This hotel was recently remodeled. Furniture is brand new and very well designed. Price extremely competitive for a very comfortable stay. Mini fridge big enough for a solo traveler staying M-F. Microwave also brand new. Big screen Samsung TV and fast Internet. Will be back for two more weeks. A/C also working great. My room was facing I-5 which is close with traffic 24/7. I suggest to bring earplugs for a quiet sleep.

Air conditioning sucks it shuts off randomly and the room isn’t even cool. Pool is next to the road that’s awful and dangerous. Staff isn’t really helpful either. Can’t even use media or mirroring on the tv

The place was cute and the location was good, very close to a grocery store and other things we wanted to do. A Denny's restaurant was right next door, which is great if you are out late.

The property is immaculate, the pool is small, but very inviting and relaxing (it's right off the highway, but still feels restful) after a long day. Their beds are wonderful with lots of pillows (!) and our whole family thought the shower was best we ever had anywhere! (GREAT water pressure, hot water forever, and super clean, with convenient access for all of your products and a nice place to put your feet for cleaning or shaving!) We were celebrating my daughter's graduation from college and we had people coming and going throughout the week. We got one of the king suites and our daughters could dress, get make-up on, rest and have their privacy, because of the second bedroom. Both rooms have their own AC, so the "old ma" could have a very cold space, while they had a lovely 72*. They have a good amount of storage, but could use a few more hooks or movable hangers to optimize space for a longer stay with a full room of guests with "stuff". The big counter space in the big room was awesome! GREAT lighting options, too! The Lemon Heights Inn is very conveniently located near the airport, shopping, GREAT restaurants, and We LOVED our time there. We will DEFINITELY stay there again!

My room was kind of noisy (guests and maids). Small room. No laundry room. No hot tub. No breakfast. Good location.

I did appreciated how clean was not just my room , but also the outside !!! Quiet , bare basic amenities , which I believe is a plus !! Otherwise , the property would be trashed all the time . Also , as they say " location, location, location .!!! Plenty of surveilance . Safe and no late nights parties , alcohol etc. Good parking , room air conditioning working as it should !! For check in they couldn't do it with apple pay. Since I was not arrived yet but my wife arrived, They didn't let my wife check in until I arrived. That was a frustrating experience. These days everywhere accept apple pay, if accepting apple-pay is a problem for a business they must clearly notify that and put and even put a consent check mark on the payment page to avoid such a frustrating experience.

Check-in was smooth and basic amenities were there. For the price you can’t complain as well as nice discount to use for the nearby Denny’s! Only concern was the blackout curtains still had some light seep into the room from the edges of the window but overall that’s the only concern. If you’re a budget aware person, this is a good spot near downtown Tustin

The stay was amazing and check in out was nice and easy! The staff was super helpful and was able to get us anything we needed. The room itself was a surpise because it ended up being two stories! Which me and my friends loved! (most of their rooms arent like this)

Another huge plus was how well-lit the outside areas were at night. It made the property feel safe, welcoming, and easy to navigate after dark. The front desk staff, especially Joyce and Mohammad, were truly amazing. We needed assistance on a few occasions, and Joyce went above and beyond to make sure we were comfortable and taken care of. That level of kindness and customer service really stood out and made our stay even better. I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a clean, updated, and comfortable place to stay. We would absolutely stay here again! 🌟

Only con was the use of a barn door to separate the bathroom from common area of the room. Given the placement of the mirror, one could watch someone shower . Traveling alone or with a significant other… this is fine…but otherwise, can be a problem. I would consider my company before booking another stay. Overall I was happy with my stay.

I really like this place! Right next to I five but if you’re not on the side that faces the freeway it’s very quiet, that’s 3/4 of the hotel rooms. Staff was helpful, nice little swimming pool and they have coffee in the room. That’s remarkably good. The rooms are clean, I don’t know if they’ve just been upgraded, but everything is really a nice condition and new looking although I don’t think the hotel is particularly new but everything looks like it is in the room also and actually truly primarily the price was extremely reasonable.

The hotel room, location, and staff were excellent. We stayed here for a total of 4 days initially and then extended for another 6 days because it met all of our needs. The shower water pressure was perfect. Toilets flushed beautifully. And most of the hotel staff was always very helpful. The only downside was the man at the front desk when we checked in. He put us in the room right next to the housekeeping room where all of the chemicals were stored and washing and drying was done. The chemical smells in that room were very strong and were giving us a headache, so we asked to change rooms. However, when we asked to change rooms, he had an attitude and told us just to cancel our reservation and to find another hotel. We told him that we didn't want to do that and asked if we could just try out another room. He pushed back but eventually but then let us try another room. The other room was perfect and didnt have those same headache causing smells and he let us switch rooms. We were very grateful for this and ended up staying in this room for a total of 10 days. The only other issue was that since we changed rooms, someone came into our room at 4:45am but luckily our door was locked by the latch. We brought this up to the front desk the next day and they said they would look into it. We assume that since we switched rooms that someone tried checking into this room as they had a key that opened our door. Other than this, this hotel and room was perfect! Highly recommend!

We were very happy with the entire facility. The room was nice, well kept, ground were clean and also well kept. The staff, at all levels, were helpful and friendly. There is a Denny's next door, and we even got a discount coupon to eat there! We were pleasantly surprised as how nice everything was!

Had an awesome relaxing stay here! Room was incredibly clean as well as the property itself! Staff was very attentive and fulfilled any needs I requested as far as extra pillows/towels/ toilet paper that was needed to make my stay more enjoyable! The only things I would say bad are things that are out of their control but if it’s a dealbreaker for you - no hot tub at the pool - freeway noise - and if you get the room right next to the office like we did and it’s downstairs you hear a lot of the staff constantly open and close their door as well as the upstairs room noise. Other than that I can’t complain! We will definitely stay here again just tweak it a little bit differently by getting an upstairs unit on the backs side closer to the comfortable smoking area (major plus for smokers! )

My wife and I needed a hotel in Tustin for just one night. Usually, we're staying in the more well-known hotels when we travel. The Lemon Heights Inn was very close to where we needed to be, and the price was right. To be honest, the price was so good that I was a little worried about what we would find upon our arrival. I was shocked at how new everything looked. This hotel was built in the 70's, but the refresh did it right, not just a little paint slopped about. The pool area looked brand new, the parking lot was freshly paved, and the room was very clean and modern. Even the windows had been replaced with double-pane glass. The ONLY complaint I have is the bathroom's hanging barn-style door. There is a little gap that takes away a bit of privacy. I'd stay there again though, in a heartbeat.

Extremely clean, great A/C, bed, shower and utilities. The only downside is the noise due to the proximity to the highway. However, I wore earplugs at night and it didn’t bother me at all. It was actually handy being so close in term of commute. Many places to eat nearby.

I could not have asked for a better place for my short stay and purpose! Thank you.

There were a ton of shops by me. Making it easy to find whatever. Hotel was very clean look brand new. Staff there didn't harass me about every little thing so that was a plus. Overall it's a great hotel to stay at. Just wish they had breakfast in the morning LOL

Never go here. They are not going to refund the $50 “refundable” deposit even though they say it will be refunded in 5-7 business days (it’s been two whole weeks).

Honestly, this is a perfect place to stay. I was a little hesitant due to it looking like a motel, but it is renovated and it’s a safe area. It is only 10 to 15 minutes away from Disney and a lot of dining. I would 100% stay here again.

It was a clean room. Very basic but new hotel. Bed was comfortable but bedding could see improvement. There are no operable windows and AC is blowing right over the bed.

Everything is clean amd wemt smooth. A+. Only thing for future reference. The windows get alot of condensation that builds up water on the window seal and drips down onto the floor. Thats needs to be addressed before it molds the carpet at some point. I informed management.

When we checked in, I asked if it would be possible to move to a different room due to the location and noise concerns. My request was declined without explanation, which was disappointing. Clear communication at check-in and consideration of guest comfort would have made a significant difference in our experience. Overall, the lack of quiet and the inability to accommodate a room change made for a very unpleasant stay.

Less a star for proximity to freeway, hard to sleep as a light sleeper, same with loud wall ac unit, but that actually helped drown out the freeway noise. We were upstairs and didn’t hear the neighbors in their rooms but heard people talking and walking in the halls. I would stay here again for the price.

I’m here once a week for a special project for a few months… I love this motel. It’s super clean super comfortable and I’ve been lucky enough to get a back room so no freeway noise.

Nice new hotel. Rooms are nice, very comfortable. Only down side is it’s next to the freeway so if you have a room facing the freeway and your a light sleeper it will be hard to fall asleep. Ask for a room in the back !

The area was quiet, right next to Dennys. The staff was friendly. Pool was clean and 8 feet so that was nice. My boyfriend and I stayed two nights and practiced guitar inside but it didn't seem to bother anyone. The pillows were flat. Poof. Someone sat on them.

The price is quite good, one of the cheapest around. The sink and bathroom area smelt bad. The bed and bedding was very uncomfortable. There were people sleeping (maybe unwell) on the stairs outside the room. There were people banging on doors through the middle of the night. There were 7 police cars, 10+ police officers and many people arrested on the property while we were staying there.
