Beautiful old building. Rooms were pretty and bed was really comfortable. I liked that they had different pillows to choose from. In the evening they had a lovely wine reception with an amazing spread of appetizers. The complimentary morning breakfast was excellent also. Lovely neighborhood and close to the presidio. It’s at the top of Pacific Heights, so you will have to go down some steep hills to get to nearby restaurants. The good news is, you can get a Waymo!

This is by far the most beautiful and cleanest boutique hotel in which I have ever stayed. The employees provide flawless service and do it with enthusiasm and grace. I will never stay anywhere else in SF.

All round unique stay. Amazingly attentive staff. Neighbourhood walks were a stand out. Rode one of their electric bikes and went across the golden gate to Sausalito.

Every time we visit San Francisco we stay at Hotel Drisco. Everything about it is exquisite. The only negative is their gym isn't great (but still better than most !) but they make up for it by having access to the JCC. If you have time, you should go to the JCC. Great facility and the pool is wonderful.

They had all our amenities and wants covered, free street parking on the weekends (3 hours max during the day on weekdays), and with the wonderful buffet breakfast and happy hour open bar/ food it was really a good deal. Room service was available 24/7 and was a great price. Best stay ever for us in the city.

Fell in love with this hotel. If you can, get the suite so you can have the beautiful view. Breakfast, happy hour, tea in the sitting area, everything was perfect. We stayed with 2 other couples and they also loved their stay. We will definitely stay here again.

Second time - always impeccable service - complete luxury

The location is beautiful and quiet The glassware in China in the room is lovely quality My only negative comment would be that I wish the guest closet could accommodate an evening gown. It just wasn’t tall enough. But I used the hook in the bathroom meant for the robes. Not ideal but it worked.

The team at the hotel were a delight. The room was wonderful, the bed was extremely comfortable and the little gifts were a lovely touch.

I love this hotel so much, not only because we got married the weekend we stayed here but I was just honestly blown away by the entire property and service we received. This hotel is the best hotel I’ve ever stayed in!! The suite was just so perfect and clean. The complimentary items from the fresh fruit plate to the Carmel popcorn, I was in awe. I would stay here again and again because of the staff; every person was so welcoming and said hello. The bellman Francis was the absolute sweetest and so so helpful, he’s fantastic. This is my favorite hotel in San Francisco and I will only ever stay here when in the city again. 10/10!

I felt like a princess! This hotel is first class from start to finish. The rooms are appointed nicely, so comfy and clean. Every staff member I met was exceptionally nice and attentive. I really didn't want to leave! Such a wonderful find and made our trip to San Francisco very special. Cannot recommend enough.

Great spot! Top of hill in Pacific Heights neighborhood. Short drive to Marina and other high-end areas. Hotel has e-bikes for an easy-ish ride through Presidio and nearby, still-nice parts of SF. Lots of small and lovely touches to decor and Hotel. Wonderful breakfast.

Classic American 5 star hotel that we cannot get from Ritz or Four Seasons any more. Definitely the most beautiful location in SF on top of the Pacific Heights. Very private yet their high level of courtesy and service makes it easy for active well heeled guests. Great breakfast - nothing greasy. Great amenities. Super clean. One of the best hotels we have stayed comparable to special places in Paris, London, Switzerland. Rooms with views are highly recommended.

Very nice high end accommodations in a residential area of town. Relatively high quality breakfast included. Walking distance to nice parks, sights, and Fillmore shops and dining.

We LOVED Hotel Drisco for our girls trip. We were greeted very warmly upon our arrival. Our room was very clean, extremely comfortable bed, nice view of the city skyline, and most importantly for us...it was very peaceful and quiet. Our favorite part about the stay was the lovely breakfast that was brought to our room each morning. There was a wide selection of options to choose from, and we started our days very well fed. The vintage ambiance was a wonderful change from other modern accommodation options, and the hotel was very obviously well cared for. We would love to return to this property in the near future!

Shout out to Victor at the front desk, who was sensitive to my need to get on a Zoom call prior to my room readiness due to my early arrival. Staff and service was impeccable. Loved the complimentary wine and cheese in the evening and breakfast in the morning. The room was phenomenal, however the bed was very hard and we could hear the people above us walking around late in to the night and it made it hard to fall asleep.

We liked the beautiful location next to park and shops. We appreciated very much the Nespresso coffee and the tea in our room. The hotel also offered a complimentary breakfast and a lovely tea station as well as a lovely wine tasting with hors d’oeuvres.

The Hotel Drisco is the finest hotel in San Francisco. Not the biggest. Not the one with the most amenities, but the one with the best staff, service and quality. When you stay there, they know your name. Excellent breakfast and a fine wine tasting, included.
