I love my room,everything was nice and clean.

The room was trash front is a thief . Let me in on a 3 day stay . Then someone tried walking in door white dude black chick . I hurried got dress walked out the door they were standing right in front confronted them and female started to say don't push me I was not close to enough to touch . I went to the office rip off owner kicks me out for no reason threatens to call cops

Comfortable room. Mini fridge freezer only. No phone, no coffee maker, and no view but it doesn’t detract from comfort. A/C and fan worked well. Carl Jr next door was convenient. I’m grateful for their hospitality.

Parking can get full really quick so get there early and ac kept the room cold and fresh all day n night.

The room was cheap for the area, and I didn’t expect a 5 star resort. My only expectation was that it would be basically clean, to which it wasn’t. There was long hair on the table and pillow when I got in. I also killed a cockroach when I was going to bed. I will admit that the bed was decently comfortable, though. The physical shape of the room and surrounding area needed some serious attention. I was not happy when I was forced to have my drivers license held at the front desk because of some “computer issue” When I brought up the cockroach issue and showed the employee the picture at checkout, his response was sometimes the bugs come and said I could have switched rooms. Did not offer an apology or seem like he was interested in my issues. Please do not stay here.

The total experience was poor. The parking lot felt unsave. There was pleanty of trash, broken down cars etc. The room was filthy.There was writing on the walls, a dirty bathrom with grime of the walls. Mo hanger in the room The towels were stained. I was afraid ofr beg bugs so I DID NOT sleep under the covers. The entire place felt unsafe. You should remove this place. It does not reflect well on EXPEDIA!!

Room was in good condition, decent. Only things that I felt weren’t pleasant were things out of the hotels control such as location and being able to hear other guests in other rooms.

It smelled terrible was not clean. I canceled my reservation and want a refund but I can’t get a hold of you.

Rooms are descent, needs major upgrade tho. Kinda could smell the mold in the walls but nothing major. Maybe a deep cleaning to get that freshness. Next to frwy so a bit noisy. Not to many movie chanels either so cable is outdated. Very small showers too.

Roaches, no ice. Worn down too run down for the price. They didn’t bother the clean the microwave before they gave it and the non smoking room smelled like smoke and body Odor. Had to find fragrance just to tolerate the smell and change it. There are no real comforts but the wifi and the refrigerator was a plus as it gets very cold and the location was convenient to the highway.

The room was dirty, as were the towels. The sheets were not changed, and the tables had food residue and a bad smell.

Dirtiest hotel we’ve ever been to. Baseboards and walls had dirt, grime, and unknown drippings all over them. Bathroom wall had who knows what all over the wall by the toilet and toilet paper. There was only one full size towel, and 2 literal ripped up half towels.

I want a refund I didn’t stay at this hotel. It was a dump. It smelled terrible was not clean. I canceled my reservation and want a refund but I can’t get a hold of you.

It was really hot the AC did not work we were sweating all night. We had to ask for toilet paper there was none when we arrived

The air conditioner is old and not very cool. The towels are dirty, the toilet is leaking, and the drain in the shower room is clogged and drains very slowly.

Towels were dirty!! Bring your own towel. Fridge was dirty, need a good wipe down. The location of this place is weird. However, for the price, it's okay.

Nice place to stay on a budget. Quiet and efficient. I'd be back around again. Front desk manager is polite and informative.

My experience with place was horrible, its dirty, hair in floor ,dirty walls and spiders webs in the wall ,curtains had holes, the towels were old they look rags , I had to get my own sheets and blankets so lay on the bed and top of everything not even one day picked up the trash or even clean the room

Room was disgusting. Had a horrible smell. Bathroom smelled like piss. The towels were ratty. Only had one wash cloth. Tons nats. The floor was disgusting. I walked with no shoes and my feet were completely black. I found a review of the same room i stayed in and nothing has changed.

Shower was clogged,Cigarette ashes in nightstand. Towels are terrible, I recommend bring your own towel

Everything was decent for the price. Super inexpensive, and the room had some problems, but the pillows were comfy enough and I slept well. Wouldn’t hesitate to stay here again.

I had a busy day on May 5, so I unfortunately arrived at 1:10am. The office was open and signs said 24 hours, but there was no staff there to check me into my room. I had to sleep in my car for the first night's stay. I was able to check in the following day, and the room was fine.

Pictures didn’t show how dirty and under maintained this place is. Check in office smelled like cigarette butts and staff did not really speak English. No elevator so we had to carry two 40 lbs luggages up on our own. The pathway upstairs was soft when stepping on, inside the room was quite shocking, home use hangers were filthy, water doesn’t really drain and pipe is smelly. They did not bother to clean edges of everything (chairs, chests, fridge…) so you see dirt everywhere. Hair and stains and molds on bed sheets/pillow cases. You would wonder if they ever washed bed coverings and doubt if their washer is never cleaned either. I got bug bites and my throat started to itch just 20mins staying in the room. It was too late for us to cancel this reservation or we would run. It’s our first time worrying about getting sick or bringing back bugs with us. Terrible, horrible experience!

The staff are very nice. Good place to stay for the night when you are needing to get up and move on to your next destination. Worth the money.

Asked 3 or 4 times 3 different days for service my room as i stayed there 7 days not 1 time did they clean room take my trash had same towels the whole time other then gave 1 bath towel the whole time i was there

The actual property looks old and unkept, the upstairs walkway looks and feels like it will give way any moment. Parking was very limited. It was a really bad choice for a stay but we came in at 11pm and everything else in the area was sold out. I highly do not recommend.

This property has limited parking, inside my room there were no windows and the ac unit worked very poorly. There were a few broken items in my room like a light lamp and my shower rode, which was tapped to the wall. Cleaning once a week. I had to supply my own toilet paper. Very poor stay.

The bathroom door was broken and couldn't completely close. Didn't have a coffee maker as it mentioned on the website. The hair dryer didn't work, but they brought us another one though. The building is in a very old condition.

Where to start the room looked like it was under renovation it looked as though there had been a fire in our bathroom, the bedding was stained at least Im hoping it was stains and not dirty. What looked to be a bullet hole in the door. The water coming out of the faucet was milky white looking.We left to go to dinner and the rooms door would not lock. I will not stay here again. If you do decide to book a room here do not stay in room 101.

The staff at budget inn was extremely gracious and very professional. Room had plenty of space with a fride and microwave at affordable rates. Will be sure to return and recommend

Laundry like sandpaper. No coffee at room or desk. TV lost audio on every channel after 3-5 minutes. Locked out of room on trip to automobile and had to have card key reset. Strange growth from sink vent port that might gain sentience. No extras except one extra blanket should the heat go out. Budget truly describes this motel. Courteous staff.

The people at the desk made an issue about making me wait for them to go do a room inspection to make sure it wasn’t trashed. I’ve been staying there time to time for a year now. This was the last time.
