Not many selections for breakfast. Scrambled eggs, potatoes, link sausage, bread, croissant, mini muffins, yogurt, banana and orange everyday.

Beautiful hotel and grounds, lovlely amenities and the staff were very friendly and helpful. The breakfast was good with a nice variety. The heated pool was a wonderful surprise! We will definitely be back!

Hotel allowed a big group of people to host a bbq party with a ton of kids by the pool. The kids were running wild when we arrived and behaved unsafe and rude. Paper plates with half eaten food lying around by the pool and hot tub. Needless to say, we left and didn’t use the pool as planned. Unfortunately, we then also had room neighbors who were really loud during the night, shouting at random times. Had to call the front office in the middle of the night and security took care of it but worst sleep experience.

Pool was wonderful and kids had a great time. Next time I would bring my own pillow I can only sleep on those overstuffed ones for a little while. But a very nice place to stay.

We especially love the thoughtful touches—like the dog treats for pets—which make it feel even more special and accommodating. A special thank you to Amanda N., who assisted us with changes to reservation on 3/20-3/22. She was incredibly attentive, followed up promptly, and her communication skills really stood out and helped with the necessary changes. She was clear in what she could do for us. What I also appreciate is the consistency of the team—you don’t see a lot of turnover here. It’s been three years, and it’s nice to still recognize familiar faces. That says a lot about the quality and culture of this hotel. Highly recommend!

This was my first time staying and the place was phenomenal, my family and I were attending the niner game and it wasn't far from the stadium at all, room was clean, nice, continental breakfast was great as well!

I had a really nice experience at the Element Santa Clara. The hotel was clean, modern, and comfortable, and the staff was friendly and helpful throughout my stay. The room felt fresh and well-designed, and the location was super convenient for everything I needed. The only thing I’d mention is the breakfast — the options were good, but the portions were on the smaller side, mostly eggs, muffins, and cereal. It wasn’t a big deal, but a little more variety or larger portions would make it even better. Overall, I’d definitely stay here again and recommend it to anyone looking for a clean and relaxing place in Santa Clara!

The heater didn’t work & the desk clerk came in & tried to fix it. We asked if we could switch rooms, but he said the other room's heat didn't work either. My husband managed to get some heat after trying to fix it, but by then it was close to 1:00 am. They did bring extra blankets at least. Seems like they'd want to keep on top of such a critical aspect of their rooms.

The room also had extra kitchen amenities that you don't expect at a hotel (paper towels, bowls, dish soap, toaster) that made it feel more like a small apartment. Everything was clean and comfortable. We would definitely stay here again. We enjoyed being near downtown San Jose without being directly in the city.

Suggestions: the closest needs a rod on the long side. Couldn't hang dresses. On other side, maybe move the safe above or on bottom of long side. Men's shirts and jacket bunched up on top of the safe. Possibly, open bar for a few hours on Saturday. Otherwise a pleasant stay!

Room had a full kitchen, beautiful windows, fun furniture, plenty of space. Really great pool and hot tub. Fitness room looked spacious. Breakfast was excellent. The hotel is pricey, but with good reason. Will stay again when I need a splurge.

In total this is a good hotel to stay at and would be great if they improve their breakfast variety.

Overall a great and modern 3 star hotel for the price. One thing to consider is that the hotel is close to Montague Expressway so it can be loud if your room is facing out. Also the parking is not free, $15 a night which is kind of weird consider we are not in San Francisco but suburbs of Santa Clara. An amazing stay at the Element. Clean hotel, kitchenette in the room, heated pool and hot tub. Kevin, the manager was welcoming as well as the gentleman behind the bar. The only minus is that the room should have a set of towels for each registered guest. We had to ask for 2 more sets. I still say 5 stars!

What a refreshing hotel. Everything was absolutely PERFECT, except for the shower drain was stuck down and they had to get maintenance on it, which took like 5 mins! Room was absolutely awesome. Beds comfy. The only complaint was noise from above but we will still give hotel 5 stars. Maybe lower the snacks just a tad ;)

I had a fine stay. The hotel and room check the boxes for most things. Just found it to be expensive for what it is. A no frills, simple, modern hotel. Sound between rooms and floors was more noticeable than other places I have stayed.

We loved our stay at element! There were food options, just across the parking lot, the pool was great, breakfast was was convenient and tasty (very limited gluten-free options if any, not clearly labeled), staff or incredibly friendly and helpful, the entire property and bedrooms were very clean, and the beds are heavenly brand so they were super comfy!

Great hotel for a short stay. The room was cute! Everything appeared new, the bed was comfy and the room even had a sink and kitchen area but without a stove of course. It was quite useful even just for one night. My biggest grievance was that some of the staff could definitely use some guidance when it comes to hospitality. We weren’t promptly helped nor greeted once we got there and we even had to call for assistance from someone who was just in the room next to the front desk, which felt weird since she definitely was able to hear us waiting. Aside from minor customer service issues, the hotel is worth it.

Pleasantly stunned and surprised with the state of rooms. It had a full fridge, stove and sink with filtered water. The showers were nice and clean. The beds were so comfortable and I slept amazing. It was like being on a cloud. Can’t rave enough about this. Only thing I wish was different was the breakfast being a bit earlier. We had to leave so early we didn’t get to try it out. But we will be staying again if sports bring us that way soon.

Very friendly and accommodating staff. Studio rooms are ideal for families and with plenty of room for traveling with our pet as well. Kitchen is nicely equipped with essentials and modern touches. The location is nearby restaurants and a walking path that was very convenient for our dog. And he very much enjoyed the complimentary dog treats!

The hotel staff is so nice! Excellent service. Breakfast is always served on time. Great variety. Rooms are clean and very comfortable. This is our second year staying at this location. We’ll be back for sure.
