The hotel has lots of personality and is well maintained. Staff were all very kind and friendly. Location is near Union Square, so walkable and as safe as expected. Water pressure was great and rooms were clean.

I had a wonderful stay here, and the customer service truly stood out the most. From the moment I arrived, Charles and Dhali were incredibly friendly, welcoming, and genuinely attentive. They went completely out of their way to provide helpful information about San Francisco, sharing the best local spots, navigation tips, and making sure we had everything we needed to enjoy our trip. I feel like a hotel is only as good as the people who work in it, as they are the ones who make the atmosphere. It is rare to find a team with this level of attention and care for their customers. The rooms were kept perfectly clean, and the little details made a huge difference. I would highly recommend booking a stay here.

Great hotel in a convenient location with walking distance to Union Square. Great lobby with a giant fire place that was burning all day. The staff at the reception desk were very friendly and made us feel welcome. The only drawback was that when we called with a special request, it took hours for the staff to respond, and only after a reminder phone call. Other than that, a great hotel

The staff were extremely helpful and friendly. The hotel had a lovely reading room with a fireplace. The location of the hotel is close to Union Square, which is nice, but it's also close to the Tenderloin, which can be a little 'unsavory.' We only stayed one night, but we would stay there again. The hotel itself is great: clean, friendly staff, comfortable. It's just the proximity to the Tenderloin that is a little off-putting, if you have little kids.

Beautiful space.

The hotel was well located for access to tge theatre district, Union square shops and transport links. Some good eateries nearby too. Staff were lovely and very helpful. The room was a good size and clean. No view from our room, but I think we were put there to make sure it would be quieter for us. No tea/coffee making facilities in the room at all. Free tea and coffee was available in the restaurant in the morning only.

Decent downtown hotel. It's a little old but rooms were quite spacious. Staff was good, but there is no dedicated concierge staff, 2hich could have been helpful. Wifi was strong. Breakfast was a standard breakfast from attached restaurant, which was good, but there was only one choice.

The location is excellent—just a short walk from Union Square and central enough to explore the city comfortably. There are many good restaurants, cafés, and shopping opportunities nearby. The property feels a bit old-fashioned and outdated. The rooms are smaller than what we’re accustomed to in the U.S. While the location is generally good, it sits on the border between nicer neighborhoods and areas with a noticeable homeless population.

Only valet parking is available. For the price you pay the amenities were subpar.

The staff was great. Gave us excellent restaurant suggestions. The location was walking distance to Union Square, the Financial District and China town. The on site restaurant was ridiculously expensive and the room was smaller than we hoped.

The staff was helpful, kind and entertaining. Be aware of location really close to "the triangle". You will see many homeless people around. The hotel does not have a bar. The one right next to it is closing early in the evening.

The hotel has a very awesome staff. The neighborhood its surrounded its one of the major downsize. Its a rough neighborhood alot of homeless and human bio waste surround the side walks. The room was ok alot of damages found but not the staff fault seems more of the higher ups to maintain or allocate the resources to repair the rooms. Not a contemporary style hotel has a very old retro feel. But sure had an awesome staff but my partner didnt feel safe with the surroundings so we ended up booking another place and just ate my losses to make up for booking a room in a rough area. By the way parking will cost you alot in this area not recommended with someone with a car or rental. But like I said awesome staff and the room service is only available during certain times for food just an fyi. So beware of that if you need to go to the store or walk somewhere to eat.

Great location!

The staff went out of their way to be helpful. We actually created a friendship with the bartender ( Vidal) The bathroom had a magnified, lighted mirror, and the room was quiet. The Marker was in a good location and it was easy to get around. We were very happy with our stay!

A free glass of happy hour wine and a lovely bag of gourmet popcorn to snack on were welcome amenities that I enjoyed. The common areas in the lobby were lovely. The bed and linens were top notch, although the room showed signs of wear. My latte at breakfast was sooo good, and terrific service all around.

The location is great and the onsite restaurant and bar “Trattoria” is excellent. Most importantly though, the staff are fantastic. A big shout out to Charles on Front desk. Always happy, and gave great recommendations on where to eat etc. Charles made our trip better. Nothing, everything was great.

The staff was distinctly welcoming in a way that I do not regularly experience in other (nice) hotels. Much appreciated. And the lobby lovely.

Well appointed beyond its price with attentive staff and handsome spaces. The fireplace is magnificent and the bartender properly old world. The tea was the kind that makes an Englishman question his choices but we hold San Francisco responsible for this. Otherwise, most agreeable.

We had a lovely 3-night stay at the Marker San Francisco. The rooms were very spacious and nicely appointed especially for a building of its age. The hotel was conveniently located in Union Square which was very close to shopping and only a quick Uber ride to other points of interest such as Fisherman’s Wharf. The on-site Italian restaurant, Tratto, was great! There were also many other great restaurants and bars nearby. The hotel manager, Dhali, was AMAZING and all of his staff were excellent. They were extremely accommodating and friendly. Dhali, thank you so much for your hospitality! My mother and I were in town for a funeral and staying with you made us feel welcomed and at home

Great location!

I am not familiar with the SF area. Riding to the Hotel, we passed many homeless people and some little camps on sidewalks. This all stopped a block away. And, we did not have a need to travel that direction. One I got my bearings, I felt much better. Just a surprise. The area with the Marker is very safe. Traveling with kids, you sometimes look at things a bit different and doing a lot of walking. The Marker is very impressive. The lobby and library are 10/10. The breakfast that is included was very good for a day or two. I would like to have the set menu change every other day. The staff were fantastic. The rooms were very nice and clean. I would stay again if just myself and husband. With kid, I might choose a different location.

I enjoyed my stay but couldn’t seem to get the towel situation right until the last 2 days. There were 2 adults but only had one face towel, 2 hand towels and 2 bath towels. Even after requesting or going to get more, after the room was cleaned we will still end up with the same original amount, so had to request more at least 3 times during the visit. Other than that the stay was great. Good location, close to so many things

The room was clean and had plenty of room for a king room. The bed was super comfortable and the water pressure was great .. we asked for extra towels and they brought them right up. The staff was super pleasant and the whole atmosphere was wonderful. I would stay there again in a heartbeat!

Everyone we interacted with was lovely. The location was convenient, the room was nice and comfortable. We had such a quick trip that we didn't get to use all the amenities we wanted to so we will be back experience it all!

The door to our room was extremely heavy, and hard to open. The pocket bathroom door was heavy as well. In the bathroom, there were no places to hang wet towels, other in the shower. Not a great option when there were 3 of us showering. The workout room was very nice, and some of the staff were very helpful.

Nice place. Rooms were clean. Bed was hard though. Nicer if there was parking or at least parking validation for the nearby garage. Was $200 to park 4 days. Staff didn’t want to provide extra pillows so that was crappy. An in room coffee would be better as well. Location was good if you want to be near bars and stuff but lots of homeless around. Signage for the hotel was basically non existent though…. I’m sure there’s nicer but for the price it was good.

Wonderful stay at the Marker. The room was very clean and the bed was comfortable. Location is convenient. Staff are attentive - all front desk and bell desk personnel were friendly and helpful.

Tried really hard to love this place - fabulous lobby, staircase and lounge. Our room while large lacked natural light - partially due to tree outside but also a window that probably hadn’t been cleaned externally in years. Bar/bistro not open early afternoon and closed at 9 pm. Given that the surrounding area isn’t great to wander round this wasn’t good.

Excellent experience all around. Particularly with a staff member (Charles at front desk) who really did make our visit so much better. His recommendations were all excellent. Hotel is gorgeous and all the sitting areas are peaceful and elegant.

The Marker at Union Square is awesome. It's well located with union square being right there, and everything is pretty easy to get to from here. It was very clean, comfortable and a beautiful hotel. As amazing as the hotel is the staff was the best thing about our stay. They were always kind and courteous, and when we ran into an issue with my wife leaving her phone in a Lyft, they didn't hesitate to help us and getting her phone back. We can't thank them enough for making our stay memorable

What a charming hotel! All the staff were welcoming, kind, and very accommodating. As a VIP member I received a chilled bottle of white wine and some delicious popcorn! The room was spacious enough to hold 5 luggage bags!! I was traveling for between two work conferences. I traveled with my sister and we had two queen beds. The queen beds were so comfortable, it made some mornings difficult to get out of bed and head to our work conference! I never made it to breakfast but did have a cup of coffee one morning and it was good. The restaurant downstairs looked charming. The hotel is about a 5 min uber drive to the convention center. Traffic is bad in the mid-afternoon. Otherwise uber everywhere. The Hotel is located around a safe area however 2-3 blocks wandering you could end up in uncomfortable territory. The front desk staff is amazing at helping out with directions, recommendations, and are even kind enough to bring your door dash/UberEATS to your room. The cleaning staff are prompt and meticulous. Overall, this charming hotel was a great stay. I would Definity recommend this hotel to anyone (family, couples, or singles). I will definitely be staying here my next visit!

The staff was so friendly and helpful. Great location for easily catching a lift or meeting a tour. The surrounding area has a ton of walkable restaurants and coffee shops. It was also quiet. Couldnt hear any of our neighbors.

I wish the rooms had a microwave otherwise it was a good stay. The location was very convenient.

This property was lovely and comfortable and very central. The staff went out of their way to be helpful, especially Rishi on the front desk who went out of her way to help us sort out an issue with our flight check in which was a huge help. We felt very secure and comfortable and would very much recommend this hotel.

DO NOT STAY HERE IF YOU'RE PARKING A CAR. Our car was damaged by their valet company and they are refusing to pay for the repairs. When we first pointed out the damage the valet employee was rude and dismissive saying it was impossible for them to damage a car. When we escalated the problem it took over a week for someone to respond to me and I had to continuously keep on them for responses. Another guest at the hotel also had their window smashed. Do yourself a favor and stay someone else that will either respect your car to take responsibility if it damaged.

This property is always the best. I try and stay here every time I got to San Francisco. The staff is always kind and welcoming and accommodating. It feels like a fancy escape inside the city and I absolutely love it

We chose this hotel for its affordable price and location just half a mile from the Convention Center. The Marker has great style - two lovely sitting rooms with fireplaces on the first floor and a great bar and restaurant. The staff were really kind and well informed about the city, including mass transit. I took great walks from here to Fisherman’s Ward and several museums and interesting neighborhoods. There’s a fun live music club called Biscuits and Blues and a great diner, Dave’s, within a block.

But walking around at night of San Francisco downtown is very sketchy as lots of homeless around. There are some around the streets. No microwave in the room. Has a nice restaurant and lounge, which has great vibes. Room is definitely smaller than standard hotel room. No complementary breakfast and free coffee won't offer until 7 am Which is a disappointment as most of come to visit San Fran for business purpose and leave the hotel before 7 am anyways. Price is reasonable if they offer these items and services mentioned above. Over all nice hotel, clean, well-kept, welcoming staff and good location.

This was a great stay in a convenient location. It’s cute and the rooms have a nice flair compared to the bigger chain branded hotels nearby, but still is very comfortable. Staff was super friendly. If you’re OneKeg platinum just don’t expect those benefits to be honored. I’ve found Expedia isn’t really good or consistent at administering those and this was one of those properties where they have no understanding of it.

The front desk staff is wonderful! Housekeeping was great the first round, the second was very sloppy. We had to have them come back and deliver, towels, soap, glasses, dump trash, etc. The restaurant is “ok” not great. Happy hour is reasonable but limited. The location is perfect and feels safe! Good value!

Staff was friendly and welcoming 24/7. I never had to open any door myself in the lobby. I felt safe and it was clean. Location isn’t noisy at all. Probably the best hotel I’ve ever stayed in for an exceptional price.

Always a good experience at The Marker. Easy, prompt, and polite check in which always leads to an enjoyable stay. The lobby and grand staircase is always an experience and elevates my stay every time. Appreciate the VIP perks, sad a room upgrade wasnt available, the suites are always a nice treat! Rooms can be on the smaller side and don't always come with a view, but the unique decor and layout allievate any space issues. Close to Union Square, BART/MUNI, and various restaurants.

Was so very pleasantly surprised when I arrived at my hotel late at night after my flight. The front desk staff was welcoming and friendly and quickly got me up to my room. The room was clean and comfortable, with an in-room safe, refrigerator and desk. I will definitely stay here again.

Speedy check-in! Good location! Walking distance to main attractions and shops nearby. First time in SF. I chose this hotel for my bday weekend. My only complaint is the bar/restaurant staff. The one doing breakfast seemed annoyed that I chose to eat elsewhere. I went back for dinner. The dinner staff was not attentive at all. My plate sat on my table after I was finished for quite some time. The same can be said for my empty glass. Finally, on my way out, I tried again (third time, three different employees); they refused to accept the drink vouchers I had received the night prior (for my birthday). Nowhere on the voucher it says “only one per day.” I was disappointed at the rudeness I experienced three different times. That would be my only suggestion: to work on being more welcoming to the guests, especially first timers that choose this hotel to celebrate a special occasion.

We had the best stay at the Marker this weekend. The hotel is beautiful, central to the hussle and bussle of SF, and has the most helpful, friendly, amazing staff. Me and my friends will definitely be back!! Thank you Charles and team!! They were so helpful for food,activity recommendations and so accomodating to all our requests.

The Marker is a great hotel. We were unsure of the area. In all the area was safe. The hotel staff were super friendly and helpful. My family and I took an Uber to pier 39 and walked back hitting a few of the tourist spots.

The staff were friendly and considerate. They let me check in a little early, which made a big difference to the logistics of my day.

Overall this a good hotel. Updated. Good location. Friendly staff. Gorgeous fireplace rooms. However, the mattresses are terrible, hot water can be limited, and the ac is not cold enough. The experience here could be better.

First, valet mixed up our car ticket with another guest and actually provided us with keys and a vehicle that was not ours. The following day, when we attempted to retrieve our own car, we were questioned because the ticket didn’t match, understandably, since staff had already mixed it up. This was not only inconvenient but a serious security concern. After our first night, we had to move rooms due to no hot water. We were originally booked in a suite, but were moved to what was clearly a standard room. When I called the front desk to clarify, I was told it was still a suite and that “the layout is just different.” That felt dismissive. Moments later, the same staff member called back and admitted I was correct, they were simply out of suites. We were offered a “bottle of champagne,” which turned out to be just two glasses. We were also offered “free breakfast” for the inconvenience, but it was limited to one specific item only. It felt misleading and minimal given the disruption. Unfortunately, this all happened on Valentine’s Day. The room move disrupted our plans and significantly impacted what was meant to be a special evening. Overall, the experience reflected poor communication, dismissive customer service, and inadequate resolution efforts. We expected much more.

Also...i know things are more expensive in the City, but after ordering 1 lasagna, 1 small appetizer and a pint of Guinness for $80.00. + 20% tip(i get that part.

The staff were all wonderful! Very helpful and very friendly! I loved the architecture of the old building but it could use some freshening up, especially on the paint at the elevators. It isn't terrible - just normal wear & tear requiring a touch-up. The rooms were decent sized & clean & bathroom was fine. My only room complaint was that when I was staying on the 5th flr., I couldn't get any hot water in the shower in the a.m., but the sink had super hot water. It was much better when I stayed on the 3rd flr. Bed was comfortable & they provided great bottled water in metal containers that were easy to use throughout my adventures & they have machines that could be used to refill water bottles for free. It was also a really good location for getting around the city.

The room was dated had stains on the carpet. Smelled like a Motel 6. The bathroom appears nice on the surface but rust came out of the pipes in the bathtub and there was mold in the shower. The staff was friendly, but the pictures on the website. Make the hotel appear it's a much nicer than it actually. isto be a much better quality hotel than an actually is.

Jena, the manager, was so cheerful and accommodating, and even covering employees that have called out. We saw her morning, night and I believe she even slept there and still was cheerful and accommodating! We love the decor and the rest of the staff was also very upbeat!

Friendly staff however, with staying 7 nights, our sheets never got changed once and towels only once. I’m all for ‘green’ and ‘sustainability’ but crawling into fresh sheets even just once during the stay would have been nice. Would still stay again though

This hotel is a beautiful older property in a great location. The staff was friendly and professional and housekeeping was outstanding. Definitely get the breakfast included rate if you like a big traditional American breakfast. We hopefully will be back soon.

the front desk staff were very nice and professional. We did have a problem with Tratto and using our free glass of wine cards. They were very rude and told us we had to use it between 4-6pm. This was at 630pm and nowhere on the card did it have hours nor were we ever told. The manager made us feel like we did something wrong instead of taking it up with the hotel. Was a very weird situation.

The room condition was poor. There was a musty odor, and the doors appeared to need fresh paint or a thorough cleaning, such as being wiped down with Clorox. The cabinet where the refrigerator is stored showed visible wear, with the wood looking worn out. The mattress tilted downwards on the bed closest to the window. Employees were nice and attentive. Free Coffee was excellent.

I have stayed across the street at the Clift and the Marker may be my new favorite! Very comfortable, roomy, quiet and clean. The common areas are beautiful!

When we arrived a group of carolers were singing in a room near the front desk, which was a nice surprise. The gentleman at the front desk, Dhali, was so helpful, kind, and funny. He made the check-in truly a pleasurable experience, and offered us a bottle of wine. All the staff we interacted with were so lovely and helpful. Dinner at the restaurant was really tasty. We had the lasagna and the pappardelle and were very happy with both. The room was clean, quiet and warm. We would happily stay here again.

I loved this stylish hotel … great bedding/towels and lovely little extras like the water bottle and refrigerator. The staff are also super friendly. It was a short stay so I didn’t need to access the wardrobe which was inaccessible due to the heavy chair positioned in a way that you couldn’t actually open the door. So aside from not being to hang clothing, it was fantastic 😃👍

But an extra special shoutout to the night staff. The hotel is very clean and beautiful. Our room was cleaned everyday. The gym also gets my vote. Very centrally located. We requested a microwave and in 20min it was in our room. What a gem this hotel is. Thank you for making my Sons 8th birthday a very special one.

Bed - hard as a rock. Lobby area beautiful. Bartenders - atrocious, overcharged vastly for one drink (at least nine dollars more than what was listed on the cocktail menu they handed me) Lukewarm water at best in tub/shower. Could not get heating system to work at all.

My only small complaint is that the in-room TV setup is limited to cable only. It would be great to have access to streaming apps like Netflix, Hulu, or YouTube for more entertainment options. Other than that, everything was perfect. Highly recommend this hotel and would definitely stay here again.

A perfect overnight stay, and wish we had been able to enjoy this hotel longer. Impeccably appointed from the entry foyer and lounges, through to the comfortable, large rooms and amenities. The central location is ideal for exploring the city. The lodgings are only outshone by the welcoming and helpful team (especially the assistant manager on the front desk who checked us in) who all go above and beyond to ensure a fabulous experience. We will return, and highly recommend.

Very good hotel. It very clean has a good gym and access to water and restrooms were excellent. It gets a little loud when the hotel hosts an event at night. The area around the hotel is a little shady especially going down Taylor street towards market Street.

(I imagine most hotels in this area are similar.) The hotel itself is great. The location (being on the border of the TL) made for some interesting “sight seeing,” but that is not the fault of the hotel, which felt like a safe haven amidst the chaos.

The lobby is great. The room is fine but nothing special but the area isn't great especially the 2-3 blocks to the left when you walk about of the loddy. There was a lot of feces on the street and b only half of it was dog. I went all around SF and while there are homeless and trash issueals, none were as bad as the the area near the hotel.

Service went well for the most part. Check in was ok but didn’t allow early check in. Check out was amazing on 10/18. Lady offered me a bottle of wine and was so sweet.

The room was super cute! We had to kill about 10 gnats which was off putting but other than that, the room was fine. I would suggest more lighting or better bulbs. It was so dark, even with all the lights on!

All the staff were very friendly. It has a fireplace with a nook great for sitting and reading. In a nice part of town and just a 5 min walk from union square. Well worth staying there.

The service was exceptional and the room was clean. The building and common areas are comfortably elegant, with a historic intrigue and modern twist. Unfortunately, the TV in the room didn’t work, but that was the only problem.

The staff was excellent. Friendly and accommodating and helpful. The area around the hotel seems unsafe. My daughter, who lives in the city saw a man with his pants down injecting himself with something in an alcove on the corner of the street. There are unhoused people in the alley beside the hotel and one was seemingly in the middle of a psychotic episode… so an evening walk is ill advised. If you have small children, a pet, of just like to walk…this may not be the best choice. The hotel was great the neighborhood, not so much.

On the heart of the city

It is clear that the owners have taken important steps to create a wonderful experience. Excellent customer service from the front office staff and valet parking. The rooms are quite small and modest, but clean. However, the beds are extremely uncomfortable. The mattresses have springs that are not conducive to good sleep, and noisy. They should be replaced. It’s obvious they're old. At one point I chose to sleep on the floor because it was so uncomfortable. Bedding could be improved as well as bathroom toiletries (e.g, toilet paper is paper thin; shampoo, hair conditioner, and body soap, the odor is too strong and drying, we could smell hotel guests from a distance, and we chose not to use it, but went and bought our own). The housekeeping staff are amazing and professional, and it is evident that they place great attention to detail in the upkeep and cleanliness of the rooms, hallways and amenities.

Went on a weekend trip with my mom for her birthday. The hotel staff were very welcoming and helpful. The room was cozy, clean and comfortable. The location is in a great spot, right by all the shops and restaurants. I highly recommend this place if you are visiting San Francisco! Will definitely be staying here again!

The Marker is my #1 choice for a stay in SF. The style and ease of the Hotel, the solicitous staff, wonderful Trato and perfect ice machines! Love the European style beds and pillows, and mornings by the large fireplace. Heaven.

This is our favorite place to stay in the city. We frequently stay in the city on weekend getaways. This place has all our favorite things near by but honestly there has been times where we never left the hotel room due to the beautiful room and view!

Front staff was fantastic!! Had some trouble with housekeeping but everyone at the desk went out of their way to resolve it. Wish weekend breakfast and coffee was served a little later so we can sleep in after enjoying the night life.

Our room was upgraded for free. Free Signature water bottles with unlimited refills. I wish that benefit would catch on with more Hotels and restaurants all over the world. Think how our landfills would benefit. I appreciated their environmental awareness. The Marker had an elegant lobby, delightful bar and a restaurant adjacent to the hotel. Staff were delightful, friendly and helpful. Streets were filled with many people, some homeless and dirty, some of us not.

The hotel itself is lovely and beautiful. Upon check in though the valley wouldn’t put his phone down and when I asked if I was in the right spot and if I could leave the car he gave no verbal response. When checking in I explained this to the front desk and they didn’t even acknowledge. At no point did anyone offer help with luggage or give any direction upon checking in. Also- it should be noted this nice hotel is situated in the very unsafe area of the tenderloin. I suppose that’s why the rate was so reasonable.

This hotel is delightful and convenient. Rooms are small but that is to be expected in such a central location. The area around the property has also improved significantly of late.

The hotel staff are very friendly, except the man who works at the bar is a bit unfriendly, but it wasn't a big deal to me.

This place was great and the restaurant on first floor had delicious gnocchi! The only reason for not 5 star was I had no view and room was kinda small, but great other then that.

There are some beautiful fireplaces to sit around and enjoy. The onsite restaurant was also quite good. They give you a couple of complementary glasses of house wine which was nice.

2 blocks down and you’re in the not so safe area of SF. But conveniente on the other part- very walkable.

Wonderful stay at The Marker! Definitely will recommend! Overall I felt safe in Union Square, but nearby is a larger homeless population, like any big city. Staff was so nice. I’d say that the staff should know more about the city to offer suggestions for travelers.

The Marker was an excellent stay. I was able to get early check-in. The amenities are clean and safe. The restaurant offers a fabulous happy hour and great food.

Service was spot on and the staff is marvelous. Loved our upgrade and amenities. Unfortunately, the room was a bit noisier than we remembered. Also, we had planned to go to a play at the Golden Gate Theatre which requires a short walk down the street, however, we were too uneasy walking through the homeless encampments in the Tenderloin to get there. Neither one of us is intimidated easily. It's no fault of the hotel, but makes an Uber or Waymo necessary when it shouldn't be.

The hot water in the bathroom didn't work properly. No curtains in the bedroom despite it being mentioned in the room description. The staff said they will try and arrange cappuccino for me but did even bother to get back. The Housekeeping staff were friendly. Room not worth the price

Lovely hotel, clean, great staff, comfortable beds, nicely decorated room, and quiet. This hotel is a couple of blocks from Union Square, so very walkable to shopping. I never felt unsafe, but it is right on the edge of a sketchy area, so there are a few street people. But not enough to change my opinion of this very nice hotel.

Stayed at this property for a concert. Lots of food and things to do nearby. Room was nice, front desk was nice but valet was terrible. We waited an hour for our car and when our car finally arrived no one told us. So we were sitting in the lobby waiting until I went outside to look and saw our car sitting there.

Great stay, central to everything in town. Took the BART there. Speakeasies and live music all around. Did not have any noise issues. Not a fan of the room decor but that wasn’t a big deal. Would stay again!

Nice property

The hotel was awesome from the staff to the cleanliness of the hotel. Only problem I had was when I was offered the upgrade to a jr suite the room I was given did not have a king bed or a jacuzzi bath as told in the offer to upgrade, but they did find me a room with a king and jacuzzi bath but charged me for it, so I was charged again for something I already paid for with Expedia. So I suggest to check the room first to make sure you get what you already paid for so they don’t try charging you again. All and all I’d definitely stay here again.

Very clean room and public hotel spaces. Beautiful decor in first floor public areas - great for lounging, meeting with friends. Right on the edge of less desirable part of town; we didn't venture out after dark unless we had a car, but in the daytime it was fine, especially heading toward Union Square - not so much in the other direction.

I loved our suite. We had two rooms for our family. There are lots of drug dealers everywhere. If you're in addiction recovery go elsewhere. Otherwise it was lovely.
