Clean, spacious, most staff very pleasant and helpful. The restaurant always good, pleasant, helpful. Just a couple things: If you're planning to stay for a while and want to do laundry bring your own quarter and laundry detergent. There is no change maker and there were no quarters anywhere on the property. Bring your own 110 ports for device plug-in; the rooms only has 110 plugs. The bed is a little soft on the more frequently used side, but clean and cool room. Very convenient location and still quiet; easy rides to various locations. Walking distance 7 blocks residential area, to beach with views and walking/biking trail.

At check in we were assigned a room that hadn’t been cleaned yet. We had to be moved to another that was clean.

It is such a wonderful hotel. So convenient to the airport clean quiet great bedding and shower...its annoying to pay for a room and then pay to park...but otherwise great
- 0.5/5
Really old and bad
- 4/5
Overall its a hood place to stay. Its not extremely easy to find for where its situated but it isnt the hotel fault but SF and its narrow and confusing streets. But otherwise its ok. Self parking for $25 is not included but I guess standard in SF.

The staff is great, the rooms are very spacious and newly updated with an incredible bathroom. The rooms could use updated televisions however everything else was great. Will definitely book again for so much space at an affordable price.

The cleanning is not automatic, need to tell the staff to clean it, they don’t check toiletries if refill is needed. I stayed for five days.
- 4/5
Rooms are very spacious and included fridge and microwave. Near freeway and great distance from everything. Only complaint was laundry room only had one washer (the other was out of service) so wait times were long. Friendly staff, Would stay again.

Bed was comfortable but needed to be turned. the bathroom was okay The headboard, dresser and nightstands had fingerprints on them. The hallway floor had coffee or soda drips everywhere and the elevator was filthy with sticky floors and you dont get continental breakfast like best Western

The hotel and room was older looking than I expected. Paying $25 sucks and it needs to be free.
- 1/5
No. The first room I was given had damage to the bed and the walls. The second night there the electricity kept flickering and went off for about ten minutes then came back. my last day I couldn’t finish the day because the electricity went away entirely
- 4/5
Great hotel, close to a lot of different places to visit. Front desk staff was super helpful, plenty of parking, the only negative is that they didn’t clean our room. We were there from Friday - Monday and they didn’t come clean.
- 3/5
Inexpensive and easy. Great location near the airport. Airplane noise not an issue, but there is freeway noise if that bothers you. Not the place for you if you have high standards for cleanliness and smells. $25 fee for parking.
- 4/5
Clean and spacious room, ample parking.
- 5/5
Breakfast was freshly cooked and served hot on your table, which was a lovely surprise. Rooms were clean, the experience was seamless, and the value is hard to beat. You get far more than what you pay for. Highly recommend.
- 2.5/5
Convenient location right off the highway with many amenities really close by. Bed was not the most comfortable and the blinds to the window in our room were only the see through thin blinds which was not good when wife had to change and the parking lot is right there also a pain in the morning because so much light comes in super early so forget sleeping in.

I didn’t like the stationary drapes because the uplights for the trees in the parking lot showed through the shears and lit up the room, also there was noise from the highway ( like loud motorists and cycles) , breakfast was not complimentary not was parking $25
- 4/5
Good experience.
- 5/5
Parking charge $25 per night but rooms are very clean.

Exceptional
- 2/5
It was dirty, smelled like mold a urine and a cockroach blew out of the ac unit when I turned it on.
- 4/5
For 100 a night it meets the mark. Would not pay over that. Oh also they charge 25 parking which is unjustified but its expected in SF.
- 2.5/5
Location was great to get to where I needed to be for dinner and for a scenic run the next morning before going to work. Room was sticky. There was what looked like barbecue sauce that had hardened on the nightstand. I had to scrub it when I got in before putting anything on there. There were oily handprints on the headboard above the bed. A surface wipe down after the full turndown would have made it less icky feeling. Didn't sleep very well.

Rooms clean and comfortable. Staff was unhelpful and argumentative. The front desk clerk upon check-in was rude and did nothing to fix the issue he stated would be fixed. Everything else was great. But that one staff member has made it to where I will never send my technicians to this hotel again. Which sucks, because we do ALOT of work down there. And we usually get 3-5 rooms for a week at a time. Could've gotten some good money from us.

It smelled like cleaning supplies everywhere. Just ok.
- 5/5
Assi at front helpful and so pleasant
- 3/5
No parking and no breakfast
- 4/5
Parking is way too expensive and a somewhat stated but hidden fee.
- 4/5
Not much, basic and good. A bit overpriced for basic hotel
- 1/5
Staff was useless. Room smelled pretty bad. People were drinking and smoking in the parking lot.
- 4/5
Proximity to the SFO Airport a huge plus. The bathroom didn’t have a fan to get rid of humidity quickly.
- 5/5
Parking was perfect
- 3/5
It is clean but clearly run down.

The hotel has been great so far, but this time we have been assigned to a different building. The room needs work we love the main building we always stay in comparison to what we have seen.to make customers more comfortable
- 2/5
The guy looked like it was his first day at work not know if my room had a sofa bed finally made it to my room and the sofa was not made nor did I have sheets or blanket for it
- 5/5
I was very pleasantly surprised! The beds were actually comfortable and the environment was nice for the price especially. I would definitely stay here again at this price.5 stars!!
- 5/5
Great place to stay!

Room was clean and a good size. Staff was friendly and accommodating.
- 1/5
This place was disappointing and disgusting. The first room they gave us had broken beds and the second room smelled like drugs
- 3/5
I was charged for parking twice. I was unaware of the parking fee, especially in a non-urban area. One night I was dropped off so I definitely should not have been charged
- 4/5
Room was clean.Shocked at how expensive parking was. Staff friendly and helpful.
- 5/5
OK
- 5/5
Muy buen hotel. Calidad-Precio. Area tranquila y de facil acceso al aeropuerto y otros lugares de interes.
- 4/5
The room doesn’t have garbage bag or trash cans. The parking is not secured also.
- 2/5
There was only 1 waitress/hostess during breakfast and she had terrible customer service. She did not offer us a seat, she almost forgot we were there. She didn’t check up on us. When we would call her to ask for more coffee and water she seemed bothered. We had to call her because she didn’t bother to check if we needed anything. We also found out as we were checking in that we had to pay $25 per day for parking.
- 2/5
Not enough clean towels. No coffee pods/cups. Bathroom door wouldnt close easily
- 2/5
They stole things out of my room enteted my room in the late afternoon early evening and stole jewelry and money.i reported it to the police as well as corporate headquarters .I will never s t ay there again they give gou coupons f I r tge resraunt there but it was closed leavi n g you vending machinee only theres no food placed to eat ar near by and the staff is rude this place is not a hood place t o stay they doi have a nice indoor swimming pool and h I t tub work out area and sauna couldnt get sauna to work. All in all i give th I s pka c e a 0 because of thr thft

I had had stained sheets on my bed. Fire alarm was wrapped and covered with plastic, carpets were dirty and badly stained, the head board was peeling. Tje hotels website advertised they had a pool but do NOT only a hot tub, and bar not open on weekends.
- 5/5
The room was huge and perfect for our large family. Better than I expected!
- 3/5
25$ a night for parking is crazy since parking is uncovered and not secure.
- 3/5
There's a hidden $ charge for parking per vehicle overnight. Myself and the 6 other groups I saw checking in during my stay were not aware of this charge before check-in
- 2/5
One of the rooms I booked did not get serviced although I requested.
- 5/5
Good place to stay
- 3/5
The room was clean and tidy with good amenities However room had a fly which kept buzzing all night. They charged me $25 for parking and no free breakfast even though hotel.com said it was free parking and free breakfast.
- 5/5
Great location
- 3/5
Property felt worn and run down.
- 1/5
I bought insurance for this reservation on Expedia. Due to the violence in Mexico, I was unable to fly out of SFO so I did not need the room anymore. I tried to cancel and they wouldn't let me. I am out $200.
- 5/5
everything was great except food service
- 3/5
The check-in staff was not helpful when I arrived 3 hours before the 3 pm checkin. I had to inquire if I could store my suitcase for example. When I returned at 3 pm, I was third in line and both of the people ahead of me had difficulties with their booking not showing on the Holiday Inn system. The next morning when I arrived for breakfast, I had to ask after how to match my breakfast with my reservation. Made me think they were trying to avoid my pre-paid breakfast from being accepted! I had to go to the front desk who did indeed have my breakfast vouchers!!

- 5/5
Great stay. Enjoyed my upgrade!
- 3/5
Tub shower didn't drain the first night so could only shower one of the two nights. No one in the lobby to check us out and get our receipt when we checked out at 9 am.
- 5/5
Nice big room. Very friendly staff
- 5/5
great staff, very clean, all around awesome!
- 1/5
Do not stay here!
- 1/5
The room was neglected. They did not clean the room not one time. Service was not friendly and it was a hassle to get clean to
- 3/5
The room was in a mess - I went back to reception and they gave me a new one
- 4/5
Clean room and very friendly staff. The parking lot area is spacious and safe. We enjoy our stay!
- 5/5
Nice
- 4/5
Clean Room, Amenities good, and lots of space for our family. Only issue why we didnt give a perfect rate was people on third floor were very loud and room smelt like smoke, i think the people in the rooms next to our were smoking and it was hard to deal with the smoke with our kids. Either than that everything was perfect.
- 5/5

Maybe you should make sure that people see that this hotel has a $25.00 fee for parking your car. Had I been aware of this I could have returned my rental car before checking in and saved a bunch of money.
- 2/5
I didn't stay my whole trip and was refused a refund. Not staying there again.
- 2/5
My daughter informed me her hotel room had fleas. She came back home with a lot of bites. I told her in the future to ensure she lets the front desk know of any issues like this so they can be addressed.
- 3/5
The rooms were great, but the restaurant/bar is never open on weekends. We got the Friday night and they had 3 items on the menu so we ordered a pizza. It was terrible. We asked if they a different menu earlier in the evening and she said no, just for breakfast and told us they aren’t open on weekends. Why would you close your restaurant and bar on weekends? Seems so odd, since that is when most people travel.
- 1/5
Room was neglected and some days roomservices didn't stop by.. we have to empty our own trash couple times.
- 5/5
Affordable, convenient and clean. Nice bed.

I happy thanks for everything

For the price I paid, the housekeeping is kind of bad. Even with light cleaning, they really don't clean the room and never were we entertained properly. Asking for extra towels were like hard to do and housekeeping told us they can't offer any. They didnt fix our beds and there was a time one bed was fixed while the other one was not. It is the first hotel experience that I have stayed for more than a week and our room was only cleaned 1 time upon our request. And they don't even clean the room after 12 noon. As for parking, even with the long stay , they only offered discounted rate but it was not free. I have stayed with chained hotels and parking is always included to those staying in . Some receptionists also don't know what they are doing and are unfamiliar with the amenities.
- 3/5
The room felt dirty. The hotel overall felt sketchy, it smelled heavily like pot throughout the hotel,
- 5/5
nice staff
- 5/5
The staff was friendly, even though some of them had to work on Christmas day.

- 5/5
Fantastic
- 5/5
The staff was kind. It was only one night but everything was comfortable.
- 5/5
Very clean, well decorated and very good service!
- 5/5
Quick check in gentleman at the desk was helpful. Room is big and comfortable. Area is easy to get to and from soccer tournament area. This is the second year we stay here.
- 4/5
Close to good restaurants!
- 3/5
Only complaint is that bedrooms online are stated to be queen size bedrooms but I found myself in a full size bed. It is quite noticeably not a queen size bed. I thought this was a mistake and when to discuss with the front desk but they stated that all there beds are queens and that that there are no full size beds… as someone who has slept in a queen size bed for most my life, these beds were obviously smaller.
- 2/5
Room was not cleaned the day I was there. One light would not turn off and had to be unplugged. Headboard on beds have started to break down and look shabby. Remote control for TV needed new battery. Asked for some renumeration given the room was not cleaned, the curt answer was "we don't give credits." Don't forget the $25/day parking fee.
- 5/5
amazing soaps
- 5/5
Nice big comfortable room. Easy parking and access. Price was great value.
- 5/5
Yes the Ac kept the room cool.
- 1/5
The water was very low and the hot water wasn't hot and the reception was very boring/rude and the parking was $25 and the place wasnt even busy it wasn't worth it breakfast also had no options. Expensive don't recommend at all.
- 5/5
Nice location and friendly employees.
- 5/5
Love the spaciousness and cleanliness of the rooms. Kitchenette was convenient but no dishware nor utensils. Great location.for a stay near San Francisco airport
- 4/5
Clean and organizations
- 3/5
Very poor breakfast
- 3/5
I was and to take a shower but sad I couldn't take a bath.
- 4/5
Clean hotel, quick check in and many room variations!
- 5/5
Staff was super friendly… Smooth check in and out… Room was clean… Will deff be back…
- 4/5
Very spacious room. Didn’t know parking was $25 a night. We would request towels and they would bring them to our room super quickly. The hotel guests above our room were so noisy. Every step they would take we would hear it. Other than that, it’s a nice and recommendable hotel. I’d stay here again but stay on the top floor.
- 5/5
Check in was easy. Rooms were clean, beds were comfortable. Have stayed there several times.
- 3/5
Even my 10 year old child said this is like a “dirty old people home.” She refused to take off her shoes. I would not recommend this Holiday inn to anyone. This will be my last time here too.
- 5/5
the room was so spacuous and clean. the beds werr really comfy and the hotel staff was very friendly. would defi stay here again
- 4/5
The room was very spacious.
- 5/5
Good property good people
- 1/5
Additionally, the card payment machine at the front desk did not support tap payments, requiring a physical card and offering no alternative options such as cash or other accommodations.
- 3/5
The room had a weird smell and the ac is outdated and loud
- 5/5
I didn't get the breakfast but everything else was good.
- 5/5
The ac was good. Breakfast was ok.
- 5/5
Clesn and friendly staff
- 5/5

- 2/5
We had spent the whole day out being tourists , while finding a good place to stay overnight upon arriving there was no one to check in with for at least 15 min. Then the room smelled musty and mildew. Being exhausted from being out exploring we were too tired to go anywhere. So we opened the windows to air out. We notice the curtains had black mold all over. I have photos , which I shared with receptionist upon leaving. My wife has respiratory issues and felt terrible the next day. The issue was noted. I feel that we could use a do over because we know that the company will do the right thing. I would appreciate a response asap. Thank you. Luis Tataje
- 4/5
Clean room. Had to pay for parking which is uncommon on the Peninsula.
- 5/5
Very clean, the softest bed, bedding, and pillows ever! All the soaps are amazing! Very convenient location off the freeway, but quiet, and a few blocks from downtown with the cheapest gas, a few blocks the other way has amazing pizza at Round Table and you are very close to fashion Island and San Francisco.
- 5/5
yes, room is spotless, staff us friendly and courteous
- 1/5
Room wasn't made up. Carpet looked very tired. Room was sparse.
- 5/5
Nice, big room with king bed. Great price, too. Wish the bar area was a real bar, not just a breakfast area.

- 4/5
Other than that, staff was kind and helpful.
- 5/5
Clean and big. Very close to the airport.
- 3/5
Room smells musty do to old walls and insulation. Overnight charged for parking should be free.
- 4/5
Comfortable
- 4/5
Room is clean but AC is not consistent. Breakfast is so good. Highly recommended to add breakfast on your stay
- 3/5
Super friendly staff who make you feel right at home. The vibe is cozy, and the drinks and food are solid. But, seriously, what bar doesn’t have sports channels? No Fox sports or game-day action is a big miss. Add some sports, and this place would be a winner. 3.5/5.
- 2/5
Since when does a Holiday Inn charge $25 a night for parking, these guys do. Asked for it be waived since we stayed for 6 nights, nope can’t do that. Ridiculous! Had to keep requesting an additional towel, finally took enough from the house keeping cart to last the remainder of the stay. Facility is showing the wear and tear, needs an update. Should be able to fund the upgrade using the $25 a night parking fee. Absolutely do not recommend.
- 5/5
all good
- 5/5
Pretty nice!

Nous terminions notre séjour aux etats-unis par cet hotel. Nous sommes ravis.
- 5/5
Super clean hotel and the beds are amazingly comfortable .

No breakfast stuff unless you bought from their restaurant. No shuttle service to airport, had to pay taxi.
- 5/5
The room was very clean and spacious, and the staff was Nice
- 5/5
Very clean room and staff was nice. No issues at all.
- 5/5
Nice place
- 4/5
Clean rooms. Breakfast was temporarily unavailable, and this wasn't communicated until check-in.
- 5/5
I had a very good stay at the Holiday Inn. No complaints at all.
- 3/5
The front desk lady wasn’t nice at all. It seems like she was there because she didn’t have any choice. Also, the parking is expensive, not part of the hotel. However there was a sign that says “Courtesy parking for guests” I figured that it will be free for guests at the hotel. Never again.
- 1/5
Be awere with parking rates
- 4/5
Dislike you have to pay for parking. The property is quiet and the staff is friendly. The gym wasn’t big but it had the essentials. Loved the sauna. My room had hair in random places the shower, the floor, towels, and counter. But I don’t expect a hotel to be 100% clean. So it was doable for me.
- 5/5
Right off the freeway for easy access and super close to the airport. Short drive to downtown and the walk through the surroundings neighborhood was nice. Also close to a park. Parking was easy and safe. The staff were willing to help with any issues we had, which were very few.
- 5/5
Spacious, good value, park on street for free. Easy access on and off hi way, close to SFO
- 3/5
Property needs maintenance. Small issues like the toilet seat is not bolted to the toilet, towel racks coming off the wall, etc.. the room was clean
- 4/5
Location was safe. Rooms carpet in the suite was a bit stained, other than this room was clean (bathroom and beds) . Dove products for use which was amazing.
- 5/5
location was safe . service was quick .very close to airport and food options. room was nice and clean . Nice Dove products for use in rooms.
- 5/5
I had a very good stay. No complaints.

- 1/5
Outdated with yucky fruit flies in sink upon our arrival. I wouldn’t want to go back at this place for booking a standard 2 queen room.
- 3/5
This hotel is ok but I will not come back
- 4/5
Cleanliness could’ve been slightly better and would’ve appreciated a better check in, there wasn’t anyone at the front but overall it was a good stay
- 2/5
Broken a/c. Not cooling. Parking charges high. Ver low water pressure for shower and toilet, broken refrigerator
- 1/5
We were not informed until check-in that parking costs $25 per night.
- 3/5
Cobwebs in the ceiling corners were interesting. The parking charge was unexpected and stupid. I’ve never stayed where the parking wasn’t included. The place and parking are one and the same. Money grab.
- 1/5
Bad hotel
- 5/5
I said i have reservations included breakfast for 2 people and didn’t believe it and in the end she said i don’t want to argue with you! When I was just explaining about my reservations
- 5/5
Location
- 2/5
There were no rooms available when I went to check in. My room was given to someone else
- 4/5
I really enjoyed this hotel. It was quiet and the room was very clean and well decorated, my only complaint is the parking. It was kinda hard to find a spot to park my work Van and I wasn't too happy about paying "$25 per night" for parking... If I knew I was going to paying for parking I would have stayed somewhere else. Overall a good hotel.
- 3/5
Overall good
- 5/5
THE HOTEL IS VERY NICE, THE BED ARE SOFT AND CONFY. ROOMS ARE CLEAN AND ALL HAVE THE LARGE TOILET SEAT. PARKING IS NOT FREE. $25 FOR REGULAR CARS AND $50 FOR LARGER VEHICLES LIKE TRUCKS OR TRAILERS. THERE'S NO FREE BREAKFAST. 🙁 EVERYTHING ELSE IS FINE.
- 3/5
Rooms were clean but shower curtain ripped. Hardly any shower pressure. T.V sound for some channels didn't work. Air conditioner stopped working.
- 5/5
Nice place
- 5/5
It was good
- 5/5
Nicely appointed room, good bath products (Dove), comfortable bed!
- 3/5
Some problems with doors that keep making noise when opposite neighbor comes in and out. Some problems with faucet being way too hard to turn (in handicap room). Fridge door was busted and couldn't hold drinks. Only one luggage cart which was nowhere to be found at checkout time for 30+ min. Non smoking property but that's not really the case in the parking lots where some people did loiter and smoked their "medecinal" blend. Staff was helpful and attentive. Conveniently located close to the airport.
- 5/5
stayed for one night after landing in from SFO. It was pretty close and the suite was clean and comfortable.
- 5/5
The hotel was close to the freeway. The front desk staff was welcoming and great. I booked the 2 bedroom suit and it was very spacious. Would definitely book this hotel again.

Cleaning lady is not very friendly- I asked extra towers, first day she did give me. But 3rd day she said I need to call front desk to get it- their front desk is not in the building, you need to bring your access card with you , walking to another building
- 3/5
Was not giving points on my stay even though I am a rewards member room 3206
- 1/5
no where did it say we had to pay for parking until we got to the hotel and we were told it’s $25 per night. Our room smelled humid, there was a lot of things broken and missing from the rooms. We ordered towels and they took 4hrs to bring them. Where the paper toilet is located was dirty. the peep hole of the door was broken. No type of breakfast included.
- 4/5
Very nice stay

The only complaints I have are that the walls were very thin, as I could hear people talking while walking down the halls. It felt as if our soft steps echoed through the floor of our room. I wish that the bathroom came stocked with a fan as those in the room can hear everything going on in the bathroom.

I like everything with an exception of the A/C it wasn't working properly

I had to go front desk to request daily room service- towl replacement, etc. Otherwise, they assume you don't need it.

Spent a short night to catch an early flight from the airport at this hotel. The staff was wonderful and made an accommodation for breakfast vouchers that we were not able to utilize. The beds were comfortable and their room was spacious. Thanks for a great stay!

Holiday Inn and Suites in San Mateo charged a $25 deposit when I didn't cause any damages during my stay!

the staff are overall nice. But seems every body only know their own part of business. For some questions, I have to wait certain people. And I forgot my slippery they can give me disposable one.

It was very much a good place to spend the night at for an affordable price, but with overnight parking charges and no breakfast, it just felt average at best.

Of our 7-night stay, we came back to an unmade room on two days - beds unmade, towels not replaced. During the stay, the hotel supposedly ran out of facial tissues. The housekeeper did not replace the box of facial tissues on Day 3. It was not replaced on Day 4 either. When we enquired, front desk said they would send someone up. We waited an hour, no one came. We called the front desk, who said they were out of facial tissues, but they had not bothered to inform us. Day 5, facial tissues were still not replaced. This persisted for 5 whole days. It's unbelievable that the hotel did not have any facial tissues at all for 5 whole days. When we left, the tissues were still not replaced. Service staff were unhelpful and unsympathetic. Did not try to resolve the problem, only saying they didn't know why it happened and that it wasn't their job. Appalling

You have to pay for parking which is $25 per night. If you staying for a long time that could get very pricey.

Broken coffee machine and shower plug. 😖

Ceiling light came on 3 times in the middle of the night and woke me up.

Perfect for what we needed

Clean quiet and dining options

Everything was okay. Not great. Parking is $25 a night extra, my sink did not drain and there was no hair dryer in my room and the air conditioner didn't work very well. But the staff was pleasant and I felt safe and comfortable.ni USB ports too

Very convenient nice staff easy area to get around, recommend to anybody

Surprisingly quiet hotel. Easy parking. Spacious room. Friendly, quick check in and out.

everything was not like it looked in the advertisement

I wish I had read the fine print, and that there was a $25 per night charge for parking. The hotel is in San Mateo and not San Francisco. The charge is ridiculous. I usually stay in Foster City, but I thought I would save some money. Nope -- I'm pretty sure with this parking charge -it costs about the same. Also, the shower curtain (see photo) is ripped. Surely a new curtain could have been and should have been replaced. The bottom of the bedside table has something spilled on it-- and it's never been cleaned up. I checked to see if it was easy to remove. Yep, it was easy to clean up a section of it. The freezer in the refrigerator unit is filled with ice -- no room to put anything in it.

I had a really good stay.

Clean room and convenient parking. Met expectation.

Spacious room but carpet is not clean.

Elevator smelled. Room bad aroma smell and given handicap room when not handicapped. Did early check in and paid the fee to get a smelly room and handicap stall restroom. 2 beds were full size not queen and not comfortable, sheets were fine and pillows. Wouldn’t stay here again. Paid for parking and found parking.

There was plenty of space and parking with the three buildings. It was quiet and comfortable.

The employees were all very nice but overworked and understaffed. We were given the wrong room type at check in. The hotel restaurant was supposedly open for another 15 minutes but initially did not want to let us order any food though the front desk had told us we would be able to. Discovered that was due to there only being one person to do waitressing, take orders, bartend, cook, and then have to do closing. Inadequate number of towels and facecloths but they had no housekeeping staff in the evening to deliver to the room so we had to go down to front desk in separate building to get them. Room had silverfish in it.

I had the reservation and the price for 1 night on the reservation is$114, but when I checked in the price is different it’s $144 and they charged me and extras $25 for parking while it’s said parking included when I booked the hotel.

This is a great hotel. They had a great breakfast.

It's exactly as you would expect from the top hotel group

What I did not like was I had to pay to park at the hotel.

Was supposed to serve breakfast at 6 am staff was late so we had to go elsewhere and spend $ 60 we shouldn’t have

It was nice I thought it was free parking, tv, could be updated & there was no fan in the bathroom but overall it was a nice stay:)

The staff left only 2 towels in our room and after 3 calls never brought more. My husband eventually went down to lobby. The same thing happened the next day.

It is in a convenient location and a rare find that can sleep 5 in one room. But the sofa is dirty. The room has a kitchen and a dining table, but no dish or fork or anything provided. They could do a better job managing this nicely located property.

Arrived early and able to check in right away. Great restaurant, Kinkaids, 1.6 miles away.

The rooms were nice, the area was not nice.

Everything worked out fine. But, I was unaware of the parking charge until I checked in.

All good just limited in every aspects. For e.g Breakfast options are limited. For e.g. staff in breakfast dining can be friendlier
