I had a room reserved a few weeks ago to be close to Levi’s sradium for a WC 26 match. Very satisfied with the hotel, from location to amenities and services available to competetive room fares, worth the experience.

A truly terrible experience. I booked this hotel through Expedia, but upon arrival, the front desk claimed they had no reservation under my name, even after I provided my confirmation numbers. The staff was incredibly rude and made no effort to assist me. I spent nearly two hours in the lobby trying to resolve the issue, but it was in vain. The staff wouldn't even answer the phone when Expedia customer service tried to contact them directly. I was forced to scramble and book a different hotel at 11:30 PM, which ended up being a terrible stay due to the late hour. Overall, a completely unacceptable experience.

I chose this property as a final night prior to flying from SFO. ITS ONKY AN HIUR TO THE AI RT PORT WITH PREDICTABLE TRAFFIC PATTERNS, and with far better food options. It’s far better than the airports right at sfo.

My booking included parking, but I was charged $30.00. I was told by 3 different staff members that it would be refunded but it never happened. I will not be staying there again until this is resolved

The bed was very comfortable, clean rooms, and the best part is the handcrafted omelette station during breakfast! The TV remote control in our room only work half the time during our stay.

We always come back to this property. Breakfast is wonderful. I think everybody loves the made to order omelette station. Rooms are big. Indoor pool is very nice. Nice and quiet location but very close to dining and shopping. We always feel relaxed and well rested when we stay here.

Even worker came up to fix it and couldn’t believe the smell.The front desk credited me $100.00. I wasn’t going to argue with them but they should of comped the whole thing considering I had my daughter with me and we just wanted to throw up.

I enjoyed the pool and the fitness room. The suite was nice also and had blackout windows.

Woke up to a note being slid under our door saying we were being charged and extra $350 for smoke or vape sensors being set off. We do not smoke or vape. Went to the front desk to complain and they removed the fee, but that just made it feel like they were trying to rip us off for no reason. Also the breakfast was sub par. Embassy Suites has a good reputation for having above average breakfasts, but not this one. They brought out rubbery pancakes, luke warm potatoes, half pieces of bacon, and none of it felt clean. Also other Embassy Suites I’ve been to had biscuits and gravy, not this one. The hotel felt old with a cheap facelift. Also I like a cold cold room to sleep in, and the ac didn’t get cold enough for my liking to the point that I slept on top of the sheets. The underneath sink area looks as if it needed better cleaning. The pull out bed had pieces of food under it. All small infractions in my book not worthy of complaining with staff, but all worth noting as to me all the small annoyances really added up. Also be prepared to pay an additional $30 a night for self parking. The pool is also very small and no hot tub. Was going to take my son swimming but with 5 children in the area it felt like a full party. We stay in the bay a lot for Soccer tournaments and I can assure you there are better places to stay and you can save an extra $150 over the Embassy Suites in Palo Alto. The only high light was the tall African American bartender woman. She was great.

The management team really seems to put its best effort out but this hotel is really a mixed experience. It shows that the facility was recently renovated, the breakfast omelette station was great and the fact that all its rooms are suites (this one was smaller than other Embassy Suites I’ve been to) and that it had a separate area for a third person was what pushed the third star but cleanliness was an almost unacceptable: crumbs and debris under the ottoman an sofa, greasy makeup on the dresser, and the smell of cigarette smoke wafting in from the vents. I was comped points though, so they seem to care and hope will train the cleaning staff better. Thank you.

I didn’t actually stay in the hotel myself, I booked the rooms for my sons and daughters, but they said that they really thought it was the best hotel they had ever been in during Christmas vacation, - great service, great food.

We arrived and was given room 707, it had a certified allergy free certificate and a wellness purifier in the room. We left to go to the Football game and came back home to eat our food, the room smelled of feces, I called down to the desk and was told they had no other rooms available, when I threatened to leave they found one we were moved to room 822. This room was nice enough but this has been the worst embassy Suites we have ever stayed at. The breakfast was horrible. I will look for another hotel next time.

I really liked our suite, it was perfect for my family of five. Huge bonus was the complimentary breakfast. Felipe was a good chef with good conversation and made great omelets quickly! Walked back from Levi Stadium, wasn't too bad of a walk. Worth every penny!

Everything was good, apart from the bed. The pillows were stiff and not very comfortable, the sheets were cold, and the bed moved a lot. Every time my husband moved the whole bed rocked around and woke me up.

Ive stayed here several times this year. This is the 1st time that ive had an issue. Be aware they charge $50 dollars park. My issue is that i leave early around 530am, there was no coffee and they gentleman who asked about it wasnt friendly at all. I paid over $300 for my room and i dont have the opportunity to eat the free breakfast. Pleade have the coffee.

I didn’t like that parking wasn’t included in my price of stay, I had to pay $30 a day. Also they gave us a room that was being worked on. So I had to call the front desk and let them know that the bathroom was a work in progress and they had to switch us into another room.

I was never notified about the parking fee. It was an additional $30 that I was not expecting. The were 3 different restaurants in the near by area that made dining easily accessible. The bed was a king size comfortable bed.

We loved the mountain view Executive room and stayed overnight for an event. I like how the website tells us with great clarity how many people the room sleeps. I had 4 guests with me and we had plenty of space to come back safe after the concert. The breakfast was delightful, cleanliness was shown at every level, and staff were so quick and welcoming. We will definitely be back. Embassy does not disappoint.

Then we discovered that the window in our room was missing and there was noise and cold air coming through - while management was accommodating and tried to assist, the fact that we were placed in a room like that with taped windows and noisy room was not acceptable. The hotel constantly smelled like fried food and the minors we walked out of the room our clothes and hair would smell of food as their morning kitchen was right outside in the lobby. All in all I would not stay there again and if you do stay there make sure you inspect your room before you unpack.

We had an absolutely wonderful time! All the people were very nice and very attentive! The room was spacious and very clean! My sister lives in the area and we visit her often. This is the place I would always want to stay! Everything was beyond fantastic and we will be definitely be going back there! Loved it!!!

I high expectations, I showed up and seen how beautifful the lobby looked but the room was not so much. Walked into the bathroom and toilet paper was low, there was poop at the bottom of the toilet from most likely previous tenant and toilet seat was dirty. I literally checked in at 12am and checked out at 8:30am was barely able to sleep since the neighboring room was being super loud.

I high expectations, I showed up and seen how beautifful the lobby looked but the room was not so much. Walked into the bathroom and toilet paper was low, there was poop at the bottom of the toilet from most likely previous tenant and toilet seat was dirty. I literally checked in at 12am and checked out at 8:30am was barely able to sleep since the neighboring room was being super loud.

It started out great! VERY happy with our room and check-in. As the evening continued, we were watching tv and having dinner. Suddenly, around 9:00pm, the tv went blank! No sound, no picture. We tried all the buttons on the remote control - nothing! Turned it on and off numerous times! Still - nothing!! After trying everything we know to try - we powered down. Got dressed and went down to talk to the front desk. They said that the whole hotel is out. They already called someone in, but it would probably not be back on til morning. I go to sleep with the tv on. I knew this was going to be a very long night!! And, it was!!! We were staying for 2 nights. If it happened again, we would stay somewhere else. It did not happen again. Thank goodness! So, what happened??? We don’t know? No one ever said anything to us! I was disappointed and hoped for a discount on my room for that night only. It was a great room and was convinced that we would be staying here more often as my family lives here in Mountain View, and we come down ALOT and stay in hotels. That’s how our stay was!

The hotel was fine. My biggest concern was that it didn’t seem very clean. When we walked in, it looked as if the floor had not been vacuumed. The bathroom had hair in the shower and hair all over the floor and counters. The bed seemed clean. And they were comfortable enough. The room with two double beds was a little bit cramped. But, overall, the hotel was fine.

At first they tried to change our room from 2 queen beds to one king beds but after we discussed they gave us room what we originally requested. We end up arrive early but they helped to open one room for us to rest , stuff are very friendly and nice . I recommend this hotel

Overall, my stay was good. I did not appreciate being walked in on twice . The first time we screamed to wait that we would open in a minute but staff just barged in. Thankfully , we had just finished clothing ourselves . Second time , we put the latch so they weren’t able to come all the way in . I think that was my only negative experience , but that is a big deal to me and my partner.

Excellent service was provided from the moment we walked in and we really enjoyed the complimentary breakfast.

They probably just wasn’t maintained like an embassy suites. I will probably stay at the Hilton. It was much more maintained. Be careful about the pool because on the pictures that makes the pool look big. It was a bathtub. Smallest pool I’ve ever seen indoors.

It’s was great experience I love the room its clean. And most importantly the indoor pool so my son can go swimming even the weathers not really hot.overall I love it we stay this hotel before.

The property was clean and felt safe. Front desk staff were helpful and friendly. They do insist on entering your room every day so if privacy is an issue, this may not be the hotel for you.

Everyone was great. However, something very unsettling happened. After checking in we had to drop off our bags and leave quickly to our event. So we put a do not disturb sign on the exterior door right before we left. We then went to the event we came for and were gone all night. When we arrived back later that evening, a card was left inside the door from the hotel telling us that if we didn’t let them in voluntarily within 24 hours, they would need to go in anyway to check the health of us and the conditions of the room. This is not only intrusive and an invasion of privacy, but it was threatening and made my wife feel unsafe. I went down that morning to the front desk and showed them the card and told them do not attempt to go in without permission. He read the document and said was uncalled for and he had never seen that before. He even said the way it was written was bad. However he never followed up as promised.

Great but not perfect. Smaller hotel so no atrium as others stated. Great check in. Late check out with no additional fee. Room was clean and spacious. Wish there was a book or something with channel line up breakfast times etc in the room. Also wish bottles of water were included in the room. Room was very quiet! Happy hour was great bartender very cool and snacks like crudités were available. Heated pool is heated but to just tepid not warm and pool area kinda chilly and pool is small but okay for us and the kids. Breakfast was good many choices but did not like that core items like pancakes bacon etc were behind counter with omelet guy with long line only one person though he was friendly. I guess they don’t want you taking too much. Me and the kids had a great time and had dinner at McDonald’s which is close by.

The ambiance was really good.

We stayed at the Embassy Suites for a 49er weekend trip. We were a party of 4 and our room was great. 2 double beds and a pull out sofa in the living room. Our stay included breakfast which was delicious. The hotel is a couple of miles away from the stadium. We took a Lyft to the stadium and it was a quick drive. We will definitely stay here again.

To go to the pool (the only reason we got the hotel was because of the indoor pool), we show up, and my kids yell POOP in the pool! We must have almost thrown up. My husband cleaned it up, and on our way out of the pool, we found this disgusting cockroach on the floor 😩 . We leave for Great America, and when we come back to the room to sleep. I pull out the couch mattress to a terrible Smell on the blankets. I called room service to bring extrand pillows and the blankets even smelled worse. I have stayed at many embassy hotels but never experienced this much uncleaniness. It's very concerning, mainly because I had my kids, and my son now has a mysterious bug bite on his face.

…Everything was but the cocktail hour was very very slow. We were only to get one drink b/c we had to wait for a bartender for over 20 minutes.

Nice clean rooms

Only thing I have to say is there was a lot of that pinkish soap scum in the showers. Breakfast was very good though!
