The hotel is very clean and beautiful. It has restaurants and bar on site. Parking is 40$ per day. The staff is professional and accommodating. If you are missing any supplies, they will be delivered to your room. I stayed there for conference and it was an absolute pleasure.

Ice makers on every other floor. I needed ice wasn’t on my floor. Need to have bell service for cost of staying there. Deposit requirement was high. $100 per night. Stayed three nights. $150 would have been better. Took three days to return deposit, Room was clean. Beds were comfortable. All staff friendly.

Tried to have lunch had HUGE difficulty getting served! Bartender kept telling me he couldn't serve me because he was the bartender, dispute serving another gentleman in the restaurant. Got up and flagged down a housekeeper that helped me. It was not to Marriott standards and will stay elsewhere next time. Room was very clean check in was very nice.

Check in was quick, efficient, friendly. Room was clean and comfortable. Dinner at the bar was great; one of the best burgers I’ve ever had and I don’t normally like burgers!

Alicia is amazing ! She gives the best service there at Santa Clara Marriott the other staff need better customer service but Alicia makes up for it all ! Besides that the hotel is very nice and well kept ! Room service amazing ! Housekeeping ALL amazing ! Food is good but a little pricey

They accidentally put a$345 hold on our credit card after we already paid expedia. I complained we were going to use that for dinner and breakfast. They gave us lounge access for snacks not dinner but did give us breakfast, they better not charge us for their error. Pool and hot tub were nice, most of staff polite and helpful. Eileen in the lounge was the best!

So many issues with this hotel. Check in was bad; room smelled and toilet wouldn’t stop running; room service came in bag without a napkin, utensils and missing half order; parking in uncomfortable feeling lot and costs $40 per day;room key was deactivated when front desk tried to add parking. Just really poor experience and will think twice about choosing Marriott.

This hotel is amazing especially if you are going to a 49er game. We stayed for 3 days and got to meet several players. The room is very nice with a patio/balcony for every room and the staff was super helpful. Everything was great.

Had a really terrible experience with Expedia and this really lousy insurance program that they pump up on their advertisements, but in fact, you have to pull up this long contract and practically everything is excluded. It was a complete and total fraud. Don't ever take their insurance policies.

We loved our room. Especially the beds. The lighting and charging stations were great too. The bathroom was wonderful; we really liked the shower (though the water pressure was a bit low). Would have liked stronger water pressure.

We arrived at 5:15pm to check in. I booked the room for the location to the football stadium. As we were trying to check in the front desk girl told us that they were overbooked and we needed to stay at a hotel about 10 minutes away. She said they would take care of arranging our room at the other hotel. But, we had already paid for this hotel for the sum of $467 for the one night. She kept going back and forth with her manager in the other room. This process took over 30 minutes. While I witnessed two other guests get checked in by another front desk worker. She eventually said we could stay there and they would bump someone else. We were late to the game due to this back and forth. I have never experienced this at any other hotel. It felt exteremely shadey and odd that the manager stayed in a back room and had this girl relaying these messages to us. I don't know if it is because we booked through hotels.com? I don't know if they were wanting to overcharge someone else for our room after kicking us out? We missed the first quarter of the 49rs game that we also paid a decent amount to and we got robbbed of that time.

The ONLY thing we weren’t fond of was the barn style bathroom door. It did not close enough to provide total privacy, it just slides over the doorway and it’s close to the beds so we could hear everything that was going on in there lol. That being said, we will be back next year for sure!

We paid for a King bed with a pull out sofa room and were given a queen bed room. Very uncomfortable and annoying. The staff wasn't very clear in procedures at check in and parking was a total pain. The card reader to access and exit parking didn't work once during our stay.

We didn't get the room we purchased through Hotels.com. Instead it came with 2 twin beds vs the 1 king bed we purchased. The room was a non-smoking room but very clearly smelled like smoke. The organization checking people in was terrible and took nearly an hour of being in line.

The three B's were all good: Bed, Bathroom, Bar As a european travel I'm picky with US breakfast. The one in the M lounge was above average. I had small ants in my room. Only noticed on the last evening, at that time they were already everywhere, including my luggage. Also my room was *very* far away and I ended up walking circle twice as the layout of the building is not particularly well signposted.

Location was close to Levi stadium. Was difficult to know which door to exit to get to our car. We were told to park around the back of the building but hard to find entrance. We ended up walking back to the lobby. I think the guy who told us where to park was off the mark for sure

We attended a concert and they hotel join in the fan of the Morgan Wallen concert. This made it fun for the guests. The cleanliness, the location is excellent. Walking distance to Levi Stadium.

Love the location, was able to walk to Levi stadium for the concert . We ordered food and drinks , first of all the Margaritas we ordered were so sour, they were undrinkable . When we asked for different drinks we got dirty looks and bad attitudes. We ordered food soon after and after waiting over an hour and noticing people that sat a lot later than us get their food , we asked a manager if something went wrong with our order . She replied with it’s a busy day so it’s taking longer without checking . After another half hour we asked someone else and they scrambled around looking for our order . Clearly it was never put in . We complained but they didn’t care at all . We usually stay here for the Niner games and have never had a problem . We will be staying at the Hyatt down the street from now on .

We stayed in room 2656, a nice wheelchair accessible room. Only recommendation would be for a accessible room to have an elevator closer to it. The closest elevator was in a completely different building which made loading and unloading our luggage extremely difficult.

It was perfect for our entire family to stay for our son’s graduation. Very nice remodel, Comfortable lobby and great bar! The parking structure is awkward in/out - maybe do away with charging for that it seems like an over reach

Location is within about a mile from Oracle, which was very nice When we arrived, we attempted to park our car in their facility in which I was told they did not have parking available and then I could park my car five minute walk away at a parking garage. Once we’ve parked my car and walked to the facility, I went up to my room only to find maintenance in my room Working on electrical so when they checked me in my room was not even ready. I had 30 minutes to get ready to go to my event in which maintenance stayed in my room the entire time I had to get dressed in the toilet area as that was the only private space there was no area for me to put my belongings in the toilet area as they are single stall units and had glazed glass doors so privacy was none of that considering maintenance was in my room. When brought to the attention of management and staff, it was disregarded no apologies and didn’t even offer to pay the $45 for parking for one night. What a disappointment this facility was it could be done very nicely if it was ran by better management.

we had a fantastic Metallica wknd at the Marriott

Clean, beautifully landscaped, decorated nicely. Smoking locations too close to balcony rooms. Smoke permeated our room. The a/c was temperamental if you didn’t keep it at 73 degrees it pumped heat out.

Been here for numerous summers and my kids had a blast every time. This visit wasn't so. Prior our stay I called and asked them if they still sell Floaties for the pool and they said not at the moment, bcus in the past they did and inflated it for us all the time. They suggested to bring our own which we did and i asked her if they would be able to unflate it for us she said yes the technician worker will do so. When we got thwre i sent all the kids to the lobby to get it inflated but they all came back and said they will not do it and he said to bring our own air pump next time with an attitude. So i go there and talk to 4 other workers and they called the technician and he did pump it for us. The man that did disrespect my kids went there all pissed off with an attitude white male they said he was their boss he was the head of the technicians so whoever or what the hell ever his position is he knows who he is. Grey hair short stocky dude. Anyways after all that we felt like we dont belong in this place anymore after all those years that we dedicated our selfs to this specific Marriott location in Burlingame Ca. My advice ti a handfull of these staff members is to be more humble , and remember our money what we pay for these rooms is a part of your paychecks so understand that the customer is always right. Deal with it. One good families trust is gone with you guys.

Was a good room but not spectacular. The M club service is not great so wouldnt even bother. Snacks are just some chips. Breakfast isnt served in the lounge but you have to stand in line at restaurant. They cancelled evening food servicd without notifying us. Disappointing and not worth the money.

My family stayed for a Niner game and while it was convenient to walk to the game you still have to pay to park there. Our room was old, loud, and not the cleanest. For the price of this place I would expect better. Or you need to be a member to get the better prices and rooms.

Arrived here for a 49ers game. It was about a 20 minute walk from the stadium, easy parking, clean hotel, friendly service. We stayed with our 2 kids and enjoyed our stay. Good sized rooms.

Upon return, I told the front desk that we received the wrong room and that we had just left our belongings in the room. I was told because I checked in early I had given up access to the tower room. I told her I was not aware of any such agreement and they told me I should’ve been told that upon check-in (which I wasn’t). Especially because the room we received was an abysmal motel-like room. She called the supervisor, who rolled her eyes at me and told me that once we check in, we forgo any access to the original room we reserved. However, she would make a special allowance this one time. So we did end up getting the tower room which was a clean, mid grade room for $400 but at least it was a step up from what we originally had. In addition, you have to park your car yourself. Originally, we were in building C and had to follow a map around to find the room. The map was a bit confusing so I asked the guys directing cars out front, where building C was and both of them shrugged and said they did not know. Needless to say, we won’t be back.

Doors are pretty thin and can hear everything in the hallway

Staff was amazing! We got to check in early as we were here for the 49er game and we were able to rest before. And after the game we went to the restaurant which we got seated quickly. It was very busy with people but the staff was great. Suggestion on game days maybe get some food trucks out in the parking lot to help. The staff was so busy.

The property and rooms need immediate upgrades. Such as exterior work, carpet in room, removing noisy heating/ac system, delapitated caulking around shower, sliding door is super old abd hard to open and close, etc.

An old hotel that has had a pretty good renovation. Great location.

The water pressure was low, no bathrobe, can hear the next door using bathroom, air conditioner was unbelievably loud, bathroom counter did not look wiped (residual toothpaste existed), overpriced parking for self park, and no room service for breakfast.

Really liked this hotel. Very accommodating. Clean, friendly.

Room was dirty and reported to front desk. They indicated that they would remove the $40 parking charge and compensate me further once the management reviewed our concerns with the condition of the room. There was coffee spilled on the night stand and a used water bottle thrown under the bed, which both were obviously missed by housekeeping. They gave me a revised bill and the charge on my credit card bill was more than the original invoice before the parking charge was supposedly removed. I am waiting for them to respond to my email regarding compensation and the overcharge on my credit card. I would never stay here again and pay over $800 for one night. This isn’t the Four Seasons and I certainly wouldn’t even have paid $800 for one nights there. I guess they like to charge more money because of The Rolling Stones concert at Levi Stadium.

Excellent: room was in great condition. Very clean and well cared hotel.

An ordinary hotel. Clean. Basic. Too expensive ($650 nite + fees/taxes) simply b/c proximity to Levi stadium, great America. Bed not very comfortable. Breakfast not included, no mini bar, self-parking. It’s fine, but not worth the price.

Marriott is so large we had to walk pretty from from where we parked.

We had a wonderful time at the Marriott. The bed and pillows were fabulous. We had drinks at the bar and the service was fantastic. The hotel was sold out for The Rolling Stones concert and still the service was superb everywhere in the hotel.

Love the atmosphere.

Front desk check in was a great experience. Room was clean and the staff all around was one of the best I’ve had in a while.

Paid for my wife and daughter to go down for a coupled days to use the pool and relax but everyone was complaining about how cold the pool was so that was a bit disappointing. I told my wife to ask at the desk if they could work a deal out for another night. The staff wasn’t i

Nice

The main issue we had was the air conditioning. When it was on it sounded like an alarm going off, it was so bad we had to turn it off so we could sleep.

It was a great day. The beds were so comfortable. Everything was great.

Walking distance to Levi Stadium

There for an event and staff was amazing under the larger crowd circumstances.

Food and beverage staff needed more support. Hard on the staff to successfully manage the demand on event weekend. All were great, polite, and helpful...and scarce. Maybe hire a bar back to two to start.

Super clean and phenomenal customer service.

It would be helpful if there were clear signs stating where you could park when you check in. All parking was gated and only accessible once you checked in and what normally would say “park here to check in” said “no parking, loading and unloading only

We were refused the room. Told us that you cancelled our reservation. It was horrible. After driving 5 hours, tired and exhausted to hear that you cancelled our reservation. It was a prepaid reservation. It was horrible. I want a complete refund. I will never book any hotel through you again. I will tell my friends about our horrible experience with Hotel.com. We had a buy a hotel room as a walk in customer. You are “HORRIBLE, HORRIBLE, HORRIBLE”. To rub salt to the wound, the walk-in rate turned out to be way cheaper than your discounted rate. What’s up that? Eagerly waiting for my complete refund.

Place was decent and great choice for business travel. Can’t complain!
