When we arrived, granted it was before 3:00, we had to wait around 15 minutes for the front desk help to unlock the office door so we could check in.

Pro: Clean room, friendly staff and free car parking. Stayed 3 nights and many good Indian restaurants around this area. Thank you.

The breakfast is not what they make it out to be. A lot of repairs need to be made, but like most of these hotels run by the same group, nothing gets fixed unless someone else does it and they don't want to spend the money or lift a finger. For what you get the price should be lower, but I have a feeling they are price fixing amongst themselves which is illegal. I wish someone would look into that. Most of the electrical outlets would not pass an inspection by city inspectors. Maybe I will give them a call and see if they will do their jobs and get them to replace the outlets before someone gets hurt or worse. The one female seemed rather rude, but the guys seemed okay.

Left with a bunch of bite marks all over my body seriously concerning for bedbugs! Absolutely unacceptable and serious health hazard! Not to mention the blood stained lampshade and sheets.

This property gets the job done in a clean, quiet manner. The front desk staff is professional and friendly. The rooms are older but are well maintained, bug free, and cared for. The breakfast is grab and go back to your room and has basic prepackaged food items that take the edge off.

DO NOT STAY HERE!!!!! I book this hotel due to its good rating online however we booked for 3 days and only ened up staying 1 due to COCKROACHES!!!! My friend and I on our second night had a cockroach crawl on us in our bed. When we told the office all they did was take our sheets off and spray the carpet around the bed only with Raid which made the room hard to breath in. They then brough new sheets and did not even bother to put them on the bed. After all that they wanted us to put our own bed back together. After that we found a second roach so we left. We then slept in my car for the night in a safer location than this hotel. We then went back the next morning to try to get a refund for only the night we had to leave due to their incompetence and the next night which we obviously were not going to stay there.I was fine paying for the first night as we did use it. All they were able to say was that the manager was out of town and to write my number down and he will call me later as they can not do anything for me. Needless to say they never called and I never got my money back for staying at the worst hotel I have ever been to.

Everything was good except our fire alarm kept going off at 6am.

Room had red and yellow stained sheets. Red stains on the lampshade. I’m not sure if it’s blood or urine but one can only assume in this case. Very unsatisfied

If you are looking for a clean and well kept place to crash for a night or two, this was a good value. Not “nice” by any means, but you can sleep and get going on on your way without any worries.

The breakfast starts at 5 am so that is a plus, but it consists of frozen breakfast sandwiches among other common items. Problem is it is in the lobby with nowhere to sit, so you must bring it back to your room. There is also a lack of plugs to plug your electronic devices into. There is one small ice machine for the whole property and it is usually out of ice. The air conditioner/ heating unit did not work very well as it was old and needs replacing.

My room was clean. The pool is nasty. The breakfast they offered was OK but the coffee was horrible. Good deal on the price and location was good. I would recommend, but don’t expect a clean pool.

The property was pretty clean and in a nice neighborhood. Jay helped me check in without any issues. Room had a good AC and decent wifi. Would recommend.

The property is old and run down and noisy. I pretty could not sleep the first night and we had to change to another hotel. In the process of charge, the staff was not helpful at all.

The front desk attendant was doing the best he could. The room smelled like urine, it smelled very bad. I asked for a room change but per attendant, no available rooms. Instead they had a deodorizer spray on hand to cover the smell, which it couldn’t.

My husband and I stayed for 1 night and were pleasantly surprised. The room was clean and had all of the amenities that we needed. We were able to park near the room and the location of the hotel was close to a lot of great businesses. We will definitely come back to this hotel in the future and highly recommend.

Upon Arriving front desk employee was being rude because I didn’t have a physical ID made us feel uncomfortable when my boyfriend told him he didn’t have to treat us that way. During checkout we fell asleep and work up at 11. The house cleaning knocked I asked her for 5 minutes while we gather our belonging. A couple minutes another employee came. Not sure who she was because she was in sweats that looked like PJS and asked we leave. I told her we overslept and were gathering out belongings but we were trying to figure why we woke up with rather all over our body. She stood there and just watched us. When we went to the lobby we were waiting for our ride and she told us we had to wait outside. Overall it was a very uncomfortable experience

Although the rooms seem to have been renovated, there are a few things that need attention. The shower head could have been replace as it looked like the original from when the hotel first opened. There was also a lack of receptacle outlets for plugging in chargers. The lamps looked dated and only had switches, no outlets or USB ports. They did not even have enough to plug the refrigerator, microwave, and coffeemaker in at the same time. They also had only one ice machine, and it was broken. It looks like there was another at one time on the second floor, but they removed it. The bed was comfortable, but the pillows were more like throw pillows than sleeping pillows. The continental breakfast was not too bad, and on the plus side, it starts at 5am. I would probably stay again if the cost was low enough.

The room smelled like someone lighted a Cigarette, a person trying to start problems with us when we checked in, and charging stations were very loose and chargers couldnt stay still .

Parking ok though to get from parking to the room you had to pass through rocks which is a little bit of a problem for someone who has a bad knee. I would of liked if it was just concrete, flat and smooth. Staff are friendly and room was clean.

I was screamed at and harassed by the front desk employee. The night I checked in he told me and my partner that if we book a second night we will get a discount. Later in the evening I went to the lobby to book a second night at the discounted price as the worker had told me and my partner. He told me that I will get a discount from the website that I booked through. The next morning I checked Expedia the site I booked through and I didn’t see a discounted night. I didn’t give up however, I called Expedia and did the online chat to see what the front desk employee was talking about getting a second night at a discount. Expedia said they don’t offer discounts for a second night. So the next morning my partner and I went to the front desk and it was a different employee; we informed him about how the other employee told us about the discount and our experience with the Expedia customer service. He called the worker in and he called us liars screamed at a young woman and told me and my partner he never said anything about a discount. After the way he treated us we asked for him to pull the security footage to prove he said something about a discount for a second night. We ended up giving up and removing ourselves from the hostile situation. However, the worker was not done yelling at us he said to his coworker not to let us book another night and then followed us outside to continue yelling. I had started recording when he was screaming and he didn’t notice until we exited

Property is quiet and close to many restaurants. The room is decent and they provide light breakfast such as instant noodle, breakfast sandwich, instant oatmeal. The room looks old, but clean and they provide full amenities such as coffee maker, refrigerator and microwave. They have laundry service on site too. For the price, I would stay here again for my next business trip.

This place was truly awesome. On the cheaper side but next to EVERYTHING you could need. Food, bars, convenience stores, bus stops, freeways. Great place

The TV was stuck on one ministry channel, the tub lock to take a shower was broken, barely any water came out of the shower head. The furniture is old and beat up/broken. It is like they picked up the furniture from the roadside with a free sign. The bed was ok, it wasn't as clean as it should be, it was very noisy and no one was at the front desk to direct me to the supposed breakfast they offer. Over all a terrible place and for $115.00 a night it should be better. I don't recommend this place at all. Motel 6 or Super 8 is better than this place.

There were two serious problems with this property. The first was that the air conditioning and the heating was attached to the corner of the ceiling, so you would need a ladder to reach it. The manager tells me it's a manual system. But the worst thing about it was was that the parking lot was lit up with extremely bright lighting that went right through the shutters. Unfortunately, the shutters did not block the light from coming in the room. The manager came in, and put a blanket over half of the window. The room was still lit up and I wasn't able to sleep. The Manager said every room has parking lot lights going through the room, so it wouldn't help to switch.

The first night I was going to bed, I smelled something unpleasant, like a mix of sweat and body odor. First I thought it's the bed sheet. After I roll up part of the sheet, I can still smell it. It's from the matress. AC remote doesn't work. Bugs can fly into the bathroom. I don't recommend anyone to stay here if you have other options.

The room smelled like a bathroom but it the smell wasn’t coming from the bathroom. The smell seemed to com from the wall or under the bed.

The sign is for a different hotel. 'Newly remodeled' but the office chair was older than I was, the walls are cracked, the shower doesn't drain, the sink won't turn off, the toilet won't stop running, the shower head is almost broken, and the outlets are so loose 1/10 actually worked. I was woken up by yelling and banging every night.

It was good value for the money paid. Just that the furniture is too old. Feels like lot of dust in the room (not sure if carpet was properly vacuum cleaned. AC doesn't have remote (had to stand on a chair to turn it on/off).

The condition of the chair was questionable but the bed and bathroom was clean. No complaints other than a few bugs.

I'll give it a second star for decent water pressure and a nice firm mattress. But the wifi was near-useless, the AC smelled like pee, and there was no housekeeping the entire week I was there. It was also the only place among ten or so hotels and motels where I stayed on my trip that required a deposit.

Check-in was easy but the staff wasn’t very welcoming or friendly. The room was modern but there was hair on the pillowcases. Breakfast is something listed on the website as an amenity but it was only instant oatmeal packets, coffee, and yogurt. Not what we were used to for hotel breakfasts.

I have trouble to connect to internet, and the reason provided was to many connection! So I have to check out early to access to internet and do my job. Also, very limited breakfast option and no table to eat at. Not fan of quality of coffee.

They accommodate us from one room to another, leak in bathroom from ceiling but unhappy with not having our room cleaned even though we alerted the front desk in person.

ironing board was unusable and I didn't sleep well bc the linens didn't smell fresh. trash was knocked over just outside my room #105 and the crows were there eating it. the air conditioning unit is noisy.

The pool was dirty! The walls were dirty! Water pressure sucked! Towels stained sheets too !

Toilet was the type that had two buttons at the top to flush. Neither one worked, no matter how long I held the buttons down. Also, the remote for the A/C let me turn the unit on and off but didn't change the temp, so I had to stand on a chair to set the temperature.

Was a party going on all night next to our room, staff never did anything. Next night babies crying literally while people were having loud seggs, again manager did nothing. Both nights this went well on after 2am. Room was gross, floors were sticky and parking lot was sketchy. Never again.

Front desk and cleaning crew are wonderful. Rooms are excellent. This is the best budget hotel I have been to in California.

The outside appearance left something to be desired. Bed was comfortable bathroom. Small carpet was dirty.

Bathroom was drity was hair in tube. There was stuff on the wall. The bed sheets had stains on them.

Rodeway was fine. Nothing outstanding, nothing terrible. For me & my grandkids it was great. It's close to many attractions and the outdoor parking is terrific. The best part was having 3 queen size beds in one nice big room. For some reason the floor at one end of the room is heated. The kids loved it, but it was so hot outside, it was strange!! We had a good stay.

Not bad overall.. Except the bathtub wouldn't fill up as drain stopper didn't work . Small cockroaches would come out from underneath fridge each time I opened it in an attempt to get inside. Some sort of work or larvae were all over the floor in the morning.. When I attempted to call front desk they hung up on me when I told them about these 2 issues and that it delayed my morning and I was going to be late checking out. Guy was more concerned with me leaving at 11am on time. I demanded not to be charged for late checkout . I received my damage deposit back in full.

If you have any self respect don’t stay here. This property is very run down. The owner is obviously extremely cheap and does not invest back into this property. It’s pretty bad when you don’t want to take your shoes off in your room because the carpet is so disgusting. In the morning I went to the lobby for their “breakfast”. The coffee was at least two days old and the food was also old. The worst part for me was when I checked in. The take a $100 deposit that they tell you they will hold for ten days after you stay. I can actually keep going but I won’t.

The location was easy to get to and from Levi stadium and the staff was very kind. Unfortunately, the room just felt dirty. The floors had crumbs throughout the room, eyelashes stuck to the floor, and the bed sheets still had hair in them when I pulled the blankets back. The bathrooms smell musky and I didn’t even use a wash cloth because of how yellow it was. Overall, the hotel was convenient and cheap, which made it tolerable for somewhere to sleep and shower.

You get what you pay for. I called this property before booking. Mentioned to the staff that I need a late checkout and asked how much it would be. The staff member mentioned they can accommodate my request free. I had to work so that is why. I appreciated that and booked the room. Called

The property is extremely walkable for food spots. The hotel is behind a Indian cuisine diner so I hope you enjoy delicious Indian food aroma filling your room.

Other than the really bad A/C and bad wifi, it was not bad for the price. But the bad A/C was a kind of a big problem because it got really hot in the room in the afternoon and evening. Other than that, it was fine overall.

Upon my check in to the EReal / Rodeway Inn, I was offered the option of putting a cash deposit or credit card for incidentals so I gave the night audit manager $100 cash and he said I would get it returned upon checkout. Until now I have not received my deposit or a phone call as of when I would get it back. When calling the staff is unaware and I have been trying to get this matter handled. Stayed for a concert. The room was extremely dirty. Bed sheets were stained (did not notice this until we had stripped the bed), the bathroom smelled like old urine, and walls were dirty. Would not recommend staying here.

Old rooms

My husband and I were traveling to Santa Clara after a concert and take a mini vacation. A gentlemen named DP was working and checked us in. DP went to above and beyond to make sure we were taken care of during our stay! Including making sure the room we received was perfect, and making sure we got any and all amenities we needed. I'd definitely stay here again and highly suggest it to anyone! Great prices for a nights stay and even better customer service! And thank you again for being so awesome and taking care of us DP!

Two days we were there, there was no hot water for the shower, and the toilet seat is broken, also sheets were not changed since we saw stains, and the blanket was barely a blanket. It was always so noisy too.

Our room was clean with everything in working order (including the AC unit which we appreciated!). No real complaints. It's definitely a budget hotel but for the price we would stay here again!

Pretty good hotel. It's pretty clean inside but it's socks being found behind the TV credenza. Lol. Bathroom is clean. Beds are pretty convenient. It's a bit unusual to see the kiosk instead of someone live at check in.

The room had a damp, musty smell, and the AC blew air that smelled dirty — the filter clearly hadn’t been cleaned. There was no hot water at first; I had to call the front desk and wait 10–15 minutes before it was turned on. The carpet felt grimy, and I didn’t feel comfortable using the hotel’s bedding. During my stay, housekeeping never came despite me leaving the "maid needed" sign on the door. When I called to request fresh towels, I was told to come pick them up myself. Every interaction with the front desk was met with a rude, annoyed attitude. Later in the trip, I reserved an extra room for my parents — and once again, faced the same rude customer service. Based on this experience, I would not stay here again and cannot recommend this hotel.

Well I will tell you this much I will never say at that hotel again I found that the staff or management were very rude and the mage were very terrible and it has gone downhill since I've stayed there before I ended up leaving the hotel because it accused me of smoking in the room and I was not smoking and then you're trying to have a police on me so I asked for a refund and I got out terrible stay

Says remodeled. The frig and microwave was unplugged, and the frig door barely opened. The room make me fell it was not clean and was difficult to feel comfortable. The staff was terse and unfriendly. The complementary coffee was terrible; might as well not offer.

Rooms very dirty, we needed up leaving and not spending the night. Room looked like it had not been cleaned in months. Might have some bug as we leafy very itchy and he only spend 20min in the room.

I was given a room went to unlock the room I was attacked by a person inside the room and said that was his room. Got really scared because it seemed like they were doing something that we’re not supposed to be doing in there. Bad experience I would never stay there.

The bedding was very clean but the blanket I had was thin. The heater/ air conditioner didn’t work for the entire room but was ok on one side of the bed. There is shampoo and conditioner in the bathtub/shower and a small wrapped soap bar at the sink.

Cute place but they charge a $100 security deposit, no issue with that but usually when you book it discloses that upon booking. Rooms are clean. Only poor stars because upon coming in the person at the front desk was rude and on the phone with someone the whole time (friend or family?) and kind of had an attitude and looked at me weirdly.
