Mold in the bathroom, stuffy/humid air in the room, SUPER noisy, housekeeping vacuuming at 7am and hitting the door

Lot of outside noises - banging throughout the night. Very small elevator which was not quite level with floor - had to watch step about 1". Toilet paper roll almost too far from toilet. Small person or child probably could not reach it.

all good

Hotel did not give me a receipt for my stay or my $100 deposit. The afternoon front desk guy would not let me use the microwave. Only the graveyard front desk guy allowed me to use microwave. Very noisy outside in middle of night

Coffee maker in room would've been nice.

Neighborhood, lack of A/C

Elevator only worked 1 day out of 3. Room floor creaked as if it were going to collapse into room below.

....faulty elevator. This hotel is a joke and i would never advise anyone to stay here. We went to the Chelsea inn the next day and that was a so much better hotel.

They helped me out with a great room

I have never stayed in a hotel with walls so thin. I could clearly hear the conversations happening on both rooms around me... sounded like they were centimeters away. Same for hall noise-every door slam rattled the room. Neighborhood was vry sketchy.

The location was bad. Also the elevator was broken. What if we were handicap and had a wheelchair. We wouldn't of been able to get up to our room and wouldn't of known about until we got there.

room was in extremely poor condition, extremely dated. It smelt and felt unclean and dusty. needs a deep clean and redecorating. The photos have been extremely edited and do not portray what this hotel really looks like. The location is also very unsafe.

hotel is across from a homeless shelter and methadone clinic. The neighborhood is bad. There was no bottom sheet on the bed. There was an old contact lens on the pillow.
