Staff was great and location was very great!

The check-in was easy. The room was clean. The shower didn’t drain and I was ankle deep by the end.
- 4/5
Staff is very friendly and room generally clean. Hotel is dated but great value.
- 3/5
Shuttle service and check in was very good.
- 4/5
Great little place if you need somewhere to stay.
- 5/5
The place is clean the workers were very kind and the breakfast was delicious and amazing!!
- 5/5
The bed was a bit too firm/hard.
- 4.5/5
The staff was friendly. Great...
- 3/5
Continental breakfast was good. I didn’t like how old the shower was and the bathtub was chipping. I asked for extra towel at 6:30am and the front desk person said he’ll have it brought up to me and at 10pm when I got back from hotel room it wasn’t there. Had to go back down to front office and waited 20minutes for somebody to show up.

Location to cruise port and the shuttle service Room could use updating

Breakfast consisted of a granola bar and coffee
- 1/5
All the wall in the restroom were dirty, the air conditioner was so dirty with lot of dust on it. Tv wasn’t working, no refrigerator, microwave available. The entrance door didn’t seal properly.
- 5/5
We stayed one night before our cruise, they offered shuttles to the embarkation port, and parking. The staff was very kind and helpful. The room was clean, the bed comfortable and they provide snacks for breakfast. It was very good! I recommend this place, and can’t beat the price around that area.
- 4/5
Good location
- 3/5
My stay here was fine for two nights and reasonable pricing is what I was looking for. This place is ‘tired’ in appearance inside and out but my expectations were low based on the price. Room and bathroom were just clean enough and there is nothing special to expect here. Toilet worked but was sluggish and the water pressure and temperature in the shower was very inconsistent. The location seemed pretty good and I felt fairly safe although it was not really quiet, but the fan worked to helped control noise in the room. The best thing was the front desk young man who was very considerate throughout. Some days there are some breakfast items…. Very basic, but other days only juice and coffee in the front office.
- 2/5
A bit filthy
- 5/5
They are a good group of people at that location Roberto is excellent at front desk they even serve sweet rolls and energy bars hot coffee and juice for beeakfast
- 4/5
Very good for the price
- 2/5
Room was fine. Electric outlets were scarce and one by bedside was broken. Bathroom was quite gross...peeling enamel in tub. Dirty floor. Poor lighting. Would not stay here again. Hookers/Call girls/Working girls/whatever you want to refer to them as...out front in middle of day!
- 2/5
Honestly the only decent things I can think of was the kindness from the staff, the clean linens, the attempt at breakfast & the nice view. The best part was the hotel kitty. The hallways & staircase were terribly disgusting as if they hadn’t been cleaned in years. Furniture was either broken or in bad condition. The pool was very dirty, full of bugs & other debris. We spent about 20 minutes cleaning it and it still wasn’t very good. This place really didn’t meet my expectations at all, for $150/night I expected a cleaner environment for my family.

Even with the property being on the older side, it was easy to walk to McDonalds to eat and they served breakfast in the lobby which was nice. We were delighted to know that they have a free shuttle to the cruise port which was great!!!!
- 4/5
Roberto is very accommodating … we arrived early and let us checked in early and help us booked our shuttle to San Pedro port..
- 1/5
Stayed in May 2026 with my son and family. The place is not for family. The bathtubs in both our rooms were all peeling and dirty.Since the motel is on a busy street you can hear the traffic all nite. The rooms had a foul smell too.I wouldn't recommend this place to anyone. Not a safe area either
- 1/5
Very poor
- 2/5
All painted surfaces and furniture in our room chipped and peeling, dirt and mold in corners of bathroom, socks dirty after walking around on floors, very long black hair in bathtub, surfaces felt tacky/sticky to touch. 3 pillows on king size bed, all of them very hard; slept poorly. Door didn't close tightly (but could lock it) and had large visible gap at bottom.
- 4/5
The location very close to the seaport.Free shuttle. Can’t think of anything
- 5/5
Exceptional

Disappointing
- 4/5
Booked our room a day ahead of our cruise. Appreciated the free transfer to the cruise port! Hotel attendant was friendly and courteous. Also appreciated the complimentary breakfast snacks. Several restaurant choices nearby.
- 1/5
Best part was the neighborhood cat that was wondering around
- 5/5
Vending machine didn’t work and ate our money but otherwise nice motel and easy parking
- 5/5
Location to cruise ship., shuttle service to cruise ship. I think everything is good.
- 3/5
Very nice older facility
- 5/5
We stayed before a cruise and it is close to the port. Got free shuttle one way. Long term parking 15$ per day.

Could have had shuttle pickup at cruise terminal
- 4/5
A great place to stay with eating places in walking distance. Staff was helpful. They provided transportation to the port for our cruise. Plenty of parking.
- 5/5
Bathroom needs update.
- 5/5
Good location. Friendly staff. Good price. Bathroom needs update.
- 1/5
I had to stay in a smoking room! I have never been a smoker, so my clothes stunk!
- 3/5
It's a way out dated building in a very good location. Would be great place to stay with some major updates. Very close to the Port of Los Angeles, and they did provide a shuttle to the port, which was very helpful.
- 4/5
Very good
- 2/5
The bed was 😩burn marks. In the bed spread. Towels stained. The only decent thing was the TV.
- 5/5
Xxx
- 4/5
Old structure but clean room. A good option for overnight stay before catching a cruise from n nearby port.
- 4/5
They are close to port and have a shuttle. The staff is very nice. We signed up for the shuttle at a certain time but wanted to go early and they accommodated. They had fruit, granola bars and coffee in the lobby. The bed was comfortable. Del Taco is a block away. The place needs a good cleaning.
- 2/5
Its s cheap place to stay before a cruise, the shuttle service is really good. The room was much less than expected. The bed was OK, but no where to sit besides the bed. There was a fridge but no microwave, the TV was quite old and the toilet was not functioning properly (had to fill the ice bucket with water and dump it in while flushing to get any kind of flush to work). Breakfast was very basic, the most minimal one I have experienced. Front desk staff was friendly. If your just looking for a cheap overnight before a cruise its probably the best one. Just don't have high expectations.
- 5/5
Everything was amazing
- 2/5
Place could use an upgrade! Looks old. Bathtub was old, peeling, dirty. Limited parking
- 4/5
Older place but nice staff. Easy check in . Close to places to eay
- 3/5
It was just okay for one night, could have been cleaner on the outside . I had no lamps in my room.
- 4/5
It was perfect for what it was: an affordable clean place to sleep for a night before our cruise. The free shuttle to the port and breakfast snacks were good. The hotel is a bit run down but it was clean and safe for a single night.
- 4/5
Excelente para pasar una noche y tomar el crucero al siguiente día, solo eso.
- 5/5
It is a little bit old, but if want to stay close to the cruises harbour for one or two nights it's ok.
- 4/5
It was convenient to stay here because it was near our cruise ship port. They provided free shuttle service to harbor. Their are many places to eat around this hotel. It could use some update. But we had a nice room after we did a room change.
- 1/5
Very very very old and outdated NOT what the pictures show. Close to port and easily to leave to get on a cruise but very expensive for what you get..6 for a bottle of water out of the vending machine.. I had pre booked in September and had a receipt that showed it was paid and I was told it was collect from vacationer upon arrival.. called hotels.com and they said the same. Not sure how my receipt says paid, will look into it when we arrive home.
- 1/5
The room was dirty and needed to be 100% remodeled
- 4/5
Close to cruise port and secure parking while on cruise.
- 4/5
Great staff
- 5/5
Room was clean. AC was cold. Third floor has a great view. Within walking distance of pretty much anything you need. Staff were very pleasant and helpful. Set us up with their complimentary shuttle to the cruise port.
- 1/5
This place was really gross. There is nothing good to say about it.
- 1/5
The pictures on the website are a scam and look nothing like the actual room. There were hair balls everywhere and the tub was dirty. The beds were awful like we were sleeping directly on the box springs. I would never recommend this place to anyone.
- 3/5
Bed was too hard for my liking (personal preference) and the pillows were flat. I was on the street side, and any sirens in the middle of the night will definitely wake you up. Other than that, nice room 👍
- 5/5
Great for a quick night. Older hotel. Comfy bed. Excellant staff. Free parking! Five star rating based on what is advertised for the cost.
- 4/5
AC kept the room cool, parking spaces were limited at times. Lots of fast food, stores, starbucks, liquor stores within walking distance.
- 4/5
Place was good for a quick stay. Friendly staff. Would stay again. Very close to the Port
- 1/5
Room was dirty. The floor turned feet black. The bathroom was filthy black dirty greasy grime all over door. Shower was dirty. Most uncomfortable bed
- 1/5
This place is a dump. It is super noisy from the street traffic. The door didn’t seal so when the idiots that were next door would stand outside smoking dope, the smoke would come into our room which was gross. I wouldn’t even venture taking a shower as the tub was disgusting. The only good things about this place was there many places close by to grab a bite to eat, and they had a free shuttle to the cruise terminal. Would I stay here again? Not a chance. This place is well past its best before date.
- 3/5
The reviews are accurate. Make the best decision for you.
- 4/5
The breakfast is too simple. It would be better to have a microwave or a kettle in the room. The shuttle to the cruise terminal is the reason for us to stay there
- 4/5
Comfy bed Staff very friendly
- 3/5
The beds were in poor condition. Staff friendly and cruise transfer great. Pleasant stay overall
- 3/5
I love the restaurant in walking distance. The room was not up to cleaning standards. The floors were dirty my feet turned black after a few minutes.
- 3/5
Good place to stay the night with shuttle service to the cruise terminal.
- 5/5
Excellent place to stay. Very clean, staff are fabulous.
- 2/5
Add too many cats around the outside of it running wild the inside had like a dirty floor. The pictures made it look better than it was.
- 5/5
Clean room, walkable to restaurants, they have free shuttle to cruise port! My friend left her phone in shuttle and they brought it back to her, they went above and beyond!! Thanks
- 3/5
The breakfast consisted of cheap granola bars, Honey Buns and cheap instant c0ffee, The pictures are NOT a representative of the place at all!
- 4/5
This is a great place to stay before a cruise! The hotel is a little dated but clean. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The best part was they have a shuttle to the cruise terminal (one way only) and they provide parking while on the cruise (for $10 a night). Very happy with our stay!
- 2/5
IN NEED OF RENOVATION. Breakfast included, thats a joke. Coffee, orange juice, apple, orange and wrapped very dry donuts. Pay cheap, Get cheap. Good side: Shuttle included and close to cruise Port,
- 1/5
Old building and not a suggesting place
- 5/5
nice clean place to stay close to the cruise port
- 2/5
I became fearful that i had booked a $179 dollar room in a recovery home or homeless shelter .. bit i was so tired after a 8 hoir drive, i just checked the sheets-underneath the unwashed comforter, the toile amd shower for bugs and went to sleep and got out at 7 am then we waited 5 hours in our car tp board the ship (accept for the hour at breakfast) there is no friendliness, the shittle was offered ..no way would i leave my car there. Ive stayed in better places in third world countries. My suggestion, get some spackle and paint..new mattreses and bed spreads, find some used furniture that doesnt look like u grabbed it from the dumpster and be honest ..
- 3/5
Nice and friendly staff the person at the desk after his shift drove us to the port on his own car the room was ok needs updating after all you get what you pay
- 2/5
It was convenient to the port and keeping our car there for cheap.
- 5/5
Vagabond inn is a great place to stay. The staff were very friendly and were willing to go the extra mile above and beyond. Our room was updated and very clean with all the amenities nessessary for a comfortable stay. The hotel is without walking distance to popular fast food restaurants as well as other restaurants. Thus was our second stay at the hotel, and I wouldn't hesitate to stay again.
- 3/5
Need to improve cleanliness the elevators are gross the floors are filthy for the price rate. Is too dirty. Never come back. Sorry.
- 4/5
No microwave no good
- 4/5
The room smelled really clean. The staff was really kind and helpful and it's a great location especially if you are taking a cruise.
- 3/5
The room needs upgrades. The furniture was all peeling.
- 2/5
Not very clean. In a sketchy area.
- 1/5
What a rip off and inconsideration to peoples time and money and overall experience.
- 1/5
The room and bathroom was dirty stains on the wall ask for an extra pillow and they said they don't have no extra pillow the pictures that they have on there website does not match what we got
- 5/5
Smooth check-in clean room nice location.
- 4/5
Yes
- 3/5
Average hotel definetly not worth the price I paid. “Breakfast” big joke consisted of a honeybun/granola bar and coffee.
- 3/5
We had one room that the floors were very rough and broken up. They changed us to another room that was much better.
- 3/5
Very basic hotel, clean enough, but certainly needs some upgrading. I stayed for one night before cruise, thankfully not any longer
- 2/5
Very loud outside noise
- 4/5
Friendly staff, clean rooms. The hotel itself felt dated and a bit run down, but clean and a good spot for a nights rest before a cruise. Free shuttle to the port also included which was fantastic!
- 5/5
Staff was great! They even got us to our cruise early!
- 4/5
We were able to check-in early, and the room was very clean and comfortable. All rooms have street-side entries, and street noise was bad until later in the evening. The included breakfast was very minimal, and we chose to walk to a cafe about 12 minutes away.
- 5/5
The room was clean. The staff was courteous and helpful. Centrally located around food.
- 5/5
Room was clean but could use some work. The tub had been repaired as well as the tiles around the tub, and NOT done well, so decided not to use it. The hotel is close to cruiseport and supplied free shuttle, so good for a night. Many restaurants close by.
- 5/5
Room was clean..beds were comfortable. Staff was excellent!
- 1/5
The staff was fine. The bedding and towels seemed clean and there were no sign of vermin. The hotel is aptly named, there were vegrants everywhere. There were multiple people smoking Marijuana making the whole place stink. The road noise from drag racing was very loud all night. The only reason to consider staying here is because it's near the port but I will stay somewhere else next time.
- 3/5
Staff was incredibly friendly, and there were cats on the property, which is a huge plus for me. But there was also blood on my sheets and that’s kind of hard to overlook
- 5/5
Very convenient and loved the free shuttle service to the cruise port
- 1/5
Unacceptable conditions. Room was run down and smelled of mold. My mother had an allergic reaction to the mold and we wound up checking out the same night.
- 1/5
The parking lot is being utilized for longer term parking for cruise goers and no spots were available for guests - we were told to use a spot more suitable for a motorcycle and we’re driving a smaller SUV. Then we were told we could utilize a spot marked as “reserved” with a sign threatening a tow. The room could use a deep clean. Dirt was visible in various places, finger prints on the mirrors, etc. Would not stay here again and baffled as to the current guest rating which lead us to believe this was better than it ended up being…
- 2/5
This hotel has seen much better days. It’s good for one thing only and that’s if you’re going to take a cruise from San Pedro cruise terminal and need a one night stay before the cruise leaves. The hotel offers a free shuttle. It’s literally a mile to the cruise ship terminal. We’ve been staying there for approximately 20 years on and off whenever we take a cruise out of San Pedro. It’s been quite a long time since the last time we stayed and it was very disappointing to see how much lack of care they’ve given to the rooms and the hotel grounds. The rooms are dated with old banged up furniture. The doors and floors are dirty. It seems to be a bit of a temporary housing for some. I think I would pay almost twice as much and stay at the Hilton or Hyatt and pay for an Uber to the Pier.
- 2/5
The room was alright. But the general condition of the hotel and amenities was poor - rundown, dirty and neglected. The pool deck was all but dangerous and incredibly dirty. The only plus was the close proximity to the cruise port and the complimentary shuttle.
- 5/5
Excellent and perfect location before Princess cruise. Very nice and informative staff
- 4/5
Yes, the room was spotless, staff was great and made a sincere effort to make our stay pleasant.
- 3/5
The Ugly- room furniture was old and banged up, “breakfast” was coffee, juice and a few packaged rolls- no place to sit down, very basic hotel
- 4/5
Room was really clean, but the furnishings were very worn out as was the tub. Great location for staying the night before a cruise and the free shuttle was the bonus. The breakfast included wasnt great, but the coffee machine in the lobby was excellent. Overall, even though the staff were all amazing, i dont think id stay there again. I would pay a little more at a different hotel.
- 2/5
Room was dirty. Paint chipping everywhere and water pressure non-existent. Shocked at the non care
- 5/5
The room was clean and the staff were kind and helpful! They answered all our questions relating to our trip, and offered a shuttle service to our location.
- 5/5
Smooth
- 4/5
Spotless room and friendly staff
- 4/5
Very convenient for me.
- 4/5
Room clean and tidy. A little noisy from the road but ok.
- 4/5
Staff were very courteous and helpful. You can walk to many places - food, banks. Provide shuttles to cruise port. Very convenient. Property itself needd
- 5/5
The staff is always friendly and helpful
- 5/5
We stay at this hotel every time we cruise out of San Pedro. It is your basic hotel that is near pre-hotel amenities.
- 5/5
AC very sufficient. Did not need parking. The beds were pretty good.
- 5/5
PARKING WAS GREAT, RIGHT NEXT TO THE FRONT LOBBY, AND THE 3RD FLOOR VIEW WAS GREAT FOR THE ENTIRE LONG BEACH WATER AREA !!
- 4/5
We chose Vagabond due to its proximity to the cruise port. The staff were very nice and the rooms were clean. There is a Starbucks, cvs and plenty of other shops and food within walking distance. The inn is a bit outdated and could use a few convenience items like lamps, bigger towels, etc. They do provide a free shuttle to the port, which is a bonus. Overall, not bad for a night stay.
- 5/5
Traffic was loud. Perhaps spay the cats?
- 4/5
Yes
- 2/5
Property was run down . Noisy. Only 1 chair. Furniture scratched and mismatched. Painted floor chipped. Painted bathtub.
- 3/5
Parking was good. AC window unit Ok
- 4/5
It’s in a bit of a seedy area and the road out front is loud. The rooms are a bit out dated could be a little cleaner, especially the back of the doors in the bathroom and front door. For a one night stay and not unpacking it was ok. The staff are very friendly and helpful and the free shuttle to the port is nice. Has coffee and packaged pastries in the am but Mc D’s is close by for breakfast. There is lots of other options around I would suggest an uber to the San Pedro brew pub. Great food and lots of it. I’d stay here again mainly because of the price and shuttle.
- 4/5
The staff seem courteous.
- 5/5
Great cheap place. Nice people very close to port
- 5/5
It was a perfect place to stay the night before a cruise. They provided a free shuttle to the cruise port! Clean and nice front desk man
- 5/5
The guy was very nice and helpful. I made reservations for the wrong day. Last night thought i did sat-sun but did sun-mon told him i was to tired to drive back to Palmdale. He fixed it for me.. Thank you for caring about my safely. Room was very nice and clean. Parking great. Second time staying there. Will stay there again when in town I like all the staff there.
- 2/5
Friendly staff, but room in very poor condition. I would not stay here again.
- 5/5
Better then most
- 5/5
Real cool plus the front desk is always on alert I love that I feel safe
- 5/5
We got in late but the front desk staff was courteous and accommodating. Room was clean and was perfect for what we needed. Breakfast was simple but very nice. Shuttle to the cruise port was prompt and easy. Recommend.
- 4/5
It was clean and quiet.
- 3/5
Staff was very courteous.Location was great for hopping on cruise from san pedro port. Room was okay, Definitely dated, One of the beds made a lot of noise whenever you moved at all which made it difficult to sleep with four adults in the room.
- 4/5
Nice
- 4/5
Good hotel for overnight stays . Clean and staff is great
- 5/5
Wonderful
- 4/5
Front desk clerk was helpful
- 3/5
The continental breakfast & somewhere to sit besides your room with one chair and two people, they should have a hand rail or something in the bathtub for older people or an extra shower. I had to wash under the tap in the bathroom for fear of falling. We won’t be going back
- 3/5
Parking was good and the individuals working at the location were great. The room was a bit dirty and dilapidated. The mattresses had a loud plastic cover, so with 4 people in the room it was difficult to get rest with folks rolling around.
- 3/5
Very polite
- 3/5
The one valet to take luggage to rooms, has need of repair (or WD40) to make it easier to navigate and use.
- 5/5
If you're looking for a night or two to stay near the port for an upcoming cruise, can't go wrong here. The free breakfast left some more to be desired. But otherwise, clean room. It was a bit loud as we were facing the main street its on.
- 3/5
We chose this property because it’s close to the cruise ship port and offers a convenient shuttle service. The staff were very friendly, and we enjoyed the light breakfast snacks and the cats around the property. Our room, however, could use some attention. The bed was not that comfortable, the toilet seat was loose, and the floors and bathroom door weren’t as clean as it should have been.
- 2/5
Always toilets plugged or beds lobsited
- 5/5
Walking distance to the waterfront and plenty of restaurants . My 2nd time at this hotel before our cruise .
- 3/5
Asked for a nonsmoking and got a smoking room walls dirty can't complain better than being homeless .
- 5/5
I have stayed here several times to go to the cruise terminal. They are friendly and helpful. Clean simple room with affordable parking if you are going on a cruise.
- 4/5
A great value stay, proving that excellent service triumphs over high luxury. While the property is older and parking is a major hurdle, the staff was exceptionally kind and helpful. The continental breakfast was good, and sheets were clean. Three of our four rooms had very comfortable beds; however, the fourth was notably poor (think fabric-covered cardboard). Overall, a surprisingly nice experience thanks to the wonderful staff
- 1/5
I have never stayed in such a horrible motel! I am not a picky person and as long as the establishment is clean I don’t care if it is dated. Our room was filthy! Clumps of dust on the doors, spills on the floor and white stains all over the top of the bed spread. These stains were removable with soap and water. Removable stains on the walls. Filth, dirt and hair present everywhere. Kleenex box in the wall dispenser empty. No sink or bath tub plugs. For the money we paid I was in shook with the state of the room. Do not recommend for any price. The only bright spot was free coffee and a free shuttle to the Cruise Ship terminal. The shuttle driver was very nice.
- 5/5
It is a motel style of accommodation and may be a little dated but that's what it is, but they still provided everything we needed for our overnight stay.
- 4/5
Go niners
- 5/5
The rooms were kept clean and tidy. The decor was a little outdated which we don’t mind. Front desk clerks were very friendly and helpful (troubleshoot with the room tv). More than a handful of places to have a bite. The shuttle to the cruise port was a breeze!! If we were to leave for another cruise in the area, we would definitely book thus hotel again.
- 4/5
.
- 3/5
Room air conditioner that was blowing right over the beds without much control. Very noisy road outside. Room very poorly furnished rundown furniture and beds, bare minimum. Only stayed here to get to the cruise.
- 5/5
Customer service is outstanding!
- 1/5
Got the room bc out was out of town for work. Unfortunately I didn’t stay due to the room I was given had the smell of smoked cigarettes and a broken bed also a broken toilet that wouldn’t flush. The night manager Sam proceeded to tell me to fix the toilet chain and the problem should fix which I tried and nothing worked. I didn’t want to feel rude but thats exactly what he made me feel for not wanting a non functioning room. I tried to work with him as he promised me a better room which was in fact worse the same if not worse then the last room. Reeked even more of cigarettes after I stated I didn’t want a smoking room for the 3rd time as I’m an asthmatic. My whole experience was inhospitable. I also couldn’t get a refund or partial refund.
- 3/5
Hardly no electrical plugs. Had mirowave but could not plug it in to walk as plug would not reach outlet. Had to mive the frudge to get to outlet and use microwave on the floor. Facilities could use spme upkeep repairs.
- 3/5
Old room, but clean. Friendly staff. Very nice sushi restaurant next door.
- 2/5
Gate closing noise from pool area was loud. No ironing board or iron. A/C Unit vent fan was not adjustable and blew cold air directly at the bed all night. The bathroom and shower were awful. Fixtures moved from wall and tub stained.
- 3/5
Room was good, the employees were nice. The only complaint I have is that it is on a very busy street. Very noisy all night.
- 4/5
It did the job for an overnight stay to the cruise lines - the shuttle was very convenient
- 4/5
Great for the night
- 5/5
Parking was easy, staff was friendly
- 5/5
The room was clean. The bed was comfy. Great location for port of Los Angeles. The sushi place next door is way over priced. But lots of food options in walking distance. The gentlemen that checked us in was ver helpful and nice. Quick check in and safe
- 5/5
Very ni ce
- 3/5
Staff friendly but room in bad shape. Hotel needs a major upgrade. Bath tub was peeling so bad that I didn't want to shower. Busy noisy street. Free continental breakfast was a packaged honey bun or cookie.
- 5/5
Yes, I recommend them and would stay again.
- 5/5
Expensive for the standard of room . Free sbuytle to cruise ship . Staff friendly
- 5/5
Courteous staff accommodated late check in.
- 4/5
Good location
- 3/5
Very worn furniture and hotel. Excellent staff
- 5/5
The room was good. Clean. No place to sit but we used the bed.
- 2/5
Staff was friendly

Wasn’t the best but cheap you get what you pay for
- 4/5
Its clean and convenient for my needs.
- 4/5
I stayed here for one night after a cycling trip on Catalina Island. Mostly for its proximity to the port. I was elated to be able to check in early as my boat arrived a bit earlier than expected. The room had a microwave, mini fridge and a/c unit. All of which I promptly put to good use.
- 3/5
Small older propertyVery close to fast food restaurants and the ship port for Royal Caribbean. Beds were very uncomfortable but the ac works ok, luckily the weather in Cali is so perfect. All in all this hotel could use an update. Good if you need a quick 1 night stay.
- 5/5
Close to port for cruise passengers. Great free shuttle. Lots of dining options close.
- 3/5
Only stayed one night but perfect for cruise next day. Room was a bit tired, needs updating. Fridge in room which was handy. Snacks and coffee in the morning which was good. Free shuttle bus to cruise port which was unexpected and a bonus.
- 5/5
Clean room
- 4/5
Not a nice area
- 5/5
Nice hotel. Quick friendly check in! Close to port for our cruise. Just a little difficult using a wheelchair around the front because it is a bit too hilly. Hotel itself is still accessible though!
- 1/5
Trafic bruyant pas de restaurant propre

Seguridad y tranquilidad. Graciass
- 5/5
Nice little hotel near the port. Clean and the staff was very nice.
- 3/5
Lots of restaurants.
- 5/5
Bien seguro
- 5/5
Close to cruise terminal and free shuttle.
- 4/5
Close to the harbor. The staff is friendly and helpful. The rooms are dated. The location is perfect.
- 4/5
very convenient to the cruise port, shuttle was a huge plus.
- 1/5
The pictures aren't reflective of what the place looks like. Beds are broken, stained sheets, and pubic hair. TV's don't work, also play inappropriate content - which is not ok for little kid eyes to see. Terrible stay.
- 5/5
This hotel was in a great location; for the price, it was worth staying there for a weekend.
- 1/5
This place is an embarrassment to stay in.
- 3/5
The hotel was not the greatest but it was clean had no bugs and was super close to the cruise port. They also offered a free shuttle to the cruise port which is on of the reasons I chose to stay there.
- 4/5
The property need to upgreat
- 5/5
Air conditioning is a bit noisy but acceptable!
- 5/5
Very helpful , solo traveler female with lots of bags for long trip - gave me 2st floor close by to make easier. Has shuttle service for embarkation time at LA cruise terminal for free. Older property, very clean, bed comfy, CLEAN refrigerator in room. Highly recommend for cruisers / restaurants within walking distance & they also have services that deliver food.
- 4/5
No bottle water in the room. would be much better if you have them in the room.
- 2/5
no Wi-Fi , no tv reception .. was clean as it could be.. has frig, has microwave .. I would not go back.
- 4/5
Great service
- 5/5
Neighborhood is nice so no worries,
- 5/5

- 5/5
Could not have been better. Excellent value for money and helpful staff. Cruise terminal shttle was great.
- 5/5
Clean and convenient location
- 2/5
One star for the friendly staff and one star for the price. Otherwise it was very unpleasant. Then property is very run down and the room was dirty. Splatters on the walls. The beds were overly hard and you had to wonder how clean they are. The shower was too funky to use. There was a microwave but no plug to plug it into. Yeah, no. I wouldn’t stay there again even for the cheaper price.
- 5/5
It was close to the cruise ship handy for an overnight stay they had shuttle service to the boat that's pretty much it
- 5/5
Easy and friendly check in Clean rooms and free cruise shuttle Would recommend staying here absolutely
- 4/5

- 5/5

- 5/5
Yihhhh
- 5/5
Courteous staff, good value, free shuttle to cruise port.
- 2/5
The continental breakfast was horrible and the coffee had powder creamer. Expensive for what it was
- 4/5

- 4/5
Great staff. Helpful and accommodating. My only real comment towards the negative was requesting a non-smoking room and the room had clearly been smoked in. I addressed it with the staff during check out. Other than that, I stay here often for a reason.
- 5/5
I always stay here every time I go to San Pedro see my fiance. Victor is very helpful my 2 different reservations worked out by the help of Victor he is such a great guy.
- 4/5
Good stay
- 5/5
Great stay. My mom is handicap and the room was very convenient to get to. Rooms are a little outdated but clean and quiet. Staff was very nice. They had complimentary coffee, juice, and fruit.
- 3/5
property needs upgrades especially the mattresses are not comfortable and look and feel old/worn-out.
- 3/5
Staff was exceptionally helpful and polite.
- 4/5
Good value for the money.
- 5/5
Nice staff and room was comfortable.
- 4/5
Rooms are nice and clean
- 5/5
great stay
- 5/5
It was 1 night before our cruise and they were great with getting everything togather and getting us to the cruise port.
- 5/5
I am Enjoying my Stay Just Awesome !!!!
- 5/5
I've stayed here several times and always have a good experience. Once, I forgot to ask for a room with a microwave, and staff brought one right to my room. They are friendly and attentive. The rooms are good size with comfortable beds too. Only critique would be that I'm not a big fan of the shampoo/conditioner, so I recommend grabbing your own. I'll definitely be back. The price is great for the stay.
- 4/5
We needed an affordable place to rest between adventures and it was great for that.Staff greeted us each time, provided extra towels, jnformation when we needed.
- 2/5
Only a good option if you have ZERO options left.
- 2/5
Our room was not vacuumed, there was hair on the shower wall when we arrived. The room was not properly cleaned
- 4/5
Pleasant stay. Description and pictures match what you get. Good location.
- 5/5
The check in was easy and my room was nice. They provided a shuttle to the port to make things easier.
- 4/5
I got exactly what I was expecting for the good price I paid and have no complaints. One thing to note though, is it's right next to a busy street, so if you're bothered by the sound of traffic keep that in mind. That doesn't really bother me, I slept with A/C on anyway so didn't really hear it over that. And the upside of that is that there's a lot of places within walking distance (McDonald's, some other restaurants, and a 711)
- 5/5
Nice
- 4/5
Really good inn
- 4/5
it was ok
- 1/5
So much wrong with this place the carpets are disgusting and there’s roaches
- 1/5
Very disappointed in this place, I was accused of doing something to the elevator. I did nothing. They would not look at the cameras and they would not extend my night. I will never be coming into this place again and I will let everybody know not to come to this place again.
- 3/5
This property is not for long-term stay. If you're heading to the port, one night beforehand is probably the most you'll want to do. I do appreciate the shuttle to the port. However, I probably will not stay here again due to the motel concept and openness of this location.
- 5/5
The property is clean and staff are friendly and professional. The rooms are modern, although the mattress was a bit hard for my taste. Lots of fast food nearby. It’s on a main road so expect car sounds at all hours.
- 5/5
Our stay is excellent. We had an overnight stay before embarkation to the cruise ship. This hotel is very close to the port and one thing i liked is that they have a free shuttle to the cruise port.
- 4/5
Staff were excellent
- 3/5
Nothing unique. Just a place to sleep is all it is. Very basic
- 4/5
Good location; cruise port shuttle was a great benefit. Rooms were pretty loud and light came in around the entire door which was annoying and heated up the room unnecessarily. Would stay here again bc the bed was comfy and convenient location for our needs.
- 3/5
There was a fridge, microwave and hairdryer. Place does look upgraded. Lots of security cameras. That was good.
- 4/5
A it old and fir an older couple our room was a bit far to get to
- 5/5
Loved it 10/10
- 5/5
It’s amazing cause every time I go down to San Pedro I always feel welcome and I really enjoy this day
- 1/5
Absolutely filthy room protesting going on all night which wasn’t the hotel’s fault but it was a very sleepless night. My daughter‘s room was absolutely filthy as well. Looks like nobody cleaned the dust off behind the doors on the doors themselves just very dirty.
- 4/5
It was a pretty good stay. Just dont go out at night walking around.
- 3/5
Budget friendly hotel close to cruise port however was not clean and cheesy.
- 4/5

- 5/5
Very informative checking clerk
- 4/5
Good for price
- 4/5
This was a quick overnight stay before a cruise. Although the accommodations weren’t great, the staff made up for this. They were very friendly and helpful!
- 4/5
The staff was friendly; the hotel itself needs updating pretty bad. We did feel safe. We could have parked our car here while we were on our cruise, but we chose to pay only $10 a day to park right at the port.
- 5/5
This is my new Stay when im in L.A , beautiful area quiet, alot ofbfood place and staff is great
- 5/5
Property was very clean. Parking is free. Thank you.
- 5/5

- 5/5
plenty of restaurants within walking distance. Office staff offered superb service!
- 4/5
Great staff and friendly
- 4/5
We recently stayed here, will be coming back when we visit the pacific coast.
- 5/5
No issues what so ever, staff was friendly and close to the ports. Definitely would atay again
- 1/5
The covers were dirty. The floors were dirty as well. Couldn’t sleep in because housekeeping was cleaning at 7 in the morning and we could hear all the loud noise from the carts. Room also smelled.
- 5/5
Just stay here a couple of years ago and since then I've seen a remodeled the room somewhat everything was clean staff friendly would stay again
- 4/5
Close to the cruise ports, and free shuttle
- 3/5
Ridiculous charging for early check in!
- 4/5
I did not appreciate that i was charged $15 dollars for checking in early on Friday. Our cruise arrived at Los Angeles Port at 7:30am.
- 5/5
Clean rooms. Modern. Good internet. Friendly staff.
- 2/5
If you want to stay for a night and cruising the next day, this hotel is ok with free shuttle service to Princess Port, they have free coffee and other drinks, cookies, fruits for breakfaat and the price was just ok. The hotel is old and need some upgrade, repair and cleaning. The front desk clerk is very accommodating and have a good customer service.
- 4/5
The property itself was okay. The rooms were clean but a little dated, and the bed was comfortable. There is a fridge in the room but no microwave or coffee service. Coffee can be obtained from the office at anytime. The traffic in the area is quite noisy - people like to race on the street. A lot of noise from motorcycles. There are restaurants nearby.
- 5/5
Stayed at hotel for a couple days. Brought the family. Overall great stay. The check in was fast and friendly. Recommend if you need to stay in the area
- 5/5
Great place!
- 5/5
They were extremely nice, great attitude. Rooms a little plain but clean. We would stay there again.
- 2/5
Ugh! What a terrible night. The bed was so uncomfortable. The bathroom looked like it was in the middle of demo, and the traffic noise was awful. I will never stay here again! I can’t believe others gave this hotel 10/10. Don’t listen to them. Find somewhere else to stay. I promise you’ll be happy you did.
- 5/5
the community seemed very freindly walking around many times local people commonly interacting in pleasant conversation and very helpful. Staff at hotel were excellent. Hotel is aprox 30 min walk to the cruise ship however the hotel provide bueatiful free shuttle that was seamless.
- 5/5
This hotel is a "hidden gem" for those cruising out of San Pedro! Not an elegant 5-star, but a comfortable, friendly hotel. There is a small continental breakfast on weekends and cruise ship days, and they shuttle you to the port for FREE! The only downside is that the TV is hard to understand - the guide doesn't match the actual TV and you can't jump to a channel - at least in our room!
- 3/5
Staff was great, room had to have ac replaced had to request towels even with reg for four
- 5/5
Well worth it, staff was great and very kind property was clean and neat room are good for the price. I would recommend to anyone that’s on a budget or not a few minutes from the beach and about 10 minutes from downtown Long Beach.
- 4/5
It’s good for the price and free shuttle to the port. It’s just old.
- 2/5
Old, ripped mattress, peeling paint, sticky floors and so much more. stay somewhere else if you can.
