    Well at least my room what i can say is that it wasnt properly clean when we arrived. The bathroom wasn't swept, the room had a bad smell. But the lobby and breakfast was good.

    Head’s up there is no elevator, so if you get a room on the 2nd floor, you have to drag your bags up a rather large flight of stairs. But the staff was amazing, kind, and helpful!

    I dont know why my first review was not submitted about my poor experience here. They should not have accepted guests knowing that bathtubs, sinks and toilets were backed up. Upon hearing about the plumbing, of course it is too late to cancel so I was forced to stay for 2 days. I will be reaching out to corporate.

    The alarm clock was “on” and set to go off at midnight, a real pet peeve of mine that housekeepers do not check these and make sure the alarm is turned off. Just before midnight I heard what sounded like an alarm clock beeping in an adjacent room and continued through the night and morning. Maybe someone doing this for fun and games ? Really bad!

    All features mentioned on their profile are not true. They said they offer airport shuttle and WiFi, however there is no WiFi and no airport shuttle. They offered me the second floor, however no elevator, I had to carry my luggage on the stairs myself with no assistance from the staff. They said they offer breakfast, however they offered just cereal and milk. Extremely poor breakfast. The hotel name is Quality In, however it is the worst quality service that hotel would offer. I highly recommend disqualify this hotel and remove it from Expedia page

The better question is what DIDN'T I like, I'm honestly just typing a bunch of crap right now because the little green bar at the bottom is telling me to keep writing. OOOOO BUDDY, BUCKLE UP! Firstly, when I went to check in, I was greeted by a child at the front desk..listen, I know they say start them young, but not knowing how to talk is TOO young. Next, NOWHERE did it mention that there was not an elevator. It is 2026, I am lazy and my bag is as big as me, I cannot be draggin that thing up 2 flights of stairs, are you for real??? The entire place smelled like fish and all of the employee rooms were kinda just open??? I coulda walked right into that linen room and did my own laundry at this point. The floors were stained, neither of the ice machines worked, our room door didn't lock. A ROOM WITH 4 WOMEN. The person that checked us in said our room number out loud, "so youll be in ROOM 234 ITS UPSTAIRS" yeah okay thanks, now everyone knows...the bathroom door did not shut..or lock...and when we asked for an extra towel, we were told, there weren't any... HELLO??? Did yall not expect people to come to this place??? We went to ask some questions later in the evening and when we went to the front desk, buddy at the desk was SOUND asleep. Whoopsie, sorry! Don't wanna disturb your nap! We left the next day expecting housekeeping to pop in and when we came back, the do not disturb sign was placed on our doorknob and they skipped our room. We did not have the DND sign on our door when we left. Appreciate you skippin us. We saw that big dawg. It's all good though! We thoroughly enjoyed being stared at by the homeless people hanging out in your parking lot. And when we went to the 7-eleven across the street, we were honored to have witnessed a drunk man fighting the cashier. Terrifiying.

    The bathtub was INCREDIBLY slippery. I'm amazed that motels allow this; I can easily see people having lawsuits against unsafe tubs. The hot water in the shower was at a medium temperature, at best. I couldn't take a hot shower because of that. The desk clerk was perfectly polite, but when I asked if there were any compensations for the inconveniences of the room, he said, "Well, you could call the manager." It seems to me that a desk clerk should know if there are any compensations or discounts for insufficiencies such as I've just described. It would be appropriate in my opinion to offer me a free night's stay in the future. That is the only thing that would bring me back to a "Quality Inn."

    It was fine for a quick overnight stay. The room could have used some work and the fridge froze our water bottles overnight (not able to adjust temp), but the breakfast was good..not a full breakfast but make-your-own waffles, cold cereal, yogurt, bread and English muffins to toast, juice/coffee so it was fine. I also checked for bed bugs in the seams of the mattress and that was clear! so I’d recommend for a convenient overnight.

    The toilet was stopped up the shower curtain was on the floor. I told the guy at reception and he said that he was gonna get me to come up there then he called and said no one was answering. Then I told the lady at the recession desk the next morning very disappointed.

    The room was not thoroughly cleaned. The bed had dingy linen, mirror was dirty, carpet was soiled and furniture was worn. There were no hangers in the closet. The door to the room didn’t properly fit the frame. There was no breakfast when I went down during the appointed time. The front desk clerk was rude. There was no elevator and we had to walk up a long flight of stairs to the second floor from a secluded back hall.

    Less good: The furniture was ok, but getting a bit threadbare. The bathroom fixtures worked fine, but some things like the toilet seat are workable but should be replaced one of these days. The clock radio didn't work. The coffee maker worked, but no coffee was provided in the room. No breakfast was available in the morning, not even any coffee. When we stayed here a year ago I'm pretty sure a breakfast was provided.

    Smells like smoke when you enter the lobby. The carpet, and chair in the room were so stained and dirty that as a construction worker….. I didn’t want to sit in it. Got bit on my arm with thirty min in the room , so I left immediately. Staff didn’t even want to accept my check out. Even got mad at the notion that my room was unacceptable. I wasn’t there to argue, just to inform them of my decision to leave and why. Be warned, staff refused to refund any of my four nights reservation. Manager refused Expedia the next day as well

    Les chambres sont très désuets. Mais tout fonctionne et c’était quand même propre. Par contre on a payé pour le déjeuner et comme la salle à manger est en réparation on a seulement eu un sac avec un pogo, une compote et un muffins. Très décevant de ce côté .

    Wi-fi was nearly nonexistent. Needs immediate upgrade. Parking lot was full of people smoking Marijuana nearly around the clock. A lot of noise from people partying in the parking lot late into the evening. Kept me worried about the security of my vehicle and the expensive tools I use to work. Staff was great.     The maintenance guy was very apologetic for the inconvenience of the uncomfortable beds and the alarms going off the second and the night in the wee time of morning was very inconvenient for me and my guest considering we were there for work. The beds need to be replaced and my body hurts just from merely trying to avoid the springs while sleeping. The breakfast needs to more nutritious than what they had to offer. An the smell of mold was unavoidable in the room.

    The rv in our room didn't work properly the area didn't feel safe. Parking was tough due to all the trucks parked along curbs. My husband is handicapped and our room was all the way at the end of the hall. This wouldn't have been a problem but access wasn't available to any door but the front. So the door clisest to our room wasn't available.

    Our room refrigerator was not working. When we called them, they said no maintenance guy is available. In the morning, when we were checking out, the maintenance guy came and he simply said the power supply from downstairs was not on. We have to throw our food because of the staff's mistake.     The staff was very professional and nice. However the room itself was awful. The carpet was soo dirty that my 1 year olds feet were brown after 2 minutes. The water never even got warm moreless hot. The bathroom and sink area had water damage and just damage in gerenal. The beds were hard, the bed covers were very cheaply made. The bathtub even though it was not used because how gross it was. Continue dripping the entire time. Also not sure of their cleaning supplies, but I broke out in a rash all over any exposed skin. Overall the room was just gross feeling & realistically gross. Very out of date, and previous damage seem to just be either painted over, or puttied over.

    There was a small issue with the light in the bathroom. I let the gentleman at the counter know about it and he was able to quickly switch us to another room. We also had to wait on a ride after our checkout and after returning our rental car. We were wed to wait in the lobby until our ride arrived. Staff was more than willing to help out and made our stay there very welcoming and was a pleasure. Would stay there again without hesitation.

    The lobby area looked nice but in room 114 the Shower head leaked and created puddles of water on bathroom floor, rust in sink, not enough towels and wash cloths we were only provided 2 of each, I asked the guy at the front desk to extend my room an additional day and was told “we’re not extended stay” which was rude.     This property was the worst place I ever considered staying at. The room was musty, there was visible mold, crudely patched holes in the door and the ceiling tiles in the bathroom were rotting out. You could even see build up in the air conditioning vents. I immediately requested a refund. The maintenance person asked me to “show” him the mold as if he had no idea it was there. That room was in shambles for a long time and it is downright disgusting they even try to have someone pay to stay in it. If I could post photos, I would. DO NOT STAY HERE.

    It was nice hotel but the neighborhood was not great. 2 "crack" hotels down the street amd homeless sleeping in the parking lot beside the 7-11.

    With a lot of hotels to choose from close to the Richmond airport, we chose one that was middle of the road price-wise, expecting it to be a little bit better than the cheaper ones. The room was damp and musty, and the breakfast was minimal, so we questioned our decision to go for this price range.

    The room was horrible. The atmosphere was humid/wet and sticky. The blanket on the bed was wrinkled, and the sheets had stains on them. Only decided to grab this room really quick was to be close to the airport for the morning.. very bad idea.

    This was not the property I thought I had booked in the past which was convenient, clean and had shuttle service. I found out when I arrived at the airport that this hotel did not offer shuttle service and the property I stayed at before did have a shuttle. I had to Uber to the property. The place did not feel safe, the furniture was stained and worst of all, there are no elevators. We had to carry our luggage up a staircase. Our flight arrived around midnight so we stayed the first night. We got up early the next morning and did not return the next two nights. We found another hotel for the remainder of our stay. We ended up paying for three nights and actually stayed there about six hours. This property did not meet our expectations for a clean pleasant hotel stay.

    Not impressive. 2-story hotel with no elevator? I haven't seen that in a long time. Pretty inconvenient. Front door locked at night - need card to get in. Over security? Side door, near parking, doesn't even operate at night. Old toilet that clogged up. Unimpressive breakfast. Noisy construction next door. Dismissive front desk people. Cheap price though. Not the worst hotel, but would try not to come back.

    Reserved a king bed room. When arrived to check in, desk stated they only had a double room available. The beds were about as soft as a sheet of plywood. Overall cleanliness was about par but the block this hotel in is sketchy. A homeless guy was sleeping in the middle of Airport Square Ln. blocking traffic when we checked out.

    Good enough for a nights sleep before an early flight. But wouldnt stay there more than 1 night. Bed sheets were stained, and furniture was worn. The shower rod was incorrectly installed so the shower curtain would not stay closed! It just kept sliding down the pole. Good grief!

    Good hotel. I would stay again. Very close to the airport. Exterior doors don't open until 10AM. That would have been helpful to know as i had to walk to the front in the rain

    Honestly it’s an airport hotel room idk why all of the reviews are hating like it should be a 5 star hotel. It’s has clean sheets, super nice service, and the AC works. All the folks talking about “dangerous looking people outside and behind 7/11” are just racist. Breakfast is just cereal and weird waffles but it’s straight.
