The hotel is really old. The room was not clean and had a very stingy smell inside the room. I bathroom had broken walls and fungus inside the shower area. I will not come back here ever again.

I got there and immediately cancelled!!! Don't ever stop by there please!!! Thugs and riff Raff hanging in and out of the rooms, I wanted to get my pistol out of the trunk! And the room was nasty!!! Needs to never be offered to anyone!!! I had to book another room at the Sheraton downtown which cost me more!

The place is not safe to many people smoking weed and to many noise all night long

You do not get what you pay for. The property is very run down, there are no amenities to really speak of. But what's worse is there is absolutely NO SECURITY on the premises. The phone system did not work in both rooms I stayed in.The nighttime activity is at a high. The rent is not cheap, I expected more than what was here. The staff is polite and as helpful as permitted. The main access road to the motel is under construction, lots of noise from 8am to 5pm daily except weekends. Animals are permitted. I won't ever stay here again

Great price and convenient loacation. It’s very popular with workers so expect long lines for check in after 6pm. Generally quite clean but we got a room that was room moved and not checked so one of the beds had been sat on and stained. WE pointed it out but decided to keep the room. SHout out to the fabulous guy on reception who handled over 20 check ins/inquiries/complaints with calmness and assertiveness and kindness, in under 30 mins, WOW!

I was given a room with a smaller bed than my reservation. There were roaches in the room and the shower was dirty. I had a non smoking room but it still smelled of smoke

The overall experience was very, very good. The check in staff was very kind and courteous. For an overnight stay on a business trip, on a tight budget, I am very pleased with my experience!

I stay there or even recommend it. Beds falling apart mattress was all lumpy linen was not changed. I had to ask for clean linen. No swimming pool fridge did not Work properly. Property was very dirty and shower was very dirty.

First room, the toilet didn't flush. had to change to another room. The second room did not have a trash can in the bath room and no cups, also only had one bath towel. Has to go back to the office to get more towel and cups.

First time in the room, I saw hair on my bed. The bed was made properly but the hair was too much for me to handle, and that's coming from a guy who's almost bald. The next day, a spider woke me up, crawling near the lamp. The staff are decent, but try not to speak other languages to each other if you can, so guests don't wonder what you're saying about them. The garbage around the building is full and needs to be sorted out right away to avoid unwanted visitors. The air conditioning is great.

This hotel is in a poorer neighborhood and during the day, people lingered around. Despite all this, a lot of people, mostly work crews, stayed there. I would not stay here again. Very rundown place, but it was cheap. You get what you pay for.

The bathroom needed new everything. It was quite run down. Ned’s were uncomfortable and it was squishy for two people at the table area. Pet area was great. There seemed to be inadequate soundproofing between the 2 floors.

I'm filing a grievance to motel 6 corporate office to have her either suspended or terminated immediately....I will never rent a single RM from this location as long as she is still employed there...I want to argue that this complaint will be documented and release to motel 6 all over Santa Clara county..I

Service and clean room was great. Only thing I didn't like is the vibe around the hotel. Nothing bad happen but sketchy people walking around or driving by through out the evening and night. Plenty of parking, good air conditioning, nice staff, clean room, cold/hot water, food with in walking or driving distance, next to the exit/entrance freeway.

The room cleaning was very poor. I asked them to replace the towels, but they didn’t provide any new ones. So how was I supposed to take a shower that day? The service was really bad, and the bed was sagging. The pillows also smelled unpleasant.

Parking is kind of easy but you have to be early to compete with other permanent renters there. It has no hair dryer nor ironing, stand up shower instead of bathtubs and it sink is all inside the bathroom/ toilet/bathtub/sink. The beds here seems to be smaller than others. It is a bit convenient access to the freeway

These people are soooo bad. The area is very dangerous and the staff are horrible. The cleaning staff came into my room without knocking 30 minutes before checkout (11am) and saw me unclothed. I felt violated and rushed out. Upon an "investigation", the hotel lies and says it saw on security cameras that the housekeeper tried to get in but the door latch was engaged. That is CRAZY. She definitely came in and these people are liars. Why was she even coming in at 10:30?! The place is dirty, the staff is dirty, and I will never come here again.

I called front desk at 7am asking to stay a little later for checkout. They granted it to 11:30am. Then at 10:30am a house keeper came in my room without knocking and saw me naked on the bed. I called in to ask them why and they told me they would "check the cameras". They also told me I should leave at 11am. I did, inconveniently, but they still put me on the "do not rent" list. These people are crazy and the facility is horrible. Their "investigation" says that the house keeper did not come in my room because the door latch was engaged. It wasnt. The property lied and also wasnt honest about a granted late checkout request. I feel violated.

They cleaned 0nly one day. They were mad at me for the condition of the room after not cleaning it for a week.

The beds were truly the most uncomfortable I have ever slept on. The HVAC system could not be adjusted (buttons inoperable) and the baseboard in the bathroom was rotted off.

This wasn’t a helpful place to stay at because it came with nothing but a bed and a fridge and microwave the bathrooms were useless and they had nothing that would’ve benefited I wanted a late check out because the whole point of the motel was to get ready for a wedding and they couldn’t give me anything extra which was really pointless because then I had to change in the car like it was really dumb I recommend this when you just need the bed to sleep for a night but I would rather pay more for more amenities and also more space it was a tiny little room then really come back and stay here I think it’s a simple four walls and a bed room If you need something quick.

I would never stay here again. Room was super outdated and the mattress was so used and thin I could feel the board it was sitting on. The couch in the room was ripped and super old. The walls had stains on it and there were police officers patrolling the parking lot.

The front desk staff provides terrible service over the phone, and the manager is incapable of resolving any issues. Therefore, I advise anyone who experiences unprofessional service from the front desk to push back immediately. The rooms and location are fine, but I suggest that the hotel staff receive professional training. If you don't want to work at the front desk, you shouldn't do it at all.

It was difficult finding the place bc the sign isn't updated with the right name Motel 6, it was a different name. We reserved a Queen bed but the only room available was a room with 2 double beds. There was no toilet paper in the bathroom. Felt the price was high for what the reservation was but all in all it was ok.

During our stay we felt very unsafe. The police were at the property arresting a guest. I couldn’t sleep at all with all the commotion in the parking lots and the fear of getting out windows broken. Had two cockroaches in our room and found one in our bed in the morning. Definitely not clean or safe find a different hotel.

The price was affordable. The accommodations were fair. The location was right next to the freeway, which was a plus and a minus. The room layouts were fine. The mattresses were spring and were sunk in some spots and the bathroom vent in our room didn’t work. Would come back here again, but could be better.

I want to start by saying the front desk staff was so kind and helpful! He helped us take our bags up to the room, we had large sports bags and suitcases and I was a woman alone with 3 kids. So front desk is 5 star treatment. I never have high expectations with a Motel 6, however the smoke smell that hit us when we walked in the room was awful. The rooms all have no smoking signs but the weed and cigarette smoke smell in the room was so bad it was as if someone was actively smoking in the room with us. We did notice the room next to us had a cup with used cigarettes on their air conditioner so maybe their smoke was coming into our room. Regardless it was so awful we couldn’t sleep. Our throats and lungs were sore the next day and we all were coughing. The walls had food and splatter stains everywhere. Thankfully the beds were clean. The sheets did have black ink stains on them but you could tell they had been laundered, they were just stained. I absolutely would not stay here again, but I wish the front desk staff well. He deserves to be working at a much nicer establishment. He was amazing.

We need connection laptops to TV by HDMI cable but we can’t, actually they made some usb connectors but always don’t work. Have a question if they don’t cover around tv and we can easily use cable it is safe and nobody needs take off the cover and after that can’t fixed and don’t any cost for CT C hotel and sometimes hotel don’t have to charge fee for guests

Ok it’s a motel 6 so what are we expecting really but come on. Front desk guy was rude af. Didn’t want to give us directions to room or where to park, got irritated when we asked. When we got to room it was less than mediocre. It wasn’t until I sat down in the chair that it really started. I looked at the wall and to my surprise I find a dried up bloody booger on the wall… gross. And then my husband and I start looking around and the walls and floors and everything is nasty and has crap all over it. We knew the front desk guy wasn’t going to do crap about it and the hotel was booked that night. Thank goodness we checked the mattress and found zero bugs or anything. It will only allow me to upload 8 photos but I have like 30. Check help to see 20. Lots of unknown substances on the walls. Don’t stay here if you can avoid it.

Bed was very uncomfortable couldn’t sleep. You could feel the springs. I was better off sleeping on the floor. Definitely need new mattresses. The service was great though.

The AC vent did not work in the room, so front desk came over to fix it but still didnt work. They gave me new room and it was even worst, The smell in the room was horrible. I dont think they cleaned the floor for weeks. If you book your stay with Motel 6.com you may get a decent room in the front area but if you book the room with super8.com then you will get a room in the back with no hot water.

My feet turned black 20 min after arriving to my room, and it had JUST been cleaned. WiFi was spotty and impossible to connect to. They don’t tell you which one to connect to only give you a password and you have to figure it out I guess. Bed felt like a foam pad on a harsh metal frame. In fact it sounded like an aluminum can being lightly crushed in the middle of the night. According to locals, not the best area, high drug/crime rate. I got what I paid for I guess.

On the day , my friend was told she cannot get the room till I arrive, there is no waiting space, and she had to sit on the side of the road. If they had said this before , she would have waited at the airport and not here. The manager was trash too , didnt do anything , i raised the question with her and she was busy protecting her employee. Showed her the call record , and told her what happened , she said sorry for the inconvenience. I asked who worked the previous day for the call , she said i dont know and didnt wanna pull up any info. The managers name was Anabel and this establishment is trash.

I lost my phone in the room and they refuse to give me my phone back and I had to break the window and get inside to get my own phone and they proceeded to call 911 on me when I literally asked if I can get my phone back the easy way, but they wanted the hard way.

Police was called every night, manager Maria was very rude, mold in the air duct and bathroom, swimming pool was very dirty. Not a safe place when you have small kids.

Houskeeping is so friendly, front desk (maria) is very rude. Reported mold in the shower, moved us to a room where there was mold everywhere in the bathroom not only in the shower. The bed was very uncomfortable and the smell of Marijuana reaked in the room.

Property/rooms need an update. Room had broken floor boards in the bathroom and wall had dirt and holes. curtains were full of holes. Walls and shower were dirty. Trash left in bathroom where towels go. Staff was great, not too noisy in the room with surrounding rooms. Easily accessible. Smoke detector also had a bag around it.

Too much noise, the pool water was dark and very dirty. The rooms have a very disgusting odor. The bathroom vent didn’t work. The sheets you can tell they weren’t cleaned. They don’t clean the rooms. If you are only using it to sleep and don’t care about cleanliness by all means. Careful with drug addicts and homeless around the area of where you park your car as well.

When we got back to our room on Saturday, the room key would not open our door. We had to go to the office in the middle of check in time, to get the key fixed, and then it still didnt work. My handicapped mom had to stand outside for 20 minutes until we could get the situation resolved. It turns out the key worked but the door handle needed maintenance. The motel experience ruined the trip!

Shower needs replacing, it's not clean and I think the dirt is permanently ground in. The mattress was extremely thin and uncomfortable. I stayed in a different room in this same facility and this was not a problem. On the other hand, the wifi was great, and the room was dark at night for a change. If you need a budget room in the San Jose area, I do recommend the property, just not this specific room I was in, unless they replace the mattress and shower stall.

I booked this thinking it was the Radisson only to arrive and realize it's the motel6. Had i known this, and that it was THIS motel6, I would never have stayed here. Last time i was here was 15yrs ago and it smelled the same. Very triggering given I dont have fond memories of that place. Also, the toilet clogged the 1st day for who knows why and remained clogged through the stay (I have special needs children and ESAs with me which would have been more cumbersome to vacate everyone than it was to use the portable toilet I keep in my car). The shower was backwards?? And very tight. No ventilation, crusty AC unit literally touching the bed, doors warped, sewer flies, and the phone I had no choice but to use after mine broke and i needed to contact Fedex for pickup was difficult to hear on. And when I requested a late checkout so i can gather everything, the front desk said I only had until 1130 when Ive had until 12 at every other HOTEL ive been to. Not sure why it seemed as if I was bothering them with the request they act like its a Radisson or something. If you have OCD or any motel fears, do not book this. Uncomfortable and disgusted are an understatement. Next time ill save the money and sleep in my car.

It was motel 6 not the Raddison as advertised on Expedia. Mold in bathroom and windisill. Smelled bad. Homeless all over and police cruising around. I rented a regular room with a king bed and i got a disabled room with no regular parking.

This is not a Radison. This is now a motel 6. No food. Rooms were not clean. Bathtub did not work. Horrible experience.

The room was filthy, with cigarette butts scattered around, even though it was supposed to be a non-smoking property. It seemed like no one cared to enforce the rules. There was a common door between rooms, which made the stay feel anything but private or secure. Room service was practically non-existent, and when it did show up, it was far below acceptable standards. The overall security felt very poor — doors seemed easy to bypass, and I didn’t feel safe leaving my belongings behind. This was far from the quality I expected from a Radisson brand. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone, especially if you value cleanliness, comfort, or peace of mind.

First off, I could not find it, as the GPS took me to a Motel 6. So I went in and asked and found a piece of paper on the counter that ID’s this place as the Park Inn by Radisson. The outside signs say Motel 6. OK, fine. Maybe some type of subcontracting going on. Good help at the front desk. Very nice and efficient. Room is small but functional. No shampoo, just two tiny bars of soap and a couple of towels. Not clean, but not too dirty either. Found debris on the floor. The general smell of “wet dog” was present, but not too strong. No iron either, which is useful for travelers. Oh well. Budget motel. This is not the hotel’s fault, but the reason for the bad score was the other patron’s actions. There were dogs in some rooms and kids walking in diapers outside. Also, in-between-housing people would have cars with every imaginable item stuffed in them in the parking lot. Every night people would talk loudly outside until late. Not partying, just blabbing away. At 6am on the nose, the motorcycles would start and idle before leaving, this would go one for quite a while until it quieted down. Not good if you wanted to sleep late. Not good for business travel. Best to avoid if possible. Again, the workers were nice. The place was so-so, but the rest of the guests took away from the civility of staying in a hotel/motel. I’ve been to other motels in the area and they were not like this at all. Lesson learned!

There was black mold in the room and water from shower was on the floor , holes on the restroom roaches. The other rooms before were fine just the pass two times was bad and went to complain and they didn’t do nothing

Then, day 2, I came back from San Francisco to return to my room. All my belongings and travel bag from in my room were thrown in a trash bag and the front desk person gave it to me saying I only booked one night and they were full. I showed him my confirmation for two nights. I had to pay more money to another motel nearby. Thankfully I got there last vacancy. I took a warm shower and was able to calm down. I will never book here again. Good thing I found another vacancy.

When I first booked I had booked for park inn by Radisson. However when I got there it was a motel 6. If I would’ve known it was a motel 6 I never would’ve booked. The beds were very hard and uncomfortable, the ac unit was very filthy. Most of the plug ins did not work . The shower floor was very dirty . And I had booked a room to accommodate 4 people and it was very small to even move around a singular other Person.

No hot water

The front desk does not allow any late checkout and it's at 11am sharp despite Motel 6 corporate policy having checkout at noon for most locations. If you ask them for any sort of late checkout extension, they will charge you money or call security to insist that you leave right away. If you don't renew the same room on time before 11am, you must leave the property and come back at 3pm for a different room. It's more work for their cleaners but the management staff doesn't care. Wifi stops working several days of the week. All of the above despite Park Inn having failed and being run under Motel 6 new management as of May 2025. This hotel is annoying and that's why they are keeping the price low for now. Other than these big staff and wifi issues, rooms are clean. Bed is old spring mattress and uncomfortable. Has fridge and microwave without costing extra. Allows 1-2 small pets for stay included with your room.

My room was a little dirty but overall can’t complain about anything else staff was nice, the elote man came through and it had a microwave and fridge which I liked cause I was eating in my room the whole time but I would stay again.

No Pool Hard to find it because the hotel said Motel 6 and motel 8. We didn’t know which one was it HORRIBLE I have to canceled a day before my original reservation

I liked the room okay. It had a fridge and microwave. Decent hot water in the shower, toilet was great at flushing (you'd be surprised how many motels have poorly flushing toilets), toilets quite rough but adequate for drying off. Having a handheld showerhead was great. I wish all rooms, not just rooms marked 'accessible," had them. Wifi was spotty but working. TV, I dunno, I don't watch TV so I never turned on the set. The wifi could use some signal strength improvement. I never got more than 2 bars, no matter where in the room I was. There are people here who may be homeless but trying to stay off the streets still. I know that makes some travelers from elsewhere uncomfortable but try to cut them slack. I never felt like I was in danger even though the area is a bit rough. Overall, once this motel completes the transition from one chain to the other, checking in should improve.

Definitely an affordable hotel. Room was clean. Bathroom was nice no complaints.

First two nights I had people knocking at my door at 1am-3am. Some walking their dogs at night barking and fighting. House keepers bang on your door constantly. Had two guest followed me back to my room. N they have a 21 day policy that you can not stay in this hotel afterwards. You have to wait 3 days then be able to return. By then your trip is done.

My state was excellent and the room service is outstanding with regards to house cleaning. The front desk receptionist Maria top notch very exceptional and I think she would make a great manager anywhere. As for Mary Bell and whatever her position is to this company has a poor attitude
