The hotel offered an amazing room for a great price! The rooms have great features and are very clean upon entering. I love how it included free breakfast, too. Customer service was also spectacular! Overall, a remarkable hotel for what’s offered and the price!

Stayed here several times! Best hotel I have found that has a room to fit my family. I love the the toilet is a separate room from the shower, best hotel breakfast I have found comfortable and clean!

Staff was friendly. I was on the 7th floor and it was quiet despite being close to the airport. Will stay there whenever I am i. The area.

Everything was good. Breakfast was wonderful. Eggs, sausage, oatmeal, yogurt, lots of choices. The only thing I did not like is that we were charged $15 to park.

The room was nice. I needed an accessible room for a wheelchair. It was supposed to be an accessible but my daughter chair couldn’t get between the bed and the dresser with tv on it. I asked for an accessible room when I reserved the room and was at first sent a regular room. All in all if I have to bring my daughter and her wheelchair I won’t stay at this hotel. Everything else was great.

Room was great! Clean property throughout. The pool was kinda cold, though we were told it was heated. Breakfast was excellent! The staff was friendly and helpful.

Checking in was terrible. Room not ready. A handful of hotel guests experienced the same unpleasant news at the front desk.

The staff was very helpful, they were super accomodating. The rooms were very clean and nice. We will definitely stay here again. Our whole soccer team stayed here and the staff made sure we had everytning we needed.

Road work all night right outside our window, so no one slept. When brought to the attention of the desk clerk upon checkout she offered no compensation.

the veds were super comfortable, the staff was friendly and fast service. The room was clean and the beds were clean as well. I like the extra couch bed pull out, always works when we have our grand children with us.

This property was very clean, quiet, and comfortable. Everyone is not meant to be in the hospitality field. Professionalism should still be required at all times. The gentlemen were very professional and pleasant, their lady co-worker should have stayed home on Saturday. Her tone and body language wasn't professional.

The staff was very friendly and helpful with questions I had. The only complaint I have is the linen. There were at 2 stain spots in the linen. It was not completely white and stainfree.

Beautiful hotel was clean and inviting. Attached parking garage and restaurant on site are super convenient, and the prices for both were reasonable. The continental breakfast has a variety of choices. Staff were very friendly and helpful. Conveniently located less than a mile from the airport. Highly recommend!

Don’t let the wonderful review fool you.Hotel is clean room was very clean except they only do room service every other night although you can ask for room service the first night if your lucky our request never happen when I asked the gentleman front desk I even told him our room # twice but no one came.

Food was good, once they know we missed our flight and we did not have our bags. They accommodate us with everything they could possibly do.

This hotel provided us with a great nice sleep and wonderful breakfast. The fitness facilities are on point too!

We loved everything. The room was spacious and clean. The only thing we didnt like is that you need to pay extra for parking. $15 a day. Traveled with family.

Everything was nice but the doors on the shower room and toilet room was uncomfortable. No locks and they are sliding doors. The doors don't fully close so there is easy ways to see into the rooms while someone is inside.

We just stayed one night but we had a great day. The room was spacious and the beds were comfortable. We both slept very well. The hotel was quiet. The breakfast was excellent for the wide array of hot and cold items. Parking was $15 per night but safe and convenient. Overall, Our room and breakfast were even better than expected and I would highly recommend this hotel if you are staying in San Jose.

Location was good for a quick overnight stay near the airport, free airport shuttle was helpful. Bathroom layout was a bit odd but worked for the one night that we needed.

Easy access elevator from parking area. This is our 2nd time. The room key card was customized for the Fanime event - so cool! Highly recommended!

Room was dirty and not up to par. Would not stay again very upset with it. To make it worst I had to actually pay for it. Look at my pictures how are you supposed to shower with no soap? Look at the black mold that don’t grow over night and the refrigerator wasn’t even cleaned out just nasty

We were not too happy with the fire alarm at 4am in the morning and firefighters all around the block.

After reading a ton of reviews, we booked Springhill Suites. Our one night stay was fantastic! When we called for pick up at the airport, the shuttle driver was on lunch. Instead of making us wait, we were requested to call an Uber and were reimbursed upon arrival to the hotel. We arrived at 9am and our room was ready which we didn't expect since it was so early. We requested late check out the following day and they had no problem with us hanging out at the pool for a few more hours until our flight. All of the staff members were very friendly, the gal working the front desk was accommodating and helpful to us navigating the light rail to get to Levi Stadium for the Niners game. It was a convenient location to light rail a couple blocks away. Hotel is modern style, our room was very clean as was the entire property (we did not have a car so I cannot speak to the parking area). We ate at the hotel restaurant for dinner and were all happy with our meals (chicken quesadilla, burgers, chicken & apple flatbread). The complimentary breakfast had a good selection - waffles with blueberry compote, eggs, sausage, potatoes, tofu, kimchi, oatmeal, cereals, bagels, fruit, hard boiled eggs. There was also a Peet's coffee & espresso bar that you could order from (with charge) which I appreciated! My husband and son went to the gym, there were assorted exercise machines and weights. He said it wasn't a super fancy gym set up but it worked! I would definitely book this hotel again!

The trash for the day was not removed from our room. Did not clean the room or straighten out the beddings. No clean towels the next day.

The airport shuttle was great. It was easy to get an uber to get around town.

Great all-round stay.

The only issue we had was with bathroom frosted glass doors! They don’t slide completely closed- so, when you’re getting out of the shower- others in the room may get flashed! And, not frosted enough, for complete privacy. You will also hear EVERY bodily function/noise going on in the bathroom. So, depending on who we’re sharing room with, probably won’t be staying here, again.

The room was cozy and well-designed, but the only downsides were that the sliding door for the toilet would keep sliding back open in its own (would be nice for it to latch shut) and the shower door wasn’t properly sealed at the bottom so water leaked out into the tiled floor everywhere. We had to use all the towels to mop up the mess, and to prevent each other from slipping in the room.

Perfect location for our purposes which was to attend orientation at Santa Clara University! Nice front desk staff which seems to be a rarity these days. Good food in restaurant as well!

Rooms are very clean and spacious. Front dest was very welcoming and helpful. Breakfast was excellent. My only negative remark is that as you drive to the hotel, the area around it looks to be somewhat unsafe and homless walking around. However, that is out of the hotels control. Once on the block of the hotel area, around is safe and well monitored.

Wonderful front desk staff. Very cool to see tables and a bar in the lobby. Lots of families watching sports on the TV's and just an all-around fun place to stay.
