Amazing place to stay, a vintage motor lodge type hotel that has been upgraded top notch! Great place to stay for Levi Stadium and Great America.

Rooms are smaller than most hotels but workable with family. Beds were comfortable and the location was the best as we were close to many venues and events in Santa Clara. Staff was always helpful. There was an incident Sunday, June &, early in the morning. Upon checking out I asked the desk person if they were aware of the situation. Police, Ambulance and fire personal all present. I think they should have been aware and offered to assist the family involved in the incident. Otherwise Staff was helpful especially Axel.

Staff was super friendly and helpful. Room was clean and soundproof. There was a group of kids on a trip and our room was blissfully quiet.

Asked for water in the room — was told “tomorrow morning.” Tomorrow morning never came. No dental kit in the bathroom (a standard in virtually every hotel). When I called the front desk, instead of sending someone up, they told me to walk down 3 floors and across to another building to pick it up myself — mid back-to-back work calls. If you’re traveling for leisure with time to spare, maybe manageable. For business travel, this is a dealbreaker. You’re paying hotel prices to not have to think about this stuff. The staff’s attitude was indifferent at best — no ownership, no follow-through, no hustle. Sort out your in-room basics or retrain your front desk on what “guest service” actually means.

I loved that it was close to Great America & Levi’s stadium. Also close to nice restaurants and Starbucks. The carbon monoxide alarm woke me up at 7am & had to let maintenance in to fix it. That was a little bit of a bummer. They did however give complementary late check out due to issue so that was a WIN.

Yes. They charge a $100 deposit per night. It cost us an additional $400 on top of what we paid for the room, and an additional $15 for parking. The parking is ridiculous, as the hotel shares a parking lot with a shopping plaza that has free parking.

From the check in to check out, this hotel was amazing! Wonderful, friendly staff who went above and beyond for our little dancers (we stayed for a dance convention in the area). Clean, beautiful property. The pool area was fun for the kids and adults both! Extremely clean rooms and nicely stocked with everything we needed. The restaurant and bar were amazing as well. Great location. We’ll definitely return!

The hotel was very nice - it looked like an old school motel but has very nice modern amenities. The staff was wonderful.

The rooms were basic, but cute, clean, and comfortable. Perfect baseline amenities. The staff, however, was amazing. Couldn't ask for a better, more attentive team.

Our room was pretty awful. We were in the back corner on the first floor so our room was incredibly dark and depressing. Our room smelled like an old motel and I think it's because they didn't change the AC unit when they did the renovation. Our cleaning service was awful: tissue and body wash never refilled and it didn't feel as though anything was actually cleaned Ugh.

Staff was amazing, rom and amenitiea were not. Shower was clogges so water didnt go down. Gate locks around the property didnt work so when u scan your key card cant get in have to walk all the way around tothe front lobby.

During our trip for a 49ers game we went to the team store the day before the game they day of they game they “cleaned” the room while we were away while the DND sign was on the door and threw away our bag from the team store. Also when they cleaned the room they just made the bed didn’t change sheets or anything

Location was great…close to Levi Stadium. Staff was friendly We noticed the next morning, that there was water dripping from the ceiling. I called the front desk and they sent maintenance up. It was determined that it must’ve been coming from the ac unit above us. After a while, front desk told us we could move to a room in another building. We were headed out for the game and decided that if we were to pack everything up to move, we might as well just check our bags in the lobby and go home after the game. Front desk said they wouldn’t charge us for the second night and they wouldn’t charge us for the parking, that day. Apparently, you all didn’t get the memo…as there’s not been a refund of the second night and the hotel directly charged us for the parking. I thought they would’ve communicated to you, but nothing was done. Have to make a reservation for Santa Barbara, but don’t want to do this until this matter gets cleared up. Thank you

Staff were very friendly. Hotel is very clean. Located within a short walk to Levi's Stadium, it's perfect for staying for a 49ers football game. A little pricey because of that, but worth it to not deal with traffic and parking. A short drive to a lot of nice restaurants, and there are a few places to eat a short walk away.

I got my ford f-150 scraped by who I believe was one of the staff members. The staff..

Gas alarm (CO?) kept beeping all night. Told the staff early in the morning - but they refused to believe it. Finally, requested a change of room. Bad service!

They were unorganized and unprepared, including rooms not being ready. It was chaotic to say the least and overwhelming along with annoying.

The stay was fine but it was clear that they were not ready for the large event happening. We waited for over an hour to get checked into a room. They didn’t have enough rooms clean for their incoming guest and it caused a huge delay.

There was no parking and we were harassed to pay $50.00 to park. We decided just to go home after the concert rather than deal with the hotel.

We arrived around 4 pm & check in is at 3. We waited in line until 5:30pm for the room to be ready, standing outside. No water was offered or food or deduction from our stay. I understand it was a busy event weekend. The hotel lacked initiative & preparation for the volume of people it was hosting. There really is no excuse to the delay. The restroom had hair in the showers & the carpet seemed to not be vacuumed. There was a towel in the ground behind the door when we entered the room.

Fun story, the first time I stayed here I mentioned in the notes that I was there for a video game convention, and they left a board game on my pillow with a very nice card that told me to have a great time at convention. After that I was sold, great place to stay, great staff, can’t really say enough good things about this place.

This is my second time staying here specifically for the location to the stadium. A short walk. Very convenient. Multiple Food options across the street & close by. Hotel was clean and the grounds look maintained. Room felt clean & a lot of lighting.

This hotel is so cute! The pool was amazing and the design of the lobby was so modern boho cute! Our room was a little small but very clean, had everything we needed. Very friendly front desk help. And the price is $100 cheaper than the hotel across the street. It’s a very short drive to Great America and the Levi’s stadium making it very convenient. I hope to stay here again!

It was the first time staying here. In the past I was quite always from Levi Stadium. This was so much better. No shuttles, just a little walk to the concert. Definitely going back there again

My family and I arrived at the property to check in to 2 rooms I had booked. We were not told about the parking fee at check in so I was caught off guard when checking out. The property it self looked renovated. When we got the room it smelled. When we came back after the event at Levi’s stadium, we were met with spiders and cockroaches in the room. My wife freaked out so I sprung in action. My brother also had cockroaches in his room. Further investigation led me to check out the back of the AC unit which was not clean and filled with bugs. I would not recommend anyone stay at this location. It’s motel experience in disguise with a Hilton price.

Our room was spacious, clean, and the bed was very comfortable. Didn't use the amenities, but the pool and gym looked well maintained. The only downside was the staff. Not rude, but not friendly either. No smiles or welcoming attitude at check-in or check-out. Some hospitality training would help. Would stay again for another event at Levi's.

Everything was really good and super convenient for me. I would say when coming back from my events on both nights my key card wouldn’t work to get back in the gate and to my room. I had to go to the office and get it fixed. AndI’d have to add that most day staff I had to encounter were friendly but I can’t say the same for the night staff!

It was a great hotel in the area we needed to be in for a conference down the street with a great property layout. The staff were all kind and helpful especially the front desk staff that checked us in. Please thank them for us. I forgot a toothbrush and they provided one with toothpaste for free. Close to Levi’s stadium. Clean room. Parking lot is a zoo after concerts since it’s very close to the uber pick up. Would stay again.

Outlet was loose with wires hanging out, in room safe didnt work, housevleaning forgot to clean our room, 3 of the 5 beers on tap they were out of. Not worth the extra price to be close to Levi stadium. Will pay a little extra to stay at one of the larger hotels.

I went back and he proceeded to print a map for me, but had difficulty explaining where we were, etc. water costs three dollars unless you are a member- but they leave it in your room. I’ve had ocean view rooms right on the beach for half the cost- with helpful staff. Not a fan.

This hotel was a nice surprise. First off they had a full gym and separate cardio room. It was great and convenient. The room was super nice. Huge tv, large shower with glass sliding doors and tons of luxurious touches. A great Indian restaurant is next door and it also has a Starbucks attached.

The building is older but Hilton did a good job making the building and interior look upgraded and not feel old. Bathroom was modern, comfortable and clean. The staff experience was excellent and the only negative is the room needs more outlets and the individual rooms HVAC are noisy. You can really hear them when running.

We arrived an early I asked if we could check in and drop our bags, so we could grab some lunch. The lovely women at the front desk, said that we could for a thirty dollar fee, or wait for 11/2 hours. I asked why the charge and she said,(a little embarrassed,) it's company rules. So we walked around for a while, came back, had a drink in restaurant waiting for our lunch place to open. Started to leave after our drinks, 30 min later and she said she could check us in at that time. Which was nice , but a little weird. The room was fine, clean, small, (it's a boutique) small bath/sink area. Pretty comfortable beds, good pillows, (A must.) Came back after the Niners game to have a beverage and hang with fans. Good atmosphere, met some good people. However, the bar was pretty much out of beer and most alcohol and services were very SLOW. The bar staff did their best to accommodate, but need more staff and a better system. ( and obviously more alcohol.) Retired for a quite nights sleep. Got up decided to have breakfast in the restaurant. Poor service from the young women. Had to ask for water refills, she never offered to refill our coffees. The food was very mediocre sad to say. We had a western omelette (3egg? Not!) no potatoes, we did free toast. Ha! Over all it was fine for my brother and I to stay for a game. We got a lot of laughs from the whole experience, not necessarily what you may want. The staff were all really nice. Maybe just working out the kinks? But aren't we all?

We arrived an early I asked if we could check in and drop our bags, so we could grab some lunch. The lovely women at the front desk, said that we could for a thirty dollar fee, or wait for 11/2 hours. I asked why the charge and she said,(a little embarrassed,) it's company rules. So we walked around for a while, came back, had a drink in restaurant waiting for our lunch place to open. Started to leave after our drinks, 30 min later and she said she could check us in at that time. Which was nice , but a little weird. The room was fine, clean, small, (it's a boutique) small bath/sink area. Pretty comfortable beds, good pillows, (A must.) Came back after the Niners game to have a beverage and hang with fans. Good atmosphere, met some good people. However, the bar was pretty much out of beer and most alcohol and services were very SLOW. The bar staff did their best to accommodate, but need more staff and a better system. ( and obviously more alcohol.) Retired for a quite nights sleep. Got up decided to have breakfast in the restaurant. Poor service from the young women. Had to ask for water refills, she never offered to refill our coffees. The food was very mediocre sad to say. Property is old and needs refurbishing. Restaurant and bar were insufficient to handle the number of patrons. Bar tender had to hand wash classes as they were out. Way too expensive for the value.

Walking distance to Levi Stadium… Parking was extra but lots available were great about our late check-in room small but clean and staff very friendly. Also enjoyed the restaurant very much.

Rooms are small, shower pressure was mediocre. The sink faucet had barely any pressure at all. Door was hard to lock and shut.

Staff was good... room was stocked. But there were some issues... the air conditioning was very noisy. The clock next to my bed was full of USB and power outlets (great!) but the clock itself couldn't tell the time. And I had issues with the safe, where often the buttons wouldn't recognize button presses, so I often had to try several times to enter a code (and had to do it very slowly). The very bright bathroom light automatically came on, but that's not really want I want in the middle of the night... I'd rather switch on a low brightness light instead, like a nightlight, and not go the auto light route.

Nice venue. Clean with a retro feel.

It was a 15 min walk to Levi Stadium. There is a dinning place on site as well as a Starbucks. The room accommodated our family of four.
