Location was perfect. Staff incredibly helpful and nice!!! Sad that it’s rare these days but they were truly amazing. Carlos was our favorite waitor!! Exceptional human being . Just disappointed in the bathrooms. Subpar as to compared to the rest of the hotel. Pool deck and amenities were great!! We’ll definitely be back!

The door is too loud when it shuts. When the door is shut, it is too loud to wake up the whole neighbors.

The administrative charged added to the bill when dining at the hotel. The beds are way too small in a double room and the bathroom is way too small

The food prices are way to high

Very clean and many places to eat without having to leave the hotel.

The main reason I stay is for the comfort sleep of the mattress. ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

The night front desk manager that was there during our stay needs a raise. He made our stay feel like we been staying at this hotel for a month. Very good hospitality. Hotel was great. A vending machine for late night munchies would be good.

Fantastic!! Five minute walk to Levi Stadium. Clean with friendly staff. Couldn’t ask for more. Except maybe for parking to be included and not an additional fee.

The room was very nice, and the location is insane!! If you are going for a 49ers game this location cannot be beat! Breakfast wise it is not included and is very expensive at the hotel even if you just shop at the little cafe. Also it can be very noisy after games but that is to be expected. Just something to note if you are booking on a Sunday and need to get to sleep early

Perfect for the game

Convenient to Levi Stadium, all members of the hotel staff very friendly and serve in an upmost manner. Like having a restaurant in the hotel considering there’s not much seating place nearby.

Granted it was game day but it took an hour to park. My wife had to jump out and run in when hotel parking was blocked. I ended up going around the block (30 mins) again.

The only good thing about the room was the stadium view, besides that its pretty gross. Dirty comforters on the bed, 1 of them had blood stains (we have pictures) old busted up furniture, dirty stained carpet, no vent in bathroom, shower leakes onto bathroom floor, sink drain smells like sewage. We actually left a day early and didn't bother to ask for a refund do to their strict policies on expedia but I would never recommend this place to anyone. They charge resort $ for ghetto, dirty, old smelly rooms. Disgusted.

Great place for a family trip or an event at Levi Stadium. So close we were looking in the stadium from our room. Clean and spacious room. Bar and restaurant had over 500 people at one time and we still got service.

Someone’s alarm was going off in a room near mine for over 3 hours one of the mornings, starting at 5am.

The room was ok. They definitely need to do some updates on the rooms for the amount of money people spend. They tried charging us 85 dollars for breakfast when it was included with the stay.

Convenient to Levi Stadium, Room could use renovation considering room price.

Check in and out process was seamless and easy. I was attending a 49ers game and the walk to the stadium was perfect. I also had a room facing Levi’s Stadium, so my trip was extra special.

Reserved a balcony room, but was downgraded at check in because they had sold it to sold it to someone else.

The room was spotless clean and very comfortable and quiet.. the staff was super helpful and pleasant. The restaurant and bar had excellent food.

Went for the niner game at Levi’s stadium. With the convenience of the location and parking we will definitely stay here again!

Staff great but really it’s an old hotel. Could use a reno. Disappointing to find the jets in the hot tub not working. Our holiday was only 3 days long so every needs to be in ship shape to enjoy the short vacay.

Everything was great. Stayed here for a 49ers game and it was a few minute walk.

Room service was fast and efficient. The check in staff wasn’t the friendliest and didn’t review any hotel information. Overall, it was okay. Expect all the dishes to range from $25 up. The size of the room was big, that was a plus.

Great stay for the Niners game. The bar area was off the hook and the restaurant was very yummy for breakfast! Snacks at the store after drinking all day came in handy as well. I will stay again!!

The swimming pool and Jacuzzi were amazing! Very clean and relaxing. The food was delicious. French fries were some of the best I've had, along with the cheeseburger. My son really enjoyed his chicken tenders, as well as the fries. Thank you so much! And thank you to the chefs and staff!

Good and clean

I have never stayed at this hyatt but given that is less than ablock from 49ers stadium it is always booked full during football season. This weekend the game was played out of town and there was only a small conference the hotel was relatively empty. Because of that i was upgraded to the highest floor 14th and had an outstanding view. The staff was exceptional and accommodating. The room was clean and comfortable it is a bit worn but shower was hot and bed was comfortable. The only issue was TV signal was weak and reception was spotting at times. I will be back again.

I really like the free room upgrade with the view of Levi stadium, I loved the comfortable and clean bed, extra pillows, and plenty of parking. Also being able to get coffee and having food options. I didn’t like that the room wasn’t thoroughly clean since I found a used open toothpaste on top of what appeared to be clean towels. I loved the security and the quiet zones throughout the hallways.

Great walking distance to the stadium very clean love everything about this hotel. I may stay again in two weeks.

Staff was very friendly, pool was large and kids loved it plus there’s a beautiful area to sit with the family at a fire pit in the evening. If you’re going to Levi’s stadium or great America this is the place to stay! Took us about 7 minutes to walk there. Place was clean but does need some renovation in halls (carpet, paint, etc). I thought beds were too hard but my family said they were great. One thing I wished they had was a separate trash for recyclables. But yes, I would stay again.

During check-in, the front desk clerk took out the regular incidental see that she normally does but when I check my account the following day, there was an extra fee taken out and I'm not sure why. There was nothing that they could do to resolve it and they don't didn't have an answer for me as to why this happened. It was extremely inconvenient for me because it caused my account to overdraw. This is the only complaint that I have of the hotel, otherwise as I stated, the staff is usually very professional and they go the extra mile to make sure that I have everything that I need for my stay.

Love this hotel. Love the location, right next to Levi Stadium & Great America & easy access to the highways. The staff was friendly, the room was nice & we enjoyed the pool with our neice & nephews.

I am more disappointed with the third party who I booked with because of the way they mishandled the communication with Alize. Alize is someone who I only met this past Wednesday and I spoke to her on the phone t I found it hard to believe what I was hearing from the representative in regards to the feedback that Alize presented to him. I would gladly welcome a phone call to express further in detail the information that was relayed me I find it hard to believe that Alize, being a manager would relay such information.

The little magnifying mirror in the bathroom was convenient but it drooped down too low and the light was dim. The bathroom lights themselves were also dim, same with the room so it was as really hard to get ready.

What i didnt like was as a guest i had to pay for parking each night. But not just having to pay for the parking each day, but the cost of the parking. That was way too much for a guest thats already paying a lot to stay there.

While expensive, it was a great location to walk to Levi’s Stadium. The pool area was super fun…food, drinks, and games. We chilled there for hours.
