they don’t need our business because they have plenty of business anyway. They had the opportunity to do the right thing for us and did not bother doing it. I later called Booking.com about the incorrect room description and they assured me that it is the property itself that creates the room descriptions and submits them, and updates the booking site on their availability. Clean hotel, but customer service matters to us. We miss the good old days when customers mattered.

Just a couple of things that I would like to mention that the bathroom didn’t have body wash or soap for taking a bath. I called to asi for more body wash but nobody answer the phone. TV programs is base on advertisement it need to be add Netflix or acces to TV apps from our personal apps.

Clean. Easy parking. Not too close to downtown. Included breakfast which I did not expect but that made hope for an expresso and croissant instead got sausages.
- 5/5
The place is truly a hidden gem. Suites were spacious; breakfast was great. The facility was immaculate. I thought that my bill was a mistake--so reasonable. Easy access to downtown.
- 2/5
To start: parking is tight. I hope you're driving a "Smart Car". Check in??? park first and then try to find the elevator (there's only one for this 3-story building), if the elevator breaks down then you're using the stairs. Only 1 luggage caddy so you mite have to wait to get your luggage to the 3rd floor. The rooms are nice though, but our room ): the draws on the dresser kept opening by themselves so I had to get some tape from the front desk to tape them shut. The closet door would not close all the way unless you put your back into it. And now for the toilet ): it would not flush without some extra help. Thank the good Lord that I have a brain. I should have gotten Plumbers Pay for this; to flush the toilet you had to push down on the handle and hold it for awhile. let it up and do it again and then repeat the process. It took at least 3 times of flushing to clear the toilet. To say the least, I was not happy with this hotel and I will never stay again!

We had a wonderful stay; 4 nights Easy parking, newly remodeled rooms, comfortable bed, friendly staff. Easy access to all that Santa Cruz has to offer. The daily breakfast was wonderful, serving hot food, and fresh waffles. Our check in was smooth with a wonderful hotel manager. Highly recommend this hotel
- 5/5
It was so great. My kids literally thought it was the best thing ever that the hotel had a living room area. The breakfast was delicious, and every staff member we had contact with was sooooo incredibly friendly. We loved the hot tub!
- 4.5/5
We were in the first floor and the people staying in the second floor were too loud and too late, 2-3 AM to be exact. The shower area is one straight floor with only curtains and the water went all over the place that we had to used the towels to prevent the water to go outside the bathroom. The WiFi did not work.

My kids loved the space of the room, the idea that they were able to drink hot chocolate at any time. I loved that they had coffee choices. Friendly staff (everyone) LARGE rooms and nice balcony. The espresso machine in the breakfast area was FANTASTIC. Covered parking under the hotel was WONDERFUL The bathroom didn’t have any counter space. We had to bring a small table in from the bedroom. I think the housekeeping staff is overwhelmed. It didn’t seem that a common area routine was in place. A simple walkthrough of those areas 2 or 3 times a day would have really improved the precaution of your hotel. On our floor (3rd) there were 2 rooms that had used towels and bagged garbage outside their doors the length of our entire stay. We noticed the elevator got progressively dirtier over our stay. It didn’t help that it was raining and muddy footprints kept building up.

I always enjoy staying here. The rooms are always super clean. I’m usually able to check in a little earlier than the actual check-in time. Parking lot is very well lit up and safe. I’ve never had any issues and will continue to stay here.
- 5/5
Great
- 4/5
The property was great and the staff was helpful and it was very quiet ! Checking in was easy and fast as well as checking out, There’s a safeway nearby and food locally too, it’s about a 8 Minute drive to santa cruz and a 20 minute walk. I booked the suite room and it was beautiful, just make sure the jets work because mines didn’t 😢
- 5/5
Loved our stay here. Super clean, very vibrant atmosphere and vibes. Staff were very accommodating and welcoming. Parking wasn’t the greatest, but reasonable and effective. Walking distance to a lot of great spots in Santa Cruz! Would love to stay here again. 😊
- 3/5
The room was not clean, bath had sand? Pull out bed sheets looked dirty, the extra blanket we asked for had hairs (im bald). Morning waffles was nice tho. The room had a window by the door - and light from the hall came in. Idk was an odd place but i needed the room and it was large, parking was not included.
- 5/5
Good location, close to freeway, clean, on-site parking.
- 5/5
Clean room, great location.
- 5/5
Bedroom was super nice. Breakfast was good also. Very nice clean hotel.
- 5/5
Spring break vacation here was great, met all my expectations. Thank you!
- 5/5
Great staff, breakfast was delicious. The only issue would be parking.
- 2/5
As we entered the room we found cobwebs. The door to the room had big gaps so the light from the hallway came through to the room unless you covered it with a towel. I called the front desk and was informed that there were no other rooms. That evening there was a spider crawling around above one of the beds. The following day as we were getting ready for bed we found a tick. At that point they finally moved us to another but not after I told the front desk that we needed to move.
- 4/5
Great breakfast
- 1/5
One of the worst continental breakfast I have ever had. The bare minimum. The hotel was overpriced. Staff appear to be over work. The pictures on the website were not reflective of the hotel. The hotel renovations were a quick cover-up.
- 2/5
The property did not reflect the pictures. The hotel appears to be recently renovated however, the renovations look like they were partially done. The hotel was also falling apart in many areas. I would not recommend this place unless it is truly a budget.
- 3/5
One TV in the room didn't work. We got woken up from a fire alarm one night, and had no instructions from the staff on what to do. Jets in the hot tub didn't work when we tried to turn them on. However, the staff were great, and the room was good. The location was pretty good.
- 4/5
No attendant at the breakfast area, messy tables
- 5/5
Everything was great but the pelows
- 3/5
There were ants in my room. Staff was great and gave us another room. However, that room had a used rag on the floor of the shower. So, I won’t be staying there again,

Staying at the Best Western Plus All Suites Inn in Santa Cruz was a real treat. Jennifer was both welcoming and focused on attending to the needs of the guests. Ten stars for her as well as for the property!

Clean room, quiet, good location, good food
- 3/5
ok rooms, ok breakfast. parking was below par
- 2/5
The bathroom was clean enough but the water comes out of shower was so strong where kids cannot shower by themselfs. The laundry system was horrible. No coin operated available. Instead we need an app to install in our phone which was so complicated and not user friendly. These are few negative points I would like to highlight.
- 5/5
This place is amazing, helpful staff, well kept property in a good location. And a great value.
- 2/5
Hallway of my room was dirty . Pizza topping was left by my room door for days … no staff came by and cleaned it
- 5/5
Amazing
- 2/5
On top of that, the room itself had some issues. There was no body wash provided in the shower, which was inconvenient, and while the towels smelled clean, they were visibly stained, which didn’t leave a great impression. Overall, the lack of attention to our request and the basic room oversights made the experience frustrating and will not be returning.
- 5/5
Our stay was amazing! Our suite was perfect! And we had a 4 and 5 year old with us so it was great to have the sitting area separate from the sleeping area!
- 5/5
Was a great experience met the manager and helped us with our situation with Expedia saying that there was no rooms even though I had booked already and confirmation almost sleeping in my car since 5 am and decided to call and not listen to Expedia and talked to manager and understood my situation with that happening a lot when room was available at the end. Luckily she helped us stay over the check out time and room was amazing from the room being clean and met our standards with very polite staff. Would recommend staying at best western, but unfortunately not booking with Expedia in the future for mis-understanding
- 5/5
Shops and good restaurants are close by.
- 5/5
Clean room and lobby. Stayed for only one night.
- 4/5
The staff was very friendly.
- 5/5
Staff were super kind
- 5/5
Staff were amazing, they allowed me to check in early. Room was very clean!
- 5/5
Very clean good breakfast and conveniently located reasonably priced A+
- 4/5
The room was clean and neat. Though a standard room, it was large. It's an all suites venue. There is no door on the shower, but the bathroom is a room. I noticed outside, the place needs some work. The siding needs replacement and my bath needed some caulking at the base. Did have fridge and microwave. Inside, the hotel is bright with scenes from other beaches, probably the Carribbean. Colorful beach decor. The staff on the phone or in person were very friendly. My wi-fi didn't have a secure connection and they couldn't figure out why. I had to go to the library to do work. Not what I had planned on doing. Hot breakfast. Nice. Pretty quiet for being at two busy streets. Dogs and children were welcomed.
- 5/5
Staff was great and both the room and hotel was clean. Parking was easy and hotel provided a lot of nice extras. I will definitely stay there in the future.
- 5/5
Soap dispenser was broken but overall had a great experience
- 5/5
The hotel was clean and comfortable. The staff was friendly and helpful.
- 5/5
Great staff! Fantastic room!
- 5/5
Very friendly staff. We have a service dog, a really big service dog. She was treated like an honored guest. The breakfast was very good with lots to choose from. Housekeeping staff was on point. We will return.
- 4/5
We got a room last minute on a Friday night Valentine’s Day weekend. The location of the hotel is great. Staff were friendly and helpful. Rooms were nice and clean! Bed was super comfy, and a cheesy omelet buffet style complimentary breakfast can’t really go wrong for under $300/night Best Western the way to go. Thank you!!
- 5/5
Hotel staff was nice, rooms were clean, and it was close enough to the wharf we could just walk to it.
- 5/5
Great place, friendly staff, can’t think of a bad thing to say! The hot tub was HUGE and so nice. Breakfast was awesome.
- 3/5
Room itself was great - but lots of street noise and they charge $16 per car that was not disclosed until I checked in.
- 5/5
Everything was exceptional, clean rooms, great customer service, awesome breakfast 10/10
- 5/5
Great spot!
- 5/5
Clean, good sized room - very polite staff greeting you.
- 5/5
Front desk was nice . Breakfast was great. Parking $16 fee ? . Other that was really nice and clean .
- 5/5
Staff was very helpful and the room was clean. Very satisfied.
- 2/5
The lady who checked us in was very sweet. I believe her name was Jessica. The other person, Crystal (I believe) needs serious training in customer relations. She could care less about the customers. She was downright rude and acted like people were bothering her. There is only one person at the desk per shift. One lady said she had been waiting for 20 mins to try to check in. No one was there. Their parking garage is a joke! They charge you $15/night and the spots are made for tiny smart cars. We had to park up the hill both nights because there was zero parking. Upon arrival, the hotel smells absolutely ATROCIOUS. It smells like sewer gas mixed with someone getting a hair perm. The a/c in our room only worked in the livingroom. The bedroom was so hot and uncomfortable. The furniture felt and looked so dirty and it was teeny tiny. The hotel is also incredibly loud. The elevator floor was covered in mud and wasn’t cleaned during our stay. This place is an absolute joke! Do not trust the online pictures like I did. That was my personal mistake.
- 5/5
Things were very clean. Check-in was smooth.
- 5/5
Friendly staff, excellent room and so clean
- 5/5
The best customer service I’ve received in a long time. Front desk was so kind, respectful and gave us a welcome goodie bag at no charge.
- 4/5
Room was spotless. Linens amazing.
- 5/5
Perfect
- 5/5
To good
- 5/5
Perfectly clean
- 3/5
The room was a great size. The fridge was broken, they never fixed it. The micro did not work. They never cleaned our room during our stay. The parking was not sufficient. They also charged for it. When we relayed this to the staff, their response was we are short staffed. They did not offer to adjust our rate or some type of refund.
- 4/5
The breakfast was okay. The shower floor was dangerously slippery. I had to put a towel on it to prevent slipping and sliding on it.
- 5/5
Had an early check in.
- 4/5
Pool was dirty. Cleaners were great and on timing. Coffee bar was great. Electricity went out all night and I was forced to get a new hotel up the street. They did not offer me a partial compensation or any compensation for that matter. Very disappointing to sit in the dark on Christmas Eve and not get a discount on anything.
- 4/5
Everything was great with our stay, except that the tv didn’t work in either of our two rooms.
- 3/5
It is a larg
- 5/5
Nice place, close to the Boardwalk, and breakfast was great
- 5/5
Staff very friendly and efficient. Room very clean. Good location.
- 5/5
Good
- 4/5
Room was great, large and clean. We chose this hotel because it said it is dog friendly. Ture. However we were irked that nothing on the website or advertised price mentioned a daily parking fee or a daily dog fee. That added $50/ night.
- 3/5
The microwave in room didnt work.
- 3/5
Room was very nice but noise reducing windows would be helpful for rooms with street side facing windows as that noise was vey loud and disturbing. 2nd coffee maker would be appreciated as there was always a 2-4 person wait and frustrating for those who just wanted hot water for oatmeal or plain coffee. Did enjoy the specialty coffee offerings.
- 4/5
Room was clean very clean. Decent breakfast and coffee. Good, easy, safe parking situation, and close to downtown and the boardwalk. Great price for a pet friendly hotel. Only major downside: The elevator smells like sewage gas!!! Use the stairs. I hope management does something about that. Otherwise great place.
- 5/5
What was served was adequate; no fresh fruits - but served fruit cups which was an ok substitute; no Greek plain yogurt choice, though. Elevator was stinky ( smelled of sulphur) Overall , room was great, clean , quiet & comfortable
- 3/5
The staff accommodated our room request, but did not tell us that we would be next door (3rd floor), that a had a barking dog. When I informed the staff about it, I was told that it was a rescue dog, and apparently I would have to move if I didnt like the barking. After contacting the staff again about the barking dog, she finally contacted the owner who kept the dog quiet. The breakfast didnt have enough qaulity choices.
- 4/5
Big room, clean, location is not great
- 5/5
Extremely friendly and helpful staff, good breakfast. Clean rooms.
- 4/5
Room was great! Staff was extremely helpful and friendly, continental breakfast was good!
- 5/5
very clean, Staff was nice
- 3/5
Early check in fee, when the room is ready is not something I experienced elsewhere
- 5/5
It was easy access to restaurant and Starbucks, room was clean and spacious.
- 4/5
Solid for the price
- 4/5
Will book again. Parking is limited.
- 5/5
Great stay, everything was clean and easy to access. Parking was a little wonky, just because the parking garage was full when we arrived. But everything else was fantastic. Comfortable bed, clean linens. Right next to downtown, we just walked everywhere.
- 3/5
Parking was terrible. You pay to park, but are not guaranteed a spot if you leave. Overflow parking directions were a joke, had to figure it out myself. The paint on the door frames was chipping. There was mold on the caulk around the tub. The breakfast was what to be expected. The area seemed very unsafe, for example; the CVS up the road had a huge security presence
- 4/5
The staff was nice and the breakfast was delicious.
- 5/5
Clean room, spacious and everything was working inside the room. Latte, capachino machine on first floor. Elevator was out and due to be fixed next day. This wasn't an issue, staff offered to help with bags to 2nd floor. Thank you!
- 4/5
Only negative, it’s pay to park and the lot fills up when busy.
- 4/5
Hot tub is dirty, from our room we saw a naked lady in the tub. Every inappropriate..
- 5/5
Great staff
- 4/5
Decent location, ignore the sauna signage (doesn’t exist). Workout room not worth it. Staff great. Loved our room.
- 4/5
Over all a good stay
- 5/5
Customer service went above and beyond.
- 5/5
The continental breakfast was excellent, and our suite was very clean. The only downside was that while the air conditioning was great in the living room area of the suite, the bedroom stayed much warmer, which made sleeping a little uncomfortable. Overall, it was a great, and that one staff member’s hospitality really stood out and set the tone for our stay.
- 5/5
We were able to check in late at night. The staff was great and a nice breakfast the next morning.
- 5/5
We love to stayed here , our room was amazing clean and a lot space and my daughter enjoyed the bath jet tub. Everyone was nice, respectful and also they let me check in before 4 , They had free breakfast was great. Parking is little but safe. We definitely we stay here next time we come to visit my kid at UCSC
- 3/5
Noisy and terrible location.
- 5/5
Great
- 5/5
The room was nice, clean, and spacious. I really liked the shower soap and shampoo. The breakfast was great.
- 5/5
Did not stay long enough.
- 5/5
. Walking distance. Also liked that hotel was pet friendly. Would stay there again.
- 3/5
No hot water in bathroom sink. Way over priced for the hotel condition. Would not stay there again
- 5/5
Great place to stay
- 4/5
Very friendly and willing to help staff. Breakfast was also great, the hotel offers good quality
- 5/5
Very clean and comfortable. The staff was very helpful with a few questions that I did have. Had a question about how to switch to TV over for a different input and within five minutes maintenance was there.
- 5/5
Lovely hotel staff and accomodations
- 5/5
.
- 5/5
Great place
- 3/5
It was so hard to sleep, you hear footsteps from the rooms upstairs and each time the rooms next to us shut their doors closed. They could’ve made the rooms sound proof. Very limited parking and not the cleanest. You see molds in the tub.
- 2/5
My big gripe this trip was that i was charged $33 for parking and never used the parking garage once ! The first time we stayed at this location we loved it however this time was different and we will probably stay closer to the beach next time .They serve breakfast and the rooms are clean but the parking situation ruined this place for me personally.
- 5/5
Everything was great, I would stay here again.
- 2/5
The room is bright at nigjt and i didn't slept for two nights. I requested & asked if they fixed the problem.
- 5/5
Safe place to stay
- 3/5
It was nice not far from the beach
- 5/5
Parking wasn’t the greatest but the room style suites were exceptional.
- 3/5
Stay was pretty good but was charged for parking and having a hard time being reimbursed as I didn’t park on site.
- 4/5
The property is as expected. Parking was limited. Otherwise all good. I’d stay there again when I need a place in Santa Cruz.
- 5/5
Young Lady at the front desk went over the top to accommodate myself and family. Great vibes, Hotel was great, clean, and walking distance from the beach. Definitely going to be my go to hotel when visiting santa cruz.
- 5/5
Clean rooms very fast booking no issues our room was ready in minutes. Would stay again. Parking is a little crazy tho
- 5/5
The area in which the property was was close to all places I needed to be. It was safe, it was nice and most of all the staff was friendly.
- 4/5
Bedding was stained. When we complained the desk clerk did what he could to help but it still was disappointing in a hotel at this price.
- 5/5
Just to nit-pick, the tv had to set up everytime it was turned on and took 15 minutes or so to be ready to watch. It was inconvenient if I just wantes to check the weather or just to start watching a show. Parking was tight in the parking garage.
- 4/5
It was okay for price
- 2/5
Maids don’t always come and clean
- 5/5
Cassie is a great front staff person. Super helpful and knowledgeable about the property and the community. Would definitely recommend this property because of her. Also the rooms were clean and comfortable.
- 1/5
Bed sheets full of sand dirt Paint peeling entire room smells like urine
- 3/5
Bathrooms need updating, reception area very muggy, overall room was a good size, found hair on the beds, sheets and blankets had stains on them that probably should have been thrown away. Good location. Not too far from boardwalk, food, and gas. Staff was friendly and helpful. Free breakfast was average and got the job done.

I searched for accommodations quite a bit before I found a hotel that would allow a dog. This was the place! This hotel was recently remodeled and the rooms were great, and very very clean. They had an awesome hot breakfast with eggs, and different meats, waffles, muffins, oatmeal, etc. I highly recommend this hotel!

Parking was challenging

Didn’t have liquid soap in the shower so had to use shampoo. The carpet stairs from the main floor to the second floor was filthy.

Horrible parking.

Amazing stay!

Very clean

It was a good stay however when we checked in at night the parking lot was full. Luckily the security person working was trying to help find a spot where we can leave our car. If it would have been fit the security guard we would have had to find parking in the street. The continental breakfast was okay.

The do provide breakfast but 6:30-8:30 am. If I'm on a vacation, why would I want to be up so early for bf?
- 4/5
I totally understand that the crib was not available but I think guests would appreciate the update. Overall stay was nice. Good breakfast, clean, good size room and well maintained hotel.

Booked two rooms with two beds each. Received three rooms with one bed each and told to use pullout sofas, which were pretty bad. Paid parking is a scam. Will pay more and stay somewhere nicer next time.

Incredible

Windows don't open in the rooms, and our showerhead scream while it was running, but otherwise it was a good room, and I would likely stay again!

Convenience; breakfast option

And usually not a complainer but here we go for me it was just the bathroom progressively smelling like mold worse I couldn't switch rooms cuz I work nights and have a lot of stuff my schedule is tight. Long story short they said I get a refund for the parking and see what else they could do. Then I wake up with a 49.50 charge extra to my card no email. I was going to book there today but not trying to do that again. Guy on the phone with super helpful he said call back tomorrow with the manager see if I can get some help. Hopefully it all goes well wish me luck

Have stayed there a couple times now and it’s always a pleasant stay. Staff is always nice and happy and the breakfast in the morning was great!

Very good and clean

The room was clean and spacious but a poor place to do anything but sleep. A single chair and a small table uncomfortable for reading. TV was mounted in corner and awkward to view from the bed. Overhead canister lights and bedside lights had too-bright bulbs that made room feel like a dental office.

we had a broken drain in shower had to change rooms tub had standing water

Nice large hot tub, hot breakfast, coffee in room, free parking, spacious room. Nice staff!

The hotel is really nice and very clean! Friendly staff as well. Stayed here for work a couple years ago and came back to the hotel being remodeled. Pet friendly so bring those fur babies

The room had black mold.... The shower had hair... Other than that, it was great... I have pictures of the mold but your app Won't let me upload them

I loved the room that we had stayed in and how quiet and clean the hotel was..this is going to be our go to spot when visiting Santa cruz..

However it wouldn’t deter me from staying again. It was located to lots of places to eat and buy drinks.

Friendly staff. Great location.

We booked a room with a big tub and we’re not given it and told a refund would be sent and never recieved it.

The stay was great till i checked my credit card staement and saw that they had charged me $ 50 bucks for parking, not a word was said about a parking fee. Dirty

On busy street not pedestrian friendly.
- 5/5
clean beds, ample space, very good staff, close to beach, good parking
- 3/5
No house cleaning service if you don’t ask
- 5/5
The property itself is in a very convinient central location, but there were so many homeless individuals on the street right outside. It definitely felt unsafe, but inside its clean and nice and the staff was very welcoming.

Food breakfast was really good. Stayed two nights and both morning the food was 5 stars
- 5/5
The place and staff were great. The breakfast was way better than most continental breakfasts. I highly recommend this best western to people traveling to Santa Cruz
- 5/5
They have a much better than average continental breakfast and are centrally located to most tourist attraction. Overall an enjoyable stay.
- 5/5
Great place to stay! There’s also a walking path at the end of the street with a beautiful view.

pretty nice and spacious, will book again when we go back to santa cruz.

Ronald was kind and supportive! He offered a friendly welcome and made checking in easy. I enjoyed my stay, wished I could have stayed longer!

Staff was awesome thanks

I enjoyed my stay here for the cleanliness and suite style rooms. Although, i do think some minor cleaning can be done for the carpet, walls of the room I was in and around decorations around the hotel.

This is in a nice location. The room was nice and large and spotlessly clean. The breakfast was as bit of a disappointment . Only open 630 to 830 which meant every one was there and it was busy. No yogurt fruit etc all carbs. Not great at all. Also our room was by the breakfast area and from 730 all we could hear was the beeping if the very over used waffle machines. Constant beeping. Not sure I would stay again.
- 2/5
The breakfast was extremely sub par in comparison to our previous stays at other hotels in this chain and their advertised pool area was a huge disappointment for me and my kids. The beds were just ok. The only plus was proximity to the beach.
- 5/5
I enjoyed the gym, next time maybe the spa!
- 3/5
The room was not clean properly. The bathroom faucet only had hot water working. The TV in the bed area would not allow to change channels. There was a dog treat in between the couch cushions. The TV remote was sticky.

This hotel is beautiful. Our room was immaculate, spacious, updated and I love the self service coffee, water and beverage station. I also love that they have snacks, beer and wine available as well that you can purchase. The bathroom is very clean and even though we got a room by the pool area, it was quiet as a mouse after 9pm. I will sleep really good tonight. The only con is that they need a pet relief area if they are going to accept pets and also the boardwalk is a good 30 min walk through a few intersections and not 15 but it’s not a deal breaker. We will just drive to the beach.

Pet friendly and good service
- 5/5
For the price, it had a great breakfast buffet. Walkable to main attractions and restaurants
- 4/5
It was more updated on the interior. I didn’t like the chlorine smell in my room. All of the staff were really polite and courteous. There were a few people in line to complain and they handled all of them successfully, I decided to just keep my complaint to myself. I like the convenience of being less than 10 mins away from the beach.

Nice, clean, great breakfast!

Great hotel.

David at the front desk was friendly and accommodating. Our stay was much the better because of that.
- 5/5
It was a great stay overall!

There was a sensor light in our room that would not turn off. It went off a couple of times during the night and woke up my kids. We asked for a crib/play pen for my 1 year old to sleep in, and the “mattress” was 4 pieces of wood that would slide on top of each other. I had to put down 2 pillows so that she wouldn’t end up sleeping on the hard rods at the base.

This hotel has a new owner and hopefully it will continue to be a 5 star (in my opinion) hotel.

Toilet didn't work. Hot tub was filthy and tiny. Was put in a terrible room that had a back door access area where staff was running in and out. Room was also Right behind breakfast bar and was very noisy in the morning. No windows. Won't stay here again.
