I got scammed and the place was turned into a homeless center and booking. com did not return my money after I called them and told them I never stayed there because the management told me that they should have never put them on their list of rooms because they knew it was a homeless center and I want my money back from Super Bowl Sunday weekend. I will be suing y'all because they won't return my money.

Really friendly staff. Very accommodating! The ventilation for the restroom is pretty bad. I had to keep the bathroom light on or else it smelled humid/damp

The room was fine. Shower and toilet were fine. Mini fridge worked well but had to pay extra to have it in my room :( My dog could stay with me at no charge so that was nice. The young lady and young guys at the front desk were polite and nice which made being there a little less worse. The air conditioner smelled like mildew which was a bummer. The bed was not comfortable and clearly had been used by someone in the same place for a long period of time before my use of the room. The man at the front desk wasn’t very nice when I first arrived and I was staying for a whole month and he was still not very nice to me which really gave me a bad first impression. I was in a room with adjoining doors and that made the sound proofing of the Nextdoor room horrible and I could hear everything that was being said and going on in the room next to me at all hours of the night which was very strange and made me feel uncomfortable which really ruined my stay.

Room was in poor physical condition but the worst part was the room was heavily infested with cockroaches from walls and lamp shades to the bath tub to the beds themselves. Took photos. Had to check out that same evening and look for accommodations elsewhere. Just a totally bad experience. Hotel said they couldn't refund the charges but had to go back through hotels.com.

The night shift worker was very attentive and had excellent customer service. He made our experience👍 there very welcoming and let us know what time coffee was and that ice machine was being rebooted. I needed some towels due to a soda spill and he was quick to assist with no hesitation. Thank you Motel 6 for a great experience. Two thumbs up.

While I don’t expect a lot from a motel 6, I have stayed at many better examples of this chain. I expect simple, utilitarian, but clean. Clean is not what we got. There was mildew or mold on the ceiling. The walls and doors were visibly filthy. Not sure the sink had even been wiped before we checked in and, unfortunately, they were fully booked. All this and this was definitely the most I’ve ever paid for a motel 6. Not awesome. I think the standards may have changed since previous reviewers stayed.

Wifi was not efficient, my tv had no signal, my bed & pillows were hard as a rock, there were brunt marks on my tub, no refrigerator, microwave or hairdryer were in the pictures there are suppsed to be, and the bench was broken. Terrible experience

It's a Motel 6... If you don't know what you're getting with a Motel 6 then I'm not sure what to do for you. It's about as you would expect from a Motel 6 near the airport. No better, now worse. Staff was all nice though.

The non smoking room had cigarette burns on the blankets and mattress not to mention the blood drops on the curtain. It smelled like dog since animals are welcomed and the residents that live there smoke and have pitbulls barking.

Small Motel right next to an overpass. Older building with no sound insulation. TV had 1/3 of the channels unavailable. Water pressure was a laughable trickle making washing yourself difficult.

This place is definition of HELL! Druggies, guests subleasing their rooms, dogs off leash running everywhere under the staff’s nose, dogs left in cars when it was 100° and I notified staff and they claimed they didn’t know who it belonged to. When I threatened to call police, they picked up the phone and called the guest who owned the dogs. When I confronted the guest about abusing her dogs, she said her friend who was subleasing, a pregnant druggies, didn’t allow dogs in the room so she left them in the car all night and to the next day. Absolutely HORRIBLE! The staff should be be fired or replaced.

There were people screeming to friends from the balcony to the parking from about midnight to 3am, it was amazing, I cluld not sleep much. I had to call front desk from my cellphone as the phone was not working in the room, he came and told them to stop this and close the door. Then, they put a tv very noisy per hours until sunrise when I left. Really the worst Motel 6 I have been in my life. I am now thinking in never go back to Motel 6. The freeway was extremely noisy as well. Not a good place.

The check in took forever only because the counter was supposedly on a 10 minute break but took 20 mins. The room was disgusting, roaches were crawling everywhere. I did not stay there and found another place to stay. DO NOT STAY THERE UNLESS YOU WANT TO BRING SOMETHING BACK WITH YOU!

This is a good place for a quick and affordable stopover on your way to or from the San Jose Airport. The pros: the room was clean and comfortable, had a nice deep bathtub, location was a short drive from the airport and there's a Denny's right next door. The cons: on the night we stayed it was a bit noisier than we'd like just from the amount of folks coming and going at all hours but otherwise there were no issues. Good value.

I was greeted with a nasty smoke and dog smell when I entered. There were blood stains on the toilet. Unsavory peoples hanging out all times of the night. My tv didn't work. There was no microwave. Some man asked if he could have my room because I left early. I think I've said enough.

My experience at the hotel was not the best. I was a entire day with out water in my room. My towels were dirty, towel it looked like it it had human discharge. I also found a couple of roaches in the shower and the sink. The next day I woke with red bump on my body. The bed had bed bugs. I asked for refoun or discount and they wouldn’t give me any discount or refund.

Room smelled really bad, Staff was not friendly or helpful. I checked in very late in evening. As the smell got unbearable I called and asked the front person if he can send someone check or fix the problem, he told me he could not help nor anyone can until morning.Well it was late at night, so I ended up staying there and checked out first things in morning. The lady at the front desk was very help and accommodating to our workers. She was very helpful in a small problem we had having booked the reservation online. Will be coming back.

People that have likely been evicted live there full time. There are weird looking people just hanging in theirs cars at night, probably drug dealings and playing loud hip hop in the parking lot, homeless right around the property, people fighting and banging doors in the middle of the night. Or randomely banging at your door. I will never stay there again. Staff was nice but this was such a scary place and I felt unsafe and did not get any sleep for three night due to the noise level outside the rooms,

The outside of the building is filthy and the people out there were pretty riff raffy. It's a motel 6 so you can't expect much. The rooms are run down and dirty. And my non-smoking room still smells like smoke. But you get when you pay for!

I got there thinking it was a family oriented hotel, and upon arriving to the parking lot, due to the presence of people dressed in a certain way indicate that it might not just be family oriented, but more adults only. I express my desire to move forward to another hotel and ask politely to get reimburse cause I was not sleeping there with my mother, after a couple phone calls with Expedia and the hotel, I got a straight no.

I waited 10 minutes at the desk for someone to help me with check in. I rang the bell twice and nobody came out from the back to help me. I can hear them talking and laughing in the back. Bed was comfortable and was very convenient to Santa Cruz Beach Boardwalk.

Motel 6 only offers the most basic amenities: a (very comfortable) bed, shower, sink, toilet, TV & AC. No shampoo. But there was no hot water after 8 pm. (I stayed for 5 nights so got to thoroughly test that out.) They could be more eco-friendly by not changing the towels and soap every day. All laminate flooring, so little chance of bed bugs and don’t have to be concerned with gross carpet.

I cancelled this booking on July 31st, 2022 but they still charged me for the room! Motel 6 needs to refund me!
