    I liked how the jealous manager came into my room closed the door and showed me her phone with video of 2 women who were in my room. The manager so so jealous she acted like I cheated on her lmao Being recorded and harassed by the female manager

    The located was absolutely great. It was also very affordable. The place was pretty rundown. The wallpaper was peeling in the bathroom, all the rooms had older AC units. The place needed to be updated. It looked taken care of just needed some upgrades. Also there was no mini fridge so you couldn't keep any drinks cold. I don't understand how it qualifies as an extended stay since there's no mini fridge but hey what do I know.

    Location and price The shower doesn't fully close, the ceiling lights don't work. There's an extention cord running to the bathroom to a desk lamp, which is probably a fire hazzard. The room is overall not maintained.

    Honestly don’t book here. Area was super sketch. Door gap was so wide anyone could stick their finger in. Lot of homeless around. Go the extra mile and get yourself a better place.

    Are only allowed one towel per person ( no hand or face towels) and 1 small soap for the group. No microwave. Just a blanket on the bed I slept in my clothes and a jacket cause the heater didn’t work. Horrible experience!

    The room was awful. It smelled terrible, the wallpaper was coming off in the bathrooms, the wall outlets were half removed, the TV remote didn't work. Who knows what lived in the carpets and towels. I shudder to think. The room had been broken into before. The screen was still half pried open, and the window lock was one of those cheap aluminum and thumb screw things. It was advertised as having a microwave and fridge, but they were in the office...which doesn't open until 7AM, so I had to leave my breakfast there when I left. The router had been stolen, so there was no wifi. No big, I wouldn't have used it anyway. Just another thing that was wrong. This is one of those monthly places, so you get what you get. as in, the room next door had people in it partying until late. containers with the lids cut off to collect the AC condensation on all the units was a nice touch. lol Oh, and the kitty litter My boss is going to hear it from me for booking a room here. Next time I'll choose. Unless you need a place to party on the cheap, I'd steer clear.

    This Lobbie closes at 11pm sharp. Iknew i was going to be arriving past that time. I called and kept the staff updated on my situation. I was fortunate to be able to check in shortly after 11 due to constant communication. This may not hppen with everyone.

    My experience at this hotel was bad. The people werent bad but the whole experience was overall bad. I could not breathe in the room, there was a smell. A bad one. I threw a moving blanket and a tarp over the bed. Still got bit by bedbugs. And other residents around me were trying to solicit things. I got out of there as soon as possible. It cost more money after i bought the lysol, moving blankets, new clothes and tarps to put on bed. Just eat the extra cost and pick any other hotel around the area, because it is a cool area

The last night there I saw a cockroach which made me check all of my belongings before I packed everything up to load into my car.

    The staff was polite and friendly, but they did not provide any assistance. We had no soap in our room. We were missing several light bulbs and were short on towels. When I asked for soap, the manager seemed surprised but then said that they didn't have any; he checked without even looking. I requested an early check-in a few days in advance and in person, but was declined. That was not a big issue. I understand staffing issues and scheduling, but soap and towels!?! That air conditioning unit took a long time to cool the room. There's more but I think that paints the picture. I'm grateful that we only stayed one night.

    No hot water, furniture is pretty worn, the only thing in my bathroom was soap, 2 towels, and toilet paper. And it has 3 lamps for light that weren't very good. Absolutely not worth around $110 a night. $60 at best

    There is no hot water, the shower doesn't work, and wifi signal is very weak. But otherwise the room is OK, given the price. What struck me is the rudeness of the person at the front desk. When I told him at the checkout that the shower did not work, he literally started to yell at me that I should have told him earlier. When I said that I could not have told him earlier because I only discovered it last evening and that I wanted him to know this so that they could fix it for the next guest, he said it was none of my business.

    I did not like the look of the room when I checked in. I also did not like the customer service. I checked in, saw the room, and decided it would be better for me to stay somewhere else. All of that took barely five minutes. The person at the front desk refused to give me a refund for the night when I only stayed five minutes. I also am wary of the liability waiver I had to sign- they mentioned that I wouldn't hold them liable for possible BEDBUGS. Further, I was not fully assured of the safety of my private information. They made copies of my credit card and drivers license, and were dismissive when I wanted affirmations that the information would be destroyed. All in all, I was not pleased with my "stay" there, and am especially upset that they refused my refund for a nights stay when I was only there for 5 minutes.

    First there was only two shower towels and no hand towels, both of them had visible stains. When I asked for more towels they said they didn’t have any. The listing also said there was a refrigerator but there wasn’t one in the room and when I asked about it they just said nobody was there who can help with that. I had a reservation for 4 days and on the 2nd night I found bed bugs in my bed as well which I took pictures of. When telling the shorter Asian man at the counter about the bed bugs he seemed completely unfazed and just said sorry we are not liable and it makes me think they know about the bed bugs and are not doing anything about it. The younger girl at the counter also would be sitting in the lobby during the posted open hours with the door locked. She would talk to me through the glass and seemed to get frustrated when I said I can’t hear her over the traffic which is just rude. The hotel itself was very dirty and even my front door lock didn’t work properly. The dead bolt keyhole from the outside was chewed up so the key could not be entered so I could not lock my door safely when leaving my hotel room. Ontop of that the door itself was so crooked the door barely shut and with just the doorknob lock keeping it shut I’m very confident anybody can easily kick my door in and steal my belongings. My stay at this hotel was horrible and I wouldn’t recommend it to anybody. I checked out and went to the Holiday in next door and had an extremely better experience there.

    First of all says free breakfast but there’s no breakfast it also says free Wi-Fi but the Wi-Fi is rarely working. So When I got in the room it seemed fine but then we looked at the clean house in there and they had food stains. I understand it’s hard to fully clean white towels but they looked dirty. I went to the front desk to ask for clean towels and they told me that they didn’t have any at the front desk or that they couldn’t get any that I needed to find a housekeeper and ask them for one. I asked the housekeeper and she mentioned that it’s every other day that they can give us clean towels therefore she was not gonna give us clean ones. Clean towels is a basic necessity at a hotel I couldn’t shower for two days. The front desk person just kept mentioning that it’s a very cheap hotel one of the cheapest in the city therefore that was her excuse for the towels being dirty. If you stay here bring your own towels and bedsheets since one of the bedsheets also had a boot print on it.

    I pulled up and there is a person who is on drugs in front of the hotel with his bike in the driveway to get to the lobby. The hotel is absolutely disgusting, I walked into the room and it smelled like smoke and old food. The room was dirty stains all over the carpet. The bathroom had hooks for towel bar but no towel bar. The blankets on both beds were dirty and had holes in them. I walked in and immediately walked right out. Front desk staff didn’t switch rooms or offer new sheets so I left and went to the holiday inn next door. Expedia didn’t help at all I called twice as soon as I checked in. Was hung up on the first time. Called back again was told he couldn’t get me a hotel anywhere else and I was past cancellation since I checked in. Unhelpful , the front desk, Expedia. Just disgusting.

    The man at the counter should NOT be working with customers, I reserved and prepaid a room, I came in early morning to ask if I can check earlier then 3pm. The man became angry and upset, told me to leave and not come back until 3pm. He scared a customer that just came in behind me. The short bald man went from 0-10 in 2 seconds. I was asking to calm down, as it seemed like he was going to get a heart attack from his anger. so I left and later returned at 2:20 pm. I walked in and he immediately stood up and began to yell at me, "I thought I told you not until 3pm so get out!! GET OUT!!! I demanded my money back, but refused to refund. This man is dangerous, as he came out from behind the counter twice like he wanted to fight. Told me he did not care if I called and reported him. "I don't care" Get out and don't come back. This place is not a safe place to stay, he allows loitering in front of his motel, people outside partying, there's is a liqour store and a bar next to this Motel that also allows loitering in the parking lot and in front of store and Caravelle Motel. I will be taking this buisness to court to get my money back!!!

However, the room had no charging outlets, NO hot water, hotel website stated free airport shuttle-NOT, no sink nor tub drain covers, A/C control was broken, décor was worn and old, carpeting was thin and not soft to sit-down on, and location is potentially dangerous with homeless loitering on the property. Despite the low price, try somewhere else at a higher price.

    No hot water, no soap, TV didn’t work. The rugs was all torn and coming up. When went to talk to the manager he was hostile and said “check out then, leave the key and don’t leave a bad review”. We were stocked but decided to stay. We were able to take one shower each because we were finely able to get warm water in 4 days.

    The room furniture is in horrible conditions, i think the government has a deal with the hotel to use it for homeless. Smoking is allowed but most of the sheets and blankets has cigarettes burns. It smell very bad and on Sunday’ morning the police came over because one on the homeless that was on the room downstairs was throwing staff against the wall.

    Needed a place to stay near the airport for an early flight and didn’t want to spend much. Based on the price and the area I wasn’t expecting much. The place is clean but old, could really use an update. The bed was comfortable so we did have a good sleep. The service was excellent, no complaints there.

    The room looked like it needed some TLC. The towels looked dirty, we ran out of toilet paper and had to procure some more from the front desk. The location was great.

    The room smelled bad and was dirty. The furnishings were old and broken. The bathroom door was filthy, with what looked like blood or feces smeared on it. There was no shampoo, conditioner, or body soap.The bed had one thin blanket on it. It was absolutely disgusting! I couldn’t stay the night it was so gross. I was afraid I would take bed bugs or roaches home with me. It was awful!!!

    The man at the front desk was rude. He yelled at all the guest. His maids accused me of having too many people in the room. No microwave or fridge .
