Great locations and all staff was helpful
- 4/5
The woman who welcomed us at check in was fabulous. The corner room was great view. But the rooms themselves are quite old and tired. The water is not up to San Francisco quality. Too minute chemicals.
- 5/5
The hotel is beautiful and very well maintained, rooms are clean and spacious pet friendly which was a nice plus, another highlight was that unlike other hotels we were able to leave bags at the concierge even after check out , it allowed for us to stroll around city at ease and not worry about that , same with valet for the car , overall was a great stay , only downside I would have to say is that the pool is across the street in another hotel so that was not convinient but i would return 100%
- 5/5
Loved this property! Centrally located, easy accessibility to public transportation luxury hotel a must stay location! Wonderful bar, great staff. Loved our stay!
- 5/5
The location was in the central, everything was easily accessible. The room was nice, clean and well equipped os is the bathroom. The check-in and out was easy, the service was nice. The breakfast was fresh and tasty. It was a little bit pricey, but other than that everything was fine. The food and breakfast is pricey as well. The bed was smaller than on the picture
- 4.5/5
Location is very convenient and restaurants in the area , and shopping included Nothing really
- 2/5
Dated , dirty , focused on monetization and not on guest experience. But this may be the trend in union square, all these places are old and maintained enough to keep going. I think for more luxurious , guest oriented experience , there are other areas of San Francisco , but are pricier as expected. So I guess for the money this place wasn’t horrible.
- 3/5
Great but parking was so expensive, parking in teh city is expensive in general so I recommend not

- 4/5
Do not like the parking overnight price. Paid $160 for two day
- 2.5/5
Nothing Didn't enjoy my stay. No toothpaste, no water or microwave in the room. Room was pretty small for 2 beds. Had to pay extra 80 dollars for the parking.
- 4/5
Make sure you get the right bed size though.
- 4/5
Second stay here. Great location just minutes from the BART station and Powell cable car turnaround. Bed was comfy but the view of just rooftops and alleys wasn't appealing. Bathroom is good enough but could have really used a shower mat, since the floor was very slippery. Housekeeping staff was friendly and the rest of the staff I encountered was sort of friendly. Because of the location and proximity to many local attractions, would stay here another time.
- 4/5
The staff was extremely friendly and service so good and hotel gorgeous. The only complaint is the red chairs in the room were absolutely filthy. You couldn’t sit in them because the arms of the chairs were almost black. They do need replacing. Maybe add more creamer than just two small packs. It’s not enough for two people.

The hotel was beautiful and in a great location!
- 5/5
everything was perfect, but best was their prompt service. They were in touch through texts every day and whenever I needed something I texted and they promptly responded and helped out!
- 2/5
The room was clean. My door to my room almost locked me out and my wife in several times. The hotel is very nice otherwise. My main complaint is that I was double charged for Parking my car on hotel property overnight. So I paid double for parking. When I called the hotel to ask about why they told me I was gonna have to deal and (I guess you'll just have to call your bank if its that big of a deal) there was nothing else they could do. Just didn't seem to care or understand my trying to explain i was charged twice once on two different days regardless of no longer being at the hotel. Ironically an email to review my stay showed up after the phone call to resolve the issue occurred.

Love everything. Will definitely be back
- 5/5
Beautiful and clean hotel. The staff was fast and friendly. The beds were comfortable and the bathrooms very clean. I would definitely stay again.
- 5/5
The front desk staff manager " Josh " was superb. From the first day to the last day the service was better than perfect. Josh informed me of the area attractions and the best ways to navigate them to ensure that my daughter and I had the best time in addition to our planned trip activities . Also the valet service was on point. They kept my vehicle in a safe well guarded garage. Every single time I requested my vehicle it was in the Hotel's main drive lane facing outwards towards the main street with a valet retaining the key until we arrived to drive away. The entire staff always makes eye contact with the residents and were ready to assist with any and all of our needs. Lastly security is super tight which made us feel safe and comfortable. Thanks a ton.
- 5/5
Great location. Very convenient. Clean and spacious rooms. Friendly staff. Reasonable rates. Loved it.
- 5/5
Good service
- 5/5
I absolutely loved the bar, they were very kind and friendly, we all had a good laugh
- 5/5
Clean room
- 4/5
Clean room, convenient and close to shops. Room was cozy, slept well. -1 star for valet parking. Valet car and 2nd day of parking attendant stated parking was full. Escalated issue to manager and indicated I paid for valet, finally allowed to valet. parking attendant appeared stressed, short staff running back and forth parking cars.
- 4/5
Great location. Housekeeping every day which was an unexpected but great surprise. No free coffee or continental breakfast.
- 5/5
Super inconvenient
- 5/5
Nice clean, friendly staff!
- 5/5

- 5/5

- 5/5
We had a great time.
- 3/5
Old hotel - on the 6th floor could hear all the noise from the street - in need of dire restoration
- 5/5
Clean, and right for a few business nights.
- 5/5
Great location easy to get to everything parking garage one block over for 38 dollars a day
- 5/5
I did not eat at the restaurant inside the hotel.
- 5/5
The rooms were clean, I would get a welcoming and follow up text on needs. Which was good and easy to ask for necessities. The whole place was welcoming.
- 5/5
Clean
- 5/5
PARKING way to COSTLY per night .
- 2/5
The actual bar at this location was bad, no beer on tap, rooms were clean but felt really old compared to the rest of the building
- 5/5
Im a local and love to stay at parc 55 and the intercontinental.. end cap high rise rooms are the best
- 5/5
Rooms very nice and clean, water pressure good and very hot water,
- 5/5
Centrally located hotel with everything you may need located near union square. Comfy bed. Only downside was that tv is outdated and not compatible with Netflix’s or any streaming service. Would def stay again!
- 5/5
Conveniently located to public transportation. Friendly, informative staff especially Ryan at the front desk. He helped us at check-in and check-out. Great service each time.
- 5/5
Great location!
- 5/5
Hotel is clean, beautifully designed, beds are very comfortable, black-out curtains are truly black-out, very well maintained, all staff were very courteous and helpful, has ample amenities and is in a great location a few short blocks from Union Square. Will definitely be back!
- 3/5
The positive is it has a Michelin starred Thai restaurant on site, which was very busy and delicious tho I caution it is spicey. Also the location felt safe and was walkable to BLS International, where we had an appointment. All staff was friendly and helpful as well.
- 5/5
Located in one of the most walkable area of San Francisco. Everything is within walking distance.
- 5/5
The staff was very friendly and was very reasonably priced and a very nice property.
- 4/5
It’s okay. Union Square sucks.
- 5/5
The entire state was amazing. The front desk receptionist was honestly one of the best I've ever experienced.
- 5/5
When my boyfriend and I come to the city which is at least twice a month, we like to stay here. It’s comfortable, clean, and the staff is great.
- 1/5
the cafe staffs discriminate me as a brain injury. I just ordered one Diet Coke, she brought me ten diet cokes five times. just charged me 300 US dollars for 50 cans of diet cokes one night
- 5/5
The room was clean, staff was friendly. Security was top notch!
- 5/5
The staff were so very nice and accommodating! The room was very spacious and comfortable! I will likely stay there again when going to San Francisco.
- 5/5
Quiet, clean room. Great gym, water fountain in lobby
- 4/5
Staff didn't leave water in room.
- 2/5
Drunk teenagers kept me up all night
- 5/5
Clean, quiet, and big gym. Great location overall great hotel.
- 5/5
Every time I come to San Francisco. I stay here. Location is great. Rooms are clean, staff is friendly. I wish Parking was included with stay. Parking prices are a little too high but other than that. Everything was great. Highly recommended.
- 5/5
Ryan M was great to work with. He was super helpful. Breakfast was great and so was dinner. Hotel is close to union square and provided easy access to the hop on hop off bus.
- 5/5
Staff and cleanliness stand out. Had an incident with baby formula all over the floor and housekeeping did an amazing job. Excellent location, San Francisco is alive!!!
- 4/5
Excellence location close to everything
- 5/5
Classic charm. The stay was very enjoyable and pleasant.
- 4/5
Beds could be better. More comfortable for such a fancy hotel.
- 4/5
Friendly and helpful staff. Great location to bart and shopping.
- 5/5
clean room very nice view. Also receptionist Ryan, was very nice, helpful, and welcoming!
- 5/5
Clean room/helpful staff. Wish there was room service and a full service breakfast-but that’s just preference
- 4/5
They gave my kids and me a room on the 13th floor... my daughter heard and freaked out. The lady seen and gave us a upgraded room ona higher floor. Only stayed for the giants game but even tho the pool was next door, it was heated! I will be staying here again on the 24th! This time im bringing my parents!

- 5/5
Excellent
- 5/5
Very nice staff
- 5/5
Service was amazing
- 5/5
Clean room m, Friendly and attentive staff
- 1/5
The room rate was $170 per night, but I was charged an additional $80 for parking. This fee is excessive and not clearly justified. It significantly impacted the overall value of the stay.
- 5/5
Highly recommended place to stay in San Francisco.
- 5/5
Great place and excellent service
- 5/5
I loved the hotel nice and clean great location the only thing I did not like about it was that parking wasn’t included and for one night stay it was very pricey $91.00 for our car but oversized vehicles they charge more.
- 5/5
Wonderful views , wonderful front desk crew especially Carlton goes above and beyond
- 2/5
This property don't have enough parking available for their customers. You'll end up paying a public parking and walk four blocks away with your bag and luggage when checking in or out.Better to book a hotel farther from downtown when you are bringing your car with you.Beware when they say they have free parking then they will tell you it is full and will recommend you to a public parking.
- 5/5
The room was clean and comfortable and with the temperature rising outside my room stayed nice and cool, which was needed after an outing to see the city.
- 5/5
Really nice hotel.
- 4/5
It was ok

Beautiful building and kind staff. Can’t ask for much more
- 5/5

- 5/5
Great!
- 2/5
Standard room and check-in was quick and pleasant. Great location. No bells or whistles. Coffee and breakfast and parking are all super expensive… prepared to feel gouged by an unhappy staff.
- 5/5
No shops nearby. Friendly and professional staff.

Clean and quiet
- 5/5
Great experience and amazing staff!
- 4/5
The staff was very courteous!
- 3/5
It was perfect except my checking in. I was asked NUMEROUS times why I needed such a large space. What the price was. My Hilton honors number was checked 5 times and not added to the reservation. It was the most bizarre thing I’ve ever encountered at check in.
- 5/5
All of it

Great selection of room!, friendly staff will definitely rebook again
- 5/5

- 5/5
Great experience
- 3/5
Cleaner rooms
- 3/5
Tv didn’t work and air conditioning didn’t get cold
- 2/5
Not clean enough
- 3/5
This is a really tired property in a good downtown location within walking distance to Union Square . Dated furnishings worn curtains and the rest you already know. They charge you a daily destination fee of 35 bucks . What it really is a keep you on the hook as a minimum spend in the restaurant. They have a one option breakfast buffet that the hosts guard like it’s Fort Knox . Tired everything felt I was being ripped off . I give it 6/10 . Staff was nice and welcoming except for the buffet security guards who make sure that you can’t get passed them . If you’re in a pinch stay there otherwise there are better choices.
- 5/5
Helpful staff
- 5/5
Very comfortable stay and convenient to Moscone center.
- 2/5
Expedia gets NEGATIVE STARS. Their booking policy is horrible. I had 4 rooms at ~$1000 per night for 6 nights. Booked months in advance. I needed to change the stay on 2 of the rooms...they said I had to cancel and rebook at the ten current rate....which was ~$1800 per night...and BTW...no rooms were available. Expensive lesson for me...but I will never use Expedia again for anything. Book directly with the hotel...they have flexibility and can work with you.
- 5/5
Clean Room and Excellent Customer Service
- 5/5
Absolutely!
- 5/5
Check in was seamless, room was clean, and experience was overall great! Would book again
- 5/5
Hotel was excellent.
- 5/5
It was great ! We will be back again.
- 5/5
Good location, accessible to many tourist destinations. partly skipped house keeping service.
- 5/5
Yes very nice clean rooms and property
- 5/5
Hotel location convenient to bart, and public transportation
- 4/5
Only negative was the cost of parking. Thank you!
- 4/5
Stayed at the Sunset Suite on the 32nd floor. The views were impeccable! Unfortunately the room was stuck in the early 2000’s and could do with a refresh. Overall it was a great stay and didn’t want to leave. Great location and helpful staff. If the rooms had some new furniture that would improve a lot. Very spacious and clean. Would recommend! The sunsets are well worth it with amazing views of Sutro Tower and the city.
- 4/5
Room was clean. Bed was great. Water pressure was awesome.
- 5/5
Wonderful
- 5/5
Everything was great.
- 5/5
Clean room. Had problem with tv staff came right away and fixed the problem
- 5/5
Everything about our stay was great. Staff was attentive, breakfast buffet was amazing, loved the touch of having real honeycomb. Service was great, rooms were clean and comfortable with a great view. A lot of great amenities. Only thing we noticed was there was a used tissue in the bathroom on the floor but despite that, everything was so clean and comfortable.

- 5/5
Great Hotel, clean room, Staff super friendly and attentive.
- 3/5
Got a suite on the 32nd floor for a celebration and it was missing furniture. It had a tiny sofa and that's it. We were hosting 9-10 people before dinner and there was no where to sit.
- 3/5
Bed are not very comfortable
- 5/5
Yes beautiful room
- 4/5

- 5/5
It was such a great place to stay!!! Everyone was very friendly and very very welcoming💛💛💛
- 5/5
Front desk guy was super helpful and asked if we wanted to be by family. The room was great, super quiet, super clean. Would stay there again!
- 4/5
Rooms are a little dated, can be updated to match the lobby.
- 4/5
The $35 per day extra charge was not disclosed when we booked. Not a good practice.
- 5/5
Lovely staff and convenient location.
- 5/5
Clean room and good breakfast
- 5/5
The staff at the front desk, lobby service, in the restaurant and housekeeping are all very helpful.
- 4/5
Staff was SO SO kind. Thanks Tomoko!
- 5/5
Room was clean and had a nice view of Downtown San Francisco. The staff was prompt and professional.
- 5/5
Excellent service the bar and breakfast and dinner
- 5/5
The room was pinnacle. So far this is the only hotel we go to when we visit. And we visit quite often.
- 1/5
Needs to be renovated
- 4/5
Location was perfect, room was clean very short stay, did not utilize much of the facilities
- 5/5
I love the location as it is super close to the BART station that takes me to the airport.
- 5/5
Great.
- 5/5
Dated room in need of updating. Shower needs some serious cleaning. Saving grace is the excellent staff at the restaurant. My waiter, Jerry, was excellent efficient and very polite.
- 5/5
The room was a nice size and lovley and cleen. Staff were helpfull and chatty. Very close to the bart(2 min). Lots of local places to eat. Shops and a easy walk to the bay
- 5/5
Housekeeping fast n efficient
- 4/5
Ok but a bit dates
- 5/5
Amaizing place
- 1/5
Extremely unfriendly for families. You can’t step outside of the hotel with out almost being attacked by drug induced homelessness. Paper thin walls where my family had to hear a couple fight all night. At one point I had my child leave the bedroom because he couldn’t sleep over all the shouting, cursing and racial slurs being used. Called security twice but that only seemed to pause the problem. Horrible experience overall.
- 5/5
Great staff who went above and beyond. Rooms are super clean and well appointed. Bit of a hidden gem - I travel to SF 2-3 times per month and will absolutely stay here again.
- 2/5
No bottles of water booked for two days the charge me 3 days for resort fee stuff rude charge my card without asking if that’s the payment I want . Get something better for the price they charge
- 5/5
Great location
- 5/5
Great hotel.
- 4/5
Okay hotel
- 5/5
Nice
- 1/5
Hotel was great!
- 5/5
Bar restaurant staff was over the top friendly and Made my stay very easy and welcoming.
- 5/5
Friendly and welcoming staff
- 5/5
Easy and quick check in, I was able to do an early check in which was very much appreciated after an early morning flight
- 5/5
xx
- 5/5
The hotel room was clean and they come check in and change towels each day unlike other hotels. Their breakfast buffet had various options and food was fresh especially fruits and vegetables. As far as the area it was a walking distance from the union square which is a center location for dinning, shopping and one of the big bus hop on/off stops.
- 5/5
The staff is always helpful!
- 5/5
This property is great I stay here if possible on every trip. It has great location walking distance to union square, trolley stops, subway access and china town. The staff is always great, very friendly and helpful. The gym is nice has a good selection of equipment. There is only 1 main dining place, the breakfast buffet is good pretty standard, eggs, sausage, bacon, yoguart, fruits, coffee juice, they do offer made to order omelets.
- 5/5
Staff is great
- 5/5
The hotel is right next to the cable car line and the subway lines. It’s close to union square and has a great staff
- 4/5
Great hotel and I had great time staying here. Location is also convenient, close to the Muni and Bart stations. But have to watch out for the area especially at night. Lot of homeless people around the area that cause the dirtiness and unsafe vibe.
- 3/5
Hot room, poor air conditioning
- 5/5
Our bathtub was clogged. We were only there one night. We didn’t make a fuss about it. Over all enjoyable stay
- 5/5
it was very clean and professional staff and would definitely stay again for great rates
- 5/5
It was in union square close to everything. Didn’t like all the fees that were added on because it was in San Francisco.
- 4/5
Nice hotel. Really comfortable and spacious sleeping rooms; comfortable couch and well appointed desk. Bar staff was great, but would have appreciated a higher end vibe. I’ll stay there again.
- 5/5
It was great! Access to the BART made it easy to get to and from the airport.
- 1/5
Very bad experience. Ty had a lot of hidden charges. I checked in and they askeme extra 92 usd for parking whereas there was parkinnearby for 20usd overnight. Then at checkout they charged 35 usd in the name of mandatory mess charges even if i dont eat anything. Really pathetic experience. Never recommend
- 5/5
Clean room, friendly staff
- 3/5
Really SF is doing a lot better by hiding the homeless during the day, just make sure you're back indoors by sundown and the zombies come out.
- 5/5
It was a great location near the cable car and all other forms of transportation
- 4/5
Would recommend this hotel for singles, couples, and families!!
- 2/5
Normally this is an excellent hotel. However, I don't think I will be staying here again. The hotel did not follow-up with my grievance, and it makes me think they don't care.
- 2/5
This had a trickle down effect on my day as I now had to leave the hotel to get food elsewhere. Not planning on this detour, changed my whole day. I didn't have time to deal with this on-site as it was a Sunday morning and the desk had a long line. When I called, I got a hapless apology and a $35 credit. :-( Horrible!
- 5/5
Beautiful hotel; friendly and efficient staff, nice amenities. I stayed four nights for a work conference. The $35 daily “destination fee” is annoying and made me feel obligated to eat there to use it, but the restaurant was nice.
- 5/5
Staff was very friendly. I need microwave which was also provided along with crib.
- 5/5
clean room, friendly staff, good security
- 1/5
this hotel was absolutely terrible. the staff was rude and made many unnecessary mistakes on my stay. they have terrible communication amongst each other, causing plenty of staff to charge my card for things I did not purchase nor want or was not made aware of. the first hotel that was given to me had a roach on the bed, so I went to the manager about it and she complained about me wanting me a new room before she finally moved my room. this was a terrible stay. i highly do not recommend. this hotel made my San Francisco trip not worth staying.
- 4/5
I found the staff very courteous and helpful. The property itself and rooms are above average and the hotel is clean. The area around and outside Union Square has become dirty and many restaurants closed due to economy. Hotel had no vending machines and limited food service.
- 5/5
friendly staff, especially the bartender and waiters
- 3/5
Transparency matters, and unexpected fees like this can leave a sour note at the end. the service and communication could definitely be improved.
- 5/5
It was clean, elegant, and safe. The staff was amazing, from the bell desk to the concierge, to the room attendants-all were very helpful and respectful 10/10 service. The room was clean and beds were comfortable. 10/10 for the strong AC. For the pool and parking we had to travel across to Hilton but it wasmt far of a walk which was nice. I really enjoyed my stay. Hope to be back soon!
- 5/5
Good vibes. Good location too
- 5/5
The staff was very friendly and clean room and love the hotel location.
- 1/5
Hidden fees out the wazoo. $35 “resort charge” to force you to eat breakfast or dinner at their restaurant. Otherwise you are charged the $35 at the end of stay. Also had to ask for a room with sofa bed like I reserved 3x before they found something. When I requested for them to bring sheets, they just brought 5 blankets. Horrible service, outrageous fees and breakfast prices. Never staying again
- 5/5
It was great throughout and i will seek to stay here again when visiting San Francisco. Just one thing- there is $42 fee per night of which you can use $35 for breakfast, but the options for breakfast (outside of the buffet) are very limited and lack quality. They need to provide better options for breakfast.
- 5/5
nothing to report
- 4/5
The area around the hotel is not good at all; it’s surrounded by homeless people and feels unsafe. However, everything inside the hotel is very good, especially the breakfast, the staff’s attitude, and the cleanliness.
- 5/5
Parking was expensive, but nice spot
- 5/5
Something unique about this property was that we had a $35 credit to spend per day and it is conveniently located downtown very close to Union Station to catch the trolley very close to our venue that we attended, which was biscuits and blues overall great stay
- 2/5
Unpleasant staff, rude security. Over priced coffee and breakfast. They added a $123.60 surtax on top of everything else at the end. I felt like I was trapped in a money grabbing scam. I do not recommend this hotel.
- 5/5
Great property ..
- 3/5
Good value for money. Perfect location near BART station and Union square
- 5/5
They were super nice, helpful and great service!!
- 3/5
We thought the surrounding area was dirty with many homeless. Very run down.
- 5/5
Thank you for a great stay and will come back
- 5/5
Really good place to stay. Lacks places to sit and work and the whole destination fee is horrible….you get charged 35 usd per day but can consume them otherwise you’ll lose them and they charged you 36 for the breakfast buffet. Other than that it was really good.
- 5/5
Wonderful central location. Get the 7-day muni pass and never need a car.
- 5/5
A great hotel. Beautiful.
- 4/5
The hotel is perfectly situated across from the Powell subway station. However, to my dismay, the Market Street area has become a wasteland. Only 5 stores left in the old Westfield Mall, which is closing completely. Most of that stores down Market street and even most around Union square are CLOSED. The Wharf is a shell of its old self. So if retail shopping is your jam, forget it.
- 5/5
excellent immediate service.. I will definitely book again on my next trip.. thank you Hilton for your hospitality…
- 5/5
The hotel rooms were spacious and very clean, which we really appreciated. However, the outside noise was quite noticeable and affected the overall comfort of our stay.
- 4/5
It is a great location as far as accessing public transportation. There is shopping and some dining in the area. It is close to the tenderloin area so some of the residents of the area are seen sleeping on ground near BART station. The security presence is good too!
- 4/5
The lobby and restaurant seemed new and remodeled. the rooms though, not so much. The rooms smelled a little stuffy and they were a little outdated in my opinion. Average room, nothing special. AC unit was tricky and also outdated. The actual bathtub or bath curtain smelled like wet towel. Not the cleanest . The area surrounding was great in day time, a lot restaurants walking distance but pretty scary at night. We were walking to grab some snacks at night and we saw a guy get punched and robbed for his backpack.

Everyone was perfect great location the only change i would make was making breakfast available for free especially since many visitors are coming out of state but it was great close enough to everything

Love property

$80/day for parking is crazy.

The beds were small but comfortable. We stayed 3 nights and our room was not cleaned the entire time. The bathtub would not drain so showers were not possible by day 2. The staff wasn’t exactly rude but they weren’t friendly. It is in a good location if you are taking Ubers or taxis around town. Overall our stay was ok for a stay in the city.

Overall a pleasant stay. Cleanliness of the room was top tier. Valet parking attendants could have been a bit better for the price paid for services. $80 a night is higher than average, definitely recommend prepaying with your reservation.

The staff is very friendly and helpful, especially the female concierge

The beds are twin-bed and not queen size. They charge $90 parking on site which is insanely expensive. Finally the staff isn’t friendly, doesn’t seems like they like working there.

Good location for getting to and from the airport. After dark travel around was a bit unsettling.

Everything was great. Would definitely stay here again.

As far as the hotel itself, it's outdated, carpet is old, everything is old, the bathroom has no ceiling fans so not sure how they deal with moisture and mold, but the beds were comfortable. if you just need a place to sleep it's fine. The bar only had six seats for some reason so I couldn't get a seat on a Saturday night. Only interacted with the hotel staff when checking in, and the guy was not welcoming or friendly, but the bell hops were great.

The view 😎 excellent service, room service was always on point, keeping our room tidy, making sure we have clean towels, will definitely be staying here for future vacation.

Pluses: a very professional and courteous staff--I love its location, easy to get to from the airport--plenty of shops and restaurants around --nitpick: hallways ,carpet, room furniture could use an update

Bad experience

We enjoyed our stay here. Rooms could use an update but it didn’t bother us enough to make a difference and we were comfortable. Staff was all very friendly and accommodating.

Staff was friendly and accommodating. Property was clean and conveniently located. We didn't rent a car but there was plenty of public transportation near by. The area was a little sketchy but no worse then any other city. I never felt unsafe but we were not our late. There were plenty of good restaurants in the hotel and near by we could walk to. The Mellis corner shop across the street was so good. We went daily for lattes, pastries, sandwiches and cheese cake. We had a great it was just myself and my 14 y/o granddaughter. She said she'd love to come back.

The staff were not accommodating when a late check-out was requested due to not having hotel status. The room had a crib set up but not requested. The room did not appear very clean. The location was good as well as accessible transit to ball park.

Very nice people and kid friendly atmosphere

The room is spacious and clean, but the soundproof is quite poor. Also, it would be better if bottled water is provided in the room.

We were able to leave the car for hours after we check out. They kept our luggage safe until we finished looking around and before we left the city.

The hotel is in a good location, convenient to everywhere, and has good security and service
