I like the costumer service and the cleaning

Clean and quiet. They have an access-controlled breakfast hall that only guests with room keys can enter. Much better than a few other motels within a few blocks along El Camino Real.

Room had a microwave and mini refrigerator. Comfortable bed and chair in sitting areas. Room wasn’t cleaned at all throughout my stay, but CLEANING STAFF signed off as if they’d cleaned our room. My spouse took out the trash daily and went to the office to request clean towels and toilet paper. Parking spaces were too small. Television hardly had reception/access to many basic shows/channels. Breakfast was lacking in variety and amount. Overall, my stay was DISAPPOINTING!!!!

Bathroom door was a sliding barn door that didn’t give much privacy. Condition of facilities below par, but for one night’s stay it was adequate since the Super Bowl was happening at Levi Stadium.

Very clean and roomy. The shower was only a hand held and the hole were plugged or sim i block do to hard water, it was on a sliding holder and would slid down on its own. The TV was very small and was on the wall and not very secure.

Two rooms in one worked well No parking plus you have to pay for a parking spot. Very loud due to many vehicles going and coming all hours. Staff was very friendly.

You also should not be charging for parking either since it’s not in any of the description on the website. Leaving it up to the front desk to tell people about the parking charge is cowardly.

The hot breakfast is typical for this type of hotels. We liked the two-king suite with separate rooms. It is a bit noisy if staying on the first floor.

Limited parking. Hotel Tacked on extra charge per night. Spots in the lot were narrow with many of the other guests going over the lines making the available spaces that much more limited. Breakfast was late to open. Rooms were poor. No screen on bathroom window, drapes were tattered, smelled like musty paint, sink drain was plugged. Guest constantly smoking near rooms in stairwells. Paper thin walls.

The room smelt when I checked in. I was able to change the room for a second floor room which was much bettter. The bathroom was very cold, not well insulated windows. Overall the room was clean and the bed comfortable.

Toilet flooded, staff was not helpful with getting towels or plunger. I had to clean up the mess myself. I didn’t expect them to clean it but at least to bring the towels and plunger to the room. I had to go get them from the front. Woke up this morning and there was a roach on the desk.

This is an old outdated motel that was partially upgraded, small tv, old plumbings, creaky bed, creaky floor, etc.

Property was trashy not in an area that felt safe. All the amenities were cheap. Room was not very clean. The bathroom hadn’t been cleaned well. Towels were dingy and not enough for two people. Sink drained slow. The hot and cold shower handles were installed wrong. Would not stay there again

To add to all that we had to park one car on a busy street

Check-in was a nightmare. We were affronted by a woman who had been evicted. She was upset and venting loudly about her situation. The check-in person took her time checking us in. She finally gave us our key cards. After getting to our room we realized she put the woman in the room next to us. The woman continued to loudly vent her concerns to friends who came to see her. She was so disruptive and went on until 9:30 p.m. It was a nightmare. The breakfast was not great. I would not recommend this inn to anyone.

Its a small facility, yes under extensive construction, and very noisy. Walls are very thin. Horrible weak parenting experience from upstairs. Non stop running and no phone in room to call front desk. For my roommate smoking accommodation, area in front of building was designated. Atleast 10 old mattresses, sheetrock and several different piles of boards on floor area blocking ashtrays. An accident waiting to happen. When i asked about that at checkin, Miss Rude! Just pointed out to area without saying a word. The owner based on other reviews I've read, really doesn't care about her behavior. (She needs to realize its not that big a deal as a job. Minimum pay at best! Not a 5 star!!!) She is still there. Worst checkin experience Ive ever had, and I travel quite abit. Dirty carpets, bathroom ceiling ready to collapse, no locked bathroom window, faucets loose. No closet. Nobs on wall with hangers on them. Never again!

Bug Silver fish in shower or roach, toilet would not flush sink would not drain, AC ran but room was not cold. Staff was friendly area was easy to fine, just slept overnight.

The bed was SUPER uncomfortable. I woke up the next day and my back was very sore.

I had cockroaches in my bathroom and little flies in the shower. They are under construction as well and taking up parking space . Next door had a dog barking so knowing there’s a dog in the room as well is already telling me it’s not clean.

The floor is dirty, the curtains are dirty, bed skirts are disgusting. I had to go out and get cleaning supplies and cleaned the room myself. I do not recommend this place.

The staff is professional, friendly, and respectful-they are the best part of this place. However the rooms are worn, there were cockroaches that came out of the cracks along the toilet/floor and a smell from the drain. The walls are stained and need a fresh coat of paint. There are also stains all over the carpeted floor. The bed sheets were mostly clean(except first day there was a stain on the down comforter ) and the bed was comfortable. The area is relatively safe, however you do need a vehicle to move about as there is not many useful places for travelers within walking radius.

The place was terrible, wallpaper peeling off in multiple places, terrible cover ups, the bathroom door had been kicked in broken and mismatched floor tile, a hole in the floor was covered up by the carpet. The beds were basically just box springs. The bathtub didn’t drain properly, and the walls were rotted by the bathtub.

They run your credit card as if you purchased a room ? If someone needs a deposit I’m fine with that ? But, only pre authorize my credit card ? When you run it it takes 5 -7 days to return to me ? That is not appropriate . It’s a deposit not a purchase !

This is the worst property I have ever stayed. The room is not clean, carpet smell and the bath tub doesn’t drain properly. Can hear the sounds of people walking and talking all night.

Room was passable except that hotel was doing rennovation and was doing epoxy floor treatments in the room next door with a vent off-gassing toxic fumes into my room. I went out to see what was happening and someone walked out in a full hazmat suit with double filtered respirator. I had to fight with the front desk to get them to finally move my room. no comp, no additional consideration, nothing. Would not stay here again-- unacceptable management and complete disregard for patrons

This is a cheap OLD - 2 level motel motor inn with the outside entry doors that was just painted white with black trim. You can hear every little thing in this building because of it's age. We were on the first level and someone was constantly banging for about 90 minutes or so at about 9pm. Called the front desk and they obviously did nothing because it kept going on. Bathroom was original tub type, shower was OK but low volume and mounted low. Bathroom door did not close and latch properly so it stayed part open all the time. TV was tiny for this size of room. Bed was OK. Front door security bolt would not lock. One nightstand light was out. Breakfast was poor. I tried a waffle and the taste was bad so threw it out. No bananas. Some old apples. No pastries. White bread only and some muffins. The cereals looked bad. Egg whites were good. Sausage and tater tots were also offered. Coffee was fine. This place needs to be leveled and replaced as this is NOT a QUALITY inn by any means. Amazingly it was full with cars the next morning when we left but I will not be returning.

I have rented previously. In which each day they take a deposit by running my card , it should be pre auth and release back to me when I check out .and they inspect the room ? When they run my card it takes them 5 days to return funds ? Also , if there is an existing transaction . They want to charge an additional deposit . I was previously a motel manager and they don’t need to do that ? Also , not blame it on 3rd party billing . By the way .. week end clerks are disrespectful treat like a transient ? I offered to extend my visit , but they only concerned about running deposits daily , not returning deposits .

Check was easy and the lady at the front desk was sweet and kind and was very friendly. Room was clean and beds were very comfortable .

Wonderful relaxing stay and experience

Half of the property is being remodeled. Unfortunately we were in the building that hadn't been. The bathroom had cracks in the walls with mold growing. As long as the bathroom door was shut the smell didn't bother us. The bed seemed brand new and was very comfortable.

The stay was very nice & the hotel is in a good area as well that have a full breakfast with coffee ,orange juice,waffles,cold cereal,eggs & sausage, yogurt.

This is a good place to stay for early appointments near Great America. The rooms look nice with carpet and comfortable chairs. I had double beds in my room, which are welcome if they don’t cost extra. I was unable to operate the television, but fortunately I brought my DVD player. There is enough space to exercise and couples would enjoy staying in these rooms. Late check-in a necessity and allowed here.

Hotel Bathroom has mold, air conditioner from the room is practically falling out from the wall 😩I asked not to clean my room during my study but I said I would like to get clean towels every day. never got the towels had to got them myself from the office.

Each time I've stayed at this motel, it's been a good experience. Have made contact with several of the staff here. Everyone has a smile and conveys a genuine concern in ensuring everything is satisfactory for guests. Check-in goes smoothly and professionally. The complimentary breakfast is a nice amenity. The buffet is a good (not a typical "continental breakfast which is like coffee and a pastry or some cheap roll) and is more something you'd expect from a more expensive hotel. Beds are quite comfortable, and the towels are really nice. Not the crummy cheap ones you find in the vast majority of motels in this price range. When I travel back to this area, I will book Quality Inn again. I am glad I discovered a good and affordable place to stay. In this case, the name "Quality Inn" really matches the experience. Shower leaked loudly the entire time, red spatter on the wall-quite disconcerting. Carpet was not thoroughly vacuumed prior to my stay. Outside of building not very welcoming. Bed was clean and comfy though.

In the room next door, people were fighting all night long. It was loud and difficult to sleep. I was woken to doors slamming and people yelling from 1am-4am.

Had an issue with room 236, mold smell which affected my asthma. They immediately changed us to a different room, which was in better shape. Had some maintenance issues that were addressed immediately. Very friendly staff, big rooms. The hotel needs some upgrades which we would hope to see when we stay there again in several months. Very convenient location.

I wasn’t happy with the stay because the room had an odor the pictures on the site was totally different the bathroom had this weird window type looking down into the shower it made it creepy so we ended up leaving that same night so I wasted money for nothing

The property is run down and dirty. Did not feel safe at all. Most guests seemed shady. Although the girl at the front desk was very nice . That was the only good thing about this place.

Room was dirty, tv did not work and not on a stand just laying up against the wall on a desk. Power bar for electricity used to plug in microwave and fridge really close to sink, felt like a hazard. Bathroom had a window without a screen. Hotel felt not safe like you had a chance to be robbed. Clerk said breakfast is in the basement upon checkin. We checked out and left after 2 hours.

The shower knobs are all in the wrong places, the hot water knob was leaking more water out then coming out of the shower. The lights would flicker when the maid next door used the vacuum. Lost power. Walls are so thin you hear everything.

It’s a dated hotel for sure but it was affordable and safe and was good for what I needed it for, a short trip. Staff was friendly and helpful. The room was clean, but very old. No ones fault. You get what you pay for but I was pleasantly surprised.

I liked it being close enough to Oakland and the Santa Clara University campus. I didn't like that the TV was Netflix and Antenna. That meant I couldn't get the sports channels. It was mostly news and movie channels available to watch. So, I did a lot of reading. The bed was satisfactory along with the amenities. The staff were friendly and accommodating. It was a decent hotel. A pleasant location to stay at for a few nights.

Very rundown and outdated. Virtually zero outlets to plug in a phone charger. The one that I did find was halfway coming out of the wall and was extremely old. The bathroom was horrible! Paint peeling, janky door that barely closed, old nasty tub. On a positive note the water was hot and the pressure was amazing! The curtains were half way off their hooks, which made trying to close them almost impossible. Funny enough the bathroom sink counter area was updated, with a fancy bowl sink. Don’t dare look up at the ceiling though, broken or very poorly patched tiles, done with water damage, some with tape. Absolutely ridiculous to be charging what they did for such a sad room. The pictures must be from another room in the motel, IF even in there at all! The breakfast was decent. The eggs were very salty one day and the orange juice was fermented. They hardly stock any food, muffins and yogurts, might be because they have people living there that come and raid the breakfast area and take large amounts of food back to their room. The attendant in the dining area was rather rude and had her earphones in the whole time, possibly even on a long personal phone call. She was not very attentive and a lot of stuff had run out. Diners beware, it looked like she left the milk out of the refrigerator I watched her take it from the counter in her back room to fill up the milk carafe. The waffle machine was a huge plus! Spend a little more money & stay somewhere nicer. Sketchy people all over.
