Absolutely filthy dirty. Amenities? You mean the blow dryer that blew out sparks? Disgusting. Dirty. No help or offer to move rooms.

Although the staff was helpful in getting me a room, I quickly noticed the phone was disconnected, and the bathroom dingy and dirty evident of years of use. The staff returned to the room, moved the bed to access the phone hookup, revealing tons of dust and dirt. After changing the cord, phone still didn't work and he left. The bed was awkwardly made up with the top sheet on top of the blanket. Who wants to sleep with a scratchy blanket next to their skin? What?! While trying to salvage the night before a big hike, I realized I could not drown out the booming music nearby. So I packed up and returned to the office to drop off the key. Staff did not suggest a refund, or anything, so I left driving, an hr and half back home without going on my hike. I'll never again trust Days Inn. Why not call the police and lodge a noise complaint? I'm sure the city of San Jose has noise ordinances after 11 pm. Never again.

NOTHING. One of the worst hotel experiences ever. The room was filthy. There was a peep hole going to the outside of the room that others would be able to use to look in. The sheets had cigarette burns (non-smoking room) and looked to be dirty. Stuff was falling apart. The room was DISGUSTING. There was dirt caked on the walls and throughout the room, holes in walls/doors, mismatched paint from very poor repair work, the smoke detector was removed, the door look latch would not lock, etc. I wish I could share a video on this review because that is what was taken as evidence of how bad it was. DO NOT STAY HERE!

Good costumer service and excellent room prices! If you’re looking for somewhere to stay not to pricey I would definitely recommend this place.

need to send inspector to check the hotel, ice machine was nasty, room was bad, bath room not clean, smell by the office.

WiFi was down almost the whole time. Pool looks like something out of a bad movie - green, frogs, dirty. Smelled like pee everywhere. Residents wandering around at 3 am with domestic disputes. I would avoid if possible.

The guy at the front desk spent around a half hour with different remote controls trying to get the TV to work. At 6 AM some homeless person banged on my room saying he needed help. GPS takes you to the other side of the cyclone fence from the hotel instead of telling you to continue straight, turn left, make a U-turn, and pull into the hotel.

I don't know because I had to cancel. I was burying two uncles. The hotel was to far away. Within 30 minutes I canceled with Booking and the hotel. I was told there was no charge from the hotel. The next day I was charged for a whole day for a place I never even stepped foot in. Booking even said free cancelation. The hotel still charged me. The double standard. When I talked to the hotel host he assured me there was no charge. The next day I was charged. He pretty much lied to me. I believe this is one of the reasons the hotel has such a low score.

Ended up here through no fault of my own -- third party booking issue where I was supposed to be. The employees were nice, but the rooms are extremely run down, the area is pretty unsafe and the WiFi and majority of TV channels do not work. The photos displayed here are not even remotely accurate of what you're getting. This is, to be clear, a motel and a run down one at that.

It did not look like the picture there was a hole in the wall. There was somebody else’s hair on the bed. The pillows were terrible and dirty. It looked nothing like the pictures to be $--- for two nights and $100 deposit.

I am looking for Andy. I checked in last night (late Wednesday night/early Thursday) around 12:30 am local time. Kris was very helpful in getting me checked in and settled. What followed however was not acceptable. We went to room 16, and it was absolutely filthy. The sheets (see pictures) were very dirty and gross. I had to ask myself, would anyone from management want themselves or their family to stay here tonight? The smell was not good. The bathroom walls were filthy. The baseboards were not clean. It was honestly so unpleasant I called 8 different hotels to see if there were any other options at 1am. After having everything else booked, I stayed. It was such a disappointing experience after a long day of air travel from out of state. I can deal with a dated hotel, but this was absolutely unacceptable with filthy sheets and not clean room. I would request a full refund for the nights stay and that will be the end of it. Otherwise, I will be writing a full detailed Google Review, Yelp, Hotel.com, and other content on social media. To be charged an outrageous rate for such a terrible experience is just disappointing. Kris was very helpful and kind so please thank him for his support. I will be waiting to hear back. Made over motel not Days Inn quality. We are elders and carrying an even small suitcase up outdoor steps was unexpected. Breakfast was not offered here. These 2 realities without prior knowledge created a negative reaction. This property, even if clean, does not feel like it is. This motel was not truthful of its condition. The 3rd party also did not give information of the reality.

The thresh hole to the bathroom has sheet metal screws, my granddaughter cut her foot first thing. Water temp not exceptable , I complained and he said, oh it's hot. Barely Luke warm. Lamp on night stand doesn't turn off. The plug has no out let cover. Pool shut down. I will be giving bad feedback on Google with pictures.

The room was dingy. May have been clean, but the room was old and bathroom was old and dingy. We’re left and didn’t stay the night. The pool was out of service.

I found a dead cockroach on the floor. The linens were stained. The furniture was old and in disrepair. The clerk tried hard to find better accommodations, but there weren’t any.

They kept my deposit because sheets were durty after staying for a week.it does not cost 100 to wash sheets

The description of the hotel did not match. They did not serve breakfast, they asked for a deposit that wasn't in the description when booking and the front desk associate charged my card 450 for no reason that gave my bank a fraud alert. It was only supposed to be 155 with a deposit of 100. Honestly the room was decent but the bed sheets looked dirty and stained ! So I dont not recommend this place !!!

I dont think this place should be on Expedia, this is no-stars, unless I got the worst room in the place, this was a bad experience, and I paid $110 for it. Not sure why they charge $100 deposit, there's nothing you could do to that room to make it worse.

Perfect location! There’s a Seven Eleven, KFC, Burger King next door. Across the street from there is a shopping plaza with an Asian grocery store, Mexican restaurants (one you can play billiards at), Chinese restaurants, Vietnamese restaurants, a pizza place I didn’t get to try, retail shops, and other establishments. The room was comfortable, albeit it could use a facelift, and it felt clean. The bed was super comfortable, and the pillows were super comfortable as well. TV had premium movie channels, Fox News, CNN, etc. Plus, I didn’t have go far to light up a cigarette. The property manager said it was ok to step out of the room and light up right outside the room! Also, got a real good as well. I highly recommend this place!

I have never stayed at hotel that is in such poor, unkempt, dirty condition. The lights and outlets on the wall between the beds didn't work and were nearly falling out of the wall. The sheets and pillows smelled clean but the blankets/covers on top were visibly dirty. The walls were dirty. Do not have enough any clean Lenning for your bed, drug addicts people going back-and-forth noises argument, violence, no control over the property broken doors, no type of compensation for me going to the hospital still made me pay after I went to the hospital. The emergency ambulance came to pick me up.

When we first got there the Lobby had a strange smell, the room was rundown and had a smell, the towels in the bathroom were dirty, I had to go request clean towels, so were the bed sheets, we had to sleep over the cover, the microwave didn't work, there was a home-less person sleeping outside out window, there was bending machine but it was not working, when we got up in the morning and left the room there was a home-less person on the hallway by the lobby asking us for money and there was vomit all over the floor. It was certainly not a good experience, not worth was we paid for.

Awful to say the very least. Reception room was a mess, receptionist was rude and did not care to help us when we requested a refund for falsely advertised room (stains, lighting), uncleanliness (hair on towels, pool violations), and to top it all off, we found a condom in the drawer. Absolutely disgusting and filthy. We were offered NO refund and the receptionist kept insisting a free upgrade to a king-sized room instead of just giving us a refund. We didn’t even get a refund, so ridiculous. Save yourself your time and money, DON’T book here.

Reception room was a mess, receptionist was rude and did not care to help us when we requested a refund for falsely advertised room (stains, lighting), uncleanliness (hair on towels, pool violations), and to top it all off, we found a condom in the drawer. Absolutely disgusting and filthy. We were offered NO refund and the receptionist kept insisting a free upgrade to a king-sized room instead of just giving us a refund. We didn’t even get a refund, so ridiculous. Save yourself your time and money, DON’T book here.

The owner/manager was great and honest. He gave us a choice of upstairs or downstairs and carpet or hardwood flooring. The price was great for the area (not the best), had a transient stumble in as we were checking in looking for a friend. Door frame to our room appeared to have been kicked in before. Pool was closed for maintenance and there was no spa which were the reasons we chose this hotel. There was also no breakfast as the hotels.com listing showed it had and was another reason we chose this hotel. So we were a bit let down upon checking in. The room, however, was clean and nice. Despite the location of the hotel it was quiet and we slept well both nights. Enough hot water in shower for each family member to shower one after the other and bathroom appeared to have been remodeled and upgraded recently. So while we were disappointed our booking wasn't what we had hoped for it was a decent hotel, we were able to relax and sleep well, and had no other issues than those mentioned above. Badly maintained, towels and sheets are too old, stained and disgusting, door and shower fixtures are broken, curtains are not fully covering the window, the place needs a serious make over. Only good thing is close to 101 freeway. From desk guy is very sweet, but the hotel itself needs an upgrade. I would never stay there.

This hotel needs total renovation- rooms were horribly in need of complete overhaul. Pool was closed due to failure of water quality by the County. No continental breakfast as advertised. Our door latch & casing had already been broken into & not fixed. Hot mess. Wouldn't recommend at all.

The property is old and dirty. Most of the electric outlets were not working. We occupied 4 rooms. Every sheets on the bed has stains on them. After we asked the management to replaced them. They brought back the exactly the same one and called it new replacement. Over all, would not come back and would not recommend to anyone.

We booked 2 rooms for the family. Both rooms were not comfortable to sleep, since they were smelly and bed linens had stains, washrooms were dirty. It should have included breakfast, but there were no breakfast options available. Anyway, even if there had been breakfast available, we would not have been able to eat it due to poor sanitation.

The bedding was dirty (pet hair, himan hair, visible dirt) and smelled bad. The bathroom was not clean. Thwre was a dirty broken lounge chair in the corner of the room. It was 1130pm and no where else had vacancy or our family of 5 would have left as soon as we seen the room.

Furniture was broken, outside door to room was not secure as the security latch was broken. Floor & walls were flithy. No breakfast was available as advertised.

I believe there was a problem with their credit card machine because two of my cards didn't work for the deposit even though I had used them earlier in the day. I even called the credit card companies, and the problem wasn't on their end. As a result, I had to go to a bank to bring cash, and when I returned, there was another customer at the desk whose card wasn't working. The internet also didn't work for the first day, and my towels were laundered but still had a stain. All in all, you get what you pay for; this place was less than half the price of the hotel where the conference I attended was, and I can see why.

This hotel is very much neglected. In the rooms missing light bulbs , smoke detectors and just over very rundown. The pool is more over a over grown algae pond would not recommend anyone swimming. By the look of things the complimentary breakfast has long been close and turned into the owners living room.

The room was close to the swimming pool, the room needs to be updated the bathtub was dirty and had marks that need to be cleaned AS.A.P. I booked an extra night just because it was close to the family home for the 3 nights nobody came to clean de room o change the towels. No going back.

The room was horrible. The room had a big hole patched and not painted. Electrical sockets didn’t work right. I should have stayed somewhere else and paid more. I will never stay there again. Looks run down.

We asked for canceling and refund of our booking but the clerk refused to give us a refund for the second night. We decided to leave the property because of our safety. I booked the room for $244. Then at check-in it was $344. Not happy with booking. The staff was great. And the property is clean and nice. Front desk. Person very nice and accommodating. Bummed it advertised breakfast. But sadly no breakfast.

Noisy region, bad color combination & cancelled breakfast makes this hotel a bad choice.

Hole in the wall, broken tiles in the bathroom, left over shampoo in bathroom from stat before, faucet in bathroom is broken, air conditioner whistles when shutting off, outlets by bed didn’t work ~ needs to finish repairs before renting again. We were exhausted after driving all day & beds were comfy & warm water on shower were the most important factors.

Bad Vibes all around. Not for family. My family was not satisfied at all. Im still waiting for my deposit. Like other comment's say. STAY AWAY!!!!

There was blood stains on the currtain and towels. The blanket had a cigerette burn and weee unclean. The air conditioner was right beside the bed. The chair was greesy had to pht a sheet over it to sit on it. When first entered room there was an unpleasant smell. Was showed 3 rooms and they all had the same smell. There was hair in the sink and tub. There was 5 people in our party and were told one roll of toulet paper on our first night. The room was not clean. Felt like other guests and staff were watching us. There was a trailer park surrounding the building. The pool was closed due to renos and there was no breakfast.

I had to make another reservation since the booking has wrong information. It says the rooms sleep five but they barely sleep 4! The front desk agreed that I cancel my booking through expedia and I chatted with an agent. However he was unable to fove me an answer

I ordered the hotel because of the pool and breakfast, surprisingly none was available due to "maintenance". I asked for a discount, but haven't got anything. The room was dirty, the towels were with spots.

Sheets and pillowcases had stains all over it. Looked as if they weren't changed out. Shower had hair in it, shower curtain was filthy with dirt and something pink all over it, toilet was dirty with black marks, sink ares was dirty with left over toothpaste from previous guest. Desk and dresser broken. Walls in room and bathroom dirty and huge holes. Towels had dirt marks and yellow stains on them, Curtains in the room were broken and did not provide adequate privacy for my family. The few things that were ok was the floor and TV other then that, that property needs alot of work.

I hated this property. It was not worth the price and completely dangerous for my family. We stayed one night out of necessarily and immediately found something better for subsequent nights.
