The personal very professional and helpful I was not their fault ,but we need to get up and evacuate the hotel because the fire alarm went on at 1:00 am, but the good thing is that they gave us free breakfast.

Property is kept up well. The staff is friendly and professional Beds are very comfortable . Definitely recommend.

Location is good, they don't charge for parking which is nice (don't understand places that charge for parking that's just petty) My room was clean and generally the place is well taken care of. Staff are pleasant. The elevator has a straw on the floor that wasn't picked up for over 2 days, peanut, and other junk. Yes I know many people are slobs but you do need to clean the elevator people get in and out of them all the time.

Nice safe area. Free parking. Several hot breakfast items were cold. (Sausage, Hash-browns). There was several noises which made it hard to fall asleep so I used my white noise to drown that out. Also, because I used booking.com the hotel said they wouldn’t provide me with Hilton Honors points for my stay. This seems very odd to me.

Friendly front desk and restaurant staff. Loved how welcoming and accommodating they were for those of us traveling with our dogs. Will definitely book again when visiting the area.

The breakfast was excellent. The staff were so helpful. We ate from the buffet and had special orders made and it was all good, fresh and appealing.

Morning front desk was courteous and willing to accomodate a later check-out time which was very helpful and appreciated.

This was a nightmare. I hooked the suite and immediately we could hear and feel a chronic rumbling noise occurring every minute or so. It was so loud the room was uninhabitable. When we reported it to the front desk one of the staff was pleasant and the other was egregiously aggressive and obstinate— questioning us, accusing us of making up stories, raised her voice and ultimately the nicer one found us another room option BUT it was a much cheaper room and I did not get any reimbursement. Then a couple days later I tried to do laundry and discovered a decrepit old coin op , put my money in and the thing didn’t work. It was one issue after another . I am extremely horrified and I DEMAND A FULL REFUND

Cozy, comfortable, and most importantly clean. Stayed here a few times and never disappoints. Area is close to food and store without feeling busy or congested. Parking is ample with plenty of spaces. Highly recommend!

I selected Hilton because I am a Peloton rider and want to work out when I travel. Unfortunately the bike was not working. I confirmed with the front desk that it was not working. I was disappointed that I could mot get a work out in during my stay.

I have been staying at this Hilton Garden Inn on-and-off more than 10 years, though I was not recognized. Carpeting on my floor looked dated. Some guests left uneaten food on the table in front of the elevator after breakfast, I was surprised that by night time the food was still left there. Not good if the hotel wants to control pests. Shower in my room was a bit wimpy and not like the Hilton Garden Inn (Waikiki Honolulu) that I just checked out from.....their shower was powerful and soothing.

I Love everything about it. The breakfast was great. The front Desk staff and house keeping were nice. I Love The location as well, I way from The Buzzling sound of The other cehicle passing by. Easier check In and out. Looking forward of coming back next year.

The person at the front desk accommodated us to get in the hotel one night early as I had made the wrong date reservation. This was very kind and helpful after a long travel day.

This is where I usually stay as it’s close to where I need to be. I’ve always had a seamless stay. Quiet and convenient. I lost the first nights sleep due to the toilet running. They fixed it in the am and all was good.

The property is in pretty good standing and in a nice area. The room I stayed in had really old bed that almost sank to the floor when I laid in it. It was very uncomfortable.

After a 10 hour flight we got to the hotel for them to tell me that they oversold the their rooms and my daughter had to sleep on a roll a way. NOT HAPPY!! Why did I bother to make a reservation for a room with 2 queen beds ifHilton doesn’t honor that reservation!!!!!!! I made this reservation 3 months ago!!!!

Conference at the location

There should be more than one chair in a room, in case 2 people want to sit down, without having to be laying on their bed. When I asked for an additional chair for the laptop workspace, I was told that it could not be done (Sean). But the next morning, someone else on duty said, "no problem" and voila, there was another chair. Sean may need some retraining.

You don't receive any service if you book through 3rd party. They treat you differently. You can't use your Hilton benefits or receive any points even though you paid the same price.

This is (at least) our fourth time staying here. Through all of our visits, Sheena and the front desk staff have been incredibly helpful and responsive. The property is centrally located with loads of nearby shops, restaurants, and anything else we may need during our stay. Will definitely be back.

Nice location between San Francisco and San Jose. 10 min drive to airport. Shopping area with in walking distance.

Great experience at this hotel! I didn’t feel like it was walking distance from Disneyland but honestly, it was work the drive. I enjoyed the complimentary cookies upon arrival. I would stay here again.

It really was different from other Hiltons. The management does a great job. Room was very clean, and it felt as if I was in a brand-new room.

Hotel was very good. Breakfast was terrible at $24 per person (eggs were cold, bacon was tough, fruit wasn’t ripe).

I thought I lost my computer in the room before check out so I feel very angry at once. However the front desk is very calm to help me and get the problem solved. Very professional and nice!

Unfortunately the people next to us were smoking in the room and made the fire alarm go off in tbe middle of the night - also caused our room to smell like cigarettes because it vented into our room from the bathroom vent and connecting door - property was nice but one persons choices made it undesirable for us I would have though they would kick them out after the alarm went off but they let them stay for the remainder of the weeken

The staff at this hotel couldn’t be more helpful or attentive. They are absolutely wonderful. The room is spacious and clean, the $5 buffet is well worth it and incredible. If you’re in the area I highly recommend staying here

Clean and quiet. Super comfortable bed and nice shower. Nearby strip mall contains a Target in case you forgot to bring something, as well as a few restaurants you probably also have at home. Otherwise surrounding neighborhood is residenti and seems safe.

We liked the recent room remodel and window blinds. However, in the bathroom the placement of the toilet paper dispenser in relation to the toilet made for a somewhat awkward reach back. We were also disappointed that the air conditioner/heater was still the old noisy unit that wakes us at night when it comes on.

Hotel under renovation. All windows covered with plastic. Staff said nothing could be done. If I knew in advance would have not booked. Staff would not give me refund. Left, called Expedia customer service & booked another hotel.

I appreciate the cleanliness of the hotel and the location was ideal.

Our stay was flawless from start to finish. The customer service agent who checked us in was friendly and professional. He was very respectful of our service dog. We loved the snack shop downstairs. The breakfast manager was extremely friendly and welcoming. The breakfast had great options. We opted to just pay the 9$/kid and us adults just had leftovers from dinner and free coffee because 24/person for adults was more than we wanted since we weren't very hungry. Lastly, when we were a little slow in the morning they granted us a late check-out with no charge and no hassle. Even though they were doing renovations it didn't really affect our stay and overall the hotel was very quiet. We did not try the pool, I'm not sure if it was heated or not.

This is the second time we have stayed at this property. It has been remodeled. It was nice before, but is now refreshed. The staff is great and our bed was incredible. We will be back.
