    The shower was oddly shaped and shower head not very adjustable. A lot of water leaked out of the glass doors getting the floor wet. The TV had Audio Description turned on and we could not figure out how to turn it off. The remote was slow to respond to button presses.

    This was my second stay at this hotel for WWDC! It still could use a little bit of updating in areas, but overall it was a very clean and enjoyable experience. I definitely will continue to stay here as long as I continue to attend WWDC!

    They do not clean the rooms every day. I stayed for 2 nights and I asked for extra towels. They promised to send them to my room but they never did. You get what you pay for. I stayed in worst hotels. Overall 2-3 stars.

    It is basically a motel rather than hotel and only provides very basic stuffs. Bathrooms are wore out, it really needs to have major upgrade to maintain the level. There is no elevator and no way to boil hot water in this motel, you will be asked to carry your own bags to second floor through stairs. Front desk service is good, they are willing to switch room to first floor due to no elevator to second floor.

    Not enough towels for 2 bed room. I think there was only one big towel. Shower door did not and could not entirely close. New shampoo bottle appeared on 2nd or 3rd day of stay that was not there before. Heard noises from room above us. Seems like a little louder than it should be. Room look liked a 2.5 - 3 star room. Would not go there again.

    I like this room a lot: good size shower, bed is comfy, mattress has support, internet can stream Instagram no problem. Mirror has a light with both cooler and warmer tones which I don’t need but thought was cool. This room on the “remote” side was better than the room I had on the “front desk” side/building.

    My marks are lower than they might have been, simply because this is not a hotel by any measure. No daily room clean, not a 24-hour Front Desk, no breakfast, etc. That said, they seem to be upgrading the rooms, and I was pleasantly surprised by the overall quiet on the floor and between rooms. I appreciated the microwave. This is a 50s motel property that is above average in some important metrics. The price was very competitive.

    The room itself wasn’t too bad, it definitely had what it needed but it was definitely more dingy. The bathrooms were clean but rather dated which gives this look of being dirty. Sheets had random stains too but honestly I was looking to stay somewhere cheap and convenient so I can’t be too displeased. The staff were super nice and helpful. Air conditioning was loud but good. Great food around here! I wouldn’t be opposed to staying here again if I’m tight on money.

    The staff was courteous. I have stayed here on multiple occasions and for the price it works out just fine. Parking is plentiful and seems safe. Not a lot of walkable options for dining but if you like El Pollo Loco it is about 20 feet away! I had the Standard room (not remolded like the Deluxe rooms). It was fine if you don't mind some old school hotel carpet in the room. You can pay a little more and get the remolded room without the carpet if that works better for you. Overall, it's a good deal for the location and price.

    The shower could use being redone and the plug on the lamp next to the bed did not work. so I had to run an extension cord from the other side of the room for charging things. also no battery cover on the back of the remote so the batteries kept trying to fall out. it was a little rough BUT the bed was very clean and might have been more comfortable than my own bed at home. So if your main focus is a place to sleep after a long drive or work this place is awesome.

    This hotel doesn't deserve even two stars. It is very old and poorly maintained. There are broken faucets, dirty and peeling carpeting, chipped and grimy walls, mold in the bathrooms, and mattresses that are over 20 years old. Even the renovated rooms feature old, scratched furniture and the worst mattresses in the world; it feels like an abandoned building where no one has spent a single penny on upkeep. The staff members are very friendly, but that alone is not enough to warrant a positive rating.

    I checked in and was given a dirty room - unmade bed, dirty towels all over the bathroom, not off to great start. Went back to the front desk (the desk attendant didn't seem all that surprised and just gave me a flippant "oh, sorry") and got a new room assigned and was shocked by how disgusting it was. Aside from the atrocious "decor" with competing patterns and color schemes - nearly bad enough to give you a headache just looking at it - the room itself was just gross. Nobody, and I mean NOBODY should be renting a room in that condition at any price. Holes in the walls, broken outlet and light switch covers, non-working lamp and the bathroom - my Lord, I've never in my life seen such a vile bathroom in a hotel. Black mold all over the ceiling, moldy caulking, FILTHY grout in the shower and the shower door would not latch, not even close, so after a shower there was water all over the floor. The only redeeming quality was I didn't leave infested with bedbugs. Whoever owns that dump should be ASHAMED of themselves. I couldn't wait to get out of there. I spent maybe 8 hours there and it was 8 hours too long. I've stayed in some cheap, even seedy, places in my years but nothing ever as gross as this place. I saw they were doing some remodeling on the first floor and the pics on the website looked decent for the price but it was a total bait and switch. The room I was assigned was not fit for human occupation. Shame on you Granada!

    Clean, spacious, fresh linens and staff super helpful kind, pleasant and accommodating 👍💪esp Vanessa the front desk, helped us with recommendations for food and entertainment despite San Jose being an early rather sleepy city 🙄convenient to both silicon valley and SJ/SC venues, quiet and coffee (Keurig) in lobby was simply an unexpected treat, also filtered water and plenty of functional ice options, showers and baths updated and functional, relaxing and cable TV operational and very close to quick meal and snack options, amenable and very safe premises, highly recommend considering the Granada for your accomodations👍

    The was an absolutely amazing stay! I was here for Super Bowl LX and the ENTIRE stay, from start to finish, was perfect. Easy check in, friendly staff, spotless room, and very quiet. It was a 10 minute drive to the stadium (even on game day in heavy traffic leaving it was only 20 minutes). Definitely will be staying here again!

    It was cheap. It requires card key to enter lobbies so it’s secure. Loud construction going on. It was not very clean, I assumed it was a unit they probably don’t use often as the floors had dust on them. I was able to shower and see the water marks wiping off dirt from the floor. The water system was old I assumed? As it took like 5 minutes for the water to become hot enough to shower.

    The room heater had a problem and they offered to move me to another room and I asked for a heater instead. I gave 5 stars because they were very helpful and they did not charge me extra even though because of my work I had to check out an hour late, so I was grateful for that.     I would stay here again. The accessible room was comfortable and the price very good. For the most part it was quiet except for 9am Saturday when leaf blowers were outside my room AND housekeeping vacuumed inside. Staff was competent, accommodating and friendly.

    Basically in my stay at Grenada Inn, they gave me a wifi code and it was not working when I enter the code. So I could not perform my office work because there was no wifi. I had to drive in the night to the office to get my work done. I have asked the management there to refund some of the money atleast then they said you booked thru expedia and we cant help on this. So I was hoping if expedia can refund atleast a portion of the expense for my one night stay there. I am a regular customer of expedia , thanks.

    After-hours front desk is a kiosk with staff available only via video call. No issue checking-in using the kiosk. Overnight housekeeping needs had to wait until 6-8am, when staff arrives on-site. Hallways and exterior of the building wasn't impressive, but inside the room is very clean. No stains on sheets, equipment and furniture are relatively new as well. Great experience, especially for this price.

    Friday, 3:30am someone attempted to enter my room through the adjoining room door. Thursday someone attempted to enter through outside window (had to start closing window at night). Police came out, hotel staff did nothing to remove person from hotel that was responsible. Woman (B) knocked on my door Saturday at noon and stated somebody rented my room yesterday. I paid for room Saturday morning on line. She told me to leave room I was in for prior ten days without any prior notice. I was put into another smaller, room for $99/night, but I found same room on line for $85. The first room was bigger, quieter and cheaper. The second room has loud trucks parking one foot from my window, and loud noises from room above and from room next to me. They cheat/lie. (woman A) came to my door 3 times in a 40 minute period, tell me I had to come to office to check in before noon. I stated I booked room and paid for it, the woman stated it is policy. Her constant harassment prevented me from going back to sleep and relaxing. One of other knocks on door she wanted me to pay extra $10, after I already paid full price for room on line. She falsely claimed room I paid for was not room I was in. I refused & stated I would check out in morning. Many people who stay here, like me are seniors or disabled & forced to pay extra as part of scheme

    2. The room had horrible water damage and mold on the walls, ceiling, and door. The carpet was ripped from 2 sides and was sticky. They tried to paint over bubbled up water damage and it was peeling off the wall. The door to the bathroom was covered in bubbled up pain and water damage that obviously came from the bathroom. Bathroom floor was not clean . I didn’t take my sandals off to even use the bathroom. 3. The bed was HORRIBLE. Paper thin and all you can feel are the springs. The bedding is a thin white sheet and a worn out thin brown blanket. Only thing that was ok was the pillows were super soft. 4. We could hear EVERYTHING in the lobby and the people next to us. We didn’t sleep at all. We didn’t even leave our stuff in the room when we left for a few hours. I honestly didn’t even want to stay but we already paid the deposit and wouldn’t get the reservation back. The whole hotel is VERY VERY outdated and needs a lot of maintenance. The mold & water damage is unexceptable. There was another guest in the lobby upset that he was charged 3x for the same room and the staff was arguing with him for a while even after the guest showed him his bank statement. HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE.

    Very old and outdated which wouldn’t have been a big issue if the room didn’t have so many problems. The bed side lamp didn’t work, the remote control only worked intermittently, as well as the toilet ran intermittently all night and day. Also there was black mold in the shower. The whole room just felt dirty and it definitely had a smell. It was in a good location I will give it that.

    The desk clerk was helpful and very cheery for it being so late in the evening. Hotel was older but well kept and clean. We were there for a visit to the Winchester House which was only about a10-15 minute drive. Plenty of stores near by to get forgotten essentials. Overall a very good stay.

And in some aspects, it did make the place look pretty cool I guess…(faded old posters on the walls, specifically) I do hear that they are planning a remodel soon, so that’s definitely a plus.     Okay, upon entering the room it looked decently clean. I immediately noticed that there was no couch or kitchenette like the photos described ans the price reflected when I booked the room. Absolutely not worth what I paid for the weekend. It was just little things here and there like the fridge and microwave was not olugged in. A cold fridge upon arrival would have been great. The plugs next to the bed didnt work so we couldnt charge our phones bedside. The light really shows through around the door - the door that does not have any extra locks or security. The window screen was bent in like someone tried to break in at some point. The TV remote power button didnt work. But then, the morning of check out, there were ROACHES. And yes, I have a photo.

    Really upset they allow blowers cleaning up on Sunday's. This should not be allowed as Sunday is expected to be quiet day. The blower usage cost the accommodation a 5-star review and almost gave them a 3-star because of this noise. I strongly suggest they change this policy and not have non-emergency noisy work performed on Sunday's nor Federal, State, County or City Holidays.

    I stayed in one of their newly remodeled rooms. The restroom was nice. Rectangle spacious shower, modern toilet fixture. In room sink was very modern as well. The mirror had frame ambient lighting. New wooden floors and HVAC. The remaining furniture ( bed, nightstands, tv) seem to be out dated, however it could be a temporary thing. The rest of the building is outdated but the facility has a warm vibe. Hospitality is very good. Overall my stay was quiet and comfortable.

    Staff at front was very kind and professional. He moved me to another room because original room had a strong smell and shower had paint peeling on the floor. However the second room shower was in worse condition.

    This place is not as advertised, unfortunately. I will start off at the front- there is a water pitcher that has gross looking pieces of lemons that was NOT changed overnight. Pretty gross. The beds were absolutely horrible. Rock hard. The heater didn’t work so my daughter and I were up freezing at 3:30am. Walls are paper thin. I mean I could hear the tv and just normal talking in the next room. I doubt the bed sheets were changed because there was a piece of food on one of our beds from whoever was there before. The carpet in front of our entrance to our room was wet and stained. It’s smelled so bad. Vents are dusty. Everything needs a good cleaning here. Do not recommend and will NEVER come back.

    at Levi Stadium. Had to haul suitcases up two flights of stairs. Front desk attendant and housekeeping friendly and helpful. Entire property needs renovation - many shoddy repairs evident. No breakfast.

    I had a great experince at this facility. Staff was very professional and kind. Rooms were clean and had a microwave and fridge for great convenience. Close to a lot of places to eat out. Was very quiet and private.

    There wasn’t enough pressure to go #2 in the toilet, the hallways had that wet-carpet smell, and the service to get the bathroom toilet squared away was very poor. Won’t be staying at this hotel again.
