I immediately went back to the lobby to request a full refund because the condition of the room was unacceptable and unsanitary. Unfortunately, the staff member told me there was nothing they could do and that I had to contact Expedia since I booked through them. This experience was extremely disappointing and stressful after traveling. Guests should not be checked into rooms that are not cleaned or ready, especially after official check-in time.

The hotel location was too noisy due to the Moterey Rd. This road it is busy day and night.

Location was great. Staying in town for wedding events and needed something budget friendly but convenient. This worked perfectly. Easy parking, even arriving late, friendly staff, clean spacious rooms, and great breakfast spread. Enjoyed my stay and will definitely be a repeat customer if I need to stay in San Jose again. Additionally, for those with lots of luggage or other needs, they had a roomy elevator to take you to the second floor. 10/10 recommend.

Hey, the property is what it is. It’s Monterey Road it’s been around forever. The staff was excellent. I lost my keys. Did you magnetize the accommodated me? It was great can’t be responsible for the people who rent places because the people above me were like stomping all night and and we’re really loud but other than that, though hey it is what it is. It was a good time. I’d go out there again.

Staff was very unprofessional. When I arrived my room was not ready. Also they did not reimburse my deposit back.

Rooms smell like weed, pull out couch stained and gross. Trash all around property. Pool is dirty, hot tub broken. Area is sketchy. Breakfast is ok, to be expected for this level of lodging. Would not come here again though.

Check in was smooth and staff was kind. Location of hotel was unsafe and pictures of property online were overly enhanced compared to what you see in person. One out of our two rooms was not clean upon stay and we were unable to get ahold of staff to help until second day when cleaners came. Loud surroundings at night with people walking close to doors and testing whether doors were locked, felt unsafe to go to sleep.

the bathroom was not very clean. Hank goodness I always carry clorex wipes. I was able to wipe the toilet and sink area. In the room I had to wipe down the tables and the sheets and pillow cases has questionable stains. I had a twin sheet set and quilt in my car that was a gift. I had the use it and replaced the gift.

The location was perfect for my partner who had work 4 minutes away! Rooms are big. Breakfast is ok. Pretty decent, would return . I’d give the cleanliness 6/10

I like the location of the hotel. Staff were friendly and helpful. Denial was helpful in checking out and friendly. As for breakfast it's okay. Some, of the items could be warmer. It's luke warm. Coffee ☕️ could be hotter.

But, there was no one attending the property and the listed number for the property did not work. No way to check in or check out. Il ultimately left after 3 hours in the dark and contacted Expedia. I was rebooked at another property and was assured a full refund would be given.

Everything was great, only thing i could say was that we checked in at 5pm and there was nobody at the front desk or lobby until 30 minutes later when they all came at once. Everything was neat and tidy though, overall good experience :)

Nothing I didn’t like how the toilet overflowed went down. I didn’t like that all my clothes were ruined that I couldn’t even wear because I didn’t wanna put on clothes that were on the floor in the bathroom that were wet by the toilet. I didn’t like how there was nobody on site to tell I didn’t like that I wasn’t comped my room or giving my money back. I’m not happy at all.

I booked my hotel with the idea of a newer hotel, when arriving I was given the room 124 thinking I was in one hotel, then was given the room across the way which was old, dingy, unclean, my new bar of soap was an empty bag, dirty towels and our room smelled. I was catfished to say the least. The newer rooms were nice with what I felt better security. Hotels.com really let me down, and so did this hotel. How can someone show one hotel then make you walk across to a dirty, smelly, probably a pay by the hour motel. Highly disappointed all around, that”hotel” wasn’t even close to the money that I had to pay, along with an added $10 payment that I had to to pay to ensure I didn’t mess up the already disgusting room.

Its just a motel, What you pay is what you get for the price it was a good property, the lenin seems to be worn out and washroom was not tidy otherwise rest all ok with the property, this is not your typical best western kind of hotel.

Staff was very nice although check-in is odd -- you check in at the hotel next door. Facility is clean. The accessible tub seat has rust and the shower head leaks. I saw a roach near the refrigerator. Lights in the bath/vanity area flashed on and off at odd times. Bed was comfortable.

There's no front desk staff. We went to Holiday Inn Express to check in (they share the staff). It's setup like motel rooms, where anybody off the street can just knock on your door. We didn't feel safe at all. Kids were screaming/crying outside at 1am. Adults were smoking outside our door. Never going back to this place again.

We ended up looking for another place because the room had a vomit smell, so nasty that I can still smell when I think about it. Literaly no exageration it was the worst pay a little extra and stay somewhere else.

There were ants in the room and they were not able to transfer me to another room and had to deal with the ants. We travel a lot and always always go to this hotel and had no issues until this last trip.

Room and check in was fine. Having Holiday Inn staff handle the property was a surprise. But not as much as the fire alarm going off at 2:00AM and telling us that it had a low battery. Response time was less than optimum.

The first room the carpet was wet from air conditioner to the bed. You had to go to Holiday Inn next door to check in. Hotel next door is newer and made this one look very old. Selected from a website as I didn’t know area and I felt worried about safety. 😳

Stayed one night on way through town. Motel type property where you park by your door. Beds were comfortable, shower had great water pressure, spa was hot and enjoyable, fitness room was nice even had a sauna. It didn’t seem to be in the best neighborhood, but we had no problem walking down the street to get a pizza for dinner.

I got to the hotel without my credit card. My bad. I had to WAIT for someone to approve using their card, Id and signature. Fine but it took 2 hours. The front desk guy didn’t want to let me in because the pictures were not perfect. I read it fine. His computer was the problem where the picture looked weird. He wanted me to wait longer with another picture. Cmon dude. It was midnight and I was getting up early for work and I was TIRED. He just wanted to go back to his cell phone. I was super mad at this point and he finally let me in. Oh and the $10 a day for parking is lame!

Very out dated pictures online not matching actual. Musky smell in room, tried using iron and it was lint clean damaging pants. Will never return. Not to mention dead cockroaches on stairs outside the room at least.

This place was so clean and comfortable. I was trying to isolate, and it was great. The staff was also very friendly and attentive. I would stay here again I would recommend this hotel to someone for comfort, convenience, and overall a great experience.

It’s a nice hotel. But there was noise all night our next room was parting all night and you can hear everything.

I always stay here and always have great customer service .

I couldn't rest because my room window was facing was facing a busy street and there was traffic all night, siI have to hear cars passing all night

There was one small cleaning problem but very good mostly. The staff went beyond what they had to making the stay good. Laundry is coin operated so you have been warned

its an average hotel did not like they charge you $10 a day per parking i would not stay if i was aware of this any hotel that chargers for basic needs seems like they trying to nickel and dime you

Ya no puedes dormir bien.

It was a nice stay. Check in wasn’t terrible but not as fast as I thought it would be due to the computers needing to reload which isn’t the workers fault. Property had charged for electric cars but there was a $15 fee which was a surprise. Also, a parking fee that was not noted on the booking site and the young man was nice enough to say I wouldn’t be charged. Unfortunately the hotel was not as quiet as we thought it would be either, ppl next door were up all night till 7am on the deck partying. Thankfully we were pottery exhausted from a long day that we knocked out eventually.

Convenient, good price, there's a small gym and sauna.

The room was clean and now they charge $10 for parking. The jetted tub was great, but was loud felt like it was in is last leg.

The building is new and kept up very well. They offered breakfast*; variety of items.

Bed bugs and they would not refund me for my stay gross and I had to leave all my clothes out side when I got home and disinfect my suitcase and clothing major pain in my ass

I like that the fitness center is 24 hours even though we didn’t use it. The room is spacious but the only thing is that the heater was not warming after the second day.

Room not insulated at all. Can hear every single noise outside the room.

If it names itself as motel then it will suit its condition. Please dont take your family here. And I am pretty sure you can find better place than this for same or slightly higher amount. And each higher amount will be worth it in your life to escape this. I made huge mistake to book this for 3 days. And they wouldn’t refund when i ask them to checkout early as it is not a good place.

I needed two more towels as our reservation was for 4 people. The sign at the front desk says towels available at anytime . Asked for two more , half hour later they still didnt have any available. My wife and two daughters are here for a funeral and had to share two towels after we all showered. :)

Tomorrow the front desk lady who help us check out from our room 111 she will come contact her boss and let us know what happen or what can he do to compensate us for all the trouble

Terrible old rooms with insects

Everything was fine for the one night stay. Quiet

Good accommodations, clean room and beds. Would have given a better rating, because the water pressure in the shower was slow.

Clean room, quiet area except for the neighbor in room 107 (loud aguing and make up time), a bit of ants in the shower but was taken care of quickly, better breakfast options than other hotels and good customer service.

This hotel was great! The room was large and comfortable, very clean. All staff- housekeeping, front desk, and breakfast- were all super nice and efficient. Parking was free, $100 deposit as stated in the description, breakfast was good. Will definitely stsy again for our next Sharks game!

This is an affordable easy stay with wonderful staff. The facilities are really rundown. It was nice to have a pool and a few hot tubs. The restaurant on site is priced ridiculously and not worth it.

If giving instructions for pick up, mention that the property is a shared driveway with Holiday Inn suites which sticks out a little more from the street. We chose this property because it was close to the cemetery. It is also close to the Fairgrounds. Not walkable to anywhere - not the best part of town.

Overall, our stay was pleasant. The free breakfast was great and the staff were very friendly. The room was very clean, but outdated. The vanity light over the sink in the bathroom did not work and the beds could have used a comforter for warmth.
