I’m me guest ended up with bites all over the bottoms of their legs while sleeping, a floor board was a tiny bit broken between the beds. Staff was friendly at check in. Pretty quiet area which was nice.

great for what it is. like a friendlier "mom & pop" motel 6. everybody showed friendly. I walked less than 1/2 mile for coffee. industrial kind of area. I would stay again :-)

Everything was good. Quiet, which was nice. Busy in the morning, during rush hour traffic. Not the hotels fault, just the area. Check in was fast, they were able to accommodate late check out, and I was upgraded to the suite for free.

Two-Bedroom Suite is clean and big enough for 4 adults. No breakfast is served and the kitchen is empty and useless: there are No coffee machine, no plates/ cups/ utensils/ pans, etc!

While its not the worst place I've stayed, it was pretty bad. Check in/out was easy. The people in the office were nice. The room smelled like an awful floral perfume/cleaning product upon arrival. Parking lot did not feel safe. I found myself checking frequently on my car through out the night ( stayed for 3 nights.) Friday night there was a couple arguing outside. Sunday a homeless woman was screaming in the parking lot for a good few minutes. Monday morning we showered and everytime the room above us turned on their water ours either went super hot or very cold. The walls and ceiling may as well have been paper. You could hear everything. We also found a cockroach running across the bathroom floor. The floors were also filthy. Put a brand new pair of socks on and walked around packing up, took them off when I went to put on shoes beause of how dirty they got. We stayed in room 113. I did inform the office of the roach, to which they apologized.

I booked for 1 bed ONLY, and when I called to confirm my reservation, I was told that they don’t have 1 bed available. They have 2 beds, with a higher price, of course and I have to pay the difference. I called again to cancel but nobody picks up my calls. Now, I’m being charged for something I didn’t use.

We did a real late check in and the person was very friendly and accommodating. The bed was comfortable, but needed a thicker blanket. The restaurant onsite had amazing food and would definitely eat there again.

We got the old room and it has unpleasant smell. I tried to changed our room but she says that only 1 vacant left at the second floor which is not convenient for my wife because she had knee problem but I’ve seen there’s so many vacant room across the room she gave us and still vacant until now secondly our bed is too low & not comfortable to sleep.

I work in San Jose and all I need is a place to lay my head at 🌃 ght, be able to take a shower and have something close to eat at. This place fills all those boxes. A little older but still a good sleep.

For the past two times I've stayed here, I have yet to receive my security deposit back. When I call to ask about it, nobody answers the phone! I know both times there was no reason to not refund my deposit, and they just kept it without giving me any reason why I haven't received it back.
