Front desk was not prompt on request when I requested for a forks, it never came. She told me that she will relay the message to housekeeper. Unfortunately it never came until we check out still no forks. Bad experience.

Very nice hotel, but the pool was being worked on so we weren’t able to swim. I think the coffe in the guest rooms should be Starbucks , considering it’s in the hotel. It would be a nice touch .

When I checked in they didn’t mention why I got a double when I booked a king. I had to ask the next day and they said I had an upgrade although the view was the parking lot. The rooms only provide one option of regular and decaf so I asked for more coffee pods and after 20 minutes I decided to go to the front desk and discover they had complementary coffee that I didn’t know about. Starbucks was closed which was inconvenient. The room walls are very thin. You can hear someone sneeze and the first night the room next to me sounded like they had ten people inside and woke me up at 4:30. Overall the hotel suited my needs but just I expected more.

The hotel is going through some renovations but what I found weird they had strange men walking around on floors that were supposedly done. the other thing is none of the ice machines worked on any floor you had to go down to the bar to get ice the kitchen wasn't open. On the plus side the staff was amazing whatever we needed they took care of totally helpful totally polite it is a beautiful property. excited to see it when it's completely done

Very clean rooms. Lacking toiletries like complimentary razors and toothbrushes in rooms. Nice staff, on site parking is $25 but is convenient. we were on the 8th floor with a great city view, just amazing view. People across the hall were strange and kept knocking or something all hours of the night. Breakfast is a sit down and order type thing- not a grab and go so heed to that. Over-ALL it has its perks but also cons like anywhere else. GREAT LOCATION TO THEME PARK

Parking was convenient, but 25 fee is unnecessary. The pool was being refurbished and that was a big disappointment.

The rooms were decent size but the floors can definitely be cleaner. Maybe it was a busy weekend but the room floors were visibly dirty.

Room was clean, spacious, had a mini fridge but no microwave. I would have loved to stay longer but only had a one day tournament. Staff were friendly and fast with requests. Also walking distance and just across the Santa Clara Convention Center.

We've spent almost a week at Hilton Santa Clara, it was a delightful experience. The staff were very polite and helpful. The location is awesome, you can reach almost anything in the neighbouring area with ease... the tram line to SJ (station is about 2 mins of walk from the hotel) was especially good for dining out. The bathroom lights were always on, which was a bit of a nuisance during my stay. The bathroom and the shower door are both sliding variations, which are fancy, however neither steam nor waterproof. Given the amount of towels supplied, it was no issue however.

Great go to for location right next to stadium and convention center. Recently renovated modern and clean. Friendly staff rooms are nicely updated with large TV and comfy beds. They also allow dogs which is awesome.

Excellent service and the refurbished rooms are stunning however, the hotel is under construction at the moment and so the pool and restaurant space that is normally used are not available, but they are serving food in the lobby, which works quite well and the food was excellent

Mary Jane (Overnight Front Desk Agent) was OUTSTANDING. She was polite, friendly, courteous, professional and she made sure I was welcomed upon arrival during the excellent check in process. I stayed in Room 721 (on January 10th) for 1 night and my hotel stay in the well furnished room with stunning views was absolutely amazing. The swimming pool and fitness center are very clean and very well maintained. I look forward to staying at this hotel again in the near future during my next visit to Santa Clara.

Comfortable bed, tasty food in the restaurant, and friendly staff. Would have been nice if when we entered and were approved to drive into the hotel parking lot, to know that it was okay to park in the red zones. Has to call hotel and ask what to do as all spots were taken.

No formal bar No convenience store No room service The limited restaurant…food was great…staff was stellar. Facility under construction…I assume to get prepared for the Super Bowl.

We stayed here during renovations and our room was not updated. Had I known this, I would have booked elsewhere. The location is great for Levi’s, but I would have liked to have stayed somewhere more updated had I known.

We came for the 49ers game. Prime location,we've stayed here before for another game. The rooms are clean, nicely remodeled and spacious for my family of four. It is lacking drawer space and electrical outlets. The beds were double. Not the best size but it worked. The pillows definitely need to be upgraded. They are too flat and too soft. I woke up with pain in my neck.

Since at this time the whole building appears to be under construction items should be offered like free sandwiches or free snacks in the room something like that. Especially during the holidays. What really irked me was the fact that there was no mention Union about this on any of the rental sites. This should be disclosed in the most obvious way I looked at my reservations it made no mention of this big reconstruction job. You owe it to your customers.

Just renovated (end of 2025). Rooms modern, clean and no smell. Breakfast fine, not much choice but tasty, good quality. Good location but check ahead to Levi stadium events - some traffic restrictions when that happens, harder to get in and out of this area. I could use 1-2 more power outlets near the desk.

Great hotel! We were there to go watch the 49ers game. Love that it is walking distance. The pre-game and after party was fun!

When I booked a with trivago, it did not tell me that there was no breakfast.There was no lobby. The mediocre breakfast sandwiches were too expensive. We heard knocking and noises all night. We asked housekeeping to clean our room when we left for San Francisco and when we came back to the hotel for the evening our beds were not made. Trash was not emptied. I had to do it myself.

The renovated room we had was beautiful but it needs another mirror. There is only the mirror in the bathroom and ladies like to have a dressing mirror.

Reserved a “deluxe room 2 double beds. Room received is a single Double bed room. Staff has been responsive , polite, professional , and accomadating how ever we have a double bed and 1 rollaway bed. Not what I paid for or reserved .

The room was very clean and the staff was very courteous and helpful. The construction noise during work hours was substantial. Someone was working right next-door to me with power tools.

Water was dripping from the bathtub faucet throughout the night, and the sound kept bothering me.

There was blood on the toilet seat, which was really unpleasant to see. The service was very good — they came to clean it right away — but it still felt really unhygienic.

The property was under renovation and there was no breakfast buffet. The property is outdated but luckily we were offered one of the renovated rooms and they waived the parking. It would be good if this was pointed out during the reservation as we were celebrating our 22 year anniversary.

Excellent place to stay, only rated condition and facilities a 4 since it was under construction, however hotel was very forthcoming for that with the stay and booking.

The room itself is very outdated, with old carpet and furniture. The bathtub was dirty, and when we turned on the water, black debris came out. Construction noise starts at 9 a.m., directly above our room. Overall, this was by far the most terrible experience we’ve had.

Although being remodeled, everything was very clean and professional looking. The room, presumably already remodeled, was beautiful and very comfortable. The only thing missing was a full length mirror. I was also surprised by being provided a steamer instead of an iron and struggled to figure out how to use it and get the same quality results, so a dress shirt that was the most important item for the week did not look as good as I'd hoped. Restaurant staff was minimal causing a slow response at the restaurant for seating.

Loved the location!

The staff was pleasant and helpful. The hotel was buzzing with a palatable positive 49er vibe. All the groovy sounds of families enjoying the pool and the restaurant chatter completely dismissed any occurring reconstruction inconveniences. Staying at the Hilton Santa Clara was such an added bonus for my first NFL 49er football game experience! Looking forward to my next one! Thanks for the memories!! You Rock!! Woooooo Hooooo!!!! I was mislead by the Expedia page which did not inform me that the Hilton was being renovated.

Average hotel, if it’s a quick stay you might not mind some things. But when they charge premium cost for a game, you would expect more. The room smelled, the feeling was average all around. It is walking distance to the stadium.

There was an event at Levi Stadium making it nearly impossible to get to the hotel. I get that events are common but there was no notification from Hilton regarding the road closures and staff seemed unaware of how to tell folks how to get to the hotel. A fifteen minute errand turned into a 3.5 hour trip, we could see the hotel but couldn't get to it. If info had been provided prior then we could have planned accordingly. Other than that huge negative , the staff were friendly and helpful. We ate breakfast and it was really good.

Room was brand new!.. but hotel its on construction.. therefore!.. its complicated.. the smell in the bathroom it wasn really nice!.. but! well ubications Rocks!.

Was excited to be able to see the Levi stadium but the room I stayed at was under construction and also when we first arrive it felt non friendly at the front desk. I’m hoping next time is so much better. Just because I believe in second chances. But overall the view to the Levi stadium was amazing.

No amenities around the hotel.

When we left we inquired with the front desk why the American flag out front was not at half-staff as ordered by the president and the desk clerk was not professional or willing to ask someone for an answer. This is a great hotel (we have stayed here before for games) and its location is second to none for Levi’s stadium and it is clean and comfortable. But some notable things can leave a big impression.

At check in the staff seemed a little stressed but still nice . I think because he had to tell us we were staying on a floor with complete construction going on . Trying to rest during this stay was far from the truth since nothing is posted on their website informing customers or the option to cancel at arrival.

My grandson and I were in town for a 49er game. Great place to stay and a short walk from the train station. They really cater to the fans. It was nice to come out of the game and just walk across the street to the hotel.

Our room was not clean. Layers of thick dust around furniture, carpet looked like it hadnt been vacuumed, smelled musty. I woke up with 2 large spider bites on me.

We had a fantastic time at the 49ers game! Choosing to stay at a hotel just a short walk from the stadium was the best decision ever. The hotel exceeded our expectations, especially the vibrant bar area—it was the perfect spot to kick back and soak in the game-day atmosphere. Plus, it’s super family-friendly, making it the ideal place for everyone to enjoy the excitement together!

Not bad if all you plan on doing is attending a game or concert at the stadium. Overpriced for sure even for the night of concert. I paid less in San diego in the gas lamp and that place has waygq more to do.

Overall the experience was good, not great. The TV in the room was outdated. One big incident that happened: we were hanging out in the bar and out of nowhere water started coming down from the ceiling. We called maintenance. The gentleman who was the maintenance man said, "Again, I guess this happens all the time."

To be honest, the rooms looked much nicer on the website than in person. I was not notified that the hotel was under renovation/construction until I arrived. I think that this information should have been known before I made the reservation.

Crazy expensive for concert at Levi stadium and rooms are terrible. But it is convenient. That’s about it though.

Staff was great, front desk was able to check us in earlier than regular check in time. He was very helpful. Also, house keeping was very friendly, the lady was in front of me to order at Starbucks and she let me order first (that was not necessary) but she insisted. Then she was just talking to me while we waited for our drink. It made my day! Thank you!

We had a great stay. We booked because of the closeness to Great America. It took maybe 10 minutes to the gate. Rooms were clean and comfy. Front desk people were friendly. Parking lot is safe. Would definitely stay again!

Walkable to Great America. We spent 2 nights and 3 days there and it was great. All staff were extremely friendly and helpful.

There room are in a state of disrepair (duct tape, holding up the curtain in the room) (all the springs in the bed were popping through so not comfortable) in their defense they were in the process of upgrading however, how do you charge $400 a room for rooms that are subpar?

Staff was excellent. Rooms looked a little dated, and some things looked like they should be replaced, but I saw a sign stating there is some work being done so it appears to be in progress. Bed was unconfortable. Could feel like a board going down the middle. Looking forward to seeing the improvements next time I'm over there.

Right on Levi stadium parking I would say the best property for any even on Levi. Would stay here again.

For $500 a night this property failed on all levels. It was a hotel work max $200 a night.

The waitstaff at the restaurant were fantastic. Editha and a nice man, whose name escapes me, took care of our every need. My only down side of our stay was that the number of bath towels provided in the room was not sufficient. 2 bath towels are not enough for 2 people, in my opinion. I asked a cleaner in the hall and she gave me an extra one, though.

Stay was amazing. Thank you to all the staff. They are friendly and helpful. 100% would recommend and will stay here again in the future.

Santa Clara Hilton is under renovation currently and was quite noisy. They charged me $25 for parking despite hotels.com stating first car is free. Also my TV was “stuck” on the home menu screen and no one could get the remote to work. Didn’t feel like changing rooms at 9pm. Hilton brand didn’t deliver. Plenty of other hotels around the area to choose from.

We stayed for a volleyball tournament at the Santa Clara convention center, and the location was perfect. Quick walk across the street. Room was clean, beds were comfortable, all staff was very friendly! Starbucks on sight which was amazing! We will stay here again for sure!

Everything was great until we went to take a shower and my daughter grabbed a towel with yellow marks on it, not sure if it was soiled or just stained either way that wasnt great and the small hand towel had the same marks on them.
