Had very soft sheets on the bed! Softer than most hotels ! Slept well. Room was clean, floor was quiet. Hotel was very busy at check in due to evacuation issue in nearby cities. Assist Mgr was helpful even with the crowd.

I ran into several other guests who were in the same situation as me. It would have been nice to have the hotel staff recognize our distress and maybe provide a slight break on the room price, or free coffee. My coffee maker didn't work, and I called the front desk for a replacement. It never came. A guest invited me to have coffee from her breakfast perk. Also check in girl continued to monitor her personal phone texts as she was checking me in. She kept scrolling and checking her phone as I tried to get checked in.

My husband and I love staying here when we have weekend trips in Santa Ana. We appreciate that everything is consistent. We can always count on it being clean, quiet, and comfortable. It has everything we need, and the staff is always friendly to us.

From the front desk staff welcome to the baristas that delivered great coffees and wine, it was an amazing stay. We will definitely be back there when we visit Orange County.

The room was absolutely horrible worse experience ever no towels or trashcan at all not to mention the AC was out and we called it plus told the fornt desk an unfortunately he couldn’t do anything although he was good but so understaffed and we couldn’t even get our room switched or an repair on the AC it was too hot to able to sleep comfortably

My room didn't have a mini bar the room was kinda small the cable was poor not enough movie channels and I had a terrible night's sleep because it was so loud the outside noise was annoying

I did not use the bar area. However the breakfast was ok.The gym was clean. Room was clean and comfortable. However the pool was dirty and not well maintained the pool water was dirty with lots of hair and water dirty looking. The property had no smoking signs but I was choking at the smell even in the elevator. guests was constantly smoking outside the property i could not enjoy sitting outside because of the chainsmokers.

The room had an automatic closing door on the bathroom door without any ventilation and what appeared to be growing mold near the ceiling inside the shower. After taking a shower I had a headache that rest of the evening.

The restroom had a bad odor like moisture was locked in for a long time. The fan in the restroom didn’t work either. The toilet seat was drenched with water when we lifted the toilet seat lid. The AC unit made a noise throughout the night.

Staff were amazing, rooms were clean. Lounge area was nice to hang out with our kids.

During our stay my partner and i were taking a nap during our nap we here a bunch of noise coming from out door mind you that we didnt know who was at the door nor they announced themselves prior using a door arm tool to get into our room i thought we were getting broken into and we call the front desk to see if it was the hotel but i was told they're going to call us back and they never did so I had to call back in 15 minutes after they told me that to ask for an update then they replied that yes they sent a maintenance worker up there because the room next to us lock themselves out so they ended up breaking in our room by accident which was unacceptable

Front desk was very friendly! Great gym and enjoyed breakfast. Little disappointed the evening bistro service was closed but found Rafael’s nearby by and that place is a must for great pizza! Doors a little heavy and loud when shutting but overall great stay.

The bed mattress need to be replace, it was very uncomfortable I ask for a room the top floor and quiet, and they did NOT give it, and I have Platinum Membership After we were woken at 7:00 AM by children in the room above us, they finally changed us to the room on the top floor. The sink stank too and the toilet tank had a leak and every 4 minutes it would refill We had a bad experience

Room and staff were good. Couple of things that can be improved is parking, charged $25 for parking which was uncovered, no security and homeless people in the parking. Not many breakfast options in the morning as well. Expected better from Marriot.

Didn't buy drinks, no shops near by, one staff member was amazing, she was on Thursday afternoon. Fire alarm went off Friday night, staff member on site was going crazy and cursing up a storm. Not professional at all.

Everything was great! from the friendly staff to the clean room! Definitely will be staying at more Marriott properties.

The check-in process was fast and easy. The gentleman had excellent customer service skills and made me feel welcome.

Came back to dirty room, dirty sheets, no clean towels. When we called down to request new towels they gave us 2 for a family of 4. Asked multiple times to speak to manager over three day stay but no one reached out. Similar situation for other people in our party. Very disappointing

The parking is really bad and the lot was full when I returned to the hotel late at night - I had to park in a nearby parking structure and walk to the hotel - not safe and the hotel should let people know there is not enough parking on property before they book

My stay was enjoyable even though it was only for a night. I love Marriott as the facilities are always clean and welcoming.

The staff were friendly and helpful. Fitness room and pool were nice. The hallways were warm. The bathroom was really warm and you could not keep the door open without propping it open. There was not a fan in the bathroom. I still don't understand why you have to pay for parking when they have a huge parking lot.

Our room was clean and comfortable, and the hotel’s location was perfect for our needs. But it was Kevin’s outstanding hospitality that truly made our stay memorable. I was not provided with a room without a loud humming noise. The night manager Christi did not provide any alternative to accommodate my stay so I have to look for any hotel to stay at 2:00 am in the morning

the hotel was amazing, and it was a super good price! and everything you need is not far at all. we had a super good time and the staff there were so nice and they made good coffee. Annitka was the best of all and if you can have her make your coffee!

We stayed 5 nights. Check in was a brief and fast. Parking fee was extra (lot of parking spaces outdoor). Requested housekeeping but never available and poor service (no bathroom tissues and no shampoo/conditioner (bottles were emptied)! They gave us lame and unreasonable excuses why we didn’t have housekeeping. They just not helpful at all. Did not have a great experience during this visit. Hopefully it will be better next time.

I could not have my room cleaned for 4 days, and when on the 4th day I asked just to change towels in the morning they did not. I came back at 3 pm and they still didn’t. When I asked cleaning lady said she has to call to front desk to have an approval. Cafe was absolutely disgusting. Bad food. Cashier didn’t understand what is she doing at all. Food was served cold after long wait. Would never use Mariot again

Loved this hotel, had to book last minute since our original stay at the Cozy Inn was horrible. This hotel was amazing definitely 5 stars, if I could give more I would, staff up front was amazing and so polite, this is the place we will stay for now on in the future when coming to the OC Fair or just in the area for a weekend. Thank you to the staff for making our night and weekend so much better.

Expectations where better then expected!

This trip was something I wanted to change from Thursday and Friday to Saturday ONLY And the hotels management team decided they didn’t want to make this change for me. So I lost the fees and the room that I needed

It was close to the airport John Wayne Airport. Staff was extremely friendly and it was quite and clean.
